Transaction logs in online retail provide opportunities for data-driven customer segmentation. This study segments customers at two scopes global (all countries) and United Kingdom (UK) using Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) features derived from the Online Retail transaction dataset. After cleaning cancellations and invalid records, RFM variables are computed per customer and normalized. K-Means clustering is applied separately for global and UK data, while the number of clusters is selected via the elbow criterion and validated using internal indices. The best configuration for both scopes yields five clusters, with moderate separation quality based on the silhouette score. Cluster profiling indicates distinct groups ranging from low-frequency low-spending customers to highly frequent high-spending customers. The comparison between global and UK segmentation shows similar structural patterns, yet different proportions across segments, supporting targeted retention and value-driven marketing actions.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in Indonesia and globally, necessitating an early screening system that is both accurate and clinically trustworthy. Although XGBoost demonstrates high predictive performance, its black-box nature undermines clinical trust, while low recall risks missed diagnosis an unacceptable consequence in population screening, especially in middle-income countries with limited healthcare resources. This study aims to develop a sensitive, transparent, and implementation-ready heart disease screening framework through the integration of SHAP-based Explainable AI. The CDC's Indicators of Heart Disease dataset (319,795 samples) was processed according to WHO/CDC standards, followed by class imbalance handling, hyperparameter optimization using RandomizedSearchCV, evaluation based on metrics sensitive to minority classes (AUC, recall, F1-score, AUC-PR), and threshold tuning to maximize recall. The baseline model showed a very low recall of 12.18%. After optimization and threshold tuning at 0.10, the model achieved recall >96% (96.79%) with a G-mean of 0.7477, supported by SHAP interpretation stability and the ability to capture non-linear interactions between advanced age (AgeCategory_WHO) and poor general health (GenHealth). SHAP analysis confirmed the alignment of dominant features with medical evidence, and its visualizations provide transparent explanations for healthcare professionals indicating its potential implementation as an interpretable clinical decision support system.

Language is the primary means of communication in human life. The absorption of English into Indonesian among university students is an increasingly prominent phenomenon with the development of globalization and digital technology. This study aims to analyze the impact of this absorption on the emergence of new words or terms used by students in academic contexts and everyday communication. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This approach was chosen because this study aims to describe and analyze linguistic phenomena and their impact on the Indonesian language. The results of the analysis show that the absorption of English has given rise to various new terms that are practical, concise, and contextual, such as deadline, submit, healing, burnout, as well as mixed forms with Indonesian affixes such as nge-print and di-upload. These terms facilitate communication and enrich students' linguistic expression. However, on the other hand, the use of these new terms has the potential to displace the use of standard Indonesian equivalents. Thus, the absorption of English has a dual impact: enriching vocabulary through the formation of new terms while also requiring a wise attitude to maintain the existence of the Indonesian language.

This study examines the construction of heroism in the character of Joshua Taylor in The Creator (2023) using Christopher Vogler’s Hero’s Journey framework. In modern cinema, heroism is no longer limited to physical strength or traditional bravery but is often defined through moral struggle, emotional conflict, and ethical decisions in complex situations. Joshua represents a modern hero whose journey unfolds amid a global conflict between humans and artificial intelligence (AI). This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with a structural mapping technique to analyze Joshua’s narrative progression across the stages of Vogler’s Hero’s Journey. The findings show that Joshua’s heroism is constructed through moral transformation, sacrifice, and his shift from a disillusioned soldier to a protector figure who prioritizes life and empathy over ideology. His journey highlights that modern heroism is rooted in ethical awareness and personal redemption rather than dominance or power, it reflects cinematic developments in depicting heroism that are more relevant to today's social and technological context.

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global health problem with high morbidity and mortality rates, particularly in high-burden countries such as Indonesia. Nutritional status is one of the important factors influencing the incidence and outcomes of TB. This literature review aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and pulmonary tuberculosis based on recent national and international studies. Articles were retrieved from Google Scholar, PubMed, and Portal Garuda using the keywords “nutritional status” and “tuberculosis” as well as “status gizi tuberculosis” within the period of 2019–2024. Eligible articles were analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that poor nutritional status is significantly associated with an increased risk of pulmonary tuberculosis. Malnutrition impairs cellular immunity, particularly T-lymphocyte and macrophage function, thereby increasing susceptibility to Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection. Conversely, active TB infection can worsen nutritional status through increased energy expenditure, decreased appetite, and metabolic alterations. This bidirectional relationship highlights the crucial role of nutritional interventions in TB prevention and management. Therefore, improving nutritional status should be considered an integral component of tuberculosis control strategies.

The global environmental crisis has had an impact on religious educational environments such as Islamic boarding schools. The phenomenon at Pondok Pesantren X Malang shows a gap between the normative knowledge of students about cleanliness and their actual behavior, such as the habit of littering. This study is based on the hypothesis that students' ecological awareness is formed through the interaction between knowledge, experience, and the social context in the pesantren. The research method uses an exploratory qualitative approach with a grounded research design through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of six students aged 10–12 years. The results revealed three main themes: knowledge about trash (45%), irresponsible habits (34%), and active awareness (21%). These findings confirm that although santri have a fairly good initial understanding, behavioral change is still hindered by social habits. In conclusion, strengthening reflective education, the exemplary role of ustadz, and institutional support are crucial for building sustainable ecological awareness in Islamic boarding schools.

Suboptimal breast milk production during postpartum is a reason for formula feeding, thus preventing exclusive breastfeeding targets. According to the WHO, the global coverage of exclusive breastfeeding should reach 68% by 2023. Non-pharmacological efforts can be implemented by administering moringa leaf tea, which contains flavonoids, phytosterols, alkaloids, saponins, and tannins, which function as lactogogues to stimulate the hormones prolactin and oxytocin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of administering moringa leaf tea to breastfeeding mothers at the Fitriatul Laili Rejoagung Banyuwangi TPMB in 2025 on their ability to increase breast milk production. This study involved 30 postpartum mothers: 15 in the intervention group and 15 in the control group. The study used a two-group quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design. Five grams of moringa leaf tea, 200 milliliters daily for seven days, was administered to the intervention group. The control group received normal postpartum care. The sampling method used was sequential sampling. Ten breast milk production indices were used as instruments. A t-test was used for data analysis. This study has been ethically reviewed. According to the findings, the average breast milk production in the intervention group increased from 5.87 to 8.87, while in the control group it increased from 6.00 to 6.60. The intervention group's averages differed from the control group by 3.00 and 0.6, respectively. The p-value was 0.000, indicating that tea made from moringa leaves can increase breast milk production. Therefore, this tea is recommended as a natural substitute for breast milk production.

Social change in Indonesia has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, one of which is reflected in the emergence of the Sole Proprietorship Company concept under Law No. 6 of 2023 on Job Creation. This framework allows individuals to establish a Limited Liability Company, particularly to support micro and small enterprises (MSEs). The innovation is not merely an adaptation of global practices but also a response to the need to strengthen economic independence. This study applies an interdisciplinary method with normative and socio-legal approaches to examine the provisions of the Sole Proprietorship Company by integrating social change factors underlying its necessity, despite substantive differences from conventional Limited Liability Companies. The analysis explores legal legitimacy and social readiness, concluding that social transformation drives the demand for this concept. Thus, regulations should be refined to remain simple and effective while encouraging MSEs to use it as a legal safeguard.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy with a contribution of more than 60 percent to the Gross Domestic Product and the absorption of 97 percent of the national workforce, but their participation in international trade is still low with only 14 percent involved in export activities. This research aims to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by MSMEs in accessing the global market and identify adaptation strategies developed by entrepreneurs. A qualitative method with a phenomenological approach was applied through in-depth interviews with 18 export-oriented MSME owners and managers in East Java who were selected by purposive sampling. Thematic analysis using ATLAS.ti revealed seven main challenges including limited access to capital, complexity of export regulations, constraints on production capacity and quality consistency, language and cross-cultural communication barriers, lack of international market information, logistics infrastructure problems, and intensive competition. On the other hand, four strategic opportunities were identified, namely increasing demand for sustainable authentic products, accelerating digitalization and e-commerce, utilizing free trade agreements, and ethical consumerism trends. MSMEs develop effective adaptation strategies in the form of strategic collaboration, product differentiation with  premium positioning, the use of digital technology, and a focus on  specific market niches. The research emphasizes that the successful internationalization of MSMEs requires a holistic approach integrating internal capacity building with the support of a conducive external ecosystem.

A moral crisis occurs when a person loses the attitude, character, and behavior that are in accordance with goodness. Moral and ethical crises often occur among the younger generation in Indonesia due to various factors, such as the impact of globalization, the influence of social media, the lack of parental involvement, and the lack of character education in schools. This study aims to explore the relevance of character education values in M. Quraish Shihab's Tafsir Al-Mishbah to the problems faced by students in the contemporary era. The crisis of morality, bullying, and the threat of radicalism are the background to the urgency of internalizing contextual Qur'anic values. This research is qualitative in nature, using library research, a thematic approach, and content analysis. The results show that the concept of character education in Tafsir Al-Mishbah is rooted in the relationship between the meaning of Rabb and tarbiyah, which aims to shape Insan Kamil through intellectual and spiritual balance. Analysis of Q.S. Luqman: 12-13, Q.S. Al-Hujurat: 11-13, and Q.S. Al-Mujadilah: 11 reveals fundamental values such as monotheism, gratitude, tolerance, and manners in seeking knowledge. The relevance of the findings shows that Quraish Shihab's moderate (wasathiyah) thinking is very effective in protecting students from extreme ideas, building digital literacy ethics through the principle of tabayyun, and eliminating the culture of violence in schools through a humanistic approach. This study concludes that Tafsir Al-Mishbah offers a functional methodological framework for strengthening the character of 21st-century students.

Globalization has brought significant impacts across various sectors of life, including language and literature. Rapid flows of information, intercultural interactions, and the dominance of international languages such as English have triggered changes, adaptations, and even identity confusion in the use of local languages and the development of literary works. This paper explores the influence of globalization on the evolution of language and literature, both in the context of preservation and creativity. Language undergoes modifications in structure and vocabulary as a result of cultural interaction and technological advancement, while literature evolves in terms of genres and media, as reflected in the emergence of digital literature and literacy phenomena on social media platforms. On the other hand, globalization also provides opportunities for local literary works to reach international audiences through translation and digital media. Using a descriptive and analytical approach, this paper highlights the challenges and opportunities arising from the intersection of globalization, language, and literature, as well as their significance in formulating strategies to maintain cultural identity through language and literary expression.
