This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and interest rates on the stock prices of banking companies listed in the IDX80 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019–2024 period. Research data were obtained from official reports of banking company stock prices as well as inflation and interest rate data from Bank Indonesia. The study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods through the SPSS application, and classical assumption tests were conducted as a requirement for analysis. The study population included all IDX80 banking companies, with a saturated sampling technique resulting in five banks that met the criteria during the study period. The results of the partial test indicate that inflation has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while interest rates have a negative and significant effect on stock prices. This indicates that stable inflation can still improve the performance of the banking sector, while rising interest rates tend to depress stock prices due to increased borrowing costs and a shift in investment to other instruments. The results of the simultaneous test also show that inflation and interest rates together have a significant effect on the stock prices of IDX80 banking companies. The results show that inflation has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.034, while interest rates have a significant negative effect with a significance value of 0.018. Simultaneously, inflation and interest rates have a significant effect on stock prices with a calculated F value of 14.549 > Ftable 2.70 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

The proliferation of online gambling promotional comments on Indonesian social media has become a serious issue requiring fast and accurate automated handling. This study aims to implement a Hybrid Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method to classify online gambling comments and compare its performance with standalone RNN and LSTM models. The research utilized a dataset of 10,230 comments subjected to comprehensive preprocessing stages, including the normalization of non-standard language using a slang dictionary. Testing was conducted across three data-splitting scenarios: 90:10, 80:20, and 70:30. Experimental results demonstrate that the standalone LSTM model achieved the highest average accuracy of 97.45%. However, the Hybrid RNN–LSTM model showed significant superiority in terms of performance stability, yielding the lowest standard deviation (0.0027) and the smallest Coefficient of Variation (0.28%) across all scenarios. These findings indicate that while the LSTM architecture is highly effective at capturing short-text context, the Hybrid approach provides better robustness against fluctuations in data proportions, making it highly relevant for implementation as an automated detection system on social media.

The development of a student's personality, particularly during classroom interaction, is heavily influenced by their level of self-confidence. A lack of self-assurance often leads to public speaking anxiety, which subsequently restricts student engagement and diminishes academic performance. This phenomenon is frequently identified among tenth-grade Vocational High School (SMK) students who are navigating a period of environmental transition. This research focuses on enhancing the self-confidence of Grade X SMK students struggling with speech-related anxiety through the implementation of group guidance services utilizing role-playing methods. The study follows a Guidance and Counseling Action Research (GCAR) design conducted over two cycles, consisting of preparatory, executive, monitoring, and evaluative phases. The participants were tenth-grade students with low self-confidence profiles as determined by questionnaires and field observations. Data were analyzed using a descriptive quantitative approach to compare performance levels before and after the intervention. The results demonstrate that group guidance integrated with role-playing is an effective strategy for optimizing student self-confidence, as shown by the consistent upward trend in scores throughout the cycles. These findings suggest that this technique serves as a strategic instrument for school counselors to mitigate social anxiety among students.

Indonesian fashion SMEs have significant export opportunities, but their export performance remains suboptimal as not all businesses are able to convert innovation, digitalisation, and market orientation into tangible international competitiveness. This study aims to analyse the determinants of Indonesian fashion SMEs’ export performance from the perspectives of the Resource-Based View and Internationalisation Theory. The study employs an explanatory quantitative approach using a cross-sectional survey design involving 200 owners or key managers of fashion SMEs in East Java, selected through purposive sampling. Data were analysed using SEM-PLS. Simulation results indicate that internal capabilities, international market orientation, and access to international networks have a positive influence on competitive advantage, whilst competitive advantage has a positive influence on export performance. Internal capabilities and access to international networks also demonstrate a significant direct influence on export performance, whilst international market orientation is not directly significant but operates through competitive advantage. The implication is that strategies to boost fashion SME exports should focus on strengthening innovation, quality, brand differentiation, and international market networks, rather than merely on symbolic digital adoption.

Global business environmental uncertainty, triggered by "Black Swan" phenomena, demands that organizations transform beyond passive resilience toward anti-fragility capabilities, where Human Resource (HR) systems actually grow stronger through market disruptions. This study aims to analyze the concept of anti-fragility within organizational leadership, explain the role of transformational leadership in shaping anti-fragile employees, and identify organizational strategies for navigating market uncertainty. The approach employed is a narrative literature review using content analysis techniques across various reputable scientific journals, anti-fragility theory, and organizational case studies such as Disney+, Zoom, and Tractor Supply. Research findings indicate that transformational leadership acts as a primary catalyst that builds anti-fragility through intellectual stimulation, decentralized autonomy, and the creation of a culture that learns from failure. Organizational strategies prioritizing resource flexibility, cross-skilling, and optionality have proven effective in converting crisis stressors into opportunities for innovation and performance growth. The contribution of this article lies in the development of an "Anti-Fragile Leadership" conceptual framework that integrates the philosophical principles of anti-fragility into strategic HRM practices. The practical implications provide a guide for organizational leaders to design work systems that are adaptive and proactive toward market volatility, ensuring that organizations not only survive but thrive from chaos.

Software Defect Prediction (SDP) aims to identify defective modules early in the software development lifecycle to improve software quality and reduce maintenance costs. However, SDP datasets commonly suffer from high dimensionality, feature redundancy, and class imbalance, which can degrade model performance and stability. This study proposes a hybrid feature selection framework to address these challenges and enhance prediction performance. The proposed approach integrates Combined Correlation and Mutual Information (CONMI), which combines the Pearson Correlation Coefficient (PCC) and Mutual Information (MI) to capture both linear and nonlinear feature relevance. The selected features are further refined through Top-K selection, correlation-based filtering to reduce multicollinearity, and Backward Elimination (BE) to obtain an optimal feature subset. To address class imbalance, SMOTE-Tomek is applied by combining over-sampling and data cleaning techniques. Experiments are conducted on twelve NASA MDP datasets using Logistic Regression (LR) and Naïve Bayes (NB) classifiers. The results show that the proposed framework consistently achieves the best performance, with Logistic Regression combined with SMOTE-Tomek obtaining the highest average AUC of 0.7923 ± 0.0714, while NB achieves 0.7554 ± 0.0580. Statistical analysis using a paired t-test indicates that the proposed method significantly outperforms MI+SMOTE-Tomek and BE+SMOTE-Tomek for Logistic Regression, whereas no significant differences are observed for NB. In addition to improving overall classification performance (AUC), the proposed approach also enhances minority class detection, as reflected in improved Recall and F1-score. Overall, the proposed hybrid framework provides an effective and reliable solution for software defect prediction, particularly for high-dimensional and imbalanced datasets.

This research is motivated by the importance of strengthening a professional public service culture through the integration of public administration values, norms, and ethics. Although various regulations and codes of ethics have been established in public organizations, gaps remain between formal norms and service practices in the field, such as low levels of responsiveness and professionalism among civil servants. This study aims to analyze the relationship between values, norms, and ethics in shaping public service culture, and to examine the role of organizational ethics and codes of ethics in strengthening public administration professionalism. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design through a literature review of relevant journals, books, and policy documents. Content analysis techniques were used to identify patterns of relationships between concepts. The results indicate that the internalization of ethical values such as integrity, accountability, and transparency significantly influences the quality of public services. An organizational code of ethics serves as a formal instrument that clarifies standards of conduct for civil servants and strengthens a professional work culture. Consequently, public organizations need to strengthen ethics training, oversight mechanisms, and the integration of ethical values into performance evaluation systems to build responsive and public-interest-oriented services.
