Dairi Diancam Tambang, a documentary film produced by Yayasan Diakonia Pelangi Kasih together with Legal Aid and Advocacy of the People of North Sumatra (Bakumsu). The purpose of this writing is to study the life of the people in the villages of Bongkaras and Longkotan whose people professed as farmers after the existence of mining which affected the destruction of agricultural land and river lanes source of citizens' irrigation.  This study uses library studies and methods of descriptive analysis as well as the conflict theory of Karl Marx that the struggle of the proletarians in the defense of their rights seized by the bourgeoisie. The results of the research showed that there was a conflict between the public and PT DPM regarding land management permits in the protected forest area that became the site of the underground mines, as well as public concerns about their safety due to the presence of the mining company PT D PM that is in vulnerable areas of natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods, and the expectation of the village people that the government is more attentive to how the social conditions of the people to keep the earth awake.

Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Surabaya (DISPUSIP) is one of the Surabaya city government institutions whose role is to provide and manage public service facilities in the library and archives sector in the City of Surabaya. DISPUSIP has an IT Team that manages information technology including the development of Management Information Systems (MIS). In working on MIS development, the DISPUSIP IT Team experienced problems related to the division of job desks between members and the MIS work flow was unclear and undocumented because there were no procedures and documentation for MIS development activities. Therefore, MIS development governance is needed in the form of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to manage MIS development activities. The preparation of SOPs in this thesis uses the gap analysis method to determine the gap between current conditions and ideal conditions. Current conditions were obtained from interviews and observations, while ideal conditions were obtained from activities in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the COBIT 5 domain BAI03 framework, and ITIL v3 change management. The output produced from this thesis is a MIS development SOP document which consists of 5 procedures, namely: New MIS Planning SOP, New MIS Analysis SOP, New MIS Design SOP, New MIS Implementation SOP, and MIS Module Addition SOP verified using the interview method and validated with SOP test simulations to find out whether the SOP is appropriate.

In Islam, every action must be carried out carefully, correctly, orderly, and regularly, avoiding indiscriminate actions. The management of education in Islam must be done with precision and seriousness. Islamic education management is considered crucial in improving the quality of life of people who are experiencing underdevelopment, including moral, material, and spiritual aspects. This research method uses Library Research. In the context of" Educational Management, "the term" Islam " encourages intellectual responsibility to elaborate on the distinguishing attributes of Islamic Educational Management. Characteristics and characteristics of Islamic Education Management, which is based on Islamic values, includes the Qur'an and Hadith as a source of revelation that gives color to all aspects and activities. This makes the management of Islamic education as a means to improve the quality of life of people who are left behind. Thus, the management of Islamic education brings a positive impact in the development of the moral, material, and spiritual aspects of Muslims are discussed in detail.

An important element of life on earth is the environment, which consists of everything, conditions and influences that exist in the area where humans live and have an impact on life. Everything that forms life, namely objects, energy, the environment, living creatures, humans and their actions, and living space are included. These items are closely related to each other and interact with each other. This research is included in the library research category because the data is collected from written sources such as books, articles, magazines, newspapers, scientific journals and libraries. This approach allows researchers to obtain precise and relevant data by utilizing various library sources. Library research techniques are used to find legal sources that are trustworthy and relevant. The state is tasked with maintaining a clean and healthy environment, in accordance with Indonesia's current Green Constitution. Article 28H paragraph (1) emphasizes the right of every citizen to a good and healthy living environment in addition to the right to physical and spiritual well-being. This idea is represented in various articles of the 1945 Constitution. Strengthening the legal basis for environmental management and preservation, Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Conservation and Management offers a more complete picture of the environment. The living environment as referred to in Article 1 point 1 is a spatial unity consisting of all physical and biological components that have an impact on nature and life, including humans and their behavior.    

The research carried out has the aim of understanding regional development based on regional superior capabilities through regional economic management in Semarang City. Urban development always involves increasing the built-up area. On the other hand, the increase in population and commercial activities as well as limited urban areas have made efficient use of land a necessity that cannot be ignored. A set of urban development efforts such as residential areas, in regional development there are industrial and highway networks, drinking water networks and public buildings, green areas & facilities. The city of Semarang, as the economic center and capital of Central Java, provides regional development opportunities beyond other cities in Central Asia by implementing specific development strategies based on its regional potential. Data was collected through library surveys without requiring a field survey, but with data from books and periodicals. Based on research findings, Semarang has the potential to experience population growth, increasingly advanced science and technology, as well as economic development due to its maritime, tourism, trade, social, economic and cultural wealth.

Regional governments regulate and manage their own government affairs according to the principle of autonomy and co-administration that in order to create an effective and efficient allocation of national resources, it is necessary to regulate the management of financial relations between the central government and regional governments that are just, harmonious and accountable based on Pancasila and the Law of the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis was carried out through triangulation. This article falls under the category of qualitative research with a literature review approach (library research). The collection of journals related to the theme aims to gather data and information related to genetic, social, and ecological leadership theories. The sources used include books or articles obtained from physical forms and other applications such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, ScienceDirect, and others. Human Resource Management (HRM) is a discipline responsible for managing people in an organization. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling human resources to achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. HRM plays a role in managing various aspects related to employees, such as recruitment, selection, training, development, motivation, performance evaluation, and compensation. Human resource control must be holistic, employee-oriented, and integrated with the organization's business strategy. Therefore, it can be concluded that this involves the use of various tools and techniques, including performance measurement, structured feedback, employee development, and the implementation of fair and consistent policies and procedures.

This research discusses educational psychology which has a significant contribution in increasing the effectiveness of Arabic language learning. By understanding the learning and teaching process as well as individual student needs. This research uses a literature review method (library research), where the discussion in this research is based on expert opinions and the results of previous research on psychology and the learning process. The results show that educational psychology is very important in learning Arabic, as in learning other languages. The following are several reasons why educational psychology is important in this context, including (1) Understanding the Learning Process, (2) Student Motivation and Engagement, (3) Effective Classroom Management, (4) Assessment and Feedback, and (5) Needs Special for Students. By utilizing these educational psychology concepts, Arabic teachers can create a supportive, motivating, and effective learning environment for all their students.    

Indonesia's land is not doing well now, because there is a lot of pollution, especially air pollution, which is very worrying. It was proven that in Jakarta in 2021, for 3 (three) days, the sky in Jakarta was covered with fog, which turned out to be pollution. It was created by the people of Jakarta, starting from factory fumes, then motor vehicle fumes. Based on the example above, there are actually regulations that regulate the monitoring and/or control of fumes coming out of factories or motorized vehicles, but up to now there are still many people being overlooked regarding air pollution. The method used in this research is normative juridical or library research, with a statutory approach to issues. That protection for the public against air pollution in general already exists in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management Jo. Government Regulation Number 41 of 1999 concerning Control of Air Pollution, but the implementation regarding law enforcement by Environmental Law Enforcers is not optimal, so there is a need for cooperation between the community and the government.

This research aims to design and build a website-based library book e-catalog application at the Fatahillah College Center Foundation. This application is designed to overcome the limitations of the manual system currently used by libraries, increase the efficiency of book information management, and make information access easier for users. The research methods used include descriptive methods, observation, interviews, and system development using the Waterfall model. The research results show that the e-catalog application can manage book, member, and loan transaction data effectively. It is hoped that implementing this application can support literacy activities and increase library operational efficiency.

This research aims to evaluate the influence of management functions on the effectiveness of educational institutions through a qualitative approach using a literature review method. By focusing on planning, organizing, directing and monitoring, this research identifies the relationship between management functions and aspects of the effectiveness of educational institutions. The data collection process involved a systematic search of online library sources with relevant keywords, followed by selection and in-depth analysis of the selected sources. Through critical analysis, this research aims to produce insights that are useful for the development of educational management science and practical implementation in improving the performance of educational institutions. It is hoped that the findings of this research can be a valuable contribution for stakeholders in the education sector in an effort to increase the effectiveness of the management of educational institutions.   

Basic education plays a central role in character building and preparing individuals for the future. To achieve optimal goals, the policy and management system of education (Pendas) must be analysed in depth. This study uses a qualitative method with a library study approach to evaluate the pros and cons of the Pendas policy system and Pendas management system. Content analysis of relevant literature revealed that the Pendas policy system provides clarity of national vision and educational inclusion, although it is prone to bureaucracy and slow in adaptation. On the other hand, the Pendas management system offers local adaptability and active participation, but may face inter-agency coordination challenges. This study provides in-depth insights into critical components such as curriculum policy, human resource management and education evaluation and highlights the need for integrative strategies to strengthen an inclusive and competitive education system.

This research aims to analyze how a manager makes decisions regarding employee behavior in a company.  This research uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. The data used is secondary data using sources from books, journal articles, websites and other trusted sources. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The research results show that managers and employees must always work together to achieve new goals and contribute to the company. A professional manager will bring success to a company conversely, if a manager does not understand his job duties and requirements and is unable to complete them, the company will suffer and may experience failure, which will be detrimental to employees or subordinates.

The smooth operation of the ship is inseparable from the support of auxiliary aircraft with good work and maintenance systems. The compressor as a producer of compressed air which will be used for the initial ignition of the main engine, and auxiliary engines as well as working air services in the engine section and the deck section. Thus, maintenance needs to be carried out so that the required air capacity can be fulfilled at any time. For the smooth operation of the machine, good maintenance management is needed so that its condition is maintained and when it is used there are no problems and it can work optimally. Many experts say that how important it is to make a good maintenance management. The method used in this research is the field research method supported by conducting interviews with several parties related to the research topic and supported by library research methods. To carry out maintenance and repairs to the air compressor on the main engine at KM Umsini, it is necessary to carry out maintenance and repair management which includes planning, organizing, implementing and finally controlling. The suggestion that the author can convey is that the ship's crew, especially the engineers, learn correctly the workings or functions of the air compressor on the main engine so that when the ship is operating it experiences problems that can be resolved properly.

Technology and information in the digital era is developing very rapidly, especially in the field of information systems. Along with advances in technology we can alleviate an existing problem. Given the rapid development of information systems in recent years, it can encourage human activity to seek information. One of the technological developments marked by the existence of the internet is providing services. The forms of services provided by the internet are useful and beneficial for human life, from data access, advertising, communication, actual information, and one of them is a digital library or can be called E-Library. A library is a collection or collection of all kinds of books, archives and papers. A library management system that is still manual requires the role of technology. So we need E-library technology to implement a library management system to facilitate library management. researchers are encouraged to study the E-library by using the K-Means Clustering method to solve E-Library problems.

The Binjai Library has developed a technology-based information service system to improve service quality for the community. This study aims to audit the information service system of the Binjai Library using the COBIT 5 framework. Based on the analysis, it was found that the information system has not reached the expected target levels in all domains. The average maturity level calculation shows a score of 1.43 or 143%, which is classified as Fully Achieved. Key findings include the near alignment of human resources and IT capabilities with institutional needs, suboptimal innovation in services, and the need for improvement in HR management and communication. This study concludes that the Binjai Library needs to implement improvements and innovations to enhance the performance of the information system and service quality.  

Changes in personnel management are crucial along with increasing demands for the professionalism and competence of teaching staff in Islamic educational institutions. This transformation covers various aspects, starting from recruitment and selection, competency development, to teacher performance evaluation. The research method used in this article is a literature study that analyzes various library sources related to personnel management and Islamic education. The research results show that implementing effective personnel management can increase teacher motivation and performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of learning and student achievement. In addition, the integration of Islamic values ​​in the personnel management process can create a conducive and harmonious work environment, which greatly supports the achievement of Islamic education goals. This article concludes that personnel management transformation is a strategic step that must be taken by Islamic educational institutions to face the challenges and dynamics of the current world of education. . Zakat and waqf are forms of worship that have two dimensions, namely the vertical dimension, which is a manifestation of a servant's obedience to his rabb. This research is a qualitative research, in accordance with the object of study, this type of research is included in the category of library research.Islamic philanthropy in this case zakat and waqf are regulated by the state in the form of laws. The role of the state is still considered overlapping in some juridical cases in its application considering that the study in this research highlights more juridical aspects. Zakat and waqf are important instruments in Islamic philanthropy that have an important role in helping the poor, improving community welfare, encouraging wealth distribution, cleansing the Self and wealth, increasing piety to Allah SWT and achieving the goals of Islamic philanthropy. Effective and professional management of zakat and waqf will maximize its benefits to achieve these goals.

Apart from the family education that Ananda received, we can also teach you how to utilize digitalization media tools with assistance and useful use. There are also many strategies that can be used to develop the character of religious values. and morals through the media that we encounter every day and can also take advantage of the mass media that are currently developing.
