Arts and culture subjects play an important role in shaping students into creative individuals, maintaining and developing the nation's cultural heritage, while providing support in facing future challenges. The skills acquired through this subject are considered an integral part of the provision provided to students. In the current era, it can be seen that cultural heritage is increasingly fading because it is being eroded by time. Cultural performances and the number of traditional art performers continue to decline, especially guritan art, which has resulted in this cultural heritage becoming increasingly unknown to the public, and people's interest in enjoying traditional art performances from their ancestors is also decreasing. This condition is a serious concern for South Sumatra cultural observer, Vebri Alianti, who stated that cultural heritage is currently threatened with extinction and being eroded by the currents of time (Faldy, 2018). Guritan lahat often highlights local stories, regional legends, heroic stories, as well as the values of introducing and providing an understanding of the art of guritan in class IV of SD Negeri 7 Mulak Ulu, Lahat Regency using the demonstration method. Through this assessment, it is hoped that it can contribute to the development of arts education in Lahat in particular and in Indonesia in general. Thus, this research is entitled "Learning Guritan Art Using Demonstration Methods in Class IV Negeri 7 Mulak Ulu, Lahat Regency"

Mood or mood is an important part of a person's psychological well-being. Several studies show that physical exercise can positively influence mood. One of the factors that influences an athlete's mental and emotional readiness is mood. Mood Profile for Weightlifting athletes is an important factor that needs to be analyzed. This research aimed to determine the relationship between athletes' moods and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI Jatim Surabaya before PORPROV 2025. This qualitative research used mixed methods. Mixed methods is a research approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. A research method that uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. The Total Sample Method is a sampling method with the number of samples equal to the population. The sample was taken using total sampling because the population was less than 100 and the entire population was used as the research sample (Masturoh & Anggita, 2018). The sample that can be used is the population sample taken from Provincial Weightlifting athletes (aged 13 - 23 years) totaling 8 people and is only limited so that they can be used as one training group by filling in a mood profile questionnaire and recording the snatch technique. Of the 8 respondents who took the snatch test, all appeared confident. However, when holding and doing the snatch, there is a feeling of doubt and anxiety about whether or not you can accept the weight of the snatch if it is already above. However, after doing the snatch test, he also felt happy by releasing endorphins in his body. The results of the before and after research show that the "Medium" category with the highest percentage is the anger indicator (AMR) of 71.43% and 42.86%, and the confused mood indicator (SSB) of 53.57% and 71%. Indicators with moderate percentages include full energy indicators (PNT) of 85.71% and 75%, self-assessment (PDR) of 80.36% and 80%, and depression (DPS) of 44.64% and 63%. The percentage of fatigue indicators (KLH) was 53.57% and 42.85% and tension indicators (KTG) were 57.14% and 50%. The conclusion of the research on the analysis of the relationship between athlete's mood and the success rate of snatches in weightlifting athletes at PABSI East Java, Surabaya is in the "Medium" condition. Negative mood conditions in the "Medium" category such as fatigue, anger, tension, confusion, and depression indicate that athletes are not feeling stressed mentally and physically. Meanwhile, positive mood conditions in the "Medium" category make athletes have a good mood, such as being full of energy and self-confidence. This is possible because the training portion is good and the conditions leading to PORPROV 2025 are still quite long. So there are still many athletes who experience good mood conditions so the presence of this athlete's mood also supports the athlete's successful performance both during training and during competitions.

After conducting initial observations at SMK Negeri 8 Denpasar, it was discovered that the students' learning outcomes in cultural arts subjects were relatively low. Therefore, the researcher decided to conduct further study using the PTK (Classroom Action Research) approach method. The aim of implementing the PTK method was to enhance students' understanding of the cultural arts subject through a cooperative learning model known as "learning together," with the goal of improving student learning outcomes. The PTK method involved 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting of 4 stages. The research subjects were the 35 students of class XII Mipa-4 at SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar. Data was collected using performance assessment and observation methods. The collected data was analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method, which aimed to examine the entire cultural arts learning process. Additionally, a qualitative method was applied to analyze the results of the assessment of student performance by comparing the average value of the completeness of learning outcomes. Following the analysis, it was observed that in cycle I, the highest and lowest scores for students of SMA Negeri 8 Denpasar class XII Mipa-4  were 85 and 60, respectively, with a class average score of 71. However, in cycle II, the highest and lowest scores increased to 95 and 80, and the class average score rose to 88. Furthermore, in cycle II, all students achieved scores above the minimum completeness level. This indicated a significant improvement in student scores from cycle I to cycle II.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, monitoring, and employee performance of the effectiveness of credit granting at the banking companies in BUMN Bank. Data collection  methods  are  done  by  survey and questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was 40 respondents, in distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling technique. Based on the F test used to test whether the regression model used is fit, if the significant value>α = 0.05 then the hypothesis is rejected, which means the regression model is not fit. If the significant value <α = 0.05, the hypothesis is accepted, which means the fit regression model. F test results show a significant value of 0,000 which means less  than  0.05  then  the  hypothesis  is  accepted,  which  means  four  independent variables namely the control environment (X1), information and communication (X4), monitoring (X5), and employee performance (X6) simultaneously have a positive effect and risk assessment (X2), control activities (X3) simultaneously have a negative effect on the dependent variable, namely the effectiveness of credit (Y). From the results of the t test it can be seen that four independent variables namely the control environment (X1), risk assessment (X2), control activities (X3), information and communication (X4), monitoring (X5), and employee performance (X6) have a partially positive and negatuve effect on the dependent variable namely the variable the effectiveness of granting credit (Y) because it has a significantly smaller value of 0.05
