The main problem in this research is to examine the issue of the concept of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation Using a Beneficial Approach, regarding the view of Islamic Law regarding Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, benefits of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation for workers and the existence of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation from a Sharia Economic Law perspective. The type of research used in this research is library research. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this research are that the review of Islamic law in Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation is a form of preserving the soul (hifzh al-nafs) in the principles of maqashid sharia as a means of maintaining their economic rights to survive. As for the benefits of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation that can be felt at this time, namely: creating jobs, encouraging investment, an easier and faster licensing system, and simplified investment requirements. The value of Sharia Economic Law is viewed from Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, providing sharia economic growth, especially in the sharia financial industry in Indonesia such as Sharia Banks, Non-Bank Sharia Financial Industry, Sharia Cooperatives and Sharia Capital Markets, in the future there will be great opportunities in running their business.

The purpose of this research is to understand the substance of the regulation of copyrighted works in Indonesia, especially those related to cover versions and to find out more about the protection and legal remedies for copyright holders of copyrighted works regarding cover versions of songs that are sung again for commercial purposes based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Rights. Create. This type of research is empirical juridical. There are seven factors that cause copyright infringement, namely economic, cultural, technological, law enforcement, education, unemployment and environmental factors. In Article 54 and Article 55 of Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. If the violator has been proven to have committed a copyright violation, they can be subject to civil sanctions, namely for anyone who violates copyright regulations, that person can be subject to compensation where the lawsuit can be reported to the Commercial Court and subject to sanctions. Eradicating copyright infringement requires an in-depth understanding of the causes and violations that need to be handled seriously. That intellectual property in copyright protection for musical works on digital platforms should pay attention to statutory regulations regarding copyright protection in Indonesia, namely Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright.

The achievement of a company's goals can be determined from the maximum planning that has been carried out. This effort can be made by identifying the resources owned, such as office facilities and infrastructure. This research aims to determine the implementation and obstacles to maintaining office facilities and infrastructure at PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research. The population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed descriptively using triangulation techniques. The research results show that maintenance of office facilities and infrastructure at PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco has been optimized. Maintenance carried out is in the form of routine, preventive and repressive maintenance. The maintenance schedule is determined once a year centrally. There are six times for maintaining office facilities and infrastructure, namely daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, six months and annually. Barriers to maintaining office facilities and infrastructure are the age of the existing office facilities and infrastructure and the lack of employee awareness of the use of office facilities and infrastructure.    

The form of cooperation in muamalah is the leasing activity that is common in society. This transaction is basically permitted in Islam if it fulfills the pillars and conditions because not everyone is able to meet their needs without the help of others. but whether the lease is legal or still violates sharia economic law. Because many people or communities do everything possible to get money without thinking it is legal or not. The purpose of the research is to find out the review of sharia economic law on the practice of leasing rice fields with a rendeman system in the western potok hamlet of Sukowono village, Sukowono sub-district, Jember district. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research using primary and secondary data sources and data collection methods with observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis used is descriptive analysis, to test the validity of the data and researchers use source triagulation. From the results of this study, the lease agreement with the rice field rendeman system in Sukowono village from the perspective of Islamic economic law is not justified because it violates the pillars of Ijarah, namely Muta'aqidain which can be called mu'jir and musta'jir, namely the person who has the benefit of the Ijarah. This means that there are two actors renting rice fields based on Islamic law, there is no second party (third tenant / musta'jir shani) in the pillars of ijarah.    

Social support is defined as comfort, care, and appreciation or assistance that individuals feel from other people or groups. This study aims to identify various forms of social support for individuals suffering from mental disorders at the Surakarta City Social Service Shelter House. The research method is a qualitative approach with a focus on case studies. Information collection is done through interaction interviews and observation. The analytical approach that has been applied is thematic data analysis and the validity of the results is done by data triangulation. The results showed that the social support provided was very influential on people with mental disorders, this social support was not only from the family but from the closest people such as friends and social workers. Social support for clients is very important in people who experience mental disorders which include support in the form of emotional, appreciation, instrumental support and information support.

At present there are many Islamic banks that have been established and developed in Indonesia, all Islamic banks compete with each other in making their products, as well as providing the best service to the community (customers) Many products have been operated by Islamic banks, among others: ijarah financing this product is shown to serve the community (customers). And one of the Islamic banking financing products opened to serve and facilitate the many Indonesian people who use ijarah financing. The problem formulation in this study is How is the ijaroh financing mechanism at KOSPPI, How is the suitability of ijaroh financing at KOSPPI with Islamic economic law? The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study there are two things that will be analyzed, namely the Ijarah financing procedure and sharia accounting standards. Data collection used in this research is literature study, namely by reading or taking information from scientific journals, books and also utilizing the internet as a source of information.  From the discussion above, the following conclusions can be drawn: that Islamic banking financing products based on lease contracts consist of pure leases and leases that end with the transfer of ownership rights or known as ijarah muntahiya bit tamlik. Ijarah vomia bit tamlik (IMBT) is basically a combination of leasing and buying and selling.

The development of technology forces humans to always innovate, including in terms of buying and selling. Buying and selling must not be done based on one's own wishes and methods which can cause harm to other people. Islam is always based on values ​​and ethics in all aspects of human life as a whole, including discourse on buying and selling, however buying and selling has regulations in Islamic law which are sourced from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Based on the background above, the author is interested in studying further by conducting a scientific research entitled: "The Impact of Implementing Islamic Business Ethics on Sales (Case Study of Muslim Actors in Sukowono Market)". The problem formulation in this research is: 1. How is business ethics applied in buying and selling transactions at the Sukowono market? 2. How is Islamic business ethics applied in buying and selling transactions at Sukowono Market? The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using an Islamic economic approach which includes a discussion of buying and selling in Islam and a psychological approach, namely an approach to the problem to be studied. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research and discussions that have been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn from the research on the application of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at Sukowono Market, Sukowono District, Jember Regency. Based on the results of observations obtained from traders and buyers at Sukowono Market when viewed from the four indicators General business ethics is used as a benchmark. The application of business ethics in general has not been implemented well by traders at Sukowono Market because only legal indicators and indicators of religious teachings have been implemented well. Meanwhile, the economic indicators and ethical indicators of each business actor have not been implemented properly by traders at Sukowono Market.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and how much the premium and service quality have on customer satisfaction at pt. Bri life Jambi branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire of 48 respondents. It can be concluded that the variable premium and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results showed that the calculated t value for the premium variable (Xi) was 2.589 with a significance level of 0.013 because t calculated was greater than t table (2.589 <0.05), so it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which stated that there was premium significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction Bank BRI Life

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of BMT Al-Islah Jambi City in empowering the MSME economy, the obstacles faced by BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City in carrying out its role in empowering the MSME economy and the efforts made by BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City in dealing with these obstacles. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the BMT and its customers. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of the study show that BMT Al-Ishlah plays a role in developing an entrepreneurial spirit for its customers. Factors that become obstacles faced are limited capital so that BMT has not been able to provide large-scale financing, lack of human resources, and financial literacy of MSMEs is still lacking because customers are only limited to recording business financial receipts and expenditures without supporting document storage. The solution provided by BMT is that we hold group meetings and continue sharing about the constraints of their business. And every week teaches making financial reports so that customers understand where money is coming in and out.

This study aims to find out the meaning of the traditional drink (Moke) in terms of the sikka indigenous people and what values ​​are contained in the traditional drink (Moke) for the sikka indigenous people. This study uses a qualitative method that is descriptive. The informants in this study were the customary leaders of the Wairterang village, community leaders in the Wairterang village and the Wairterang village community. The results showed that moke has a meaning as a symbol of respect for ancestors, a symbol of brotherhood and cultural heritage. Wherever children go to school, whether in formal, informal or non-formal institutions, parents still play a role in determining the future of their children's education. Therefore, the objective of research is to describe problems and to know roles of parents in increasing children’s interest in learning in farmer families at gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive which took place in Gunung Sari Village, Alok District, Sikka Regency. The data sources used primary and secondary data sources. The techniques used in data collection are observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result of research showed that there were problems faced by patents such as lazy children in terms of learning and also children spending more time playing. Then 2 parents found difficulties in children’s learning such as the existence of conflicting responses in the child so that the learning outcomes achieved were lowern their potential. Meanwhile, the roles of parents showed that parents as Educator, motivator, facilitator and mentor.

This research aims to analyze the impact of capital structure, profitability and company growth on company value during the pandemic in beverage and food companies verified on the IDX. This study had a population of 90 companies from December 2019-June 2023. To collect samples in accordance with the requirements, a purposive sampling strategy was applied, 25 companies met the sample collection criteria and a total of 200 data were processed. Descriptive statistical analysis, traditional assumption tests, multiple linear regression testing, and hypotheses are all used in the research analysis approach. The analysis tool uses IBM SPSS version 26. The results of the study show that the structure and partial independent variables have a positive and significant impact on company value. Partial profitability has a positive and significant impact on company value and partial company growth does not have a significant impact on company value. The results of all independent variables simultaneously have an impact on company value.

The profitability of a company is used to evaluate or measure whether profits have increased in relation to the seller's total assets and equity capital, whether the company makes a profit, and the profits earned. Company profits are used for the welfare of the company itself. Apart from that, profit also plays an important role in determining the success of a business and as a tool for managerial decision-making. The three objectives of this research are: the effect of asset growth on company profitability; the effect of capital structure on company profitability; and the effect of liquidity on company profitability; In this study, 87 companies registered in oil, gas and geothermal mining were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Samples taken according to the criteria were collected using a purposive sampling technique. The samples collected included 42 companies, and a total of 210 data were processed. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, along with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 25. The research results show that only one factor influences the company's profitability, namely asset growth. Capital structure and liquidity, on the other hand, do not affect a company's profitability. Asset growth has a positive impact, while capital structure and liquidity have a negative impact.

This research aims to determine the effect of ROA, LDR, and company size on company value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population taken was banking company semi-annual data for 3 periods totaling 264 data. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method with a stress test approach. The type of stress test used in this research is sensitivity theory, where ROA, LDR, and company size on banking company value show sensitive results when the Covid-19 pandemic shock occurs. In addition, the research results show that ROA, LDR, and company size have a negative and significant effect on company value.

This service aims to create Gubug Pintar as an educational initiative aimed at improving the English language skills of primary school-aged children in RW 008 Banjarsari Surakarta. English is an essential skill in the era of globalization, and introducing it early to children is a key step to provide them with wider future opportunities. However, many children in this community face barriers in access and limited resources for quality English learning. Through the creation of Gubug Pintar, it is hoped that an innovative, engaging and inspiring learning environment will be created for the children. The program will focus on teaching English vocabulary and will be organized in eight meetings with two meetings per week. Gubug Pintar will be a learning center that provides free access for children to improve their English skills through interactive learning methods. It is hoped that through this Gubug Pintar, children will develop a sense of enthusiasm for English learning, feel better prepared to continue their EFL (English as a Foreign Language) education, and acquire English skills that can help them in their educational and career journey. In addition, the program can also provide inspiration for other communities to take similar steps in improving English education at the primary level.

Empowerment has an important role in educational institutions which makes a real contribution to improving human resources. This includes empowering Islamic boarding school graduates in improving the quality of human resources. The aim of this service is to understand the process of empowering the Al-Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Alumni Association (IKMAAL) in Kalibeber Village, Wonosobo Regency. The empowerment strategy includes four strategies, namely: preparation, work meetings, follow-up, and building togetherness. The results of this activity show that the working meeting of the Al-Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Alumni Association (IKMAAL) in Kalibeber, Wonosobo district produced important points that show the alumni's gratitude towards the Islamic boarding school, namely: 1) making a coupon for land purchasers for development foundation, 2) creating an al-Al-asyariyyah coin program in each branch for the benefit of members, 3) planning a joint Umrah within the IKMAAL association, and in 2025 holding a Javanese and Madurese Qur'an hamatul. This contributes to increasing human resources for society within an institutional framework. The conclusion focuses on the importance of ties in realizing a goal and its implications for expanding the alumni network.

The importance of this research is that there are important things that must be considered in this research, namely, in order to achieve the expected educational goals, quality and effective learning is needed. Based on the background that has been described, the author formulates the problem as follows: 1. What are the values ​​of character education in PPKn learning to develop critical reasoning in class VIII-E students at SMPN 17 Malang, 2. What are the obstacles in implementing PPKn learning? to develop critical reasoning in class VIII-E students at SMPN 17 Malang,3. How to implement character education in PPKn learning to develop critical reasoning in class VIII-E students at SMPN 17 Malang. The aim of this research is to find out school policies regarding the implementation of character education in PPKn learning to develop critical reasoning at SMPN 17 Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques use triangulation to obtain the validity of the data, while the data analysis used in the research is reduction, display and verification.

This research aims to find out what democratic values ​​are implemented in PPKn subjects at SMPN 19 Malang, the factors inhibiting the implementation of democratic values ​​at SMPN 19 Malang, and how democratic values ​​are implemented in PPKn subjects using the inquiry method at SMPN 19 Malang. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis technique uses triangulation techniques to obtain validity of the data, while the data analysis used in this research is reduction, display and verification. The research results show that, 1) Democratic values ​​have been implemented for a long time and are running well at SMPN 19 Malang. These values ​​consist of: tolerance, cooperation, responsibility, and deliberation to reach consensus. 2) Factors inhibiting implementation are students who violate school regulations and the existence of active and inactive student groups. 3) The implementation of democratic values ​​in PPKn subjects using the inquiry method at SMPN 19 Malang has apparently not been implemented by PPKn teachers. Because students are not yet able to study independently, students lack confidence and are embarrassed when asked to present in front of the class, as well as limited time in teaching and learning activities which means Civics teachers have not implemented learning using the inquiry method.
