Improving shareholder wealth is a primary goal for a company which can be achieved by increasing the firm value. Maximizing profit can enhance the firm value, but it is not sufficient to ensure the long-term sustainability of the company. Firm value can be influenced by financial aspects such as profitability and non-financial aspects such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This research aims to analyze the influence of ERM and CSR on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of technology sector companies is 22 companies. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method, the results were 19 companies. Data was collected from company annual reports from 2020-2023. Data analysis was carried out using Moderated Regression Analysis techniques. The research results show that ERM and CSR have no significant effect on firm value and profitability is unable to moderate the influence of ERM and CSR on firm value.

Walisongo State Islamic University KKN students held a socialization on the importance of literacy and basic provisions for religious moderation from an early age at the banjiran public elementary school where the purpose of this socialization was carried out to provide a deep understanding to teachers, students about the importance of religious literacy in shaping the character of good and religious children. Religious moderation literacy is the ability to understand, interpret and apply religious teachings in a balanced and tolerant manner. Religious moderation literacy also includes the ability to communicate effectively about the values of moderation and to coexist harmoniously with individuals from various religious backgrounds. In this socialization, learning media such as videos, summary materials in the form of power points and also educational applications are used to convey the values of religious moderation.

With this research, a researcher can study and analyze cases that occur on social media, representation of religious values and moderation of various efforts to prevent problems on social media. This research uses library research analysis methods and digital observation to deepen an analysis of cases that occur on social media related to religion and religious moderation. The large contribution of religious moderation is not far from problems on social media with issues off discrimination, SARA, minorities and the majority of cultural, religious, ethnic and racial diversity in virtual spaces on social media. Instilling and strengthening religious moderation and core religious values to prevent problems on social media through religious education, a frame of tolerance, harmonization and radical action.

Workers in Bandar Lampung's coffee shop sector are particularly susceptible to stress. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how job stress affects employee engagement while controlling for mindfulness. Stress at work is the independent variable that is employed. Employee involvement is employed as the dependent variable. Mindfulness is the moderating variable employed. All of the Generation Z workers in the Bandar Lampung coffee shop sector made up the study's demographic. Purposive sampling was the technique employed, and the sample size consisted of 133 workers from coffee shops. A Likert-scaled questionnaire was employed as the data collection tool in this investigation. Simple linear regression and moderation regression analysis are used in this research analysis technique. The study's findings suggest that work stress has a substantial and detrimental impact on employee engagement and that mindfulness does not mitigate this effect in the case of Generation Z workers in Bandar Lampung's coffee shop sector. The study's conclusion is that the coffee shop should focus more on the responsibilities assigned to its staff members' tasks and modify the workload in accordance with their skill levels. The coffee shop has to learn more about the needs that its employees have at work.  

Indonesia is one of the countries that has a lot of diversity and makes this diversity one of the main challenges for society. The presence of PAI is able to help the community in creating a more harmonious life between religious communities and between communities. This study aims to explore PAI strategies in promoting interfaith harmony, given the challenges PAI faces in teaching values of tolerance and respect for differences. The research method employed is a literature review, analyzing previous research findings related to PAI's contribution to social harmony. The findings indicate that PAI can strengthen universal values such as tolerance and respect, play a role in preventing extremism, and promote religious moderation. Identified strategies include the teaching of moderate values, the development of teaching methods that encourage interfaith dialogue and cross-cultural collaboration, and the integration of humanitarian, justice, and peace values into the curriculum. Other strategies emphasize the importance of active participation from various stakeholders in enhancing understanding and appreciation of diversity. By adopting inclusive and dialogical approaches, PAI can effectively serve as an agent of change in building a harmonious and tolerant society amidst religious pluralism.    

Education about religious tolerance is very important to instill. A sense of tolerance in students can be instilled and can be improved through education, especially in character education. Since children have been in elementary school, it is time for them to understand what tolerance is so that later children do not do things that should not be done to people who think they are different from themselves. In-depth education about tolerance can help prevent prejudice, discrimination and conflict in society. Therefore, there needs to be a serious effort to integrate tolerance lessons into the elementary school curriculum in order to create a generation that is more tolerant and open to differences.

This article is based on the lack of learning outcomes, internal control, and the use of interactive media. The purpose of this study is to understand the worthiness and effectiveness of the Android-based Google Site interactive learning media, as well as the interaction of locus of control with the Android-based Google Site interactive learning media on student learning outcomes. This thesis is a development using the Four-D model. The information collection instrument uses expert validation questionnaires, teacher, and student feedback. The research population was class XI students. The results reveal that the interactive learning media Google Site based on Android is worth using. based on the validation of material experts at 46.20 in the very valid group, media experts at 4.60 in the very valid group, teaching material design experts at 4.63 in the very feasible category, and learning design experts at 4.72 in the very feasible category. The economics teacher's assessment was 4.76 in the very decent category, the results of the individual trial were 4.67 in the very decent category, the small group test was 4.79 in the very decent category, and the field trial was 4.72 in the very decent category. The Android-based Google Site interactive teaching media is effectively used in improving learning outcomes in line with the t-test results, where the 2-tailed sig value is 0.000<0.05. Based on the two-way ANOVA test, there is no locus of control interaction on the Google Site interactive learning media, namely the 2-tailed sig value is 0.001<0.05. In conclusion, there is an interaction between locus of control and learning media on student learning outcomes. This research implies that schools can use the Android-based interactive learning media Google Site "Melani Si Andro" which was developed as a student learning facility to develop learning outcomes.

This study explores the role of interreligious environmental ethics in shaping global cooperation to address the ongoing ecological crisis. By analyzing and comparing the teachings of Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism, the study identifies key environmental ethics principles that are shared across these religious traditions, such as non-violence, the sacredness of nature, and the principle of moderation in resource use. Despite theological and doctrinal differences, these shared values provide a strong philosophical and moral foundation for fostering cooperation among religious communities in addressing global environmental challenges. The study also examines the philosophical divergences within religious teachings, such as the varying interpretations of human dominion over nature and the role of humans as stewards or caretakers of the Earth. These theological differences present challenges in creating a unified environmental ethical framework, yet they also highlight the richness and diversity of religious perspectives on ecological responsibility. The practical applications of these teachings are discussed, focusing on how religious values have been integrated into real-world environmental movements, such as faith-based environmentalism and interfaith collaborations. The findings underscore the potential for interfaith dialogue to catalyze global environmental action and the creation of a unified global ethical system. Such a system, grounded in shared religious values, could provide a framework for sustainable practices and ecological justice, offering a moral guide for individuals, communities, and nations in their efforts to mitigate environmental degradation and promote sustainability.

This research aims to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle and discounts on impulse buying among Shopee users in the Solo Raya area through the moderating variable self-control. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were Shopee users in Solo Raya and had made purchases at Shopee in the last 3 months. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with 97 samples. Data collection is carried out online via Google Forms. Data analysis in this research used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) via SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that shopping lifestyle and discounts have a significant effect on impulse buying. The results of the self-control moderation analysis are able to moderate (strengthen) the influence of lifestyle shopping and discounts on impulse buying among Shopee users in the Greater Solo area.

Indonesia is a multicultural country, so if you look at it, an approach in religion that emphasizes tolerance, mutual respect and open dialogue between various religions and beliefs is needed. In the political context, freedom of religion and belief can serve as a tool to prevent the politicization of religion. The politicization of religion seems to be the target of political contestation in Indonesia with digital media being its weapon that forms a polarization. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The selection of this method is based on the purpose of the research, which is to understand the reality of the implementation of elections, the strengthening of religious politicization in Indonesia. The results of scientific work show that the Government of Indonesia can elaborate with digital media in developing freedom of religion and belief as an effort to prevent the politicization of religion that has been polarized.

This study analyzes the differences in views between Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in celebrating Islamic holidays, with a focus on determining the beginning of the month of Qomariyah, celebrating the Prophet's birthday and tahlilan events in Indonesia. Muhammadiyah adopts a modernist approach with a focus on contextual understanding of religion, while NU maintains a traditional approach that emphasizes aspects of local culture and tradition. This study describes the values ​​of religious moderation that are highlighted within Nahdlatul Ulama. Since its founding, Hadratussyaikh K.H. Hashim Asy'ari initiated the concept of moderate Islam in Indonesia which was then continued by the next generation of NU, including K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting document analysis and literature study. The results of the research explain the differences in celebration practices and how each understands how to celebrate Islamic holidays.

Sampling uses techniques proportionate random sampling. The data collection method used is a questionnaire method which has been tested for validity and reliability with the help of SPSS Statistics 23 . The data analysis technique uses Moderated regression analysis Regression Analysisist (MRA).The research results prove that (1) life style weakens the influence of financial literacy on student consumptive behavior with a regression coefficient value of 0.023 and a sig value of 0.659 > 0.05. This research aims to find out, ( 1 ) the influence of the family environment in moderating self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship, and ( 2 ) the influence of education entrepreneurship towards students' entrepreneurial interests with self-efficacy as a moderator.This type of research is causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 1,100 students from the Class of 2021 UNY (FEB, FMIPA, and FISHIPOL). Sampling was based on the Taro Yamane formula of 294 students. The The data collection method used is a questionnaire method which has been tested for validity and reliability with the help of SPSS Statistics 23. The data analysis techniques uses multiple regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The research results prove that (1) Self-efficacy weakens the influence of the family environment on entrepreneurship interest of FEB, FISHIPOL, FMIPA Yogyakarta State University students with a regression coefficient value of 0.002 and a sig value of 0.750 > 0.05. (2) Self-efficacy weakens the influence of Entrepreneurship Education on FEB, FISHIPOL, FMIPA students at Yogyakarta State University with a regression coefficient value of 0.012 and a sig value of 0.0.067> 0.005.    

Indonesia is a country that is very famous for its friendly people and diverse culture. Indonesia has a motto which can no longer only be interpreted as values ​​that must be conveyed but rather its implementation. One of them is Bhineka Single Ika which is a motto which has an important role for the Indonesian people as a reference for good society in everyday life. The realization of the Indonesian nation's unity and integrity also rests on Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. This is because the nation of Indonesia requires infrastructure that can bring its diverse population together; in the absence of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, there will probably be a great deal of strife because of this diversity. Based on research results, the values ​​that are interrelated between Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and religious moderation are togetherness, justice, mutual respect and harmony. Researchers also found several findings and discussions in this research, namely the role of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as the unifier of the Indonesian nation and also the role of Bhineka Tunggal Ika as the identity of the Indonesian nation. From these roles, it can be concluded that the various roles contained in Ika's motto of unity in diversity as an entity to strengthen pluralism in Indonesia, especially in social life.

This article is about strengthening religious moderation in church communities in Tanah Putih District, Rokan Hilir Regional Government Area, Riau Province. Through a participatory approach, churches and church associations play an important role in planning and implementing aid programs that encourage the active participation of local communities. Space for inclusive dialogue. The results of the study show that the Tanah Putih area has succeeded in embracing religious diversity, creating a peaceful environment and becoming an inspiring example of religious moderation as a solid foundation in everyday religious life. Pluralism refers to the attitude that although every religion has a different style, method or path, it leads to the same goal, namely God, so one of the goals of Pluralism is to build tolerance. This research is intended to provide an understanding that in our existence as a pluralist society we must respect and respect each other in order to create religious harmony and moderation. Diversity is certainly beautiful, but it is not impossible that in diversity there will be conflicts based on differences, so the understanding of pluralism emerges to make the nation aware that even though we are different in ideology, belief and culture, we are still both human and equally one nation, so that among we create a feeling of mutual appreciation and mutual respect, not tearing each other down. The author uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a literature study approach to see how Christianity is amidst Plurality. The Bible teaches that Christians must abstain from fleshly desires, and as servants of God must have a way of life that is good and right before God. The Christian attitude towards pluralism should emulate Jesus' attitude towards pluralism, namely respecting every difference by building mission and dialogue according to the context faced. Christians must be inclusive and open to diversity but remain strong and firm in their own faith.

The connection between religious moderation and the first principle of Pancasila is that every religious follower believes in the One Supreme God they worship, but many Indonesians have limited understanding of religions other than their own. This lack of knowledge in society has inspired the author to address the issue and offer insights through this article. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Each religion interprets the concept of One God differently, but in Indonesia, they share common ground regarding the belief in a Supreme Being. This divine concept aligns with the First Principle of Pancasila. The first principle serves as a foundation for religious moderation, representing various religions in Indonesia without favoring any single faith. This reflects the core of Indonesia's ideology.

Satriyan Village in Tersono District, Batang Regency, still has a low level of women's empowerment. This is due to the low education and skills of women, especially adult women in Satriyan Village, so they spend most of their daily activities at home as housewives. The Religious Moderation Community Service Lecture (KKN) of the State Islamic University of Walisongo Semarang conducts community service by teaching PKK women to make a bouquet in Satriyan Village. This study uses a training method. Those who took part in the training were mothers from the Satriyan Village Family Empowerment and Welfare Driving Team (PKK). The result of this service activity is knowledge about the creative economy, namely making bouquets and having a selling value. In addition, the service participants, namely mothers, have additional expertise.
