This research aims to develop an efficient and reliable information system for the financial report sorting process at the Office of the Provincial Financial and Asset Management Agency of North Sumatra, using a comprehensive project management approach. The research methodology involves user needs analysis, designing a responsive web-based system, development using the latest technology, and thorough testing to ensure system security and performance. The expected outcome is improved efficiency and accuracy in financial report sorting, with the potential for synergistic integration with existing systems for better public financial management in the region.

This research focuses on efforts to improve vocabulary in deaf children by conducting an in-depth literature review. Through a systematic literature review method, this research reviews various techniques that have been implemented and recorded in the academic literature on vocabulary education for deaf children. The data sources are journal articles from 2019 to 2024, which discuss teaching methods and technology applications including the use of visual aids, sign language, and hearing support devices. The purpose of this study was to assess the effectiveness of various existing methods and recommend the most effective techniques based on empirical data. The results of the review showed that the integration of visual, interactive and context-based methods often provided substantial improvements in vocabulary acquisition in deaf children. Based on these results, the study makes recommendations for teaching practices as well as future research directions.

The development of information and communication technology has changed the landscape of education as a whole, including in the context of Christian Religious Education (PAK). This article aims to review the challenges, negative impacts, new opportunities and use of technology in PAK in the digital era. In dealing with this problem, the research method used involves qualitative analysis with data synthesis from various related studies. The research results show that the integration of technology in PAK has the potential to improve learning content, increase student engagement, and create a more interactive learning experience. However, it is important to note that there are negative impacts of the digital era, such as the risk of dependence on technology, which also need to be considered in the context of religious learning. However, there are new opportunities offered by technological developments and how to use them at PAK. This includes the use of various methods and platforms that support interactive and creative learning, which can help increase students' understanding of Christianity in the digital era. Thus, the use of technology in PAK is not only about exploiting the advantages of technology to improve teaching, but also about understanding and overcoming the challenges and negative impacts that may arise. Only with a balanced approach between the use of technology and an understanding of its specific context, can Christian religious education in the digital era become more effective and relevant for the younger generation.

This research utilizes the library research method, which involves the use of library sources as the basis for collecting research data. These sources include books and scholarly journals relevant to the topic under investigation. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the implementation of entrepreneurial strategies in the context of education as a whole. This research discusses the implementation of entrepreneurial strategies in the context of education and how it can realize competitive dynamics in educational institutions. In this challenging era, educational institutions are required to not only produce academically qualified graduates, but also have the readiness to face the rapidly changing business world. The data collected was carefully analyzed to support the arguments built in this study. The findings of this study illustrate that the implementation of entrepreneurial strategies in education can create a dynamic and competitive atmosphere in educational institutions. This can be realized through building soft skills or entrepreneurial character, developing quality educational programs, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The implications of this research provide an important contribution in enriching the understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship integration in an educational context and how it can produce graduates who are ready to compete in an increasingly complex business world.

Education stands as a dynamic force in human and societal development, continually evolving to meet shifting demands and needs. In this modern era marked by rapid transformations, the importance of keeping education abreast with the times cannot be overstated. One effective tool for rejuvenating and advancing education is the SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis, encapsulating Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats, transcends its traditional business applications to offer profound insights in diverse domains, including education. In the realm of Christian Religious Education (CRE), a critical aspect of the educational landscape, SWOT analysis unveils avenues for both refinement and growth. This paper explores the application of SWOT analysis in the context of CRE, acknowledging its pivotal role in shaping individual character, values, and spiritual beliefs. Tracing the historical trajectory of CRE from ancient churches to contemporary times, the analysis underscores the foundational principles upon which CRE stands. Within the framework of CRE, SWOT analysis serves as a potent tool to discern existing dynamics and chart future trajectories. By identifying internal strengths such as robust faith traditions and biblically grounded curricula, opportunities for enriching CRE education emerge. Simultaneously, weaknesses such as resource constraints and technological integration challenges highlight areas ripe for improvement. Furthermore, SWOT analysis illuminates potential opportunities for CRE advancement, including technological integration and policy shifts. However, it also unveils threats such as societal value shifts and information overload that impede effective CRE delivery. In navigating these dynamics, effective educational management emerges as paramount. Without strategic oversight and management, the pursuit of excellence in CRE remains elusive. Hence, this study delves into the pivotal role of educational management in fostering the quality and efficacy of CRE. Utilizing an analytical methodology, this research delves deep into existing literature and textual sources to unravel insights and generate new knowledge. Through systematic analysis and interpretation, this study seeks to enrich the discourse on CRE and underscore the imperative of strategic planning and management. In conclusion, SWOT analysis emerges as a cornerstone in the enhancement of CRE. By systematically evaluating internal dynamics and external trends, SWOT analysis paves the way for informed decision-making and strategic interventions. Thus, this paper advocates for the systematic integration of SWOT analysis in CRE, heralding a new era of excellence and relevance in religious education.

This research aims to map the economic potential in the Central Kalimantan region using the integration of three analytical methods, namely Hierarchical Cluster Analysis, Shift-Share, and Dynamic Location Quotient. Through this approach, this research identifies economic sectors that have comparative and competitive advantages at the local level and have the potential for further development. Hierarchical Cluster Analysis is used to group regions based on similar economic characteristics, while Shift-Share Analysis helps in determining sectors that contribute to regional economic growth. Dynamic Location Quotient is applied to assess changes in the comparative advantage of economic sectors over time. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for stakeholders in formulating appropriate regional economic policies to encourage sustainable economic growth in Central Kalimantan.

Hospitals must be able to adapt quickly and develop the right strategy to survive, to become a large and strong hospital is one of them by carrying out an acquisition strategy. However, the post-acquisition integration phase process is the most critical stage that often makes the industry fail in managing human resources and can cause employee anxiety to employee resistance. This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational identification and transformational leadership on employee identification and willingness to collaborate, as well as employee identification on willingness to collaborate in the post-acquisition integration phase at Grand Family Hospital. This research is quantitative correlation research. The population is all 127 nurses who work at Grand Family Hospital. The sampling method was random sampling and 127 respondents were used. Data collection used a questionnaire with analysis techniques using path analysis. The research results show that organizational identification and transformational leadership partially influence employee identification and the willingness to collaborate, and employee identification influences the willingness to collaborate. Simultaneously, organizational identification, transformational leadership, and employee identification influence the willingness to collaborate. Hospitals need to pay attention to the relationship between organizational identification, transformational leadership, and employee identification simultaneously. Integrating strategies and policies that strengthen these three aspects together can create a work environment that supports and motivates employees to work together effectively. Organizational identification, transformational leadership and Worker Identification have a significant effect on the willingness to cooperate in the post-integration phase of the acquisition.

This study explores the outcomes of inclusive education policies for students with disabilities in Indonesian public schools. The study analyzed data from schools implementing inclusion programs and conducted interviews with students, teachers, and administrators. Findings indicate improvements in social integration but also highlight ongoing challenges in resource allocation and teacher preparedness. Recommendations for policymakers include strengthening teacher training, increasing resources, and improving monitoring mechanisms to support effective inclusive education practices.

This systematic literature review examines the evolving role of Quality Engineering (QE) in optimizing production processes within Industry 4.0 contexts. By analyzing 78 peer-reviewed studies (2010–2025), the research identifies critical shifts in QE methodologies, emphasizing integration with artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and real-time digital twin technologies. Key findings reveal enhanced robustness through adaptive optimization algorithms (e.g., Bayesian optimization, NSGA-II), improved defect prediction via AI-driven quality control systems, and streamlined process interoperability through Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Quality 4.0 frameworks. The study underscores digital integration as a catalyst for reducing variability, accelerating decision-making, and aligning quality management with Industry 4.0’s demands for agility and interconnected systems. Recommendations include adopting hybrid methodologies combining classical Six Sigma with ML-driven analytics and investing in workforce training for digital QMS adoption.

This study analyzes and optimizes production systems in the Industry 4.0 context, examining the fundamental shift from centralized, push-based production models to decentralized, adaptive, pull-based approaches. The research employs a mixed-method approach combining comprehensive literature review and multiple case studies across manufacturing sectors. Findings reveal that integration of Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics enables real-time communication between production components, product personalization, and faster decision-making. Despite significant benefits in efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness, implementation challenges persist, including high initial investment, employee resistance, technical expertise limitations, and integration complexity. Optimization approaches such as mixed-integer linear programming, digitally-integrated Lean Six Sigma, and digital twin simulations effectively enhance performance indicators including flexibility, reliability, and energy efficiency. The study concludes that successful production system transformation requires an integrated strategy encompassing process engineering, digital competency development, change management, and continuous evaluation to ensure sustainable optimization in the digital era

Applying ergonomic principles in work tool design for manufacturing industries is a crucial factor in improving productivity while maintaining worker health. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of adaptive work tool design models based on cognitive and physiological ergonomic principles, identify interaction patterns between workstation design and operational performance, and develop a conceptual framework for integrating ergonomic principles into production cycles. The research method adopts a cognitive-physiological approach with qualitative analysis of human-machine interactions, biomechanical simulations using digital human modeling, and muscle load measurements through electromyography. Implementation was conducted using a participatory ergonomics approach and IMU sensor-based real-time monitoring systems. Results show that using materials with controlled deformation capabilities (15-20%) in work tools reduces muscle work by up to 27%, while adaptive automation system integration improves assembly accuracy by 18%. Workstations with ergonomic adjustments increase assembly speed by an average of 12%, and low-cost ergonomic interventions effectively improve productivity by 11-15% in resource-limited environments. Longitudinal analysis reveals that evidence-based ergonomic investments yield a 230% ROI through increased productivity, reduced injury compensation costs, and decreased employee turnover. IMU-based posture monitoring systems integrated with adaptive feedback loops reduced musculoskeletal disorder incidents by up to 41%. In conclusion, ergonomic optimization based on cognitive-physiological principles creates synergy between production efficiency and worker well-being, making it an essential component in achieving sustainable productivity.

Urban workers are increasingly vulnerable to heat stress due to rising global temperatures, especially in cities affected by the Urban Heat Island (UHI) effect. This heat stress poses significant risks to worker health and productivity, exacerbating health issues such as dehydration, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke, while also reducing work efficiency. The study aims to assess the effectiveness of green rooftop designs as a mitigation strategy for heat stress in urban workplace environments. Green rooftops are increasingly seen as a sustainable solution for urban heat management, offering benefits in temperature regulation, energy efficiency, and overall worker well-being. This study examines various heat stress mitigation strategies, including green roofs, industrial fans, and shading systems, focusing on their comparative effectiveness in reducing temperatures and improving worker comfort. The research involved environmental temperature measurements inside and outside urban workplaces, the use of wearable heat sensors to monitor workers’ heat stress levels, and building energy simulations to predict the impact of green rooftops on indoor climate control. Results indicate that green rooftops reduced workplace temperatures by an average of 3.8°C and decreased heat-stress-related complaints by 35%. In comparison to industrial fans and shading systems, green rooftops provided superior long-term relief, reducing heat stress and improving both worker productivity and environmental quality. The findings support the integration of green rooftops into urban workplace designs as a viable climate adaptation strategy. Future research should explore optimizing green rooftop designs for different climates and assessing their long-term benefits for worker health and urban resilience.

This study explores the integration of green practices into nursing protocols as a means of reducing the environmental impact of hospital care. Hospitals significantly contribute to global carbon emissions, and nursing practices are integral to healthcare operations, yet they often lack sustainability considerations. The aim of this research was to develop and implement a set of green-practice guidelines tailored for nursing staff to minimize carbon emissions and improve operational efficiency. Through collaboration with environmental experts, nursing staff, and hospital management, new guidelines were established focusing on waste reduction, energy-efficient practices, and sustainable procurement. A waste-audit assessment was conducted to analyze current waste management practices, while a pilot implementation was carried out in selected hospital wards. The results revealed an 18% reduction in carbon emissions following the integration of these green practices into daily nursing activities. Key contributors to this reduction included waste segregation, the use of reusable medical supplies, and energy conservation measures such as optimizing lighting and HVAC systems. However, challenges such as resistance to change, resource limitations, and the need for specialized training were identified during the pilot phase. Despite these barriers, the research highlights the significant potential for nurses to lead sustainability efforts in healthcare settings. The findings indicate that integrating green practices into nursing protocols can provide environmental, operational, and economic benefits, ultimately contributing to more sustainable healthcare systems. Future research should refine these protocols, explore their broader application, and assess long-term outcomes across various healthcare settings

The employment crisis of higher education graduates, the low relevance of the curriculum, and the need for community empowerment encourage the importance of transforming social education based on values ​​and local contexts. This study aims to explore the integration of the sociopreneurship approach in social welfare education in Indonesia, especially in State Islamic Universities (PTKIN). Using an explorative-critical literature study method, this study examines the theoretical framework, international curriculum practices, and recommends a contextual curriculum model based on Islamic values ​​and community empowerment. The results show that the sociopreneurship curriculum can increase active student participation, strengthen social character, and create sustainable solutions to welfare challenges. The integration of Islamic values ​​such as justice, maslahat, and social responsibility is an important moral foundation in the development of this curriculum. This study recommends designing a project-based curriculum, multi-sector involvement, and support for higher education policies as prerequisites for implementing the model systematically.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of English textbooks for special purposes, particularly in the context of learning English for education. The content analysis method was used to evaluate the textbook with a focus on its purpose, content, methodology, and practical aspects. The results of the analysis showed strengths in purpose, approach, design and organization, as well as language aspects such as vocabulary and grammar. However, there were weaknesses in content coverage and integration of important components such as grammar and pronunciation. The implication is that this study emphasizes the importance of textbook evaluation to ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning, by adapting the materials to learners' needs and integrating methodologies that are in line with the latest educational developments.

Catholic liturgy is an important element in the formation of students' faith in Catholic schools. This article discusses how liturgical traditions can be effectively integrated into the educational curriculum. By combining educational theory and theology, this study shows that liturgical practices such as mass, prayer, and meditation not only deepen students' faith but also enhance their sense of community and social responsibility. This article presents concrete examples of the integration of liturgy into spiritual learning and reflection in the classroom.

Advances in digital technology in the current Industry 4.0 era have changed and influenced several aspects of human life. Suppose the Indonesian people do not want the identity and character of their community and their cultural riches to be lost at the hands of globalization. In that case, the community must have a robust defence mechanism. One way to build a defense system is through education. Technology and education are two things that cannot be separated. Pesantren is the oldest Islamic education and broadcasting institution in Indonesia. This research aims to examine and formulate the implications of the shift in orientation and value systems of Islamic boarding schools at the modern Islamic boarding school Nurussalam Sidogede (South Sumatra), the modern Islamic boarding school Darul A'mal (Metro Lampung), the Al-Hikmah Islamic boarding school (Bandar Lampung) and the modern Islamic boarding school Al -Muhajirin (Cikarang Bekasi) with an AGIL approach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data used in this research is sourced from the author's interviews with the Islamic boarding school. The results show that there are several similarity and differences between the transformative Islamic boarding school and non-transformative Islamic boarding school groups in terms of variables or indicators, namely Adaptation (A), Integration (I), Goal (G), and Latent Patten (L).

Akhlak degradation or moral degradation is at the foundation of a variety of problems and social issues in society during one's life. Moral degradation develops as a result of entering digital spaces, as shown by the presence of Instagram as a digital social media. As a result, discovering a solution to this problem becomes a priority. This study aims to provide a solution to the phenomenon of moral degradation in Instagram by exploring the concept of morality based on Sufism values, by determining the formulation of the problem including a description of moral degradation in Instagram, Sufism and morality in Islam, and the concept of akhlakul karimah based on sufism values. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, as well as literature study as a data collection technique. The findings of this study explain the phenomena of moral degradation on Instagram, which generates a whole slew of issues. Furthermore, this research explains Sufism and morality in Islam, as well as their integration in the concept of morality based on Sufism values through various exercises and efforts as a resolution to moral degradation on the social media platform Instagram.

This article explores the reframing of holistic education by integrating spirituality and ethics as core components to achieve transformative impact. The study highlights the limitations of conventional education systems that prioritize cognitive development while neglecting moral and spiritual dimensions. The objective is to propose a more comprehensive educational paradigm that nurtures learners as whole individuals—intellectually, emotionally, morally, and spiritually. Using qualitative literature analysis, this study identifies the role of spiritual and ethical integration in shaping character, enhancing empathy, and fostering social responsibility. The findings suggest that embedding these values within curriculum design and instructional practices contributes to meaningful personal development and community transformation. By addressing the growing need for a more inclusive approach to education, the article emphasizes how integrating spirituality and ethics can bridge gaps in traditional educational models. The research underscores the importance of fostering emotional and moral intelligence alongside intellectual growth, particularly in a world where global challenges require not only intellectual problem-solving but also ethical decision-making and empathy. The implications emphasize the need for inclusive and humanistic approaches in education, encouraging educators to act as facilitators of life values and agents of change. Through the integration of spirituality and ethics, education can help shape a new generation of compassionate leaders and engaged citizens. By reimagining holistic education through this lens, the article offers a framework that aligns academic achievement with ethical consciousness and spiritual growth, ultimately fostering a more just and compassionate society. Digital supply chain management (MRPD) has become an important focus in the context of insecticide farming such as cicada cultivation. This study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges of MRPD implementation in cicada cultivation. The aim is to identify potential improvements in operational efficiency and risk management through the integration of digital technology in the cricket supply chain. The study is scheduled to be conducted for six months, with the initial phase of research focusing on literature analysis and conceptual framework, followed by primary data collection through interviews and survey. The subjects of the study include cricket farmers, feed suppliers, distributors, and end consumers. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative approaches to gain an in-depth understanding of stakeholders' perspectives and experiences. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable insights into the benefits and constraints of implementing MRPD in cicada cultivation, as well as practical recommendations for industry stakeholders.
