This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Desa Papahan, Kec. Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope.Keywords: Counseling, entrepreneurship, management

Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran guru dalam mendidik karakterpeserta didik melalui media tembang macapat pangkur di SDN 02 Gaum Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Peranguru di sekolah sangat berpengaruh pada kemajuan dan perkembangan karakter peserta didik untukmengenali dan mencintai seni dan budaya daerahnya. Selama ini kadang-kadang guru di sekolah hanyasekedar melaksanakan kewajiban mengajar dengan tuntutan ketercapai ketuntasan materi pembelajaran.Artinya bahwa guru di sekolah kurang maksimal dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran terutama mediaberbasis seni untuk mendidik karakter peserta didik. Kondisi ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil survey yangawal yang dilakukan di SDN 02 Gaum Tasikmadu Karanganyar. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di SDN 02 GaumTasikmadu Karanganyar. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukanmulai tahap survei, dan perijinan, dan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahapsosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelaksanaan dan kolaborasi, dan tahap evaluasi. Target luaran yang dihasilkanadalah 9 guru dari 12 guru yang mengikuti pelatihan ini mampu menyusun materi pembelajaran seni berbasiskearifan lokal. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa materi pembelajaran seni tembang macapat pangkur sertapublikasi artikel pengabdian dalam jurnal ilmiah. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini akan dapatmemberikan penguatan pemahaman pada guru-guru tentang betapa pentingnya pendampingan dalammenanamkan karakter peserta didik. Kondisi tersebut tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa apabila peserta didikdidekatkan dan diajarkan tentang kearifan lokal seperti tembang macapat pangkur, maka pada diri merekaakan tumbuh karakter baik yaitu kecintaan terhadap seni dan budaya daerahnya.Kata Kunci: Peran guru, pendidikan karakter, media tembang macapat pangkur.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Berbasis ICT Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Dan Hasil Belajar Pkn Siswa Kelas V di SDN 01 Suruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Efektifitas pengimplementasi media pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Berbasis ICT dapat dikemukakan sebagai berikut, terdapat peningkatan keaktifan, minat dan motivasi yang mengarah pada peningkatan hasil belajar PKn dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 01 Suruh Kecamatan Tasikmadu. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari beberapa temuan di kelas, yaitu (1) siswa terlihat antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PKn, (2) siswa sudah mampu mengatasi kesulitan belajar dengan berdiskusi dengan teman yang lebih paham akan materinya dan belajar bertanya sehingga mampu memahami materi PKn dengan baik, (3) guru telah mampu melaksanakan metode pembelajaran PKn dengan nuansa baru yang inovatif dan kreatif sesuai perkembangan zaman. PT TASPEN (PERSERO) is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise engaged in pension fund insurance and taboo PT TASPEN (PERSERO) is an Indonesian State-Owned Enterprise engaged in insurance for pension funds and old age savings which refers to Government Regulation Number 20 of 2013 About Amendments to Government Regulation Number 25 of 1981 concerning Civil Servants' Social Insurance. PT TASPEN (PERSERO) in carrying out its role is not always able to fulfill the rights of Civil Servants on pension rights and old age savings because of the things that are needed in the fulfillment of pension rights and old age savings. These matters are concerning the role of PT TASPEN (PERSERO) in organizing pension and old-age savings programs that will later be entitled to receive severance pay and receive other pension rights based on applicable regulations. The problem in this study is about the risk of social insurance juridical for employees of PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Semarang Main Branch Office who apply for early retirement before the specified retirement age limit. This research is a type of normative juridical research that focuses on studying the application of positive legal norms or norms. From the results of this study indicate that, the juridical risk when applying for an early retirement is not legal unless the person concerned is in trouble, at the time of retirement will get administrative sanctions in the form of postponement of retirement or severance pay. With old age referring to Government Regulation Number 20 of 2013 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 25 of 1981 concerning Civil Servants' Social Insurance. Karang Taruna merupakan salah satu anggota masyarakatyang rata rata masih berusia muda, mereka masih bersemangat besar untuk maju. Tidak terkecuali anggota Karang Taruna di Desa Papahan Kecamatan Tasikmadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Permasalahan yang ada adalah beragamnya kondisi sosial ekonomi, pendidikan, status sosial yang ada pada anggota Karang Taruna di Desa Papahan Kecamatan Tasikmadu tersebut, mereka ada yang bekerja, ada yang sekolah, kuliah dan banyak diantara mereka yang belum bekerja walaupun mereka sebenarnya sudah siap untuk bekerja (masih menganggur). Bagi anggota Karang Taruna yang belum bekerja mereka perlu dibekali Pengelolaan keuangan usaha kecil dan jiwa semangat kewirausahaan agar mau berwirausaha. Target penyuluhan adalah para anggota Karang Taruna di Desa Papahan Kecamatan Tasikmadu. Berdasarkan pengamatan saya, generasi muda yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Gebang setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan tingkat SMU, sebagian melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, sebagian kerja di pabrik, dan sebagian besar masih menganggur. Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut maka target pengabdian saya adalah adanya anggota karang taruna yang masih menganggur dan tertarik sebagai seorang wirausaha. Metode kegiatan adalah Penyuluhan bagaimana menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha bagi anggota karang taruna di Desa Papahan Kecaamatan Tasikmadu. Langkah-langkah pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan adalah sebagai berikut : Melakukan koordinasi dengan ketua karang taruna, mengenai pokok permasalahan yang dihadapi. Bahan-bahan penyuluhan disusun dalam bentuk makalah, kemudian diperbanyak sesuai dengan jumlah peserta penyuluhan. Penyampaian materi penyuluhan digunakan dengan beberapa metode yang relevan antara lain: metode ceramah, tanya jawab, dan diskusi Setelah selesai acara para peserta diberikan angket/kuesioner untuk mengukur sejauh mana tujuan penyuluhan ini tercapai. Teknik evaluasi : dilakukan melalui metode tanya jawab dan kuesioner untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta terhadap materi penyuluhan.Kata Kunci: Kewirausahaan, Pemasaran Online, Ketrampilan

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically on the influence of gender, pressure of obedience, task complexity, and experience of auditors on audit judgment at auditors KAP Semarang, Solo and Yogyakarta. The population used in this study are all auditors KAP Semarang, Solo and Yogyakarta. The sampling method used is convenience sampling, which is sample selection based on convenience, so the author has the freedom to choose the most rapid and easy sample. In this study, the dependent variable used is audit judgment, while the independent variable consists of gender, pressure of obedience, task complexity, and experience of the auditor. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that gender has a positive and significant impact on audit judgment. The pressure of obedience has a positive and significant impact on audit judgment. The complexity of duties has a positive and significant impact on audit judgment. There are symptoms of children in Alif Tsalatsa Surakarta experienced communication apprehension from the counseling interview conducted by the author to some children in the boarding school is a number of children when chatting with friends, as if the conversation is cornered him and then away from the crowd and choose alone when his friend was just joking. In addition one of the children said that if communicating with his friend even if it was just a casual conversation he felt confused to position himself, if gathered together in a small group between lodgers look worried, depressed from the sweaty hands, and nervous looking confused in starting the conversation and was afraid the topic was unattractive. In addition, if there is a problem with his friend, the student does not dare to express his heart. He prefers silence because when spoken of he is afraid of tipping the problem and afraid if the child is abandoned his friends.The training of group guidance services is able to cope with communication apprehension (In Children In Alif Tsalatsa Surakarta). The role of teachers in Islam is very important. So the teacher is also called ustadz because it has a high commitment in carrying out its duties so that the quality of the work process can lead to the attitude of the continuous development of students. Besides, teachers are also referred to as mualim. He as a life sources in charge of transferring science both theoretical and practical. Teachers can also be referred to as murabbiy who prepare his students as creatures, because of the creativity that, he will be able to prepare himself well, so that the results of his creation does not cause damage to himself, others, and the environment. Also, the teacher as a murshid, he must be a role model, as a role model must certainly place himself properly and full. As a model the teacher can set an example for his or her students. In many ways the teacher is also placed in a position as mudarris, who acts as a dispenser of science and eraser of ignorance. In this perspective the teacher's sensitivity must always grow when he sees the reality of his students as it is with different kinds of differences. But from the fact it is realized also, that all students are believed to have the potential of each, so the teacher must be able to develop each potential that existed in the student. The last teacher as muaddib, this very important task a teacher is required to prepare children to be educated to be responsible people, so the quality of human civilization the better in the future. Because of the important role of teachers in Islam, the integral qualifications of the teaching profession can not be ignored either qualitatively or quantitatively so that the challenges of the times are always well answered.   Peran guru dalam Islam adalah sangat penting. Atas dasar itu setiap guru perlu berbekal kompetensi dengan imaji kreativitas. Sehingga guru juga disebut seorang serbabisa, multitalent. Wajar kemudian mendapat berbagai julukan, seperti disebut sebagai ustadz karena mempunyai komitmen tinggi dalam menjalankan tugasnya agar mutu proses kerjanya  mampu membuahkan sikap pengembangan anak didiknya yang terus menerus. Selain itu guru juga disebut sebagai mualim. Ia sebagai kamus kehidupan yang bertugas menstransfer ilmu pengetahuan baik bersifat teoritis dan praktis. Guru dapat juga disebut sebagai murabbiy yang menyiapkan anak didiknya sebagai makhluk kreator, karena dari hasil kreativitasnya itu, ia dapat menyiapkan dirinya dengan baik, agar dari hasil kreasinya tersebut tidak menimbulkan kerusakan pada dirinya, orang lain, dan lingkungannya. Juga, guru sebagai mursyid, ia menjadi panutan, sebagai panutan tentu harus menempatkan dirinya dengan tepat dan purna. Sebagai model guru dapat memberikan teladan bagi para anak didiknya. Dalam berbagai hal guru juga ditempatkan pada posisi sebagai mudarris, yang berperan sebagai penebar ilmu pengetahuan dan penghapus kebodohan. Dalam perspektif ini kepekaan guru mesti selalu tumbuh pada saat menyaksikan realitas para muridnya seperti adanya dengan berbagai macam perbedaan. Namun dari kenyataan tersebut perlu disadari juga, bahwa semua murid tersebut diyakini mempunyai potensi masing-masing, sehingga guru pasti mampu mengembangkan masing-masing potensi yang ada pada muridnya tersebut. Yang  terakhir guru sebagai muaddib, tugas yang sangat penting ini seorang guru dituntut untuk menyiapkan anak dididiknya menjadi orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab, sehingga kualitas peradaban manusia semakin baik pada masa mendatang. Karena pentingnya peran guru dalam Islam itu, maka kualifikasi integral profesi guru tidak dapat diabaikan  baik secara kualitatif maupun kuantitatifnya sehingga berbagai tantangan zaman selalu terjawab dengan baik.

Updates Concept boarding school Curriculum must continue to improve it self as well as in developing innovative teaching and training Curriculum, in order to compete in this global era with other educational institutions in producing quality graduates. In addition, because the upkeep boarding school education curriculum has a harder task than the other educational institutions. Updates boarding school curriculum is required not only to produce graduates who are competent in the field of science and technology (IPTEK) but also to have faith and devotion (IMTAQ) quality so formed that boast private, skilled, creative in all things and be able to compete in the arena of real life.   Konsep Kurikulum pendidikan Pesantren harus terus berbenah diri serta inovatif dalam mengembangkan sistem pendidikan dan pengajarannya, agar dapat bersaing di era global ini dengan lembaga pendidikan lainnya dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Selain itu juga karena sistem pendidikan Pesantren mempunyai tugas yang lebih berat dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan lain. Pembaharuan sistem Pesantren dituntut bukan hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang berkompeten dibidang ilmu pengetahuan dan tekhnologi (IPTEK) namun juga mempunyai keimanan dan ketakwaan (IMTAQ) yang berkualitas sehingga terbentuk pribadi yang membanggakan, terampil, kreatif dalam segala hal serta mampu bersaing dalam kehidupan nyata.

Carrots (Daucus carota L.) is one of the agricultural commodities in Indonesia which contains provitaminA. Beta‐Caroten is known to maintain eye health. This research aimed to determine the ratio of gelatinconcentration and optimal concentration of carrot juice to produce carrot jelly candy that has quality andpreferred by consumers. The research was canducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorialconsisting of 2 factors. The first factor was concentration of gelatin i.e 3%, 5%, 7%. 9% and the second factorwas the concentration ratio of carrot juice i.e 50%, 75%, 100%. The results showed that the best combinedtreatment was consist of 7% gelatin concentration and 75% of carrot juice. This treatment had 32,500% ofmoisture content, 1,970% of ash, 4.88% of reducting sugar, 5.12 of acidity, 103.115 mg/g of Beta‐Carotene, orangecalor (2,500); tasteless carrots (1,500); chewy (3,083) and preferred by consumers (2.667).Key words: Jelly Candy, Carrot, Calculate, Gelatin

Mocaf or modified cassava flour is a cassava flour that is specifically processed by modifying of cassavacells though fermentation. The aim of the research was to produce mocaf by fermentation with differenttreatment, thera are by spontaneous fermentation and by species youghurt as bacteria culture.The research showed that treatment of fermentation would influence the characteristic of cassavaflour. Flour taste was unidentified and didn’t have cassava odor. Treatment fermentation by youghurt wasproduced higher quality cassava flour with specific characteristic are moisture content (11,957%), amilumcontent (79,934%), protein content (0,935%), lipid content (4,650%), ash content (0,321%), celulose content(1,795%), kalsium content (0,321 mg/100g), Fe content (54,041 mg/100g), fosfor content (178,596 mg/100 g),and HCN content HCN (23.751 ppm)Keywords: mocaf, flour, and cassava

The rapid economic and business development affects business actors to enhance their awareness to manage the businessby implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The implementation is aimed to avoid deceitfulness that endangerscompany’s assets. GCG becomes a key of success for a company to grow and earn profit in a long term, so it can winglobal competitiveness. The implementation of GCG in BUMN is not easy. So, it needs more independent and professionalmanagement to do its tasks. The role of independent internal auditors is important in implementing GCG. The internalaudits are required to provide information on sufficiency and affectivity of company’s internal control. An internal auditormust be one who has competency in finance because his role is to watch managerial activities. Besides knowledge onauditing, an auditor is expected to have knowledge on audited substance. Therefore, the competency of internal auditorsare needed to bridge the needs of Commissioner Board on auditing roles and internal controls with constraints absorptionof technical problems in accounting, auditing, and internal control. The result of this research showed that most BUMNs inbanking sector in Central Java have implemented GCG. The internal audits are in line with Commissioner Board, if so theBoard makes mistakes, it will be easily detected.Key Word : Internal audit, Good Corporate Government

Kebanyakan UKM memiliki permasalahan permodalan dan pemasaran, hal ini yang juga dialami oleh UKM di Kabupaten Kendal terutama usaha Batik dan usaha Tas yang menjadi sentra dengan jumlah UKM terbanyak. Usaha tersebut sulit memasarkan secara mandiri dengan brand sendiri, tergantung pada tengkulak dan broker yang membeli atau melakukan order tersebut dengan merk pemesan.  Padahal kedua produk tersebut menjadi produk unggulan dan bahkan menjadi percontohan usaha mikro daerah skala nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan solusi pemasaran online (e-marketing) dengan model cyber-link antar pemilik usaha yang ada dengan komunitas yang dibentuk untuk mendukung pemasaran online, sehingga ketika pengguna internet mencari produk tersebut selalu mudah ditemui di internet dan selalu berada pada halaman pertama dan menjadi ranking teratas (To range). Manfaatnya adalah agar produk yang dipasarkan online mudah ditemukan, dan menjadi prioritas untuk diakses oleh pengguna internet, hal tersebut merupakan strategi pemasaran untuk memudahkan mendapatkan pelanggan.   Kata Kunci : UKM, pemasaran online, cyber-link

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of job experience, independence, objectivity, integrity, and competence on the quality of audit results at Representatives BPKP of Central Java. Job experience was measured by indicators the length of works as an auditor and the number of inspection tasks are performed. Independence was measured by indicators of independence in programming, in the execution of work, and independence in reporting.Objectivity was measured by indicator, free from conflict of interest and disclosure of factual conditions. Integrity was measured by indicator honesty, courege, prudence, and responsibility that auditors have. Competency was measured by indicator personal quality, general knowledge, and specialized expertise. While quality of audit results was measured by indicator of compliance with auditing standard and quality of examination report. The population of this study is civil servants whose work at Representatives BPKP of Central Java with sample is the civil servants has been following education and training as functional auditor. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression model. Test result showed that job experience, independence, and objectivity has no effect on quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. While the integrity and competence have influence to quality of audit result at representatives BPKP of Central Java. Abstract : Engagement of the State into the economic activities comes out from the objective of the State to reach a just and prosperous society. The State is obliged not only to maintain orderly society, but is has a task well to participate in every sector of public life. The development of economic policy concerning the role and status of the State within the economic activities gave birth the idea of Etatism Economic Politics, economy politics with the Market Economy System or combination of both systems. Abstract :as one the elements of democracy, kaw should be the foundation of transparent, accountable and responsive governance, establishment of an honest and fair, general election system, protection of human rights and the existence of a democratic and contident society. Law should be able as well to guarantee  that the state administrators transparently do obey the rule of law in exercising their tasks. Law enforcement within a state should correspondent to the ideal of law of nation concerned. Abstract:In order to establish the local autonomy government, the integration of decentralization, deconcentration and supporting task are needed. Focusing on the establishment of the function and the role of Governor as the government representation, it organizes and coordinates between central and local government and also guides and supervises the process of good corporate government within the provincial and district area. Organization as a system of behavior included input, process and output. A collection of people, facilities and infrastructure could be used as input for further processing. Form and the process can be the interaction of people involved in the organization. The form of output was a result of cooperation in implementing something to achieved the same goal. The general purpose of operation can not function when not translated into specific objectives. Its not easy to measure achievement objectives for organizations that do not produce tangible outputs such as in the College of Economics Totalwin Semarang engaged in the business of education services. In such organizations, faculty and staff input is a factor that perform a process inorder to create good output. One of the problems still faced by the existing College of Economics Totalwin Semarang until now was "Why do some lecturers work better than other lecturer?" One of the tasks Management College of Economics Totalwin Semarang was to identify the causes of things that could happen. Source of effectiveness of lecturers include motivation, ability, knowledge, skills, attitudes and stress.
