The most effective and simple way to remove germs from your hands is to wash your hands with clean water and use soap. The method used in this community service activity is to provide education about washing hands with soap properly through seven steps for good and correct washing. The results of implementing service activities can be described through 2 (two) activity stages, namely preparation and implementation. Students listened to an explanation about the importance of washing hands properly using soap and running water, and 30 students were able to practice the correct way of washing hands, so that they can be applied in everyday life, such as washing hands with soap after playing, eating and after eating. This activity can make a positive contribution in reducing and preventing health problems, especially in the Pacet area, Bandung Regency

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of learning creativity and emotional intelligence on economic mathematics learning achievement of students at Stie Ganesah Jakarta. This research is a quantitative survey research with a correlation approach. The respondents in this study were first semester students of the STIE Ganesha Economics study program. The data were obtained by giving the students' learning creativity and emotional intelligence questionnaires. This is evidenced by the value of Sig = 0.011 <0.05 and t count = 2.696. The magnitude of the correlation number is 0.389 with a determination of 0.151. This means that the magnitude of the relationship between X1 and X2 variables to Y is 0.389 with a medium category. The magnitude of the effect of X1, X2 on Y is 15.1% where the variables of learning creativity and emotional intelligence together affect the variable of student achievement in mathematics economics by 15.1% while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Asthma is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic inflammation of the airways. This disease is diagnosed based on a history of respiratory symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, a feeling of heaviness in the chest and coughing that varies in time and intensity, accompanied by limited expiratory air flow. The aim of this activity is to be able to understand asthma and administer simple steam inhalation to determine the effectiveness of airway clearance after administering inhalation therapy (UAP) to asthma patients. Health education about asthma and simple steam inhalation can increase the knowledge of  Kampung Baru village residents to do their best to treat asthma using traditional medicine. Health education to residents can increase their knowledge and skills in using traditional drugs in a simple way.

Relationship skills can create a sales network and become an important part of a company to increase competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to identify the inconsistency of the relationship between relational capability in competitive advantage and Pareto sales network assets as a mediator. The sample of this study came from food and beverage SME owners around the city of Semarang, Central Java. Respondent data was collected from 202 small and medium business sectors through questionnaires and interviews. This study used SEM-PLS for analysis. The results of the study found that (1) relational capability had a positive and significant effect on Pareto sales network assets; (2) relational capability has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; (3) Pareto sales network assets have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage; (4) the greater the influence of relational capability on competitive advantage through Pareto sales network assets. The role of Pareto sales network assets has the potential to be a high leverage for competitive advantage in SMEs.

This research aims to see employee feelings in terms of organization, organization, and emotional intelligence at the Surakarta City Trade Office. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique which resulted in a sample of 45 employees. Techniques for obtaining data using questionnaire techniques. The research method with data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that simultaneously work ethic, organizational culture, and intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance while partially work ethic had no effect on employee performance in the organization group and emotional intelligence had an effect on employee performance.

Research on the Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing aims to find out the influence of The Influence of Communication Quality and Conflict Management on Customer Relationship Marketing as Variable Intervening Research Location PT. Bpr Rudo Indobank in Semarang City. The population used is PT Customer. Rudo Indobank. The sample was 100 respondents. Research data comes from two sources, namely primary data and secondary data. This type of research is quantitative. Sampling using purposive random sampling techniques. The collected data is then analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS 24 software. The results of this research Communication Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing, Conflict Management has a significant positive effect on Customer Relationship Marketing.

The establishment of new hotels in Semarang City has an impact on increasing competition between existing hotels. Many hotel choices make the hotel room occupancy rate reduced. Based on the increasing number of existing hotels that have an impact on decreasing occupancy rates, research on customer loyalty is conducted. The research was conducted at Grasia Hotel with 96 respondents with criteria as guests who have stayed more than twice and for criteria aged more than 20 years. The results showed that trust and facilities had a positive effect on customer loyalty

This research aims to determine the effects of return on investment, operating cash flow, management assets, debt to equity ratio, and firm size on dividends. This research involved 23 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange as the research sample. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analysis used multiple linear regression with E-Views version 9. The results show that return on investmetnt has an influence on cash dividends, while operating cash flow, management assets, debt to equity ratio and firm size do not have an effect on cash dividends.

PT. Biru Semesata Abadi is a company engaged in refill drinking water, one of the many drinking water companies in Semarang, and has many branches (10 branches) and one head office in Semarang (in the Bugangan area, East Semarang district), because this company has franchise system. In this case, I will discuss the presence system (presence) of employees of PT. Biru Semesta Abadi, Fatmawati Semarang branch which is still manual (presence made of paper and written by hand) and still encounters many obstacles. This desire arises because this company has difficulties in processing Presence information data, resulting in more and more hardcopy archives and makes it difficult when the company management intends to recap and re-collect data and employee attendance lists. Presence Process that already exists in the Study of PT. Blue Semesta Abadi Semarang can be said that there are still shortcomings because everything is still done manuallyThe use of the Fingerprint method in this employee Presence system application will also make this Presence system more effective and efficient because each employee will only paste one of the employee's fingerprints on the available Fingerprint device where the calculation of the employee's attendance and exit hours will be entered in the database. , then the result of inputting the employee identification number will be the reference for the employee's arrival time.

This study aims to design and develop an effective learning media and become a media to assist in studying Physics in depth at SMK Mataram Semarang, especially in the Impulse and Momentum material. Physics becomes a boring subject for students, because many students think that Physics is a lesson that is difficult to understand, less interesting and feels monotonous. This has an impact on decreasing students' interest and value in studying Physics.The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method with six stages, namely Research and Information Collecting (Research and Information Gathering), Planning (planning), Develop Premliminary Form of Product (Product Design Making), Premliminary Field Testing (Product Design Validation) , Main Product Revision (Design Revision), Main Field Testing (Product Testing of Products in the Field by Prospective Users). Determination of the feasibility level of multimedia-based learning media based on design validation by experts and product trials to students using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The development of multimedia-based learning devices can develop devices that have been used so far, from conventional devices to become more interesting learning media. The application of multimedia-based learning media can help support the teaching and learning process to make it easier to explain or deliver material to students. In addition, it can help students to understand more deeply so that students' scores can be increased more than without using learning media.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on all industrial sectors in Indonesia, and one of them is the country's tourism sector since the beginning of 2020 and consequently has had a tremendous impact on tourism villages in Indonesia. A survey conducted by the Desa Wisata Institute (2020) of 97 tourist villages throughout Indonesia noted that no less than 92.8% of villages (or around           population in these villages continued to maintain their profession. the original. It is  undeniable  that tourism  contributes  a large amount  of  income  so  that  this pandemic has caused the tourist villages to suffer losses of tens to hundreds of millions of rupiah. Nearly 99% of tourism villages in Indonesia were closed due to the implementation of social restriction policies which resulted in the cancellation of visiting guests and in the end it had a long-term effect on tourism entrepreneurs in tourist villages such as restaurant entrepreneurs, homestay owners, craftsmen, artists. For this reason, in order to help revive the existence of the Tourism Village in the community, in the community service of STIEPARI Semarang this time the goal is in Sikasur Village, Pemalang Regency, this program was held with the aim of helping tourist villages raise their ranks and providing a forum for community service for the academics involved. CHS (Cleanliness, Health, Safety) which in the new normal era is considered very important to be implemented in various tourist destinationsThese community service activities include location surveys, Forum Group Discussion (FGD), and outreach. The results of this activity are expected to make Sikasur Tourism Village begin to adapt and develop in this new normal era

The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the application of the land registration process and the factors that influence the application of land registration. This research method uses an empirical normative approach supported by a case approach. The results showed that in the implementation of complete systematic land registration so far is still not effective, in terms of technical and administrative where there are still many errors found on the picture or map on the citizen's certificate either switched or wrong on size. Then the factors that affect the complete systematic land registration are the Procedure and Mechanism Factors as well as the Resource Factors of the Implementing Officer. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of web site quality, security and online shopping confidence in purchasing decisions on shopee e-commerce in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. This study obtained data through questionnaires. The population in this study were users of shopee e- commerce sites in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with criteria for men and women aged 17 to 36 years in Gunung Pati Semarang District who had used and shop online at Shopee E-Commerce. Sample total was 100 respondents. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of gross profit, operating profit and net profit in predicting future cash flows (study of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period). In this study, the population is the number of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2019, totaling 149 companies. The sample in this research is 19 companies with purposive sampling method. The results of the study show that gross profit has a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that gross profit can predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2017 period 2019. Operating profit does not have a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.774 <0.05, so it can be concluded that operating profit cannot predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. Net profit has a positive and significant effect on predicting future cash flows with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that net income can predict future cash flows in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period

Indopintan Sukses Mandiri is a company engaged in electronic assembly. Accounting information systems have a close relationship with inventory control. In recording the raw materials of PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri implements a perpetual recording system, which is a recording of the amount of inventory that is carried out every time there is a transaction. so that the amount of inventory available at any time can be known. The recording of these raw materials is carried out by the bookkeeping department and the warehouse section. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. The research method uses interview and documentation techniques about the role of accounting information systems in internal control of raw material inventory. From the overall research results, the Accounting Information System for raw material inventory at PT. Indopintan Sukses Mandiri has been running quite effectively, seen from the preparation of clear procedures. The procedures for the Accounting Information System have been quite effective because the documents used for transactions have been serially numbered in print. Internal control is still less effective because there are still multiple functions in the reception and storage department.

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size, and profitability on firm value. The population of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2019 research period, totaling 26 companies. This study uses a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 13 companies which are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The analytical model used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis model which was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 computer program for windows.

This study aims to determine the effect of product variation on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Toko Ramai Semarang, the influence of product variation, product quality, and service quality simultaneously affect satisfaction consumers of Toko Ramai Semarang. The type of research used is inferential. The population in this study are consumers who shop at TokoRamai Semarang. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of product quality, price perception, and brand image on the purchasing decision of Reebok brand sports shoes in the After.disc shoes store. The population in this study are all consumers who come to After.disc shoes store. While the sample was chosen using the non-probability sampling method of 96 respondents. Data analysis methods used in this study include data instrument testing, model feasibility tests, t tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing hypothesis 1 (H1) produce that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions so that it can be interpreted the higher the quality of Reebok shoes sold by After.disc shoes store, the higher the tendency of consumers to make a decision to buy. Hypothesis 2 (H2) results show that price perception has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions so that it can be interpreted as the more affordable Reebok shoes prices After.disc shoes store, the higher the tendency of consumers to make decisions to buy.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Selain sebagai jalur peredaran narkoba, Solo adalah kota dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dibanding kota -kota lainnya. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI. This community service aims to (1) instill self-confidence to grow development and introduce children to the basic schools to love more and more ancestral culture based on local wisdom; (2) Promote a sense of trust with mental education with good character, based on the development guidelines of Pangkur Pupuh 3Serhatama Fiber, and (3) Fostering a smart and quality society, through basic education that has the spirit of Pancasila. The method of implementation used in this service with learning and training socialization papers. The population of this study were 20 teachers, prospective teachers and students of SDN 3 Suruh. The result of this community service is that the teacher can understand the songs and practice the PangkurPupuh 3SeratWedhatama song. Thus, the method of learning through training and socialization is more effective in making teachers, prospective teachers and students understand the philosophy of Armageddon 3Swedhatama fiber.
