We conducted research in schools to find out how the values of national character are implemented in the independent curriculum. National character must always exist even though the curriculum itself often changes. The values of national character that we have should not just disappear, but we must always guard them so that they are not lost. The independent curriculum certainly has done a lot to preserve the values of national character so that students can know what the values of national character are. For the research method itself, I used qualitative research methods by means of interviews and observations. In the schools where we conducted research, namely at SMAN 4 Cibinong and SMPN 4 Kota Serang, we have implemented national character values in the independent curriculum in the implementation of learning, namely honesty, creativity and religious values, for this reason we are also carrying out research activities this time focuses more on students implementing the values of our national character. Students must always apply the character values of the Indonesian nation in implementing the independent curriculum that is currently being implemented.

Polygamy in Islam is permitted under certain conditions, one of which is the obligation to treat wives equally and justly. However, in practice, many instances of polygamy do not align with the noble intentions embedded in Islamic teachings. Polygamy that fails to adhere to the principle of justice can lead to negative impacts on wives, children, and family harmony. These negative effects include violence against women, disruption of family harmony, an increase in divorce rates, and psychological effects on children. Therefore, while polygamy is permitted in Islam, it is essential for the husband to ensure he can fulfill the justice requirements outlined by Islamic law so that the practice of polygamy can bring benefits to all family members. This article discusses the Islamic perspective on polygamy and the negative consequences arising from the practice of polygamy that does not adhere to Islamic teachings.

Corrupt practices in this sector not only harm the state, but also threaten the safety and comfort of society. Achieving transparency and accountability in traffic law enforcement is very important. This strategy must not only involve changes to regulations, but also requires increasing the capacity and integrity of law enforcement officials, as well as active involvement of the community in supervision. Preventing corruption in traffic law enforcement requires implementing these solutions in an integrated manner, so that it is hoped that traffic law enforcement in Indonesia can become more transparent, accountable and free from corruption. Corruption has become a crucial problem that hampers national development, affects public trust in government institutions, and reduces the quality of public services. In this context, legal analysis regarding criminal acts of corruption is very important to understand the challenges faced in law enforcement as well as preventive measures that can be implemented. Although there have been various efforts by the government and law enforcement agencies to eradicate corruption, the challenges that arise are often complex and multidimensional. With a holistic approach, various strategic solutions can be explored, including legal reform, strengthening supervisory systems, public education, economic empowerment, and the application of modern technology such as blockchain. Apart from that, the importance of collaboration between government, society, anti-corruption institutions and the private sector is also emphasized to create a transparent and accountable environment. In conclusion, eradicating corruption requires a joint commitment from all elements of society to achieve sustainable and equitable development goals.

This study aims to analyze legal protection for female workers who are laid off (PHK) and to find solutions to obstacles in providing legal protection for female workers who are laid off (PHK). The methodology used in this study is normative legal research, while the research approach used is a legislative approach where the relevant laws and decrees are sought and studied, and other decisions related to the legal issues being studied are matched by discussing thoughts and lessons or teachings in the field of law, and matching the formulation of the problem based on cases in the world of work related to the material being discussed. The results of the study indicate that various legal instruments, both national and international, have regulated protection for female workers, especially in situations of layoffs. Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) which has been ratified by Law No. 7 of 1984 have provided a clear legal basis regarding the prohibition of layoffs against women on the grounds of pregnancy, childbirth, or marriage. In addition, compensation and industrial dispute resolution are also regulated to ensure that the rights of female workers are protected. However, there are still gaps in the implementation of this legal protection, especially related to the lack of knowledge of workers regarding their rights and the uneven implementation of policies in various industrial sectors. Implementation obstacles in regulating the legal protection of female workers, namely work agreements that are not in accordance with regulations, the lack of general sanctions, and workers' ignorance of their rights are obstacles. The state needs to integrate international conventions into national law and ensure that violators receive appropriate sanctions. Many female workers are not yet fully aware of their rights, which hinders effective protection.
