This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and human resource development on the performance of State Civil Service employees in the District Government in Sibolga City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a quantitative method in the form of a survey. The researcher determined that the sample in the research was all Civil Servants in 4 sub-districts, including the village head in each sub-district, with a total of 160 people. The researchers took the entire population to be used as a sample of 160 people. Research results show that transformational leadership style on proven performance influential significant. The development source Power humans also matter positively and significantly to performance. However, a variable that influences performance is style leadership transformational. Coefficient results in determination in study This shows that mark R The adjusted square on performance is 0.7 64 (76.4%). This means that style leadership transformational and developmental source Power man contribute 76.4% to performance. Whereas the other side is 23.6% influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Background; During pregnancy, the mother's body undergoes hormonal changes that affect the entire organ system. One of the common issues that arise is striae gravidarum, or stretch marks on the skin. Olive oil contains beneficial components for addressing striae gravidarum. An initial survey conducted at PMB Wulan Mardikaningtyas in Kartasura indicated that more than 20 pregnant mothers experience striae gravidarum. The objectives of the research; To investigate the effect of olive oil in reducing striae gravidarum in pregnant mothers. Method; This study utilized a one-group experimental design method. Univariate data analysis was employed to examine frequency distribution, while bivariate analysis was used to assess the impact of olive oil intervention on striae gravidarum. Results; Prior to intervention, the severity level of striae gravidarum was classified as moderate in 9 pregnant mothers (45%) and severe in 7 pregnant mothers (35%). Following the intervention, a majority of respondents exhibited reduced severity levels of striae gravidarum, with 9 pregnant mothers (45%) in the moderate category and 7 pregnant mothers (35%) in the mild category. A difference was observed in the striae gravidarum scale before and after the olive oil intervention. Summary: There is a difference in the striae gravidarum scale before and after the olive oil intervention among pregnant mothers.

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the calculation of the use of raw materials in Asep Embordir, the advantages of Asep Embordir before using the Linear Program and the advantages of Asep Embordir after using the Linear Program to increase maximum profit. The method used in this research is a survey method. With a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are data from interviews and direct observations during April 2022 regarding raw materials for making apparel, labor wage costs, and profits and production time. The existing problems are then formulated using the linear programming method and solved using the simplex method. The results showed that the use of raw materials in Rmfcollectionembroidery for cloth was 45 wood, buttons (27.8) packs, thread 9 rolls) and collar hardener (162 meters). The optimal production quantity for all production variations according to the company's production capacity is 540 pcs, while for KDLP the optimal production is 60 pcs. RMFCollectionembroidery profit from the selling price of Rp. 35,000/pcs, the total profit from KDLP is Rp. 2,100,000, this can be representative of the profit from the production of other clothing sizes. Based on the results of research studies, it is suggested that for the future, if asep border will increase the amount of production, companies need to take into account development costs and need to further analyze the use of all existing production capacity so that production can be carried out optimally.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and professional competence on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. The population in this study were teachers with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test it is processed to produce the regression equation as follows Y = 10.114 + 0.272X1 + 0.457X2 + e. The test results show that work discipline and professional competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. Partially Work Discipline and Professional Competence have a significant effect on Teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya with 70 employees. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The work environment partially has a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. Partial compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational climate on morale ( a case study of village office employees in Rajapolah sub-district). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach, with the sample to be selected in this study being Village Office employees in Rajapolah District, namely 49 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Climate had a significant influence on the Morale of Village office employees in Rajapolah district. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the morale of Village Office employees in Rajapolah District.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 84 orang karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Subregional Jawa Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik proporsional sampling. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially leadership and work conflict on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with an employee survey approach with a sample of 75 respondents. The data collected were primary and secondary. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Dr. Soekardjo Hospital, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. Work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and giving of incentives on work discipline in Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 45 respondents, who are all employees at Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this test prove that competence and giving of incentives have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the work discipline of Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya employees.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production of Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were production employees at Lemona Cake & Bakery with a survey approach and technical data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test, it is processed to produce a regression equation as follows. The test results show that simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee performance Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya.

Shopee is one of the e-commerce companies that continues to increase in Indonesia. Shopee focuses more on the mobile platform so that people find it easier to search, shop and sell directly on their mobile phones. This study aims to analyze the "Effect of Promo Discounts and Free Shipping on E-commerce Shopee on Buying Interests of the People in Beji District, Depok City."This study used a survey method, using a questionnaire as an instrument for collecting data. In determining the sample using purposive sampling method. As for the respondents, there were 60 people from the Beji sub-district community, Depok City, for data management using the SPSS version 25 for windows program.The result is that H1 is accepted because t count is 2.606> 2.002 t table, which means that discounts affect purchase intention, H2 is accepted because the t count is 3.862 > t table 2.002 which means free shipping has an effect on buying interest, H3 is accepted because the t count value 3.694 <t table 2.002 and H4 is accepted because the calculated F value is 19.363> 3.16.  

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Dexalove Collection Stores. To determine the number of samples in the study, researchers used the Slovin formula, where the Slovin formula was used when calculating data in the form of a survey with the population in this study taken from consumers who shopped at the Dexalove collection in April 2023 as many as 1,816 consumers. So, it can be concluded that the sample in this study was 95 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The test methods in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, correlation determination test, f test, and t test. The results obtained in this study showed that the f test results were sig 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results were sig (0.000 <0.05). that there is an influence of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store where this can be proven by the results of the data quality test, namely the value of r count is greater than r table. And the correlation value in this study shows that the relationship between the effect of promotion and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Dexalove Collection Store concludes that the results of the degree of correlation coefficient are high.

Dixon sequence imaging can be used for fat suppression in the extremities and spine, but also quantification of fat in the bones.. The research method used is descriptive research with an observation approach. Christian Religious Education (PAK) is a divine and human effort carried out systematically and continuously, to transmit knowledge, values, attitudes and skills and behavior that are consistent with the Christian faith. Christian religious education is a joint political activity among pilgrims at a time that deliberately pays attention to God's activities in the present. Thus, it can be said that Christian religious education is very important in transmitting knowledge, values ​​and behavior that are consistent with the Christian faith in realizing the vision of the kingdom of God. According to Andreas, there are 2 research approaches that can be chosen, namely the positivist (quantitative) and naturalist (qualitative) approaches.  "Positivist research relies on quantification in collecting and analyzing data to test predetermined hypotheses." Therefore, researchers use a positivist (quantitative) approach. The design used in this research is a survey. A survey is research where the sample is taken from a population with a questionnaire as data collection. The location of the researcher's research was carried out at SD N Osiloa Kupang Tengah for the 2023/2024 academic year, the research period took place from March - May 2023. Based on research conducted by the researcher on the significance of Christian Religious Education (PAK) Teachers' Efforts towards increasing Passion for Reading the Bible in Class III Students At Osiloa State Primary School. The researcher will provide the following conclusions: Based on the research results, it is known that the calculated rs value in the data obtained is greater than the r table. R calculated = 0.999 and r table = 0.684, which means there is a significant relationship between variable There is a significant relationship between variable X: PAK Teacher Effort and variable Y: Students' Passion for Reading the Bible. Judging from the results of calculating the Terminant Coefficient (KP), it is: KP = r² x 100% = 0.647² x 100% = 41.9%. So PAK Teachers' efforts can influence Shiva's Passion for Reading the Bible by 41.9 percent.  

This article aims to analyze and identify the quality of tourist attraction of Alamendah village and its application to the management of tourist attraction in Alamendah village, Rancabali District, Bandung Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of tourism. Tourism is a trip made by a person or group from one place to another, temporary, this tourism aims as recreation, pleasure in seeking environmental balance in social, cultural, natural and scientific dimensions. Through survey and observation methods analyzing Alamendah tourism, this study collects data on tourists' perceptions of the tourist experience, quality of service, quality of physical tourism products, and sustainability of the attraction. Research findings show that a satisfactory travel experience is a key factor in determining the quality of Alamendah's tourist attraction. The results showed that the potential strategy of tourism villages that become tourist attractions, the types of tourism in Alamendah Village, factors that influence the increase in tourist visits to Alamendah Tourism Village such as glamping activity tour packages, tours and sports tourism as well as plantation tourism and digital tourism development strategies can increase tourist visits to Alamendah Tourism Village, The role of tourists in the development of Alamendah Village

This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of students' knowledge of HIV / AIDS on sexual behavior in high school Cokroaminoto Makassar Tamalanrea 2022. Research Methodology This type of research is analytic survey with cross sectional design. This research was conducted in SMA Cokroaminoto Tamalanrea Makassar. The number of samples in this study were 64 respondents. The sample selection using accidental sampling using a questionnaire which serve as the primary data source. The results of this study indicate that disrtribusi frequency of the level of students' knowledge about HIV / AIDS with sexual behavior can be seen that out of 64 respondents, students who have sufficient knowledge and good behavior as much as 23 respondents (95.8%), compared to students who have a level of knowledge sufficient and less behavior there is 1 respondent (4.2%), while students who have less knowledge and good conduct as many as 39 respondents (97.5%), compared to students who have a level of knowledge is less and less that 1 respondent behavior (2 , 5%). Conclusions Most of level of knowledge of students in high school Cokroaminoto Tamalanrea Makassar in the unfavorable category (62.5%) and sexual behavior of adolescents included in either category (96.9%)..

The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. This study examines the influence of civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement on legal awareness among students. Legal awareness is an essential aspect of citizenship, as it enables individuals to understand their rights, responsibilities, and the legal system governing their society. The research aims to explore how civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement contribute to the development of legal awareness among students. The study employs a quantitative research design and collects data through a survey questionnaire administered to a sample of students from various educational institutions. The questionnaire includes items that measure the participants' levels of civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness. Statistical analysis techniques such as correlation and regression analyses are used to examine the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal significant positive associations between civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness among students. Higher levels of civic knowledge are correlated with increased legal awareness, indicating that a solid understanding of civic principles, institutions, and democratic processes contributes to a better comprehension of legal rights and obligations. Similarly, possessing civil skills, such as critical thinking,problem-solving,and effective communication, positively influences legal awareness. These findings underscore the importance of civic education programs that focus on enhancing civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement to promote legal awareness among students. Such programs can be integrated into school curricula, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives to foster active citizenship and empower young individuals to be informed and engaged participants in society

The increase in social media users in recent years has led to an abundance of content that allows users to get new information quickly and easily. However, not all of the information obtained is correct information. Even today, a lot of fake information (hoaxes) is being spread deliberately made to achieve certain goals. In order to be wise in receiving information, it is necessary to realize the importance of media literacy. According to a survey, parents tend to spread hoax news more than young people. This is mostly done by mothers through chat which easily forwards information without reading and understanding it first. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the benefits of using social media as well as an understanding of the negative sides and dangers of hoaxes. This activity targeted PKK mothers in Jatimulyo Village, Jatipuro District, Karangnayar Regency, with 34 participants. This activity was carried out using lecture, discussion, and question-and-answer methods. It is hoped that this community service activity can help mothers navigate the various available media content so that they can make informed decisions about what they choose to consume.

Blitar City is one of the cities in East Java Province which has a fairly large number of MSMEs. One of the potential MSMEs is located in the Pakunden Village. From the survey results it is known that there is one MSME actor producing Menjes Kyu Chips who has never used digital marketing in running his business. Bearing in mind, digital marketing is an urgent thing for MSMEs to do at this time because it has a positive correlation with business continuity in the future. This community service activity was a collaboration between UPN East Java students and the Blitar City Office of Cooperatives and Micro Small Enterprises. The purpose of this community service activity is to help solve problems as well as provide assistance to MSME actors related to the closeness of digital marketing in the form of making the Shopee marketplace as one of the marketplaces that is widely used by the community at large. The method of implementing this activity is divided into 3 stages, namely conducting socialization, training, and mentoring to the UMKM concerned. The results of this activity are expected that MSME actors can understand the importance of the role of digital marketing and be able to implement it into their business.
