The purpose of this study is to determine whether environmental awareness, green product advertising, environmental knowledge, and green buy intention can affect each other as well as whether Makassar residents' environmental knowledge is influenced by their intentions to make green purchases. Descriptive research methodologies are used in this study. Data from samples in Makassar were also gathered by researchers via an online survey method. Makassar population sampling is made easier with the use of the probability sampling technique. The study's findings indicated that while environmental knowledge had a positive and significant impact on green purchase intention, green purchase intention had a positive and significant impact on environmental knowledge, and environmental awareness and green product advertising had a positive but not statistically significant effect on green purchase intention. The restricted sample size of 164 respondents resulting from time constraints during the research process is the research's main weakness.

This study aims to determine and analyze what factors can influence a Purchase Decision (study at Elegant Soes Bukittinggi store). The population in this study are customers who have shopped at the Elegant Shoes store, especially those who live in the city of Bukittinggi with a total sample of 100 respondents who were taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. Primary data collection uses questionnaires distributed to customers who have shopped at the Elegant Shoes store and secondary data collection uses literature studies from reading sources such as books, journals, websites and articles related to research. The results of hypothesis testing in this study state that all hypotheses can be accepted, where the Consumer Behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable. This Purchase Decision identifies that the higher the usefulness of the product and the suitability of the product to the consumer's purchase value, the higher the value of the purchase decision and the Online Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable, this indicates that the higher the intensity of online promotions carried out by the Elegant Shoes store it can improve the purchasing decisions made by consumers.

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Consumer Review on Purchase Intention with Brand Awareness as an Intervening Variable at Shopee into STEKOM University’s students. The primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to buyers who have shopped at Shopee which consists of 23 questions. Samples of 130 respondents taken by random sampling technique. The analytical tool used in data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that Online Consumer Reviews ( Online Reviews on Website, Consistency of Online Reviews and Website Popularity) have a positive effect on brand awarensess at Shopee. Online Consumer Reviews (Online Reviews on Website, Online Consistency of Reviews and Popularity of Website) variables also have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.  Meanwhile, the Brand Awareness variable is not able to mediate Online Consumer Reviews on Purchase Intentions at the Shopee shopping platform.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of web site quality, security and online shopping confidence in purchasing decisions on shopee e-commerce in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. This study obtained data through questionnaires. The population in this study were users of shopee e- commerce sites in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with criteria for men and women aged 17 to 36 years in Gunung Pati Semarang District who had used and shop online at Shopee E-Commerce. Sample total was 100 respondents. Internet development causes the formation of a new world, every individual has the right and ability to interact with everyone who can prevent him. Perfect globalization connects the entire digital community, one of which is a business sector called E-COMMERCE.E-COMMERCE has a difference from conventional sale and purchase agreements and brings different legal consequences and there are also some problems that are not yet commonly describedthis is a problem that is not immediately anticipated to cause problems in the future. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.
