Background: Lung tumors are the growth of abnormal lumps in lung tissue which can be benign or malignant. One diagnostic imaging modality that is more supportive of lung disorders is by using a Computed Tomography Scan examination. Image manipulation can be done to improve the appearance of the image. One of the most common image processing techniques is called windowing. This technique allows the technology to change the contrast of the displayed image by adjusting the window width (Window Width) and window level (Window Level). Method: The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach, which aims to determine the effect of variations in window width and window level on image quality in CT scans of the Thorax with clinical lung tumors. Using variations of Window Width and Window Level WW 1000 and WL -500, -600, -700, WW 1250, WL -500, -600, -700 and WW 1550, WL -500, -600, -700. The author took CT scan data of the Thorax with clinical lung tumors in 4 samples. Then an assessment was carried out in the form of a check list by respondents, namely 3 radiographers and 1 radiologist. The data is then processed using SPSS. Results & Conclusions: There is an influence of WW 1000 and WL -500, -600, -700, WW 1250 and WL -500, -600, -700 and WW 1550 and WL -500, -600, -700 on image quality, namely artifacts and noise on Thorax CT Scan examination with lung tumor cases, the conclusion was obtained from the results of the Friedman test which showed a p.value value of <0.001 or smaller than 0.05 so that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. From the results of the mean rank Friedman test, it is known that the value of image quality is artifacts and noise in Thorax CT scans with lung tumor cases. Variations in window width 1550 and window level 500 are able to produce the best image quality with minimal artifacts and noise. Thorax CT scan examination in lung tumor cases.

Indonesia is an archipelagic country because it has many islands spread throughout Indonesia, one of which is Pulo Panjang, which is an island located in Banten Bay in the Puloampel District area of Serang Regency with an area of around 8.2 km² and a population of 39,927 people in 2021. Pulo Panjang has a village population called Pulo Panjang Village. This village is in a coastal area, so as is known, coastal areas are vulnerable to natural disasters such as abrasion or erosion caused by beach wave activity. so there needs to be good management regarding coastal areas as in Law Number 27 of 2007. One of the efforts carried out by PT. PLN Indonesia Power Cilegon PGU as a company whose operational area is close to Pulo Panjang Village is planting mangroves on the beach to help prevent erosion or abrasion disasters and other natural disasters that may occur in Pulo Panjang Village

This journal discusses efforts to improve digital marketing skills in the context of empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) groups in Banjarnegera Regency through the application of product rebranding methods. The main objective of this research is to increase the digital presence and competitiveness of MSME products in the online market. The research method involves collaboration between researchers and a selected group of MSMEs. The product rebranding process is carried out with a focus on developing brand identity, online layout, and digital marketing strategies. Special training is provided to members of the MSME group to increase their understanding of the use of digital platforms, social media, and other online marketing techniques. The research results show that the application of the product rebranding method significantly improves the digital marketing skills of the MSME group. We saw an increase in the number of website visitors, engagement on social media, and an increase in overall sales. In addition, members of the MSME group also reported an increase in their confidence and understanding of digital marketing strategies.

This journal discusses efforts to increase knowledge about the importance of halal certification as a strategy to increase the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjarnegara Regency. Halal certification is a key factor in expanding market access and increasing consumer confidence. The aim of this research is to increase the understanding of the MSME group in Banjarnegara Regency regarding the basic concept of halal certification, its significance in the context of business competitiveness, and its positive impact on local economic growth. The method of increasing knowledge involves outreach activities and workshops directly to MSME groups. The results are expected to have a positive impact on increasing awareness and implementation of halal certification among MSMEs, which in turn will contribute to increasing competitiveness and economic growth in Banjarnegara Regency.

Due to the fetus's expansion in the uterus, the mother's pelvic joints are slightly more mobile, resulting in back pain. Additionally, the shoulders are pulled back and the lumbar spine is more curved, both of which increase spinal joint flexibility. To overcome back pain, one effort that can be done is pregnancy exercise. The goal of this volunteer project is to develop a unified strategy for preventing and treating pregnancy-related back pain by educating the public about the issue. Implementation in community service activities on October 3, 2023 at 09:00 - 12:00 WIB has been followed by pregnant women totaling 10 pregnant women, with the average results of knowledge before counseling amounting to 52.5 and after counseling amounting to 89.0 it is concluded that overall counseling participants with good knowledge. It is hoped that by raising awareness of pregnancy exercises, particularly among pregnant women, this event will help to reduce the number of back pain complaints in the community. Health Education is a topic that is explored in both theory and practice during these events. With this program, it is hoped that pregnant women can do pregnancy exercises so that complaints of back pain and other complaints can be reduced. What is the formulation of the response of Muhammadiya in the education field? The purpose of this study was to study how Muhammadiyah's response in the field of education in Sei Rampah. This research is a qualitative research (Case Study) in the development of education in Sei Rampah. The method used in this study was conducted on research data. Data collection techniques presented consisted of observation techniques, interviews (interviews) and also documentation. The data analysis phase used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this Research Development (Case Study) were a design carried out to determine PCM Sei Rampah's responses in the field of education. The subjects of this study were the Muhammadiyah Branch Chairperson, the Dikdasmen Council, and the school. The implementation can be done well, so it can be learned about the development of education in Sei Rampah    

This study aims to find out how the behavior of traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City in the perspective of Islamic marketing ethics and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in applying it to traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study it is known that Islamic marketing ethics have not been fully implemented by traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City. Of the 5 indicators of Islamic business ethics 2 that are applied in trading activities at Pasar 46 Jambi City, the responsibility is Ihsan (benevolence). Supporting factors in applying Islamic business ethics to traders in Pasar 46 Jambi City are the factors of responsibility (responsibility) and factors of Ihsan (benevolence). While the factors that become obstacles in applying Islamic business ethics are the monotheism factor (unity), the balance/justice factor (equilibrium), and free will.

In the current era of globalization, the rapid growth and development of sharia banking in Indonesia has given rise to competition between sharia financial institutions which is getting tighter from year to year, therefore both state and private banks are launching various strategies to attract potential customers or existing customers. Are interested so that they remain loyal customers. Service quality and customer satisfaction are one of several factors that influence customer loyalty. Service quality is expected to provide encouragement to customers to maintain a strong relationship with the bank. Customer satisfaction shapes customer perceptions and can then position the product in their minds. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of customer service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia, IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Caash Office, Jambi City. The Number ofsamples in this research was 100 people and used a non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling. Multiple Regression Analysis is used as a data analysis technique. The research result show that service quality and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Based on data analysis in this research, these variables are valis and reliable. When testing classical assumptions with a normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity do not occour.

Based on the phenomenon that occurred at the Congko Village office, it appears that the performance of village officials has not been optimal, this can be seen from the fact that there are still village officials who do not comply with the applicable rules and regulations, apart from that there are village officials who are indifferent to the tasks given to them. This caused the community to complain about the services provided by village officials at the Congko Village Office. The formulation of the problem in this research is Does leadership style influence the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency, while the aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of Village officials in Congko Village, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Congko Village office, which is located in Congko Village, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The sample was determined using the Census or Saturated Sampling Technique, that is, the total population can be used as the sample size in this research, so that the sample in this research is all Village Officials Congko numbered 13 people. To determine the influence of leadership style on the performance of village officials, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has an influence on the performance of village officials at the Congko Village Office, Marioriwawo District, Soppeng Regency. The suggestions given by researchers to the Congko Village Government are to maintain and improve the leadership style currently applied so that war performance in Congko Village can improve.

The low performance produced by employees in carrying out their duties and work is thought to be related to the leadership style applied at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. These factors are variables that need to be studied in this research so that the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries in Soppeng Regency can be determined. The aim of this research is: To determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency. This research was carried out at the Department of Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries, Soppeng Regency, which is located on Jalan Salotungo Watansoppeng, Lalabta Rilau Village, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. So the samples in this study were all 24 employees of the Soppeng Regency Animal Husbandry, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. To determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, simple linear regression analysis was used. From the results of a simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that: Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance at the Soppeng Regency Livestock, Animal Health and Fisheries Service. One tactic to achieve the goals this country seeks is economic growth. Economic development performance is measured based on a number of factors, including population growth, per capita income, unemployment, poverty level and balance of payments. However, in reality, this progress has not provided the best results because the community is still not the main beneficiary. Ultimately, all parties must rethink appropriate development plans to implement in our country considering the increasing rates of unemployment and poverty that are currently occurring. so that neglected communities no longer exist. Experts in the fields of economics, society and politics are starting to study how to achieve effective development without being plagued by unemployment and poverty. The interesting aspect of these studies actually comes from Muslim economists and thinkers. They present new options along with the development of new theories about Islamic economics. Adherents of sharia economics which are based on Islamic sharia principles are expected to behave professionally and demonstrate neatness, honesty, orderliness and regularity in their processes. This article aims to investigate how an Islamic economic perspective on development can address the problems of poverty, unemployment and equality, starting with the arguments given above.    

Looking at the nature of the Image Streaming strategy, it is hoped that the Image Streaming strategy can be used as an effective and appropriate strategy when used in learning to write narratives in the form of short story texts. This service aims to provide continuous and continuous learning so that it is not just a matter of putting together a complete word but can be put into writing using the right strategy; improving students' skills by implementing appropriate learning strategies, namely the image streaming strategy in the learning process so that students can practice expressing their ideas in written form; find out the extent to which students' abilities have increased in writing skills to compose a complete sentence through the Image streaming strategy. In order to achieve this goal, the service team carried out planning by chronologically chronologically lining up its implementation starting from discussions, providing materials, providing assistance and implementing the Image Streaming strategy, as well as evaluating the results of student activities. Therefore, the final result of this community service is that it can provide motivation and useful information for students to be more active in the teaching and learning process in class.

This study aims to determine the prevalence of refractive errors in children with Down Syndrome in eye examination activities carried out during Down Syndrome Awareness Month 2023 by the East Java Association of Parents of Children with Down Syndrome (PIK POTADS). A total of 30 children with Down Syndrome underwent eye examinations, and the results showed that 18 children (72%) had myopia, 7 children (28%) had astigmatism, and 5 children were indicated to require further referral to a pediatric ophthalmologist. These results indicate that children with Down Syndrome have a high risk of experiencing refractive errors, so regular eye examinations and medical follow-up are needed.

The main causes of refractive errors include hereditary factors and an unhealthy lifestyle. Signs and symptoms of refractive errors include blurred vision, frequent squinting to see objects clearly, and difficulty focusing when reading, watching TV, or looking at a gadget screen. This disorder cannot be completely cured, but it can be helped with glasses, contact lenses, or lasik surgery. The urgency of this research is driven by the increasing duration of gadget use among Ma Chung University students in June 2023  and its impact on eye refractive errors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the duration of gadget use on refractive errors in students. The targeted output is empirical data on the relationship between the duration of gadget use and the incidence of refractive errors, which can be the basis for eye health interventions among students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan menceritakan kembali isi cerita fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan sebelum menggunakan media film animasi. (2) Untuk mendekripsikan keterampilan menceritakan kembali isi cerita fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan setelah menggunakan media film animasi. (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media film animasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menceritakan kembali isi cerita fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas VII-2  SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan sebanyak 32 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pilihan kata, lafal, irama, jeda, mimik, gestur dan struktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest- posttes. Teknik analisi data menggunakan uji persyaratan analisis, uji normalitas, danuji hipotesis. Hasil pretest dalalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 60,03 dengan kategori cukup. Sedangkan hasil posttest yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebesar 75,68 dengan kategori baik. Melalui pengujian hipotesa yaitu 12,13178 > 2,03951 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari media film animasi terhadap keterampilan menceritakan kembali isi cerita fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan.

This research contains an analysis of the components of meaning in typical Tasikmalaya crafts, namely payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, which is carried out by describing or describing the reality of the facts contained in the research object. The aim of this research is to clarify the differentiating components of the equivalent or lexicon of payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani in Indonesian. The analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive techniques, with data collection techniques using reading, listening, note-taking techniques, apart from that, this research also uses semantic analysis. The objects of this research are payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani. Based on the meaning component analysis that we have carried out, we can conclude that there are five lexicons related to the payung geulis. The difference lies in the raw materials for making it, the function of use, and even the shape of the type of umbrella. Apart from that, there are also eight lexicons related to the kelom geulis and gamparani. The difference lies in who the user is, the material it is made from, and the situation of the user.

In principle, pension funds replace employee benefits. Taspen is a pension and insurance program organizer that serves ASN, judges, and civil servants. The source of funding for this pension program comes from the basic salary (gapok), additional basic salary, as well as the last monthly additional basic salary. So in essence, civil servants who have retired can rely on Taspen to manage their pension funds, which will be given in the form of monthly payments in accordance with applicable regulations. So here researchers carry out an analysis to find out what the customers in question are using the pension funds for. Are these funds managed and utilized well? This research uses a qualitative approach. data was collected using the interview method. After all the data has been collected, data analysis is carried out. The data analysis used is non-statistical data analysis. In this research, what is analyzed is the data collected in interview transcripts. Based on the research results, it is known that customers can use pension funds for various purposes, such as living costs. when retiring, investing, purchasing property, or supporting the education of children or grandchildren. Apart from that, customers also manage pension funds by carrying out financial planning, selecting investment portfolios, carrying out evaluations and monitoring, making wise expenditures, carrying out and considering insurance and protection, then consulting with financial experts.

ThisThis study aims to examine financial management and financial accounting systems on the quality of financial reports. Collecting research data using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were delivered to 35 employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. This research is included in quantitative research. The sample was determined using total sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that financial management has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports and the financial accounting system cannot influence the quality of financial reports.
