This study examines the influence of social media on business communication development in Shopee. Through online surveys and interviews, data were collected from 100 respondents and 30 randomly selected consumers. The analysis results indicate that Shopee's communication strategy through social media is effective in enhancing customer interaction and influencing purchasing decisions. Positive responses to content, content influence on purchases, and Shopee's responsiveness to consumer interactions serve as evidence of the success of these strategies. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of investing in innovative content development and training for social media response teams.

In this digital era, product photos play a crucial role as the main tool to attract the attention of potential consumers. Community service in the form of product photography services emerged as a promising solution. This product photography service not only provides access to good quality product photos, but can also empower small and medium businesses to increase their presence in an increasingly competitive online market. This Community Service focuses on providing product photography services for Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) located on the 3rd and 4th floors of South Johar Market, Semarang City. This service aims to provide photo services for products owned by various SMEs in Johar Market, such as food, handicrafts, shoes, batik cloth, etc. The results of this service include journal publications, training modules, documentation, press releases and final reports. It is hoped that this service can make a real contribution in strengthening the local business ecosystem and encouraging economic inclusion for all parties involved.

This study aims to investigate the identification, assessment, and control of operational risks in the travel industry, with a focus on PT Yuk Kita Tour. Direct observation and interview methods are used to identify the risks faced by the company. Risk assessment is conducted by considering the likelihood of occurrence and its impact on the company's operations, followed by appropriate mitigation strategies. The analysis results show that risks such as online booking system disruptions, lack of staff training, currency exchange rate fluctuations, regulatory changes, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, transportation delays, and terrorism threats affect operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.To control these risks, PT Yuk Kita Tour implements a comprehensive mitigation strategy, including improved cybersecurity systems, staff training programs, currency hedging strategies, active regulatory monitoring, travel insurance, strict health policies, cooperation with transportation operators, and clear security information to customers. The implementation of these risk control strategies has had a positive impact on the company's performance, with year-on-year increases in revenue and customer satisfaction. This study provides insights into the importance of operational risk management in the travel industry and demonstrates that a proactive approach to risk identification, assessment, and control is possible. The use of computers in the development of Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) teaching materials can be used to assist lecturers in learning activities on vocational campuses as well as other materials in the Computer Base Training (CBT) laboratory at the Indonesian Maritime Polytechnic. The CBT laboratory provides learning materials on ship machinery systems and multiple choice questions for learning evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the use of ECDIS material learning media software when used computer-based. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by looking at the final grades of students. This software consists of 42 slides of ECDIS material theory, 1 slide of ECDIS material video tutorial, 1 slide of ECDIS material practice, 20 slides of multiple choice evaluation questions, and 1 slide of final grades made using Visual Basic software. The results of the test showed that all cadets who attended the lecture were successful in using the software until the final grade was obtained.

Teacher professional development in the digital era is a complex challenge influenced by various interrelated factors. This study aims to analyze the main factors that influence the development of teachers' professional competencies in a digital context. Digital technologies, including internet access, hardware, software, and online learning platforms, are key elements in improving teachers' competencies. Training and professional development that emphasizes the use of technology in learning is essential to prepare teachers for these changes. Support from school leadership and government through policies, programs and incentives also play an important role in supporting teachers to develop digital skills. Adaptive and flexible curricula enable the integration of technology in teaching, while collaboration between schools, teachers, parents and communities creates a supportive environment for teachers' professional development. Teachers' intrinsic motivation to continuously learn and adapt to changes in technology and pedagogy is influential. With good management of these factors, the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes can improve, as well as advance the teaching profession in the digital era.

In the online era, marketing opportunities using digital technology are very profitable, apart from sellers not having to have a shop, sellers also don't have to go anywhere to sell. The objectives of this activity are (1) Organizing guidance and training for marginalized communities to produce commercial products based on appropriate technology and local resources as well as opportunities to gain access to funding for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, (2) Increasing the number of applications of science and technology for the community. This activity was carried out in the first three stages of program socialization and forum group discussion (FGD). The service team planned all the needs that would be used in implementing the service. The service team carried out FGD (Forum Group Discussion) and a cooperation MoU. Second Stage Creating Social Media Accounts Workshop and mentoring on IT knowledge. The third stage of evaluation is carried out to correct any deficiencies found during the service. The main goal is to increase understanding of various social media platforms, effective advertising strategies and ad performance measurement.  The method is to use the PKM method with questionnaires and outreach. The results show an increase in home industry players' understanding of the benefits of social media in digital marketing. They are starting to realize the potential of the online market without high advertising costs. This socialization has the potential to increase the application of digital marketing in the home industry. It is recommended that home industry players continue to develop digital marketing capabilities and collaborate to share experiences in managing advertising on social media.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays an important role in the world of education today, especially in the learning process. This research aims to review the role of ICT in increasing effective interaction in learning through library research methods. A qualitative approach is used with a focus on analyzing relevant scientific literature from various sources such as academic journals, books, review articles, and other online sources. The results of the analysis show that ICT provides opportunities to present learning material in an interactive and interesting way, improve communication and collaboration, personalize learning, support distance learning, and increase student learning motivation. However, challenges such as limited access, teacher skills and parent involvement need to be overcome. Suggested solutions include providing adequate ICT infrastructure, training for teachers, and education for parents. By paying attention to these factors, ICT can be an effective tool for increasing interaction in learning and improving the overall quality of education. The integrity of the use of ICT in the learning process will help create a conducive and enjoyable learning environment for all students.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of using the Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember (UINKHAS) website on the ease of access to information for students. Using a quantitative approach with a causal comparative research type, data were collected through online questionnaires from 30 students of the Islamic Education Management (MPI) study program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. The analysis results showed that all items in the questionnaire were valid and reliable. Classical assumption tests indicated no issues of normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression indicated that the use of the UINKHAS website has a significant and positive effect on the ease of access to information, with a determination coefficient of 92.3%. These findings reinforce the importance of utilizing information technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information access in higher education.

This training aims to improve Mardhiyah Middle School students' skills in using Canva as a tool to create interesting and informative presentation material. Canva was chosen because of its easy-to-use interface and various graphic design features that can be accessed online. The Service Team carries out training methods including an introduction to basic Canva features, such as using templates, manipulating text, setting layouts, and integrating graphic elements. In addition, this training will focus on developing students' creativity in designing presentations that are aesthetic and easy to understand, taking into account the principles of effective design. The training material also covers color management strategies, information hierarchy, and techniques for arranging content that suits the target audience. It is hoped that after attending this training, students will be more confident in creating quality presentations, using modern technology to express their ideas and information in a visual and professional way. It is hoped that this can also prepare them to face the demands of competence in the current digital era.

Management is a series of activities that include planning, organizing, directing and controlling organizational resources in order to achieve goals efficiently and effectively (Stoner, 2009). In this context, financial management training at Karmel Vocational School is a strategic step to prepare students to face the challenges of the digital era business world. Qualitative research through observations, interviews and documentation studies shows that this training has had a significant positive impact. Students gain an understanding of financial management, online marketing strategies, product innovation, and the use of digital platforms to build brand awareness and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Apart from that, this training succeeded in developing proactive, creative, innovative and adaptive attitudes which are important in the modern business world. The results of the training showed an increase in students' self-confidence to start an independent business, reduce dependence on formal work, and consider financial management as a career path . To increase effectiveness, it is recommended to expand the scope of training to include e-commerce and data analysis, strengthen partnerships with industry players, and integrate training into the vocational school curriculum. Thus, it is hoped that this training will be able to increase the competitiveness of Karmel Vocational School students, prepare them to face the dynamic business world, and support the sustainability of skills-based learning programs.

This activity was carried out at Padhepokan Panji Asmoro Bangun, an art center with panji masks as a typical culture of Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This assistance is carried out by the Abdimas Team under the ADAI organization, via hybrid (offline and online). The purpose of this assistance is to provide assistance on how to calculate the selling price of tour packages using a cost approach. The mentoring methods used are lecture methods and training in the form of demonstrations. The results of the assistance show that there has been no determination of an appropriate and affordable selling price for the community. The selling price used so far is only an estimate and does not use calculations of the related cost elements. The advice is to pay attention to 5 (five) stages in determining the selling price of tour packages, including market research, identifying cost elements, calculating operational costs, determining profit margins, and calculating the selling price of tour packages.

This research aims to find out how effective and efficient correspondence management is after the use of online-based electronic information and communication technology (paperless office system) in processing incoming letters. Utilization of information technology in correspondence management is management of an agency's correspondence system by utilizing information technology in the form of computer media, the internet or other media using either manual or electronic systems. The main discussion in this research is how effective the delivery of incoming mail services is with an electronic system and the obstacles faced in implementing these two systems in mail management. The research results show that the application of information technology in correspondence management is able to speed up the administration process, reduce human error, and increase data accessibility and security. However, several obstacles such as limited skilled human resources and inadequate technological infrastructure are still challenges. Recommendations are provided to overcome these obstacles, including training for staff and improving technological infrastructure. Thus, it is hoped that the use of information technology in correspondence management can continue to be improved to support a more modern school administration and efficient.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has emerged as a crucial determinant in business transformation, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to delve deeply into how the implementation of ICT in MSMEs contributes to enhancing their competitiveness. The research method employed is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach, where data were collected through interviews with MSME owners who have implemented information technology in their operations.The results indicate that the integration of ICT has provided significant positive impacts on MSMEs. One of the key benefits is the enhancement of operational efficiency, where the use of information systems has expedited business processes and reduced operational costs. Additionally, MSMEs that adopt information technology also have broader market access through online platforms and social media, thereby enhancing sales potential and business growth. However, the implementation of ICT in MSMEs also faces several challenges, such as high implementation costs, limited access to infrastructure, and concerns about data security. Therefore, strong support from the government, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector is needed to provide training, technical assistance, and necessary infrastructure for MSMEs to harness the full potential of ICT.

Competence of writing scientific articles is a requirement for teachers to apply for promotion. Lack of time to write scientific papers and the inability to express ideas in writing are obstacles for teachers in writing scientific papers. For those reasons, the program delivered by Community service of Dian Nuswantoro universe encourages and motivates teachers of the Dewantara teachers’ working group in Blora district, to produce articles in scientific journals. This activity aims to increase the professional competence of teachers who are members of the Dewantara teachers’ working group in Blora district by training in writing scientific articles in Indonesian. Training is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage, and service results reporting stage. The results show that during the training the participants showed high enthusiasm in writing scientific articles. The limited training time means further participant discussions and consultations can be carried out online or via e-mail.

In the context of community service, AI has great potential to improve the quality of life of people through a variety of innovative applications. This article discusses how AI can be used in community service, including practical applications in the field of education. Student Data Management: Al Ihsan Foundation can use AI to manage orphan student data such as personal data, academic data, and health data. AI-supported data management systems can integrate this information better, thus enabling more personalized and customized services. Learning and Development: AI can be used to develop online learning platforms that are tailored to individual student learning needs. AI systems analyze student learning preferences and progress and recommend the most effective learning materials and methods. By leveraging AI, younger generations can create exciting, high-quality content without having to have specialized expertise in graphic design or video editing. For example, technologies such as Canva Magic Studio leverage artificial intelligence to make it easier to make exciting designs.The training aims to provide a better understanding to the younger generation of the basic concepts of AI and its applications in everyday life, including in the creation of creative digital content. Hopefully, with a better understanding of AI, the younger generation will be able to develop their creative potential and use it for a variety of positive purposes in their lives.

Human resource planning is one of the most important assets in a company because it can improve employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of human resource management planning which consists of five targets, namely workforce planning, recruitment, selection, orientation and placement, as well as training and development on employee performance. The research method uses a quantitative approach with samples taken of 100 employees at PT PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya using proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out through distributing online questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM-PLS. The research results concluded that planning, selection, orientation and placement, training and development are functions of human resource management planning which are proven to contribute positively to improving performance. Meanwhile, recruitment has no effect on performance. The path coefficient value shows that selection is the most dominant variable influencing the good and bad of employee performance

This seminar is an activity carried out to assist students and the wider community in developing theability of human resources to build creative businesses by utilising the Canva application. Increased digitalpromotion is key for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to increase their visibility andcompetitiveness. This workshop aims to develop the capacity of human resources in Bengkalis Regency throughtraining using the Canva platform. Canva is an easy-to-use online graphic design tool, and this workshop isdesigned to provide an in-depth understanding of using Canva in the context of digital promotion. Participantswill be guided to understand the basic concepts of graphic design, digital promotion strategies, and theapplication of skills using Canva. During the training, participants will engage in hands-on practical sessions tocreate attractive and effective digital promotional materials for their MSMEs. This research aims to identify the issues faced by one of the paint distributors in managing their sales information system. The study notes that despite the store's successful sales activities, the utilization of the sales information system remains limited, with the store preferring to manage products without online information handling applications. Based on observations, some weaknesses of the current system include lack of stock data accuracy, hindrances in providing real-time stock information, and limitations in tracking stock changes. The author suggests providing training to users of the web-based sales information system and establishing clear task allocation, as well as system improvements to address existing weaknesses. These suggestions are expected to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales management and meet the needs of both administrators and buyers.
