Flakes merupakan salah satu produk makanan sereal yang berbentuk serpihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan ubi ungu dan tepung gembili sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan  flakes. Ubi ungu kaya akan antioksidan yang dapat meningkatkan sifat fungsional  flakes, sedangkan gembili memiliki kadar inulin yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan variasi lama pengovenan guna untuk mengetahaui tingkat kematangan flakes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan yang paling tinggi pada flakes ubi ungu tepung gembili dengan variasi lama pengovenan dan untuk mengetahui rasio konsentrasi ubi ungu : tepung gembili dengan variasi lama pengovenan yang disukai konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor yaitu perbandingan ubi ungu : tepung gembili dan variasi lama pengovenan. Faktor yang pertama perbandingan ubi ungu dan tepung gembili (85:15, 90:10 dan 95:5), sedangkan faktor kedua variasi lama pengovenan flakes (40 menit, 45 menit dan 50 menit). Hasil penelitian ini menjukkan rasio konsentrasi ubi ungu dan tepung gembili 90:10 dan lama pengovenan selama 40 menit merupakan formulasi flakes yang terbaik karena memiliki sifat fungsional yang diharapkan yaitu aktivitas antioksidan 23,571%, kadar air 6,788%, kadar abu 3,628%, kadar lemak 5,977%, kadar protein 5,757%, karbohidrat 77,850% serta uji organoleptik terhadap warna 3,306; flavor ubi ungu 2,867; kerenyahan 3,417 dan kesukaan keseluruhan 3,183.

This paper determines by simulation the temperature profiles of a thick carbon fiber/epoxy laminate during its cure process. The one-dimensional model of heat transfer is solved by using a finite difference numerical scheme. In the process, the same physical and thermal properties of materials used by ZhanSheng et al. are employed. The temperature is calculated through a judicious formulation and application of the Alternating Group Explicit (AGE) iterative method developed by Evans and Sahimi. A fourthorder Runge Kutta method is applied for the cure. The AGE scheme proves to be a viable iterative method with respect to stability, efficiency and rate of convergence.

One type of clothing is ready to wear, in the form of ready-to-wear clothing. Currently this clothing is a trend, with monochrome colors and geometric motifs. The goal to be achieved is to make Monochromatic Tri-Angle ready-to-wear clothes. The data collection methodology used was in the form of observation, documentation, and literature. The fabric motif in the form of geometric shapes can be found on the Jepara Troso woven fabric. This outfit is based on a monochrome source of ideas, a triangle shape, and a Bird of Paradise. This dress is a party dress for non-formal parties. Consists of three parts, namely a long sleeved blouse with a balloon style with hidden buttons and no collar, a sleeveless outer length, then a custom skirt with a slit and a span skirt inside. Making ready to wear Monochromatic Tri-Angle party dresses includes several processes. The first is to make a design, then from the design it is developed into a pattern with a predetermined formula and size. After that cutting the material, laying the pattern on the fabric should be as much as possible so as not to waste a lot of material. Then the sewing process, which is combining the pieces of material. The last one is the solution, which includes attaching the rubbing stone application using a special tool, cleaning clothes from threads and ironing clothes to make them tidier.

Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the results of a service that are in accordance with or not in accordance with the expectations they had before getting service. Patients as users of nursing services demand nursing services in accordance with their rights, namely quality nursing services. In providing nursing services, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is very important to assist nurses in achieving quality nursing care. In giving medicine, one must pay attention to the six "correct" principles which have become mandatory procedures before giving medicine, namely: right patient, right drug, right dose, right method, right time, and correct documentation. This study aims to identify the effect of applying standard operational procedures (SOP) for drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction in Ungaran Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using a cross sectional approach, the number of samples used is 90 respondents using the Slovin formula to determine. The results of the study using the Chi Square analysis test showed that there was a significant effect between the application (SOP) of drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). From the results of the analysis obtained the value of Odds Ratio (OR) of 59.160. The recommendation from this research is that nurses always apply the SOP correctly to increase patient satisfaction.

      Brownies merupakan cake coklat yang terbuat dari tepung terigu, lemak, telur, gula pasir dan coklat. Metode pemasakan brownies ada dua yaitu pemanggangan dan pengukusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tepung jewawut dan tepung maizena agar dihasilkan brownies kukus bebas gluten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi tepung yang memiliki kadar protein tertinggi pada brownies dan untuk mengetahui lama pengukusan yang optimal sehingga menghasilkan brownies kukus tepung jewawut dan tepung jagung yang paling disukai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktorial yaitu faktor pertama ratio tepung jewawut dan tepung jagung (50:50, 40:60 dan 30:70), sedangkan faktor kedua lama pengukusan (30 menit, 40 menit dan 50 menit). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Brownies kukus tepung jewawut dan tepung jagung dengan ratio 50:50 dan lama pengukusan 50 menit merupakan ratio yang terbaik karena memiliki kadar protein paling tinggi yaitu 5.828%.  Pada perlakuan ini menghasilkan 19.967% kadar air, 1.585% kadar abu, 1.786% gula total, serta uji organoleptik terhadap warna 3.590 (coklat gelap), tekstur 3.340 (lembut), flavor jewawut 2.855 (sedikit terasa) dan kesukaan keseluruhan 3.285 (disukai). Kata kunci : Brownies, tepung jewawut, tepung jagung, kadar protein.  ABSTRACT      Brownies is chocolate cakes made from flour, fat, eggs, sugar and chocolate. There are two methods of cooking brownies namely roasting and steaming. This study uses millet flour and maizena flour to produced gluten free steamed brownies. This study aims to determine the best of flour formulated which has highest protein content in steamed brownies and to knew the optimal steaming time that produced the most favored  of  steamed brownies millet flour and  corn flour. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factorials, the first factor is ratio of millet flour and corn flour (50:50, 40:60 and 30:70), while the second factor was the duration of steaming process (30, 40 and 50 minutes). The result of the study showed steamed flour of millet flour and corn flour with ratio of 50:50 and with steamed process duration 50 minutes is the best ratio because it had the highest protein content of 5.828%.  In this treatment yielded 19.97% moisture content, 1.585% ash content, 1.786% total sugar and organoleptic test is 3.590 (dark chocolate) colors, 3.340 (soft) texture, 2.855 (slightly felt) millet flavors and 3.285 (preferred) overall preferences. Keywords :  Brownies, millet flour, corn flour, protein content

Tempe merupakan salah satu produk fermentasi kedelai tradisional yang cukup terkenal, dengan menggunakan jamur Rhizopus oligosporus. Tempe mempunyai berbagai macam manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh. Demikian juga dengan bekatul beras merah yang memiliki berbagai nutrisi yaitu kandungan antioksidan dan serat yang tinggi, mengandung banyak mineral. Di kalangan masyarakat, bekatul beras merah belum banyak dimanfaatkan terutama sebagai produk olahan yang memiliki nilai fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik kimia dan sensori tempe kedelai yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah dan lama fermentasi, menentukan formulasi yang tepat dari tempe kedelai yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah dengan lama fermentasi sehingga diperoleh tempe dengan aktivitas antioksidan dan serat yang tinggi serta disukai konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 2 faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah rasio kedelai dan bekatul beras merah (80:20; 70:30; 60;40), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah lama fermentasi (24, 36, 48 jam). Penelitian dimulai dari pembuatan tempe yang difortifikasi bekatul beras merah kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis kadar air, kadar abu, kadar protein, aktivitas antioksidan, kadar serat, dan analisis uji organoleptik meliputi warna, rasa, aroma, kekompakan, dan kesukaan keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian yang terbaik adalah pada rasio kedelai dan bekatul beras merah 60:40 dengan lama fermentasi 48 jam didasarkan pada hasil pengujian kimia antioksidan dan serat terbaik. Pada perlakuan ini dihasilkan kadar air 51,34%, kadar abu 8,90%, kadar protein 21,62%, aktivitas antioksidan 72,03%, dan kadar serat 23,44%, sedangkan untuk pengujian organoleptik yang meliputi warna 3,66(merah bata); aroma 3,24 (aroma bekatul beras merah kuat); rasa 3,54 (rasa bekatul beras merah sangat kuat); kekompakan 3,73(kekompakan tempe sangat kuat); dan kesukaan keseluruhan 3,35 (suka). Kata kunci: Tempe, bekatul beras merah, antioksidan, serat, lama fermentasi.ABSTRACTTempeh is one of the well-known traditional soybean fermentation products, using the mushroom Rhizopus oligosporus. Tempeh has a variety of health benefits. Moreover, red rice bran which has a variety of nutrients that contain antioxidants and high fiber, and contain lot of minerals. Among the people, red rice bran has not been widely used, especially as a processed product that has functional value. This study aims to determine the chemical characteristics and sensory of soybean tempeh fortified with red rice bran and fermentation duration, to determine the appropriate formulation of soybean fortified soybean rice bran with fermentation duration so that tempe is obtained with antioxidant activity and high fiber as well as consumer preference. This research was conducted using two factorials Completely Randomized Design (CRD) The first factor was the ratio of soybean and rice bran (80:20; 70:30; 60:40), while the second factor was the duration of fermentation (24, 36, 48 hours). The study began with the making of tempeh fortified with red rice bran and then analyzed for water content analysis, ash content, protein content, antioxidant activity, fiber content, organoleptic test analysis including color, taste, aroma, compactness, and overall preference. The best results was at the ratio of 60:40 soybean and rice bran with fermentation duration 48 hour based on the results of testing the best chemical antioxidants and fiber. At this treatment produced 51,34% water content, 8,90% ash content, 21,62% protein content 72,03% antioxidant activity, and 23,44% fiber content, while for organoleptic testing which includes the color of 3,66 (brick red); aroma 3,24 (strong red rice bran aroma); flavor 3,54(flavor red rice bran very strong); compactness 3,73(compactness of tempeh is very strong); and overall preference 3,35 (likes). Keywords: Tempeh, red rice bran, antioxidant, fiber, long fermentation.

Clove plant (Syzygium aromaticum. L) Is one of the plants known by the people in Bula village as a traditional medicine the leaves of cloves (Syzygium aromaticum folium) are often used as an alternative to cure stiff and rheumatic diseases such as causing pain due to excessive activity, so that it can be used as an active ingredient in making ointments The purpose of this study was to identify the chemical content of clove leaves (Syzygium aromaticum folium) from Bula village and to formulate a good and stable clove leaf ethanol extract ointment (Syzygium aromaticum folium) using a ratio of variations in the concentration of the Hydrocarbon Base. This research method is experimental which was carried out using a combination base of vaseline album: cera alba from three different formulations with a concentration ratio of F1 (76%: 10 %), F2 (71%: 15%), F3 (66%: 20%), each formulation contains 10% ethanol extract of clove leaf (Syzygium aromaticum folium). Evaluation of ointment preparations was carried out after 1 week of storage; evaluation tests included organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests and pH tests. The results showed that the ointment preparations F1 (76%: 10%) met the requirements for a good and stable ointment, while F2 (71%: 15%), and F3 (66%: 20%) did not meet the requirements for a good and stable ointment.

Nutmeg is known as a spice plant that has economic value and multipurpose because every part of the plant can be used in various industries. Compounds contained in nutmeg seeds include essential oils, a-pinene, b-pinene, limonene, myristicin, safrole, and methyl eugenol. Nutmeg plant nutritious as antidiarrheal, antidiabetic, antimicrobial. The purpose of this study was to make a formulation of rubbing oil and to determine the bacteriostatic activity of nutmeg seed oil on staphylococcus aureus bacteria. This study used three formulations, namely the provision of distilled water as a negative control, chloramphenicol as a positive control. The method used in this research is the well method. Bacteria that were incubated for 24 hours in the fastest concentration inhibition research were at 50% concentration because of bacterial growth which showed that the higher the concentration, the higher the inhibitory power and at 20% concentration the results were resistant, because the amount of solvent used was higher. low and can not inhibit the growth of microorganisms.

Paguyuban Batik Tulis Langensari (PBTLS) is a community of batik artisans in the area around Embung Langensari, Yogyakarta. Determining the target of enthusiast of handmade batik from PBTLS crafters requires a strategy so that batik results can be right on target. The strategy that will be carried out requires an agreement that becomes a joint agreement in the community, given the current fashion trends that are developing very fast. Along with the development of the main trends in life, namely go green that returns to nature, fashion trends are also following. Today's global fashion trends are shifting from fast fashion to slow fashion. The target of the PBTLS is to determine the meeting point between products that have been produced as supply and market needs/demand. The method used in determining PBTLS targets is carried out through 4 stages. The first stage identifies the range of products that have been produced by PBTLS. The second stage determines the target users of PBTLS products. The third stage determines the direction of product development. Then the fourth step determines the uniqueness of PBTLS products. In carrying out these four steps, a crafter's poll was conducted through a "mentimeter application" conducted on 17 PBTLS artisans and focus group discussions (FGD). Through the application of the "mentimeter" the results of the PBTLS artisans poll can be immediately known to be discussed and formulated together through the FGD. The results obtained by the main target of PBTLS are middle-aged mothers consumers. Uniform fashion / formal batik fashion becomes the main target for the direction of PBTLS product development by developing the unique PBTLS products namely motifs and colors of handmade batik.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.

Sirup termasuk minuman instan yang memiliki rasa dan aroma tertentu. Beberapa tanaman dapatdimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku untuk formulasi sirup herbal antara lain daun kelor dan bunga rosella.Sirup daun kelor dan bunga rosella merupakan salah satu potensi sirup herbal dengan kandungan aktivitasantioksidan yang mudah dikonsumsi dan baik bagi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukanformulasi sirup herbal daun kelor dengan ekstrak bunga rosella sebagai minuman kesehatan bagi konsumendengan aktivitas antioksidan yang tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL)faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu daun kelor (5, 10, 15 g) sedangkan faktor keduaekstrak bunga rosella (5, 10, 15 g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi perlakuan konsentrasidaun kelor : bunga rosella 15:15 merupakan perlakuan terbaik didasarkan pada aktivitas antioksidan dan ujiorganoleptik terbaik yang terdapat pada sirup. Karakteristik sirup adalah pH 3,82, vitamin C 20,40 mg/100ml, total padatan terlarut 41,33%, aktivitas antioksidan DPPH 48,97%, gula total 13,82%, serta uji organoleptikterhadap warna 1,80 (merah muda), flavor kelor 2,56 (terasa kelor), flavor rosella 1,89 (terasa rosella), rasaasam 1,87 (terasa asam) dan kesukaan keseluruhan 1,72 (cukup disukai).Kata kunci: Formulasi sirup, daun kelor, rosella

Balm, a pharmaceutical product that is no stranger to the community, therefore, this product is one of the most potential commodities developed into a home industry that can improve the economy of the community. relatively simple balm formulation and easy in material, is very possible to be applied in the community. This article is a form of publication of community service that has been carried out on Tuesday, February 6, 2018,at RW XXII Bibis Luhur Kel. Nusukan Kec. Banjarsari Surakarta Central Java. This community service is entitled "training of sticks from herbal and pioneering industry as a home industry" which aims to provide understanding and skill through counseling, training, and application of herbal balsam in the form of sticks, and utilization in health by empowering natural resources optimally, produce new products, besides can be made for self-use, sticks balm is a product that is very much needed by the community, so it is possible to develop its production in the scale of home industry to improve the economy of the community.

Problems related to illegal downloading are still a problem for songwriters or musicians in Indonesia. In the UUHC and the ITE Law, it has also been regulated regarding the protection of copyright infringement through the internet media. In fact, the enforcement of this law is less firm. Based on the explanation given to the description above, this research is entitled "Legal Protection for Songwriters on Internet Media (Sociology of Law Studies)." The formulation of the problem of this research is how the legal protection for songwriters on the internet media, how is the responsibility of the free Mp3 song download service provider against copyright infringement through the internet media for songwriters, public perception regarding the protection of songs circulated on the internet media. The approach method used in this research is sociological juridical. The research specification was carried out by descriptive analytical. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out by direct interviews with the community or filling out questionnaires on the internet. The analysis used in this paper is qualitative. The results show that the legal protection of songwriters has been automatically protected by UUHC, the government has also made efforts to block illegal song download sites but in reality people still download illegal songs on the internet, the responsibility of free song download service providers, in the development of copyright infringement through Internet media is usually charged to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) if the provider provides facilities that allow copyright infringement to occur. Site providers have actually become an irregularity, these sites have shifted their position from being an illegal site to a legal site by positioning themselves as a song search site, the song provider in this case has violated the law. Public perception about individuals who download songs are wrong because they violate the Copyright Law. The public is aware of copyright infringement, but according to facts on the ground, people still download songs without permission. This behavior is carried out because the protection of songs by the Government is not strong enough. Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore the application of information systems in agencies and companies is needed because information technology makes the performance will be implemented well and can handle a variety of data processing. One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

Lending often occurs in a loan agreement (credit), which is a State party to the debtor's inability to pay an obligation that has been mutually agreed by the lender so that losses on the part of creditors as occur at the KSP Artha True Semarang. As for the purpose of this research is to know and understand what factors being the cause of the occurrence of loans (bad credit) as well as settling the loan (bad credit) happens on the KSP Artha True Semarang. The methods used in the writing of this is empirical method that uses an approach from the aspect arising in field, which has the nature of a real legal who live in thecommunity. In Indonesia, there has been no unification or no entity which regulates adoption. Fostering or adoption is still causing problems for communities and governments. Based on this, the authors raised the title "Judicial Review was borrowed against Children Raise In The Compilation of Islamic Law (Case Study sues Inheritance Case Number: 029 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PTA.Smg)".The formulation of the problem of legal writing this study is (1) How was borrowed Against Judicial Review Adopted In KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law)? This study uses normative juridical approach to the specification of descriptive analytical research, the research aims to describe the legal review inheritance rights of adopted children according to Islamic Law Compilation (Case Study sues Inheritance Case Number: 029 / Pdt.G / 2014 / PTA.Smg). Besides, in this study, the authors used secondary data consisting of secondary law and primary legal materials. How to collect data through library research. Library method is done by examining the primary legal materials, and secondary on granting was borrowed against adopted children. Labu siam mengandung mineral, sedikit gula dan air. Selain itu labu siam juga mengandung zatantioksidan seperti flavanoid dan vitamin C yang baik untuk menangkal radikal bebas dan mencegahkanker. Tekstur permen jelly sangat tergantung pada bahan pembentuk gel serta komponennya. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi terbaik antara konsentrasi ekstrak labu siam, variasi agar-gelatinyang menghasilkan permen jelly dengan aktivitas antioksidan yang tinggi serta kadar gula yang rendah dandisukai konsumen.Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor 1adalah ekstrak labu siam 5, 10, dan 15g serta faktor 2 adalah variasi agar-gelatin 2,5g+37,5g, 5g+35g, 7,5g+32,5g.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik adalah perlakuan ekstrak labu siam 15g dan variasiagar-gelatin 7,5g+32,5g yang menghasilkan permen jelly dengan kadar air 18,6%, kadar abu 2,76% kadargula reduksi 0,55% dan aktivitas antioksidan 8,64%, warna kuning muda (2,06), rasa manis (2,26), tingkatkekenyalan (1,66), dan disukai (2,46).Kata kunci : Labu siam, agar, gelatin, permen jelly.

Nugget merupakan produk olahan makanan dalam bentuk beku yang mengalami pemasakan sampaisetengah masak (precooked), siap saji, serta telah berkembang di dunia dan diminati oleh masyarakat luas.Tekstur nugget pada dasarnya empuk khas daging serta tergantung pada bahan dasar pengisinya. Beberapapenelitian tentang nugget untuk membentuk tekstur yang disukai konsumen, nugget banyak disubtitusidengan banyak jenis ikan dan sayuran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui formulasi yang optimaldalam pembuatan nugget ikan hiu dengan penambahan jamur tiram terhadap karakteristik kimiawi danorganoleptiknya.Perlakuan yang diterapkan meliputi perbandingan ikan hiu: tepung terigu (105g:60g; 75g:90g; dan45g:120g) dan jamur tiram (Putih, Kuning, dan Coklat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahanikan hiu dan jamur tiram berpengaruh nyata terhadap karakteristik kimia (karbohidrat, kadar abu, kadarair, kadar lemak, dan kadar protein). Hasil uji organoleptik dari nugget berbeda tidak nyata. Hasil penelitiandiperoleh kadar karbohidrat total (by difference) 29,97-57,42%, kadar air 27,7-59,31%, kadar abu 1,38-2,40%,kadar protein 6,13-24,31%, kadar lemak 0,06-0,08%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaikadalah perlakuan ikan hiu : tepung terigu 105g : 60g dan jamur tiram putih yang menghasilkan nugget ikanhiu dengan kadar air 43,2%, kadar abu 1,85%, kadar protein 24,21%, kadar lemak 0,06%, kadar karbohidrat3,58%, rasa jamur (1,30), tekstur juicines (0,88), aroma ikan hiu (1,43), dan kesukaan keseluruhan (2,56).Kata kunci : Nugget, ikan hiu, tepung terigu, variasi jamur tiram.

Internet development causes the formation of a new world, every individual has the right and ability to interact with everyone who can prevent him. Perfect globalization connects the entire digital community, one of which is a business sector called E-COMMERCE.E-COMMERCE has a difference from conventional sale and purchase agreements and brings different legal consequences and there are also some problems that are not yet commonly describedthis is a problem that is not immediately anticipated to cause problems in the future. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.

In Semarang city suspected of many cosmetic products packaging or wrap that is circulating in the community did not provide information that is clear, both in terms of composition that does not mention the substance or the standards set by the health department, products with labels that have expired, as well as product information is misleading, particularly outstanding in the traditional markets. It is then the background for the author to take the title: "Overview of Consumer Protection Laws Against Illegal Import Chinese Cosmetic Products in Semarang".            Formulation The problem in this case is (1) How are monitoring has been done by the government (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in Semarang? How can these obstacles to the implementation of supervision BBPOM against illegal imports of Chinese cosmetic products in the protection of consumers in Semarang? How are the remedies that have been taken by the government BBPOM to consumer protection related to the circulation of illegal imports of Chinese cosmetics in the city of Semarang The method used in this research is the method of approach to examine the rules of the applicable law, whereas the specification of the research is analytic descriptive only portray the legislation in force linked and analyzed with the theories of jurisprudence and a keadaaanatau particular object in a factual and accurate, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that (1) Efforts to control the government has done (BBPOM) to consumer protection in the field of cosmetic products illegally imported Chinese in the city, carried out with the cooperation and coordination across relevant sectors, among others, by the District Government / City (Department of Health / Department of Industry / Department of Commerce), the National Police, as well as the Association as well as the role of the community.
