Microteaching is a simulation or training for prospective teachers to explore the ability of skills in teaching that combines the components of learning. The purpose of this study was to analyse the implementation of microteaching learning in terms of the use of various biology learning media with a touch of technology. The method used is descriptive quantitative with observation sheets and interviews. This research uses a squential explanatory design that combines quantitative and qualitative methods sequentially the first stage of collecting and analysing quantitative data followed by collecting and analysing qualitative data to help explain quantitative results. The results of the study regarding the pattern of using technology-based learning media showed that PowerPoint 92% and learning videos 78% were the most widely used media in microteaching practice. While the level of effectiveness of the media used varies. The 4.6% digital microscope showed a high level of effectiveness even though the frequency of use was still low. This indicates that high technology-based learning media has considerable potential in improving the quality of learning. Furthermore, the analysis of students' digital competence shows that 70% of students have good to very good mastery of technology. Furthermore, creativity in media development shows an even distribution while time management is still a challenge for 35% of students at a sufficient or insufficient level. The use of technology-based learning media in micro teaching has considerable potential, but still faces several challenges. A systematic and comprehensive approach is needed to optimise the use of technology in developing the teaching competence of prospective biology teachers.

This study aims to analyse the effect of clinical supervision management by the Head of Madrasah on improving teacher performance at MTsS Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with research subjects including the Head of Madrasah and teachers. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analysed systematically using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results showed that: 1) Clinical supervision planning is conducted in a structured manner by involving analyses of teachers' needs and learning situations. The madrasah principal sets specific, realistic and measurable supervision objectives to support the improvement of teachers' abilities and the quality of learning. 2) Clinical supervision involves direct observation, practical guidance and evaluation of learning activities. This process not only focuses on classroom activities, but also includes planning, time management, and use of learning resources. 3) Evaluation of clinical supervision is conducted on an ongoing basis to ensure the relevance of the supervision programme to teachers' needs. This evaluation helps to develop corrective measures and assess the effectiveness of supervision in improving teachers' competencies. This research underlines the importance of systematic clinical supervision in creating positive changes in teaching and learning. Madrasah principals as supervisors have a central role in providing constructive guidance to support teachers' professionalism and improve the overall quality of education.

Road infrastructure is a vital element in supporting economic, social, and transportation activities in a region. Labuhan Batu Utara Regency faces challenges in managing and maintaining road conditions, especially in hard-to-reach areas. This article presents a recent literature review from the past five years on the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping and managing road conditions. The discussion covers technological innovations such as drone usage, machine learning, and crowdsourcing integration within GIS. Additionally, several international and national case studies are referenced to provide insights into the challenges and opportunities of GIS implementation. This article recommends strategies such as open-source GIS implementation, integration with mobile applications, and regular data updates to support efficient road condition management in Labuhan Batu Utara Regency.

Training in introducing computer basics is one of the trainings that students can develop because the acquisition of excess competencies from this training is quite promising. If students, after becoming alumni, can develop these competencies, it will be very profitable. Partners in this PKM activity are students from MTs Pembangunan Nurul Islam, Sarimulya Setu, South Tangerang. The introductory training on the basics of computer hardware and software was carried out in stages: introduction, counseling and assistance in using it. Based on the results of observations and discussions with partners, there were several problems faced by the introductory training on computer basics, namely students' lack of operating computer technology perfectly, lack of Student motivation when studying computer technology. One of the causes is a lack of awareness of how important it is to study computer technology. The solutions proposed or offered in this PKM activity are as follows: 1. Facilitate and provide direction to MTs students at the school, it is hoped that they can understand the basics of computers more freely without fear. 2. Provide computer basics learning according to level. for junior high school level, they are given advanced material from what they learn formally in school informatics lessons. During training activities, students are encouraged to be able to understand the basics of computers with the aim of raising their self-confidence in learning. For this reason, the PKM team will help to solve problems in the management aspect using training methods

Indonesian continues to evolve along with social, cultural, and technological dynamics, producing new vocabulary that requires systematic documentation. This research aims to identify the role of intern students at the Balai Bahasa Sumatra Utara in proposing entries for the 6th edition of the online Great Dictionary of the Indonesian Language (KBBI). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research results show that interns made significant contributions to the lemma proposal process, which included data collection, linguistic analysis, and recommendation drafting. A total of 200 entries from the fields of physics, law, chemistry, and psychology were successfully proposed. The main findings include (1) a collaborative process between students, experts, and KBBI editors that supports the validity of lemmas; (2) contributions to the documentation of new scientific terms; and (3) challenges, such as limited reference sources and understanding of usage contexts. This research shows that the internship program not only contributes to the development of the Indonesian language but also provides practical learning experiences for students. Recommendations are provided for strengthening the internship system and optimizing the role of students in the management of the national language.

The application of technology-based human resource (HR) management in education is becoming increasingly important to enhance the quality of management and the development of teachers’ competencies. Technology, particularly through the use of Management Information Systems (SIM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), enables more efficient data management and flexible professional development for teachers. However, its implementation faces key challenges such as limited infrastructure and low digital skills among some teachers. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze relevant sources in order to identify the role of technology in HR management in education and the challenges faced in its implementation. The findings show that the application of technology in HR management in education has a positive impact on efficiency and teacher competence. However, the biggest challenges are limited infrastructure and digital skills of teachers. Policies supporting infrastructure improvements and digital training for teachers are necessary to ensure that technology can be optimally used to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.

Schools play a strategic role in developing students’ potential and preparing them to face the challenges of a dynamic life. This study aims to analyze the implementation of organizational management at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The objective is to understand the processes of planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating school management. The findings indicate that school management organization is carried out by emphasizing the role of the principal as the main leader and coordinator. This is demonstrated through efforts to effectively allocate resources, conduct teacher training, develop student socialization activities, and establish constructive relationships between the school and parents. The results show that good management positively impacts creating a conducive learning environment and achieving educational goals. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the importance of systematic and sustainable school management.

This article's goal is to investigate the Qur'anic verses related to the quality management of Islamic education. This study employs a literature research method, which involves reviewing various journals and relevant reference books. The findings of his research indicate that quality education is an essential aspect in Islam. Such quality education functions it is not just for the transmission of knowledge, but also for the advancement of positive character and morals. Quality management in Islamic education is very important, especially in building a generation of noble and quality character. The Qur'an, which is the main guide for Muslims, contains quality management principles such as focus on customer satisfaction, leadership based on the example of the Prophet, Process-based approaches, integrated managerial systems, thoughtful decision-making and mutually beneficial relationships, can all be applied in Islamic education to ensure the quality of continuous and ethical learning. With the implementation of this quality management, Islamic education is expected to create a conducive environment for learning, improve the quality of educational outcomes and produce a generation that is prepared to contribute positively to society. School libraries have a strategic role in supporting the teaching and learning process, but the manual management system is a major obstacle in service. This research aims to design a web-based library information system to improve the efficiency and quality of services at SD Darul Ulum, Kisaran District. The research method used is a qualitative method with observation and survey techniques to collect data. The results showed that the web-based information system developed was able to transform the manual process into a more effective digital system, with the main features including membership management, digital book catalog, loan and return system, and report management. The system provides easy access to information, improves data accuracy, speeds up the administration process, and reduces the risk of losing documents. The implementation of a web-based library information system is proven to significantly improve the quality of school library services.

Curriculum management is a systematic, cooperative, comprehensive and organized effort in achieving educational goals. As an important element in the management of educational institutions, curriculum management involves curriculum planning, development, implementation and evaluation. This process aims to improve the quality of teaching-learning interactions and support the achievement of the vision and mission of educational institutions while adhering to national policies. The relationship between curriculum and learning is very close, where the curriculum becomes a guideline that covers the entire learning experience of students, while learning is the implementation of the curriculum. In the context of the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP), curriculum development is carried out with the principles of competency-centeredness, relevance to the needs of learners, responsiveness to scientific developments, and a balance between national interests and local needs. These principles are directed to ensure the meaningfulness of the content, productivity, democracy, efficiency, and harmony with moral, religious, and social values. With effective curriculum management, educational institutions can create an optimal learning process to achieve educational goals.

This study aims to analyze the application of collaborative learning models in the digital era based on a literature review of 15 related journals. Collaborative learning, which involves social interaction between learners and utilization of digital technology, has great potential in improving student engagement, concept understanding, and 21st century skills. The analysis shows that technology-based collaborative learning, such as the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), online platforms and other collaborative applications, is effective in improving learning quality. However, the implementation of this model also faces challenges related to technology access, digital literacy, and online learning management. In conclusion, collaborative learning model in the digital era can enrich learners' learning experience, provided it is supported by adequate infrastructure and training for educators. Technology-based collaborative learning has the potential to be a solution to create a more inclusive, interactive and competency-based education in the future.

Education is an important sector in the development of a country, and effective utilization of educational resources plays a major role in achieving these goals. However, in Indonesia, the utilization of educational resources still faces various challenges, especially related to the unequal distribution of resources between urban and remote areas. This study aims to analyze the utilization of educational resources in Indonesia, both in terms of the quality of educators, educational facilities, and available technology. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis to describe the current conditions and existing challenges. The results of the study show that despite government efforts, there is still a large gap in access to education between developed and disadvantaged areas. Assistance programs such as the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) and the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) have not fully reached areas in need. The quality of educators is also a major obstacle, especially in the 3T (frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged) areas, where many teachers have not received adequate training. In addition, the problem of uneven distribution of educational infrastructure is a major obstacle in creating a conducive learning environment. This study suggests the need for equal distribution of education budgets, improvement of teacher quality through continuous training, and more transparent and efficient management of existing education resources. The implementation of educational technology is also expected to improve the quality of learning in areas with physical limitations. In the long term, more inclusive and locally data-based policies will strengthen Indonesia's education system. Research on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in finance has been growing significantly alongside its increasing implementation in the financial sector. This development raises questions about the specific financial areas and AI technology applications that are most frequently explored as research topics within AI in finance. This study aims to address these questions by employing a systematic literature review (SLR) method, analyzing journal articles indexed in Scopus (Q1–Q4) and published between 2020 and 2024. A search conducted using Publish or Perish on the Scopus database identified 496 records, which were subsequently filtered to 94 articles using the PRISMA protocol. The selected articles were examined through bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, followed by content analysis. The findings reveal that fintech and risk management are the most frequently discussed financial areas in AI in finance research. Moreover, machine learning emerges as the most commonly addressed AI technology application in this domain. Notably, the combination of machine learning and risk management stands out as the most prominent research topic.

This research aims to explore student management in improving academic and non-academic achievements at SMPN 1 Lembah Sorik Marapi. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, this research collects data through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that effective student management plays an important role in building student achievement. Factors such as careful planning, support for extracurricular activities, and student motivation directly impact academic and non-academic outcomes. However, obstacles were also found such as a lack of teacher professionalism in preparing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) and variations in learning methods, which resulted in decreased student motivation. This research underlines the need for evaluation and improvement in the education system, especially to improve the balance between academic achievement and developing students' interests through non-academic activities.

This research aims to facilitate the process of processing grades for teachers in the SKB field of the Education Service. Managing student data and information is a very important aspect to support an effective teaching and learning process. One form of crucial data management is the student report card information system. For the problems above, a report card processing application is needed that can make reporting easier by creating a reintegrative data processing information system. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with data collection in this research using observation, interview and documentation techniques. By designing this information system, it can be a solution and meet the needs of problems in processing report cards manually, so that the grades managed become easier and faster.

This study explores the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) at the junior high school level (SMP/MTs) through a literature review. The research aims to analyze the application of IQAS in achieving the Eight National Education Standards (NES). A qualitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing a literature study approach and data sourced from relevant journals, books, and policy documents. The findings indicate that implementing IQAS positively impacts the quality of learning and school management, supported by factors such as school leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the availability of infrastructure. However, challenges remain, including limited understanding among educators and staff, inadequate facilities, and insufficient financial support. The study concludes that the success of IQAS implementation relies on the collaboration of all stakeholders and continuous evaluation. Recommendations include enhancing awareness of IQAS, strengthening human resource capacity, and optimizing the use of infrastructure.

This investigation examines the implementation of linguistic politeness in English as Foreign Language (EFL) instruction in Karawang, with particular emphasis on faculty-student interactions. Utilizing an ethnographic qualitative methodology, the research encompasses one faculty member and thirty-five, first-semester students. Data acquisition was conducted through non-participant classroom observations and semi-structured in-depth interviews. The findings demonstrate that the faculty member systematically implemented politeness strategies through indirect communication and face-threatening acts management. The incorporation of Sundanese cultural values in instruction was manifested in the utilization of address systems and modifications in communication approaches. The implementation of politeness significantly contributed to the enhancement of students' communicative competence and the establishment of a conducive learning environment. This research underscores the significance of integrating linguistic politeness and indigenous cultural values in EFL instruction to facilitate pedagogical effectiveness.

The purpose of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technology into campus smart parking management systems is to improve user comfort, safety, and efficiency. To control car traffic in real-time, the system combines technologies including computer vision, machine learning, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Automatic vehicle detection, license plate recognition, parking lot availability prediction, and ideal vehicle flow regulation are some of the key characteristics. The system can effectively recommend parking to users through a mobile app by using pattern analysis and historical data. The implementation results showed a 25% reduction in traffic in the university's parking area and a 30% increase in parking time efficiency. According to the findings of the study, applying AI technology in parking management can be a creative way to overcome the difficulties associated with facility management in higher education environments.

The increasing frequency and severity of tsunamis in coastal areas underscore the urgent need for efficient Tsunami Early Warning Systems (TEWS). This research aims to optimize TEWS by integrating fast computational tsunami wave modeling to enhance prediction speed and accuracy. The study utilizes numerical simulations employing finite volume methods, along with GPU acceleration, to model tsunami wave propagation and its impact on coastal areas. Machine learning techniques, such as regression trees, are incorporated to analyze large datasets of pre-computed tsunami simulations for accurate forecasting. The results reveal that by applying rapid computational methods, detection time can be reduced by up to 7 minutes, particularly for near-field tsunamis. This significant time-saving enables more effective evacuation procedures and better disaster mitigation efforts. In comparison to conventional systems, the fast computation model also provides more accurate predictions, including tsunami heights and arrival times. The implications of these findings suggest that fast computational methods can substantially improve the current TEWS, allowing for quicker and more reliable tsunami warnings. Moreover, the integration of advanced machine learning techniques ensures the system's adaptability and robustness in predicting tsunami behaviors based on varying data inputs. The potential for implementing this model in tsunami-prone regions worldwide is considerable, offering an improved approach to tsunami disaster preparedness and response. By reducing detection time and enhancing prediction accuracy, the optimized TEWS can significantly minimize loss of life and infrastructure damage, making it a valuable tool for global disaster management strategies.
