ABSTRAKMotivasi merupakan proses mempengaruhi atau mendorong dari luar maupun dari dalam terhadap seseorang atau kelompok kerja agar mereka mau melaksanakan sesuatu yang telah ditetapkan. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepada karyawan. BRI Syariah KC Denpasar mempunyai strategi untuk bisa berbaur dengan masyarkat di Bali dengan memperkerjakan karyawan non muslim supaya nasabah yang non muslim bisa menerima BRI Syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini fokus tentang: 1. Bagaimana motivasi karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. Bagaimana kinerja karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui motivasi karyawan non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. Untuk mengetahui kinerja karyaman non muslim di PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berbentuk kalimat, kata, atau gambar berdasarkan hasil pendekatan secara langsung melaui metode wawancara secara langsung atau secara online mengenai motivasi dan kinerja karyawan non muslim yang dipraktekan di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Wawancara ini dilakukan kepada para informan dalam hal ini adalah pemimpin perusahaann dan karyawan non muslim di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. Hasil yang diperoleh: 1. Adanya dorongan dari luar untuk menumbuhkan semangat dalam bekerja yang diberikan oleh perusahaann seperti gaji yang sesuai, harapan yang terpenuhi dan bonus bagi karyawan yang berpestasi akan manambah semangat bekerja karyawan non muslim di BRI Syariah KC Denpasar dan menghasilkan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja lebih baik lagi. 2. Apabila Kinerja karyawan non muslim baik dalam bekerja maka tujuan BRI Syariah KC Denpasar akan terwujud yaitu menjadi perbankan yang rahmatal lil ‘alamin.   ABSTRACTMotivation is the process of influencing or encouraging from outside or from within a person or work group so that they are willing to carry out something that has been determined. This study focuses on: 1. How is the motivation of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. How is the performance of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. The objectives of this study are 1. To determine the motivation of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. 2. To find out the performance of non-Muslim employees at PT BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. This type of research uses a qualitative approach in the form of sentences, words, or images based on the results of the direct approach through direct or online interviews regarding the motivation and performance of non-Muslim employees practiced at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. These interviews were conducted with informants, in this case, company leaders and non-Muslim employees at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar. The results obtained: 1. The encouragement from outside to foster enthusiasm for work given by the company such as appropriate wages, fulfilled expectations and bonuses for high-performing employees will increase the enthusiasm for work of non-Muslim employees at BRI Syariah KC Denpasar and produce employees who have even better performance. 2. If the performance of non-Muslim employees is good at work, the goal of BRI Syariah KC Denpasar will be realized, namely to become a banking that is rahmatal lil 'alamin.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management information systems on the work effectiveness of outpatients at the Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Regional General Hospital, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research method uses primary data through a survey using a questionnaire as many as 73 outpatient employees of the Regional General Hospital Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng as the research sample. Data were analyzed through univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test using SPSS program. The results showed that: (1) The quality of the system showed a value of p = 0.001 < from = 0.05, which means it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that the system user has an effect on the work effectiveness of outpatients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu 2020, (2) The quality of information affects the work effectiveness of employees with a p value = 0.000, (3) System users affect the work effectiveness of outpatients with a p value = 0.000, (4) User satisfaction affects the work effectiveness of outpatients path with p value = 0.000. This shows that the quality of the management information system can increase the work effectiveness of outpatient employees at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng. If the management information system is good, it will increase the work effectiveness of outpatients and increase employee satisfaction.

Human daily life depends on air, so air quality needs to be protected especially against pollution. Decreasing air quality due to dust pollution can result in ARI. Makes it easier to measure ambient air and air temperature using internet-based technology. Designing internet-based dust and temperature measuring devices using the gp2y1010au0f type dust sensor, and DHS11 sensor as a temperature sensor, amplifier circuit, NodemCU microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The measurement application is carried out at the location of the PT. Djabus Tunas Utama Ngoro Mojokerto East Java at 10 sampling points around the mixing tube. The measurement results show the concentration carried by ambient air quality standards when the engine stops, so it is safe for employees. When the machine is mixing and the machine is not mixing (ordinary conditions) the concentration of particulates and the temperature exceeds the ambient air quality standard, for that all employees are required to use PPE.

A cash flow statement is a financial report that contains information on cash inflows and cash outflows from a company during a certain period. This information is presented according to the type of activity that causes the cash inflows and outflows to occur. Company activities generally consist of three types, namely, operational activities, investment activities and financial activities. The process of receiving and disbursing cash is also recorded at any time for the preparation of the company's income statement. Cash flow recording activities at this company are still manual where every company receipt will be recorded by employees of the finance department which will ultimately be recapitulated in the annual report and compared with other recording results such as cash disbursements. This system has many weaknesses where the information needed cannot be presented quickly and accurately, requiring a fairly complicated process for a longer time to check certain cash flows.

In other words, enhancing organizational performance motivates staff to produce top-notch work. As a result, from the beginning of the job relationship until it is over, efforts must be made effectively. Discipline may motivate workers to carry out any duty successfully. Therefore, you must try to become an expert in the discipline. This study set out to determine how much the employees' level of education and work ethic influenced their performance at the Semarang District Social Service. The data used in this inquiry were based on the survey's fundamental information. The sample for the study consisted of every employee of Semarang District Social Service.

The research objectives are to analyzing the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and work culture on employee performance. CV. Roda Jati The research method used is a quantitative type with an explanatory design. The research subjects were all employees of CV. Roda Jati, totaling 57 people. The method of collecting power used was observation, documents, and questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that: 1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.324 or 32.4%; 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.326 or 32.6%; 3) work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance by 0.314 or 31.4%; and 4) work motivation, work discipline, and culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance CV. Roda Jati amounted to 0.321 or 32.1%.

Data collection on employee attendance at a company is a must, with the aim of monitoring discipline, calculating employee salaries, and other needs. Data collection on employee attendance at companies that are used today is very diverse, following the development of technology. The United Tronik Semarang office, which employs relatively many employees, currently uses a manual card attendance data collection system that attracts researchers to make the United Tronik Office the object of research.  Fingerprint is one of the hardware used to support employee attendance data collection which is relatively simple and easy to reach, the accuracy and ease of operation make the fingerprint attendance system more and more in demand. One of the human error problems in the attendance data collection system is attendance recording errors, especially for employees with shift work hours. Arrangement of work shifts in programs built with Visual Basic 2010 can minimize attendance recording errors, because it can set the recording time for employees. To support the ease of data access and shift settings, the researcher uses a Client Server database system with SQL Server 2005 Software.

Especially when there are unexpected problems, but because so far the system used is still the old system and is less efficient and often errors in writing the nominal amount and also requires a long time in data processing so that makes the Administration part of the problem. With the advancement of modern technology that is the computer in an information system today is expected to provide effectiveness and efficiency in data processing and minimize the error rate in the processing system. The procedures that will be processed between SPP Payment, SPI and Practice fees using the Microsoft Visual Basic Application System and using the Microsoft Office Access database system.With the new system, it is hoped that conducting transactions in the SOKO Midwifery ACADEMY TNGGAL SEMARANG can be utilized as well as possible and used as much as possible by all groups of leaders and other employees especially the financial administration division so that it can simplify each transaction.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of role conflict and work stress on employee performance, the population in this study were employees of the sewing department of PT Glory Industrial  Semarang II, the study respondents consisted of 96 employees. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires. The equation model is processed with the SPSS application, the results of the study can be concluded that: a) Role conflict positive and non-significant effect on employee performance, b) Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, c) Simultaneous role and work stress conflict have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aimed to find an alternative solution, to “return to the right path” with the wages of employees of PT Asia Pacific Fibers, Inc. which is outside the structure and pay scales (overpaid and underpaid). For employees whose wages are above the wage structure, certainly can not necessarily reduce the underpaid wages and vice versa can not be added just like that. The argument must be given a reasonable and acceptable to all parties. This argument not only for the 32 people who are outside the wage structure of wages. But it also applies to other employees. For those whose wages are above the wage structure, attempted to hold / pressed  so that the gap is too wide. As for who is under the wage structure should be encouraged to enter the structure and pay scales range.The argument in question is to provide wage adjustment mechanism that is acceptable to all parties. Managing underpaid and overpaid very closely with wage adjustments each year conducted by the company. Population as well as Sample is an employee of PT Asia Pacific Fiber, Inc Kaliwungu some 32 people. The data was collected by interviews, gathering documents and questionnaires to dissect the background of the respondents. With this study, the expected structure and pay scales can be maintained so that the overpaid and underpaid does not existancy more.

Human resources who work in organizations should have the ability to improve the quality of performance. Many things affect the performance of employees in an agency including work ability, work environment, workload, competence, how the organizational culture of the agency and employee work discipline in carrying out their activities while in an agency, especially the Office of Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study included the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Lamposi Tigo Nagori District Office Payakumbuh City, amounting to 44 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The environment, discipline and organizational culture do not significantly influence performance. Competence has a significant effect on performance. T count was obtained for 2.891 with a p value of 0.004. The work environment, competence and work discipline do not have a significant effect on performance after intervening variables of organizational culture. The high performance demands on Lamposi Tigo Nagori Sub-district Office employees in Payakumbuh City must be balanced with better provisioning of competencies through various trainings as well as more appropriate and appropriate rewards.

PT TASPEN (PERSERO) is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise engaged in pension fund insurance and taboo PT TASPEN (PERSERO) is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise engaged in insurance for pension funds and old age savings which refers to Government Regulation Number 20 of 2013 About Amendments to Government Regulation Number 25 of 1981 concerning Civil Servants' Social Insurance. PT TASPEN (PERSERO) in carrying out its role is not always able to fulfill the rights of Civil Servants on pension rights and old age savings because of the things that are needed in the fulfillment of pension rights and old age savings. These matters are concerning the role of PT TASPEN (PERSERO) in organizing pension and old-age savings programs that will later be entitled to receive severance pay and receive other pension rights based on applicable regulations. The problem in this study is about the risk of social insurance juridical for employees of PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Semarang Main Branch Office who apply for early retirement before the specified retirement age limit. This research is a type of normative juridical research that focuses on studying the application of positive legal norms or norms. From the results of this study indicate that, the juridical risk when applying for an early retirement is not legal unless the person concerned is in trouble, at the time of retirement will get administrative sanctions in the form of postponement of retirement or severance pay. With old age referring to Government Regulation Number 20 of 2013 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 25 of 1981 concerning Civil Servants' Social Insurance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence ofSupervision, Financial Incentives and Provision of Non FinancialIncentives to (Employee Performance). Data was collected throughquestionnaires and implemented on 40 employees and this study usedSPSS version 17.The result of analysis shows that the first equation is Y = -5.066 +0,488.X1 + 0,254. X2 + 0.464. X3 which means supervisory variables,Financial Incentive Incentives and Non-Financial Incentives have apositive effect on employee performance variables..

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

Semarang Mini Iron Shop has 5 employees and a leader. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

Attendance is important for an agency or company. because it is used in calculating the salary or wages of an employee and from absenteeism can also see the discipline of employee attendance. Therefore, in the implementation of the attendance process it is very necessary accuracy in its implementation so as not to hamper the company's performance.This final project designs an employee attendance system at CV. INNOVATION MEDIA that is useful to provide good absentee information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in attendance. The design of employee attendance systems at CV. This INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

The data in this study is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange.19 The sample of companies implementing the MCC program during 2008 to 2014. The amount of observation that during that period was 60 observations, this is because the implementation period of each company MCC is different. Testing this research hypothesis using path analysis test using SmartPLS 2.0 M3 software. The empirical results of this study indicate the presence of PKS is also significantly positive and significant to the cost of corporate equity. Profit quality is proxied by significant discretionary accruals and significant to the cost of equity. The MCC does not reflect on the costs to be paid. Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2016 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, with human resource competence serving as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at 18 Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Gresik Regency, with the main indicators being internal control systems, the use of information technology, financial report quality, and human resource competence. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 70 respondents comprising the population of Puskesmas employees in the Gresik region was selected for the study. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method was used as the data analysis technique after all primary data were collected via a questionnaire specifically designed to represent the relevant variables. Based on the research results, the quality of financial reports has a positive impact when utilizing an information technology-based internal control system. However, human resource competence does not have a maximal impact on the utilization of the internal control system; nevertheless, a positive impact can be leveraged through the use of information technology. Further mediation analysis indicates that human resource competency mediates the correlation between internal control systems and financial statement quality. Conversely, human resource competency does not mediate the relationship between the utilization of information technology and financial statement quality. This study underscores the importance of internal control systems, the utilization of information technology, and human resource competency in producing optimal financial statement quality.
