Efforts to Increase Child Entrepreneurship in PAUD/TK institutions. Everyone needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, including children at an early age. Entrepreneurship education is not just about educating prospective entrepreneurs or teaching children how to make money from an early age, but also about growing and developing the character that already exists in children. The purpose of this study was to: find out whether there are changes in children's habits and attitudes after doing fun activities in farming and increasing entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to the word key. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the importance of planting and increasing understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship from an early age starting from early childhood education, this implementation needs examples in the form of activities carried out by playing to provide a good understanding of students. Another problem, students are less motivated to look for reference materials related to the material provided. Based on the analysis of learning tools, the entrepreneurship material being taught is still not sustainable so that the expected competencies are not clear. In addition, learning activities are still centered on the teacher. The results of the analysis of reference books to see the contents of the material, especially the main economic activity material. Church planting is not a new thing in the journey of Christianity and has an important role to play in the continuation of God's work on earth. Church planting is one aspect that plays an important role in the growth of the church as well as something that the church must do, not only the church, but all believers, considering this duty and responsibility is contained in the Great Commission. David Garrison suggests 4 classifications of church planting, namely rapidly multiplying, indigenous, church planting and in tribal groups. The segmentation of church planting is aimed at both unbelievers and believers who are immature in faith and unshepherded. However, the sociological factors seen in new church planting vary depending on the case being analyzed, but God does not ignore the physical needs of people. We must keep and preserve the culture, but it is the wrong way and understanding that we must correct.

Group companies grow and develop and many group companies cannot be controlled so that they can result in monopolies. This research method uses normative research, where normative legal research is research by collecting secondary data that is in accordance with the problem to be studied and then processed. The results of this study explain that the responbility of the holding company to its subsidiaries in group companies is a legal relationship related to the parent and subsidiary companyes. This legal relationship after the merger, the parent company has the authority as the majority shareholder of the subsidiary. Therefore the parent company will control the operation of the subsidiary. The parent and subsidiary companies have different articles of a of association are a positive law where if the articles of association are violated it will result in the cancellation of the transaction. If the subsidiary is sued and the subsidiary violates the law, the party who is aggrieved will be sued, namely the subsidiary because based on the law, the subsidiary has its own responbilities in running the company.

Character education is a process that helps each individual in developing more noble characters, namely honesty, responsibility, tolerance, and others. Character education in schools aims to make students conform to what is expected, when the character of each student is formed very well, then each individual will get used to something that has been instilled from an early age, but it is different when an individual is less directed at character education, then these students will be minimal in the formation of good character. Therefore, character education must continue to be instilled both in the school environment (education), in the family environment, even in the community. In character education there is a character evaluation that can be carried out by the teacher. The evaluation will be an assessment of whether the student is in accordance with the character achieved or vice versa.

The background of this thesis is that it starts from the rapid growth of information technology-based lending service providers, apparently not balanced with adequate education to the public, causing various effects / risks that arise from the many kinds of online loans and there are still many unregistered or illegal organizing companies found as well as the potential for leaking user personal data that can be misused by the organizing company or another party One of the platforms is the Smart Credit App.   The problems that the author raises in this study are How to Arrange Online Loans on the Smart Credit Application, How are the Losses arising from online borrowing of the Smart Credit Application and How is the Responsibility of the Smart Credit Application for Losses from Customers. The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. The conclusion of this thesis research is that Online Loans through the Smart “Credit Application in the people of Semarang City are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code which in essence stipulates thatagreements made online must still meet the legal requirements of an agreement. The implementation is regulated in POJK regulation 77/2016 concerning Technology-based Loan Services. Customer protection in online loan agreements can be found in the Consumer Protection Law in article 7 which regulates the Obligations of Business Actors, then Article 8 which regulates things that are prohibited from being done by Business Actors, and Article 18 which regulates the provisions of matters related to the Standard Clause. Crime is a social phenomenon that is the responsibility of the state and society because the more crimes that are committed, the greater the danger to the state and society. This study uses normative legal research methods which aim to analyze and evaluate court decisions related to law enforcement of perpetrators of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi ordering fraud. This method will involve literature study and document analysis, namely court decision number 1507/PID.SUS/2018/PN.MDN and decision number 143/PID.B/2018/PN.LMG which is related to the fraudulent case of fictitious online motorcycle taxi orders. The analysis was carried out using a statutory approach and legal theory related to criminal acts of fraud and related court decisions. The results of the analysis will be requested and presented in a narrative form that can provide a deeper understanding related to law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi orders. Based on the author's analysis above of the two criminal court decisions in the field of Information and Electronic Transactions Law, it turns out that the authors found that it was very low and did not give a deterrent effect to perpetrators of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and did not provide a sense of justice to victims. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the principal's leadership in improving the quality of schools UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The method used in this research is qualitative research, and is analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach that describes the implementation of the transformational leadership of school principals at UPT SPF SD Negeri 101776 Sampali. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of the principal's transformational leadership has been going well but is still not optimal. This can be seen from the school principal's ability to build a spirit of togetherness and discipline and motivate teachers and employees to work optimally. Principals dare to make changes through creative and innovative actions and are able to build organizational awareness among teachers and employees by developing an attitude of belonging and a sense of responsibility.

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.

This study aims to describe (1) the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana (2) the implications for learning literature in high school.This study uses qualitative methods and types of library research. Qualitative research was used to describe the value of character education in Tere Liye's Novel Si Anak Savana and to describe its implications for teaching literature in high school. The results of the study were 14 values of character education and 28 quotes of character education values in Tere Liye's novel Si Anak Savana by Tere Liye. This study aims to analyze the influence of the school environment on the growth of faith and morality among Christian students at Elpida Senior High School Noelbaki. The research is based on the premise that a Christian school is not merely an institution for knowledge transfer, but also a formative environment for spiritual and moral development. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population included all students of Elpida Senior High School Noelbaki, while the sample consisted of 80 purposively selected students. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire covering spiritual, social, and academic aspects of the school environment. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the effect of the school environment on students’ faith and moral growth. The results revealed that the school environment has a positive and significant influence on students’ spiritual and moral development (t = 5.36, p < 0.05). A Christian-based school environment encourages students to live in obedience, love, and responsibility toward others. This study concludes that faith and moral education are not only taught theoretically but also modeled through school culture, teacher-student relationships, and a spiritually nurturing atmosphere.

This study uses a qualitative method with a library approach. The purpose of this research is to examine case studies with a literature approach while at the same time finding solutions as a form of thought offering.

Implementation of PAK through family education is really very important to do. To describe the implementation of PAK in the family, the authors use library research as a method. The background of this research is because there are obstacles in the process of applying PAK in families that are affected by the weakening of parents as educational figures. Of the many, one of the causes of PAK not manifesting satisfactorily in the family is parents who have not yet been born again. It means that parents still don't really think about themselves as disciples of Christ and feel that they are the main and first educators in the family. For this reason, parents must be aware that actualizing PAK in the family is their responsibility. Realizing effective PAK in the family, parents must educate their family members that PAK has a role and function as a change carrier that is dynamic, progressive, and transformative towards spiritual growth and development. The research carried out aims to contribute ideas to the problem of implementing PAK in families that have not been realized satisfactorily. The final conclusion of this article is that the implementation of PAK through family education is very much needed by today's Christian families.

The basic theory in this research is structuralism theory. Structuralism theory is seen as a literary approach that emphasizes the study of the relationship between the building blocks concerned. This type of research is qualitative research, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The descriptive analysis method is a method carried out by describing the facts which is then followed by analysis. Research methods such as reading techniques, recording things that are considered to contain religious values, social values, cultural values, moral values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko, analyzing the extrinsic elements in the form of religious values, social values, cultural values, moral values, concluding the results study. The data source used is a literary work in the form of a novel entitled Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. The result of this research is the discovery of extrinsic elements contained in the novel, namely the values contained in the novel, namely religious values in the form of keeping prayers, surrendering to God, perfecting worship, being filial to parents. Teacher discipline is an attitude or action that shows one's responsibility, professionalism, character, role model and personality in carrying out work as a teacher. In this case, teacher discipline refers to the teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang school. This study aims (1) to find out how the use of fingerprint attendance at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (2) To find out how the discipline of teachers at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. (3) To find out how the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on teacher discipline at SDIT As-Sakinah Tanjungpinang. The results of the study show that the Application of Fingerprint Attendance can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 91.2% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. Teacher discipline can be categorized as Very Good. This is evident from the results of the questionnaire data reaching 88.7% which is in the range of 81% - 100%. The Effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As – Sakinah Tanjungpinang the calculation results obtained that the value of rxy = 0.5419 was between the values (0.40 – 0.70). Thus, rxy = 0.5419 is greater than r table at a significant level of 5% and a significant level of 1% (0.5419 > 0.4629 > 0.3610). This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So the results of the correlation analysis show that there is an effect of Fingerprint Attendance Application on Teacher Discipline at SDIT As - Sakinah Tanjungpinang.  

This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data in this research is in the form of the value of love in the novel Moments Deep by Lia Seplia which is arranged in the form of phrases found in the novel. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study. Based on research results, love between men and women is love that is given to each other, the feelings that arise within both of them form a unified whole by, giving sacrifices to the partner by thinking about the interests of the partner, mutual trust between the partners even when they are far apart, and mutual honesty to express feelings. Love for the family occurs between parents and children, children and parents, younger siblings and older siblings and vice versa, or between siblings who have blood ties which includes an attitude of affection, giving attention and care to elderly parents by caring for and loving them, being willing to make sacrifices from parents are to educate and care for a child sincerely until the child grows and develops until now, responsibility in the form of parents can be given in the form of meeting the needs of their children, and others. Love between fellow humans is an effort made by humans by providing assistance or in the form of assistance as social creatures who should work together and lend a hand. Love between humans and God means the form of human faith in God by carrying out His commands and avoiding His prohibitions and surrendering with all sincerity, performing worship, praying for help and convenience for what is done, always being grateful for everything that has been given. Main tasks and functions in general are things that an employee in an agency must or even must carry out on a regular basis in accordance with his or her abilities to complete the work program that has been created based on objectives. This research aims to (1) find out the discipline of employees at the village head's office. Rampoang, Bara sub-district, Palopo city (2) knows how well the employees are disciplined towards the main duties and functions of employees at the Rampoang village head office. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, library studies and documentation. Results This research shows that (1) Employee discipline has not been fully implemented well in the Rampoang village head office, Bara subdistrict, Palopo city, seen from 4 indicators of work discipline which include punctuality, using office equipment properly, high responsibility and compliance with office rules. These four indicators are punctuality and compliance with office rules which have not gone well because there are still employees who often commit violations, especially in terms of working time discipline. However, the use of office equipment and the high level of responsibility held by employees at the Rampoang subdistrict office have been carried out well. (2 ) the main duties and functions of employees at the Rampoang Village Head's office, Bara District, Palopo City, which were assessed based on service and empowerment aspects, have been carried out well

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  dari  Keberagaman Gender,  Keberagaman Kebangsaan, Dan Pendidikan Dewan Komisaris Dan Direksi terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Data  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah menggunakan laporan tahunan (annual report) seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2019. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 150 perusahaan manufaktur. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) merupakan salah satu bentuk komitmen yang diberikan perusahaan kepada lingkungan sekitarnya. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mengacu pada kepedulian sosial perusahaan untuk kepentingan masyarakat sekitar, sehingga perusahaan dapat menjaga citra perusahaan di masyarakat. Tidak hanya mencari keuntungan terbaik, tetapi juga menjaga kondisi lingkungan sosial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keberagaman Gender tidak berpengaruh terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Variabel Keberagaman Kebangsaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Dan Pendidikan Dewan Komisaris Dan Direksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
