MTs Darul Ikhlash is one of the educational institutions in South Sangatta which is equipped with various school facilities and infrastructure. Some of the data management processes for facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash still run manually and some are in the form of files, but there is no system that accommodates the facilities and infrastructure processes as a whole. So it is difficult for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure to find out and search for data held by the school, as well as control the inventory of facilities and infrastructure, especially those in condition that can be replaced for further improvement. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system for facilities and infrastructure that is used to simplify the process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash so that management becomes more effective and efficient. This information system planning was created using the waterfall method. This research has produced a web-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System for Data Collection and Loans at MTs Darul Ikhlash, which will make it easier for the school to recapitulate facility and infrastructure inventory data more quickly and accurately.

The purpose of this research is to develop a decision support system for selecting the best existing employees in order to facilitate data collection and the process of selecting the best employees. The research methodology used in the data processing system is the literature study method, namely data collection which is carried out by taking data from various books in the library, journals and other books that can be used as a basis for analyzing problems that can be discussed in research, as well as field study methods. namely by making direct observations such as interviews and observations. The problem solving algorithm used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The result of this research is that there is an application tool made with the Java programming language and storing data using a database from MySQL so that the process of data collection and selection of the best employees at PT Radiant Asia Pacific becomes more effective, efficient and practical.

The objectives of this research are: 1) to determine the Principal's management planning in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 2) to determine the organization of the Principal's management in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 3) to determine the implementation of the Principal's management in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung; 4) to determine the Principal's management supervision in improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method using a natural qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were taken directly from parties who are directly related to the implementation of Principal Management in improving the function and performance of teachers. In seeking this information the researcher will interview: (1) Principal, (2) Deputy Principal, (3) Teacher and can develop according to the needs of researchers. The results obtained in this research are: 1) The planning process for improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung began with holding meetings covering all school activities, including curriculum, student affairs, infrastructure and public relations; 2) Organizing activities at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung are carried out by considering the 5W and 1H principles, with the aim that the activities to be carried out can be right on target and efficient; 3) To improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung, various steps were taken, including involving teachers in workshops, IT in-depth training, developing report-based assessments, developing an Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), training in developing learning implementation plans (RPP), technical guidance (bimtek) for learning, preparation of literacy questions, preparation of DUPAK, as well as personal coaching for teaching staff; 4) Improving teacher performance at SMA Negeri 2 Tarutung is carried out through two supervision systems, namely internal supervisors and external supervisors.

PT Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia is a distributor for European gearbox and electric motor manufacturers. PT Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia is one of the sole agents of electric motor/gear motor products and one of the largest gear companies. Based on the objectives and form of the research conceptual framework, the approach used in this research is quantitative. In this study, simultaneously the level of attendance and incentives has a significant effect on employee performance with the F test value obtained of 28,286 with a sig value. 0.000 because the probability is below 0.05 or 0.000 0.05, the multiple linear regression model can be used to predict employee performance or it can be said that the Attendance Rate (X1) and Incentives (X2) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y).PT. Multi Teknik Telaga Indonesia to implement an effective and efficient employee attendance attendance system, so as to facilitate the human resource management process, save costs and time and increase employee productivity and assess employee performance by considering factors such as attendance and incentive levels, so as to provide a more complete picture of employee performance.

Purpose-The main orientation of this article is to recognize the pattern of digitalization's impact on the current development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and human resource management and how it affects the skills needed by HR professionals for decision-making through talent management and employee retention to ensure employee capabilities by aligning work at the right time based on the company's business priority goals. Methodology-This study uses a qualitative methodology that uses descriptive research. This research focuses on decisions made by leaders to improve the quality of human resources and seeks to identify areas of knowledge that have not been explored in research. Findings-Research results show that the company's strategy of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides many benefits, such as improving operational efficiency, developing innovative products or services, and making better business decisions based on better forecasting and analysis. Practical Implications-Through the implications of HR data analysis as decision-making in forecasting human resource trends using AI, talent management, and employee retention. This is applied to the recruitment and selection process that provides benefits such as rewards to employees who can achieve targets. Therefore, a supportive work culture by honing the talents and potential of employees to create maximum and efficient performance can have a good impact on the company.

The findings and analysis of the research are, 1) The Principal's Performance in Fostering Teacher Professionalism at UPT SD Negeri 141 Gresik includes: peer tutor assistance, training and workshops, mentoring and collaboration, observation and feedback, curriculum development, research and innovation, use of technology, discussion and reflection, qualification improvement, and career plan development; 2) Forms of teacher professionalism include: continuous development, commitment to students, reflection and renewal, professional ethics, collaboration, involvement in decision-making, use of technology, effective classroom management, monitoring and evaluation of students, communication with parents, development of learning materials, career development, and involvement in school activities; 3) Supporting factors include: school management support, resources, school culture, effective communication, professional development programs, constructive performance appraisal, rewards and recognition, understanding of teachers' needs; and inhibiting factors include: limited resources, resistance to change, unclear vision and goals, internal conflicts, time pressure, curriculum incompatibility, high administrative demands, uncertainty of the school environment. In general, school principals must provide professional services in the field of education in order to organize the educational process effectively and efficiently.

The progress of a company cannot be separated from the role of human resources which makes people superior and hopefully able to achieve what they want. When employees in a company do not perform well and competently, it results in the company's operations not being as effective or efficient as possible. One of them is related to Work Ethics, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work ethic, work discipline and employee performance at Ud. Madyo Lancar. The sample for this research consisted of 35 employees, with a sampling technique using saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach method, then the data obtained is processed using SPSS 25. The research results show that work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance variables, with a t test value of 0.543 and a significance value of 0.951 > 0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance variables as shown by the t test value of 30.327 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Every business must strive to remain stable in its performance in order to survive competition. In Kotagede Yogyakarta, UMKM Yangko Sari Roso produces food. Businesses that are developing in the current era of globalization are characterized by strong competition in all fields, such as business in industry, trade and services. Because the company only produces for one shop and entrusts products to several distributors, Yangko's MSME sales strategy is still not well chosen. In addition, making product packaging that is considered quite expensive and unattractive results in poor sales, which results in high inventories in warehouses and cost losses. The ultimate goal of this work is to find the best solution to the problem of marketing and production costs. The ARIMA method is used to forecast Yangko's short-term sales, production costs, and packaging proposals. The aim of this method is to provide the best results for finding marketing decisions. The results of this research, namely the analysis of marketing strategy observations, show that the company can overcome this problem and find ways to make production costs more efficient by increasing labor.

 The background in this study is how important a leader is in applying motivation and work rewards to the company to improve the performance of his employees, because with motivation and work discipline, employees will feel responsible for all their duties. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work rewards on employee performance partially, and to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously. The conclusion from the results of this study is that increasing employee performance is inseparable from Work Motivation (needs, attitudes, abilities, payment or salary, job security, relationships with fellow workers), work rewards (providing overtime or wages given to employees) and employee performance (always arriving on time, always prioritizing attendance percentage, always obeying the provisions of working hours, always using working hours effectively and efficiently).

This study aims to determine the economic level, effectiveness and efficiency of the use of village funds as a measure of financial performance. The subject of this research is Paccerakang Village Office, Luwu Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data processed is the village fund financial report (DDS) report on the village income and expenditure budget from 2021 to 2022. The data collection techniques used are document and library techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive comparative analysis with the formula: Economic Ratio, Effectiveness Ratio and Efficiency Ratio.              The results showed that the economic performance of the Paccerakang Village Government of Luwu Regency was generally good in managing the finances of the Village Fund (DDS), although the effectiveness performance was less effective in managing the Village Fund (DDS). This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the Economic Ratio, which is categorised as Very Economical because the Economic Average is above 100%, namely 200.31%. While the Effectiveness Ratio is categorised as Less Effective because the average effectiveness is less than 80%, namely 65.6% and the Efficiency Ratio is categorised as Very Efficient because the average efficiency is less than 60%, namely 46.47%.

The purpose of carrying out this research is to find out: (1) The steps for implementing individual guidance by the principal for teachers to increase teacher work productivity at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok, and (2) The magnitude of the increase in teacher work productivity after implementing individual guidance developed by the school principal . This research is school action research analyzed using a qualitative approach. The research was carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Muntok in 2019. The research results obtained were: (1) The implementation of individual guidance can be developed based on the steps: (1) Guidance on developing learning models through comparative studies and follow-up planning, followed by analytical guidance SWOT; (2) Guidance on the implementation of educational administration, followed by providing direct feedback on the results of the teacher's work; (3) Advanced guidance sets reliable targets, developed through joint evaluation of program targets for other teachers who are also experiencing the same problems; (4) Guidance on how to carry out collaboration with other teachers in more depth, up to the ability to demonstrate the materials needed by other teachers; (5) Guidance on effective and efficient work strategies, which are developed through training in determining optimal quantity figures and how to measure them, namely through scoring techniques; (6) Developing motivational guidance; (7) Building independence so that teachers avoid plagiarism-based activities, and guidance in making effective plans; (8) Guidance in making effective work planning coupled with innovative aspects; (9) Encourage teachers to implement programs to increase teacher competency through seminars and workshops followed by implementation of the results of new experiences from teacher activities; (2) The implementation of individual guidance is able to increase teacher work productivity in schools by resolving teacher problems in the development and implementation of learning programs in schools.

A waste bank is a place where waste is collected and reprocessed with the principle of usefulness (efficiency). In the waste bank the source is household waste and similar household waste. Based on the national waste phenomenon, waste becomes an important problem because waste is an environmental problem and has an impact on health. In this research, the waste problem is seen from a densely populated environment where there is no waste processing site. Basically, waste can be useful if processed properly. The aim of this research is the aim of this service program as a form of environmental care movement by innovating the establishment of a waste bank at the RT 09 RW 03 level as well as solving waste problems in the RT 09 RW 03 environment. The research method used is Community based participatory action is part of Participatory action research. The results of this research are the formation of an Ikhlas Waste Bank in the Putri Tujuh II residential community RT 09 RW 03 West Sidomulyo District as well as an understanding of effective and efficient waste processing.

This study aims to analyze the perception and intensity of use of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) among MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Pekalongan using descriptive qualitative research methods. QRIS is an electronic payment system that allows MSMEs to receive payments via QR codes that can be scanned using a banking application or digital wallet. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with MSMEs owners and managers in Pekalongan to understand their perceptions of QRIS and their intentions in using this payment system. The researcher will use a structured interview guide to collect data on the knowledge, experience, and attitude of MSMEs towards QRIS. Data collected from interviews will be analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques, where findings and patterns arising from interviews will be identified, grouped, and interpreted. This analysis will provide a more in-depth insight into the perception and intensity of QRIS use among MSMEs in Pekalongan City. The results of this study are expected to provide a more in-depth understanding of the factors affecting QRIS adoption among MSMEs from their own perspective. The resulting information can be used to develop better strategies and policies in promoting QRIS use among MSMEs. In addition, the results of this study can also provide valuable input for banks, governments, and other stakeholders in expanding QRIS adoption and increasing financial inclusion in the MSME sector in Pekalongan City. It is hoped that this study will contribute significantly to the development and further understanding of QRIS implementation among MSMEs and help create a more efficient and inclusive payment ecosystem for MSMEs in Pekalongan City and the community as a whole.

Purpose - In this era, technological advances cannot be separated from human life, one of which is the employee recruitment process carried out by companies. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the influence of technology on the employee recruitment process. With advances in technology, the recruitment process can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. Design/methodology/approach-By using data analysis methods from various journals, books, articles and literature, the recruitment process is carried out quite in length, starting from distributing job vacancies, collecting files, selecting and making decisions to hire employees who suit the company's needs, especially now that there is a credit score policy. Of course, if done manually it will take a long time, and archiving data cannot be done efficiently. For this reason, technological advances must be utilized optimally to facilitate the employee recruitment process. Findings-The findings from the literature that have been reviewed are that technology has a positive and quite large influence on the employee recruitment process. and the existence of a credit score policy in the employee recruitment process. Practical implications - With a credit score policy and using the web to manage the employee recruitment process, the company will easily recruit employees and manage prospective employee data and analyze credit score data so that the company can easily obtain quality human resources according to the company's needs.

Furniture business units in the city of Tasikmalaya altogether had 217 business units in 2018 with an investment value of IDR 28,677,699,000, a production value of IDR 82,656,245,000 and absorbing a workforce of 1,538 people. The aim of this research is to gain a better understanding of the use of raw materials, capital and labor by furniture craftsmen in Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City. The analytical tools used in this research are multiple regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression is used to identify the relationship between independent variables (raw materials, capital, labor) and dependent variables (income of furniture craftsmen). The research results show that raw materials, working capital and labor have a significant influence on the income of furniture craftsmen in Tamansari District, Tasikmalaya City. This means that efficient use of raw materials, capital and labor can increase the income of furniture craftsmen in the region. These results can be used as a basis for developing and improving the business of furniture craftsmen in Tasikmalaya City

Purpose − In the ever-evolving digital era, the paradigm of employee compensation and rewards is also undergoing a fundamental transformation. Digital Compensation and Rewards concepts have emerged as a response to these changes, with a focus on building adaptive performance systems, innovative bonus approaches, and flexibility in employee rewards. Overall, the Digital Compensation and Rewards paradigm brings modern concepts to human resource management. In the digital era, employee compensation and reward systems are experiencing fundamental changes. The use of technology allows for more efficient implementation of performance-based systems. Findings- The results of the literature review show that technology has a significant positive impact on the employee recruitment stage. Apart from that, the implementation of digital compensation and rewards is also an integral part of employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- By using data-based performance assessments with digital platforms, companies can collect and analyze employee performance data in more detail. This allows for more objective and accurate assessments, as well as providing opportunities for appropriate recognition of individual contributions. Practical implications- Involves improving the recruitment process through the use of digital technology and social media, adjusting the compensation system to include digital performance bonuses and application-based incentives, flexibility in providing rewards tailored to individual preferences, the use of data and analysis to measure employee performance accurately, as well as development of HR skills in integrating digital technology in human resource management. By paying attention to these practical implications, companies can improve their human resource management strategies to face the challenges and opportunities in the digital era, which can support organizational growth and success. Originality/value- This research presents an innovative view of how organizations can use digital technology and more flexible bonus systems to increase employee motivation and productivity. With a focus on the digital era, this paper provides insight into the importance of adapting to technological changes in human resource management. The value of this paper is that it provides practical guidance for companies seeking to improve their human resource management strategies to optimize employee performance and rewards in the ever-changing digital era.

An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. This research aims to produce a product in the form of problem-based learning worksheets (LKPD) that is valid, practical, and effective to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills. This research is designed based on the stages of the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel which are adapted into 3-D including the stages of define, design, and develop. The subjects in this study were 31 students of grade VII-4 SMP Negeri 2 Percut Sei Tuan. Based on the research that has been conducted, the validity of the developed LKPD obtained an average percentage of assessment of 84.1% by experts with qualifications classified as very valid. Through the LKPD practicality questionnaire by teachers and students, an average percentage of assessment was obtained of 90% by teachers and 93.6% by students with qualifications classified as very practical to be used in the learning process. The implementation of learning with the application of problem-based learning LKPD has been carried out to see the effectiveness of  LKPD with assessment references that are determined to obtain results, namely for the completeness of classical learning reaching 83.9%, the achievement of learning objectives is achieved in question points 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, and the achievement of efficient learning time or does not exceed ordinary learning. From the three references for assessing effectiveness, the LKPD developed is classified as effective.  The increasing in mathematical problem solving was in the medium category with an average gain score of 0.60. Based on the research acquisition data, it is concluded that the problem-based learning LKPD developed in this study has met valid, practical, and effective qualifications.
