A complication of diabetes that has been going on for a long time and spreads to the bones is called Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis (DFO). The condition Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis is associated with advanced peripheral neuropathy accompanied by peripheral arterial disease and foot deformity. The most serious complication of Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis is amputation of the wound area. The non-operative action that can be carried out is wound care using the Conservative Sharp Wound Debridement (CSWD) technique by removing necrotic tissue, both bone and soft tissue that is infected. The aim of the study was to analyze the results of modern wound care using the CSWD technique in Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis. The research method uses interviews and observation. The sample used was 1 client Mr. T who experienced Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis using the Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tools (BWAT) wound assessment instrument. The results of this research are that the use of CSWD in debridement is effective in helping the wound healing process, this is proven by a decrease in the BWAT score from 34 to 28.. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the CSWD technique is effective in reducing necrotic tissue and bone that has experienced infection so that it can help the wound healing process.

Digital transformation has become an important paradigm shift in the management of office documents and information in the modern era. This article discusses the application of the latest technology in the management of office documents and information, specifically in the company PT Victory Prima Abadi. Through this case study, we will see how the company explores the potential of digital technology to improve efficiency and productivity in their operations. By integrating various technology solutions such as financial program applications, a digital attendance system, and the use of Microsoft Excel for document management, the company has made strides towards more efficient document management. However, challenges remain, especially in dealing with the aspect of archive storage that still relies on manual methods. This article aims to explore the company's efforts in utilizing analytics and artificial intelligence technologies to improve efficiency in the archive shrinkage process and identification of documents that require long-term storage. The results show that the utilization of digital technology in document and office information management has had a significant positive impact and has become a key element in the company's strategy to achieve future operational success. By continuing to develop and implement appropriate technology solutions, companies can further optimize document and information management and prepare for the challenges and opportunities of an increasingly connected and rapidly changing business world.

Living a Christ-based love is a significant challenge in a contemporary era filled with pressures from popular culture and social media influences. This article presents a biblical guide to finding a life partner with strong Christian principles as the foundation. A library study approach is used to scrutinize relevant theological and psychological literature, which provides insight into the biblical principles of love and their application in the modern-day context. Analysis of the literature shows that living a Christ-based love involves being faithful to values such as unconditional love, sacrifice, and commitment to God and each other. However, great challenges arise in maintaining faithfulness to these values amidst cultural influences that call for perfection and self-gratification. In response to these challenges, the practical guidelines resulting from this study emphasize the importance of corporate prayer, shared Bible reading, and openness to receiving the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These steps help couples to strengthen their relationship in Christ, overcome the obstacles they face, and live a love based on the love of Christ with confidence and sincerity.

This research explores the theoretical and philosophical underpinnings of the communication process, with a particular focus on the ethical implications and strengths in contemporary communication practice. In the context of the evolution of philosophical thought, this study combines various classical and modern communication theories. Through a qualitative approach, this study collected data from various literature studies such as books, communication journals and discourse analysis from key texts. The findings suggest that communication is not only a means of delivering messages but also as a mechanism of identity and power formation. In addition, the study revealed that communication ethics, especially in digital media, require special attention to address the challenges of honesty, transparency, and privacy. The development of modern society in the process of globalization and industrialization has had a huge impact on forest sustainability as a support for life and in the world's biological life. The existence of forests is of course very much needed considering that forests are not only a source of wood production but are also an integral part of the environment, forests are open areas that make people's access to use them very large which causes logging and timber theft. In order for this to happen more often, this problem must be addressed immediately for the sake of the preservation of forest ecosystems in Indonesia. This journal writing uses normative research methods, normative methods are used with a statutory approach and use reference materials from book sources or other scientific research. As for the results of this study, the regulation of illegal logging is contained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 41 of 1999 concerning Forestry in Article 50 which regulates prohibitions for anyone who carries out activities in the form of logging, Article 50 also discusses the prohibition of carrying out forest destruction activities. and confiscation of forest resources in violation of laws and regulations or without permission from interested parties, namely forestry officials.

Electricity is a vital aspect of modern infrastructure that supports various human activities. Therefore, the increasing need for electrical energy requires good planning to ensure the availability of electrical energy in the future. The transmission system, especially the Medium Voltage Cable Line (MVCL), plays an important role in distributing electrical energy from generators to consumers. However, MVCL construction involves high-risk work, so it requires special attention to occupational health and safety (OHS). This research uses the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) method to identify and control risks in MVCL construction projects. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide recommendations for improving occupational safety and health as well as efficiency in future MVCL construction projects.

This final project aims to create promotional media in the form of Augmented Reality (AR) filters to ensure the Rangawak brand remains well-known and relevant. The 4-D Model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) is employed, involving stages of definition, design, development, and dissemination. Augmented Reality allows consumers to view products in unique 3D designs through Instagram filters, thereby expanding the promotional reach without requiring additional applications. Supporting promotional media include posters, foam boards, motion graphics, postcards, Instagram reels, and catalogs, all aimed at enhancing consumer interaction with the Rangawak Atelier brand. By using these innovative AR filters, Rangawak Atelier provides a distinctive and engaging promotional tool, helping consumers visualize the products in their own spaces and thereby making informed purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the effect of the Virtonomics simulation game method on the understanding of the concept of modern economic problems in grade X.IPS students. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The participants in this study were 30 grade X.IPS students at a high school in Merauke. The results of the study showed that there was a difference in test results between the pre-test and post-test obtained by students in the experimental class who used the simulation game method. The conclusion is that there is a difference in test results between the pre-test and post-test obtained by students in the experimental class who used the simulation game method.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a chronic disease that is a global health problem, including among teenagers. The increase in COPD cases in teenagers is also influenced by changes in modern lifestyle, such as exposure to cigarette smoke, air pollution and other unhealthy habits. Insufficient knowledge about the risks of smoking and exposure to air pollutants as well as a lack of awareness of the importance of maintaining lung health have led to an increase in the incidence of this disease at a young age. The aim of this research is to increase teenagers’ understanding of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and its prevention, so that they can understand and be able to carry it out in their daily activities. This research method uses a quantitative design using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. Providing pre-test and post-test questionnaires, according to the number of participants who took part in the outreach on the Introduction and Prevention of COPD. This research was conducted in April 2024 at MTsN 1 Medan with 31 respondents. The results of this socialization showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of MTsN 1 Medan students by >80.65% after being given presentation material by the PKM team. The conclusions and suggestions given are to improve health education, healthy lifestyles, early detection, and appropriate intervention to prevent the development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adolescents.

Preserving Indonesian culture and customs is an important aspect in the lives of indigenous peoples, because indigenous peoples are still synonymous with a lifestyle based on local customs. Therefore, this article aims to explain efforts to preserve Indonesian culture in the era of globalization. The method used in this research is qualitative with the data collection technique being library research, where the author examines several library sources as references in this writing. The results of this research show that it is very important to preserve Indonesian culture and traditional communities. In current developments, information has become very influential on human thinking patterns. To overcome this, there needs to be awareness, especially among the younger generation, of the importance of local culture as national identity and being able to preserve and maintain local culture.
