Social media marketing expands market reach through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, while video marketing displays products more attractively on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube to increase customer engagement. Social media analytics functions to analyze customer data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize promotional strategies to be more targeted. This research used a quantitative method with 100 samples from Medan Selayang District using the cluster sampling method. The research results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on increasing sales (t-statistics 6.249 > 1.66, p-values ​​0.000), while video marketing has no significant effect (t-statistics 0.784 < 1.66, p-values ​​0.433). Social media analytics has a positive and significant influence (t-statistics 2.589 > 1.66, p-values ​​0.010). Adjusted R-Square of 0.482 shows that 48.2% of the variation in the increase in MSME sales is explained by these three variables, while 51.8% is influenced by other factors outside this research.

This study aims to describe and analyze the magnitude of the direct and indirect influence of the effectiveness of organizational culture, laboratory assistant problem-solving ability, and Motivation on laboratory assistant performance. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey design. The population of lecturers was 608 and laboratory assistants 15, while the sample of lecturers 132 and laboratory assistants 15 were taken by purposive sampling. Data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire, which was then analyzed using path analysis. The study's results showed that: 1) organizational culture directly affects laboratory assistant performance. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. In addition, the t_count value = 11.254 > t_table = 1.970; 2) laboratory assistant problem-solving ability directly affects laboratory assistant performance. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.045 <0.05. In addition, the t_count value = 2.224 > t_table = 1.970; 3) The laboratory assistant's Motivation directly affects the laboratory assistant's performance. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.034 <0.05. In addition, the t_count value = 2.366 > t_table = 1.970; 4) Organizational Culture and the laboratory assistant's problem-solving ability simultaneously affect the laboratory assistant's performance. This can be seen from the significance of 0.031 <0.05; 5) There is a simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture and Motivation on the performance of the laboratory assistant, this can be seen from the significance value of 0.023 <0.05; 6) There is no simultaneous influence of the problem-solving ability of the laboratory assistant and Motivation on the performance of the laboratory assistant, this can be seen from the significance value of 0.116 > 0.05; 7) the problem-solving ability of the laboratory assistant has a direct effect on the work motivation of the laboratory assistant, this can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 <0.05. In addition, the t_count value = 10.595 > t_table = 1.970; 8) Organizational Culture does not have a positive effect on Motivation. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.252 > 0.05. In addition, the t_count value = -1.199 < t_table = 1.970; 9) There is a simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture and the problem-solving ability of laboratory assistants on Motivation, this can be seen from the significance of 0.00 < 0.05; 10) There is a simultaneous influence of Organizational Culture, problem-solving ability of laboratory assistants and Motivation on Laboratory Assistant Performance. This can be seen from the significance of 0.050 = 0.05.These results provide the conclusion that organizational culture, laboratory assistant problem-solving ability and Motivation have a direct and simultaneous effect on laboratory assistant performance.

This research aims to explore the role of internal communication on work effectiveness and employee performance at the Jambi Province Food Security Service. Internal communication is a key factor in increasing organizational efficiency and productivity, especially in the government context. The research approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods, aiming to understand the experiences, perceptions and dynamics of interactions between employees and management. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with 3 participants consisting of structural officials and functional employees, as well as through direct observation of communication patterns in the work environment. The research results show that effective internal communication characterized by openness of information, active participation of all parties, and transparent two-way communication contributes significantly to increasing work effectiveness and employee performance. Employees who feel they have received sufficient information and are involved in decision making are more motivated and show better performance.

Communication is the process of exchanging and sharing information that plays a role as a medium in conveying information and a tool to influence others. One type of communication that is often used is interpersonal communication, because it is done face-to-face directly and using smartphones that are considered effective for persuading others, as well as carried out by caregivers at the An-Nur Women's Charity Home. This research aims to find out how to apply the elements of interpersonal communication media used, how to achieve the goals of interpersonal communication, and the driving and inhibiting factors of interpersonal communication. Methods used in this study include qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from various informants. The results of the analysis show that the interpersonal communication process provided by caregivers includes material about religion, education, guidance, reprimands, advice, questions, storytelling, motivation, and solutions. Additionally, there is a closeness in interpersonal communication between caregivers and children, formed through listening, opening up to each other, sharing stories, understanding messages, and making caregivers both friends and parents. Empathetic, consistent, and attentive communication from the caregiver significantly contributes to the formation of self-confidence, social skills, independence, and responsibility in foster children. Furthermore, a caregiver with strong interpersonal relationships creates a comfortable and supportive environment for children to develop optimally. Open and supportive interpersonal communication helps the child feel valued, heard, and cared for, which contributes to the development of foster children in line with expectations.

The problem faced by the level of public trust related to transparency, accountability and competence towards the sub-district government is still lacking and not yet optimal. This is because the sub-district government is not optimal in providing access and important information about agendas, programs and financial management so that the public does not fully believe that the government is transparent. and accountable. The population of this study was all employees at the District Office in Grobogan Regency totaling 38 employees who were sampled using a saturated sampling technique or census. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results of this research are that accountability, transparency and competence have a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of financial management at sub-district offices in Grobogan Regency.

Peran akuntansi sangat penting bagi keberlanjutan operasional suatu perusahaan. Akuntansi perpajakan sering mengalami permasalahan seperti penghindaran pajak yang agresif, integritas pelaporan perpajakan, kurangnya pemahaman karyawan. Populasi yang diambil dari seluruh karyawan dengan jumlah 100 populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan data sensus pemilihan subset individu dari seluruh populasi yaitu 50 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa persepsi karyawan, kebijakan pajak perusahaan, pelatihan pajak, dan etika berpengaruh positif tehadap praktik akuntansi pajak. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, memperluas dan menambah variabel- variabel lain sehingga memperoleh hasil variatif terhadap praktik akuntansi pajak, seperti kepatuhan pajak, efektifitas pajak, sistem akuntansi pajak.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui nilai perusahaan serta keputusan pendanaan mempengaruhi keputusan investasi. Jenis penelitian ini  bersifat kuantitatif dan sampelnya terdiri dari 30 perusahaan subsektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2021-2023. Sampel ditetapkan dalam metode sampling jenuh (sensus). Analisis regresi linier berganda diaplikasikan guna menganalis data. Hasil analisis ini adalah  Nilai perusahaan mempengaruhi secara positif juga signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, Keputusan pendanaan mempengaruhi secara positif  dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi.

Sumber daya manusia merupakan poin utama dalam pembangunan bangsa, salah satunya adalah mengurangi angka pengangguran dengan berwirausaha. Dilakukannya studi ini guna untuk menunjukkan bagaimana motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan kewirausahaan pendidikan berdampak pada minat wirausaha Gen Y di Kecamatan Rembang. Generasi ini  lahir dari tahun 1980 hingga 2000, tinggal di Kecamatan Rembang dan ingin menjadi wirausahawan. Metode pengambilan sampel digunakan secara purposive. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi: 1) generasi milenial kelahiran tahun 1980-2000 dan memiliki minat dalam usaha; dan 2) generasi milenial yang tinggal di Kecamatan Rembang. Data dianalisis dengan pengolahan analisis regresi linier berganda di alat bantu SPSS 24. Penelitian ini memiliki temuan, dimana semua faktor bebas yang dieliti yang terdiri dari variabel motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan pendidikan wirausaha masing-masing memberi dampak positif pada minat wirausaha generasi milenial di Kecamatan Rembang. Variabel motivasi, lingkungan keluarga, dan pendidikan wirausaha dalam model  riset ini hanya dapat mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha sebesar 37,4%, dan sebab-sebab lain menjelaskan 62,6%.

This research aims to analyze the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) integration on the risk-return profile of the investment portfolio of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The research employs a quantitative method with a case study approach, utilizing historical data from the period 2017-2021. The data is analyzed to identify the relationship between ESG scores and portfolio returns, as well as portfolio risk. Regression analysis and t-test are employed to test the research hypotheses. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between ESG integration and the investment portfolio's return of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The regression coefficient of 0.154 indicates that each one-point increase in the ESG score will result in an average increase of 0.154% in the investment portfolio return.

North Kalimantan Province as one of the regions is required to prioritize capital expenditure to support community economic activities. The Budget Realization Report (LRA) as a form of government accountability in managing finances shows priorities on government operational expenditures. The purpose of this study is to examine the financial performance of the Regional Government of North Kalimantan Province for Fiscal Year 2018 – 2022 using 5 data analysis tools consisting of: 1) Regional Financial Independence Ratio, 2) Growth Ratio, 3) Regional Original Revenue Effectiveness Ratio, 4) Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio, and 5) Compatibility Ratio. This research includes quantitative research with a descriptive approach derived from secondary data, namely the North Kalimantan Provincial Government Budget Realization Report 2018 – 2022. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Zao Martial Art yang merupakan salah satu usaha industri konveksi yang bergerak dalam memproduksi seragam dan perlengkapan alat-alat taekwondo yang terletak di Jl. Raya Manyaran-Gunungpati, Cepoko, Kec.Gunung Pati, Kota Semarang. Perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas setiap bulannya menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan untuk pencatatannya masih menggunakan tulis tangan pada selembar kertas. Belum adanya sistem informasi berbasis dekstop yang dapat memudahkan bagian pencatatan dan perhitungan penerimaan serta pengeluaran kas pada Zao Martial Art. Sistem informasi berbasis dekstop ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengelola pencatatan data serta perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa opsi, diantaranya wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan Microsoft Visual Studio 2013,  Xampp, MySql. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unifed Modeling Language) dengan metode R&D (Research and Development) sebagai metode pengembangannya.

Organizational culture is a system of values, norms and beliefs held by a group of people in an organization that differentiates it from other organizations. This definition can also be seen as a pattern of basic assumptions discovered or developed by a group of people as they interact with each other. Organizational culture can also be interpreted as the characteristics or guidelines implemented by each member of an organization or company. Micro, Small, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are independent productive business units, carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors which greatly assist the process of recovery or improvement of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, play a very important role in the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. The title of this research is "Organizational Culture Analysis of Employee Performance in the Umkm Scope of Tamansari Region, Tasikmalaya City".

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, capital structure and solvency on the value of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period with covid-19 as a control variable. The data used is secondary data from the company's financial statements. This study applied purposive sampling technique in sampling, obtained a sample of 8 telecommunications companies with 128 financial reports. This study applies quantitative methods using data analysis techniques, namely panal data regression analysis and using eviews 12 for data processing. From this study, the results obtained based on the t statistical test, firm value does not get a partially significant positive effect from profitability, liquidity, and firm value does not get a partially significant negative effect from solvency, but firm value gets a partially significant negative effect from capital structure and covid-19. Based on the f statistical test, the company value gets a significant effect simultaneously from profitability, liquidity, capital structure, solvency and covid-19.

ABSTRACT The growth of the both traditional and fast-food culinary sector has been rapid and to maintain consumer satisfaction, it is a crucial factor for determining the progress of culinary business growth. Therefore, the objective of the study is to examine the influence of prices, promotions, and quality of service on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. The data was collected through the completion of questionnaires and it was analysed by using the double linear regression. The research findings indicate that the factors of price, promotion, and quality of service affect significant impact on consumer satisfaction at McDonald's Restaurant Semarang. Through the partial test, it revealed that consumer satisfaction is significantly impacted by both promotion and quality of the service, while the price has no significant influence on customer satisfaction.   ABSTRAK Perkembangan industri kuliner terjadi dengan sangat pesat dan tidak terbatas pada makanan tradisional, namun juga restoran cepat saji. Kepuasan konsumen menjadi indikator penting dalam menentukan arah pengembangan bisnis kuliner. Tujuan riset ini ialah guna menganalisis dampak harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Data diperoleh dari pengisian kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Keluaran penelitian mengunjukkan bahwa harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan secara simultan akan kepuasan konsumen restoran McDonald’s Semarang. Uji Parsial (Uji t) mendapati bahwa promosi dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen sementara harga tidak mempunyai dampak signifikan akan kepuasan konsumen.

This study aims to determine the effect of flash sale, website quality and free shipping promotion on impulse buying in the online shopee marketplace. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. This study uses three independent variables, namely flash sale, web quality, and free shipping promotion with one dependent variable, namely Impulse Buying. After being carried out in the library and in the field, and the preparation of hypotheses, the data in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires as research samples with a sampling technique using a Likert scale. Process the data through the SmartPLS. The results of this study can be said that 1) Flash sales has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying martkeplace online shopee 2) Website quality has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying martkeplace online shopee 3) free shipping promotion has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying martkeplace online shopee.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth on demand for food purchases using Go-Food with brand trust as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 100 respondents obtained through a sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire which is announced to respondents after which the data results are processed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is used in the SmartPLS V.4 analysis test. The results of this study show that the impact of electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on purchase intention, while brand trust has no effect on electronic word of mouth and interest in purchasing food using Go-Food among Uin Walisongo Semarang students.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how well Bank Mayapada Wayhalim Functional Office evaluates credit applications by examining financial statements. In this study, quantitative methods are combined with descriptive research methods. The financial reports of bank customers from 2020 to 2022 that were gathered from bank paperwork make up the processed data. By conducting credit checks on potential borrowers and determining the curent ratlo, quiick ratlo, debt to equityy ratlo, debt to asset ratlo, proflt margln, return onn assets, and return ln equlty, anaIysis of flnancial statements was successful in improving bank effectiveness in managing liquidity, solvency, and profitability.

In the current digital era, digital Islamic pawnshops have emerged as increasingly relevant financial solutions for society, despite encountering challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, low levels of digital literacy, and technical difficulties. This study aims to examine the obstacles and advantages of digital Islamic pawnshops in promoting financial inclusion in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach through literature analysis, this research identifies legal and technical issues associated with the implementation of digital Islamic pawnshops. The results highlight that while these pawnshops offer time and cost efficiency, challenges like limited internet accessibility, poor technological awareness, and security vulnerabilities must be resolved. Recommendations include enhancing digital infrastructure, providing comprehensive education, and strengthening security measures to broaden access and improve the quality of digital Islamic pawnshop services.

The development of information technology, especially social media, has had a significant impact on teenagers aged 10 to 19 years. Although social media is used to seek information and interact, excessive use can have negative impacts on psychological well-being, such as anxiety and inability to control oneself. Factors such as social attachment also play a role in adolescents' psychological well-being. This study aims to examine the relationship between social media use and psychological well-being among adolescents, with the hope of providing insight into more effective psychological support strategies. Method: This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sample used was students of Sultan Agung 4 Islamic Middle School, Semarang. The technique used was a total sampling of 108. The correlation test used in this research was the chi square test. Results: The results of this study showed that respondents aged 14 years dominated with 77 people (71.3%), followed by 15 year olds, 29 people (26.9%), and 16 year olds (26.9%). In terms of gender, men were the largest group with 57 respondents (52.8%). This research also found that 68.5% of respondents used social media with high intensity, while 31.5% used it with lower intensity. In terms of psychological well-being, 25.9% of respondents had high well-being, 64.8% medium, and 9.3% low. The results of statistical analysis carried out using the chi-square test show that the p-value obtained is 0.000.

Based on observations made at MTs Madrasatul Qur'an Salafiyah in class VII, student interest in mathematical literacy is low, with a percentage of student interest reaching only 45%. This is due to the implementation of learning that is limited to textbooks and situations in the classroom, which makes students quickly feel bored when reading because the material read is dominated by text. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of using Nearpod media in increasing student interest in mathematical literacy at MTs Madrasatul Qur'an Salafiyah. The population studied included all VII class students totaling 74 people, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling. This research is classified as classroom action research (PTK) with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used in this study consisted of questionnaires and observation sheets. The data obtained from the research were then analyzed with a quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed an increase in interest in mathematical literacy through the use of poster media identified in cycle I and cycle II. In cycle I, students' interest in mathematical literacy reached 65%, while in cycle II it increased to 90%. This shows that the use of Nearpod media successfully increased students' interest in mathematical literacy.
