Jihad and Terrorism in the Perspective of Islamic Law (Hidayatussalam and Muhammad Mufti M. Djafar). Jihad and terrorism are two terms that have recently become the focus of international attention. The international community assumes that these two terms are manifested as movements of several activist groups that In Islam there are two sides that cannot be separated. Islamic history has noted that jihad and terrorism are not new phenomena, but each has a different history. Jihad emerged when Islam came, brought by the Prophet SAW, and became popular when the Prophet SAW moved to Medina. Meanwhile, terrorists emerged since the political constellation among the Shi'a which was spearheaded by Hasan bin Sabah, known as a splinter group of the Assassin sect, a splinter of the Shi'a Islᾱmiyyah group which allowed the murder of political opponents from the Bani Seljuq whom they claimed had gone astray in the 11th century and 13th. Jihad and terrorism are two terms that have recently become the focus of international attention. In the current globalized world, learning English is essential for teachers and students in Indonesia to develop effective teaching strategies. Engaging edducational media, like diorama, can increase students' comprehension and focus when learning English. This community outreach is being carried out at MI Fathul Jannah to promote the use of dioramas in English language instruction. The method that is used is called "Service Learning," which involves observation, execution, and assessment. This activity involves discussion and debate about family members as well as interactive activities like spelling bees, translation, and matching features. The results indicate an increase in the understanding of kosakata, teamwork, and self-awareness among the learners in English. Even if there are time constraints, using a diorama as an innovative and interactive teaching tool works very well. This exercise is intended to serve as a guide for teachers to adopt the method.

UMKM sector during the Covid-19 pandemic has had various problems. Such as, decreased sales, capital, hampered distribution, difficulties with raw materials. UMKM players have also changed their marketing orientation due to the pandemic, many UMKM players have switched to online trading to increase sales but this is not supported by the ability of UMKM players who tend to be low in using technology. This service aims to provide understanding and skills for UMKM in KHADIJAH SOUVENIR Samarinda regarding the use of social media as an effective and efficient means of product sales/promotion as a means of selling products. This activity uses a contextual approach method, namely providing theoretical material first and directly uploading products produced by KHADIJAH SOUVENIR UMKM actors. The result of this activity is the partners' understanding of marketing via social media; able to create promotions via social media independently.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the Al-Barqy method affects the ability to read the Al-Qur’an at MDA Nurul Ihsan Mudiak Lolo Barat Sungai Pagu District South Solok Regency. This research uses pre-experimental methodology and is quantitative in nature. The number of grade I-IV MDA students who became the population of this study were 42 students. Collecting odd semester grades, then doing a normality test, the researcher determines a random sample as a sampling technique. Tests were used to collect data. Analysis of data using descriptive analysis and t-test. The results of the study based on the results of the Paired Sample T-test test obtained a t score of 9.376> t table which is 1306, and the probability value of sig.  (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 so that it can be inferred that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which shows that there is a significant effect of the Al-Barqy method on the ability to read the Qur’an to students at MDA Nurul Ihsan Mudiak Lolo Barat, Sungai Pagu District, South Solok Regency.

In this case, Human Resource Development (HR) is a fundamental parameter for the success and achievement of the organization's goals to continue to exist. Based on a literature review, the concept of developing an HR organization needs to pay attention to aspects of employee competence, talent and resilience. The competency aspect is the potential for long-term value and a potential source of the company's competitive advantage. The talent aspect is an important point for a company to occupy the position it needs, and with the toughness aspect, employees are able to face competition and overcome difficulties to become opportunities to achieve greater achievements. This article discusses the principle of justice in teaching and learning interactions (study of Qur'an Surah Al-Maidah Verse 8) and aims to find out the principle of justice in learning interactions according to Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Maidah verse 8 and the relevance of justice in teaching and learning interactions according to Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Maidah verse 8. Data is taken from books or scientific works related to the problems to be discussed in the form of tafsir, the Qur'an, education and justice. Tafsir tahlili is used to interpret the verses of the Qur'an by describing all aspects contained in the verses being interpreted and explaining the meanings included in it according to the expertise and tendency of the mufassir who interpreted the verses. Surah Al-Maidah verse 8 explains about a fair attitude in an effort to uphold the truth because of Allah SWT. In the educational process, educators have a very important role to provide teaching and learning to students. Learners deserve a proper education. Education that does not look at the social level that students have. As a mandate holder, educators are very responsible for educating their students fairly and thoroughly and educating as well as possible and paying attention to humanism values. Because later in time will be held accountable for his work.

The dynamics of Islamic religion have become a significant focus of attention in the contemporary context, especially in the midst of rapid and complex global change. This article describes the challenges and transformations faced by the Islamic Religion in facing contemporary realities. In an ever-changing world, religions are often faced with various pressures and dynamics that influence the way their followers understand and practice their religious teachings. The challenges faced by the Islamic Religion include issues such as modernization, globalization, pluralism and radicalization. Modernization brings changes in the way individuals understand and practice their religion, while globalization introduces various views and values ​​from various cultures that influence Islamic identity globally. Pluralism raises questions about how Islam interacts with other religions and maintains tolerance between religious believers, while radicalization poses challenges to moderate understanding of religion and peace.

This study aims to determine the effect of teaching style on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMAN 1 Sorkam North Sumatra. The type of research used is quantitative approach research which is correlation. In collecting data, the researcher used documents for student learning outcomes and a closed questionnaire for the teacher's teaching style with a statement of 20 statement items. The population in this study was the entire class XI SMAN 1 Sorkam North Sumatra which amounted to 121 people while the sample used in this study was 75 respondents. then the conclusion that can be put forward in this study there is an influence of the teacher's teaching style on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects SMAN 1 Sorkam North Sumatra.

The presence of Muhammadiyah in Indonesian history has been an important part of the journey of social progress, education and social welfare. This article discusses the significant role of Muhammadiyah in encouraging Indonesia's development from time to time. This research uses a historical approach to analyze Muhammadiyah's role in fighting for independence, building educational infrastructure, and promoting the values ​​of social justice and prosperity. Key words such as "Muhammadiyah", "history", "role", and "progress" are the main focus in this discussion. The findings show that Muhammadiyah is not only a religious movement, but also a social force that has played a role in changing the face of Indonesia. Through inclusive education, community empowerment, and justice efforts, Muhammadiyah continues to contribute to advancing this nation. The implications of this research provide deep insight into how religious organizations can become agents of positive change in building a more civilized and advanced society.

This research aims to discuss the application of cognitive learning theory in the learning process in elementary schools. The main focus is on how cognitive approaches can improve students' understanding and skills. The research methods used were literature studies and field observations in several elementary schools. Cognitive learning theory was developed by experts such as Jean Piaget and Jerome Bruner, who emphasized the importance of internal mental processes in understanding information. Piaget described four stages of children's cognitive development, while Bruner emphasized discovery-based learning. The research results show that a cognitive approach to learning can increase learning effectiveness, student motivation, as well as critical and creative thinking abilities. Students taught using cognitive methods show active participation in class activities, increased understanding of the material, and higher academic scores compared to traditional learning methods. Teachers report that this method helps students develop higher-order thinking and problem-solving skills. The practical implications of this research suggest that cognitive learning methods should be widely applied in elementary schools to optimize students' learning potential.

This article discusses the tradition of sea alms in Cilacap Regency and how this tradition is acculturated with Islamic teachings. Sedekah laut is a traditional ceremony performed by coastal communities as a form of gratitude for sustenance from the sea. This tradition originally contained elements that were considered deviant from Islamic teachings, such as offerings to the sea spirit Kanjeng Ratu Kidul. However, through acculturation, these elements have been adapted to Islamic values, so that they now involve prayers and alms to Allah SWT. The sea alms tradition also plays a role in strengthening the spirit of mutual cooperation and awareness of cultural preservation among coastal communities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study to examine the relationship between customary law and Islamic law in this tradition. The results show that customary law and Islamic law can interact harmoniously without dominating each other, each having a role in preserving local traditions that enrich Indonesia's cultural heritage.

Principal communication is the process of conveying information to teachers and forwarded to students. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's communication, including: Teacher professionalism; Teacher discipline; and Teacher responsibility. Qualitative approach with descriptive method. In terms of data collection is through literature study, literature study is the initial step in the data collection method. Literature study is a data collection method that is directed at finding data and information through documents, both written documents, photographs, images, and electronic documents that can support the writing process. The subjects of the study were teachers, principals, and school committees at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Sunggal. The results of the study found: Principal communication in improving teacher professionalism is conveying messages to teachers both verbally and in writing; Principal communication in improving teacher discipline is providing exemplary examples by attending school on time; Principal communication in improving teacher responsibility is interpersonal communication, communication in solving problems in learning by coordinating and finding solutions with the school committee and supervisor, and the relevant Education Office. It is expected that the committee and the principal can provide encouragement and guidance in teacher performance regarding professionalism, discipline and teacher responsibility effectively and efficiently so that it can improve teacher performance in schools.

The urgency in several cases of student delinquency stems from law breaking attitudes and corruption cases which are increasingly common in our country, Indonesia. This occurs due to the dysfunction of several law enforcement agencies which are considered not to have emphasized their function in educating and anticipating cases of law violations in society. Some basic examples of legal awareness education and anti-corruption attitudes carried out in schools are students practicing through the honesty canteen, students practicing remembering their own assignments/exercises, students practicing identifying honest characters, schools providing special extracurriculars. So that way students and teachers understand the benefits of honesty and discipline. However, it should be noted that legal awareness education and an anti-corruption attitude should not be provided at elementary school level alone, this education must continue at subsequent educational levels because at the same time educational institutions at the upper level can be a strong milestone and reminder for building accountability and transparency.

Desa Doyong is one of the villages located in Miri District, Sragen Regency, Central Java. The natural disaster of flooding in Doyong Village occurred in 2023, with a prolonged water recession process. Besides floods, droughts and strong winds also occurred due to extreme weather. The community's unpreparedness in facing disasters resulted in social and economic impacts. Therefore, the purpose of this community service is to enhance the knowledge, abilities, and independence of the community in facing and addressing disaster issues, as well as to build community preparedness for potential future disasters. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting primary data through in-depth interviews, observations, and focus group discussions (FGDs). Secondary data were obtained from official BPBD documents, documentation, and relevant literature. Activities included rainfall mapping, community and school disaster preparedness education, the Village Clean Week (GUBERDES) program, reforestation, and collaboration with BPBD Sragen Regency. Results indicate that effective resource mobilization and involvement of various stakeholders, can improve community disaster preparedness.

The background to this research is that the speaking skills of grade 4 students are still lacking because many students are still embarrassed to answer questions given by the teacher and are also lazy to express opinions during lesson discussions and when called to come forward, they are asked questions and do not want to answer. Apart from that, speaking fluency, accuracy of word choice, sentence structure, logic or reasoning and communicativeness or eye contact are still relatively low. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of speaking skills using the sociodrama method and to determine the factors inhibiting the use of the implementation of speaking skills using the sociodrama method in PAI subjects at SD N 09 Paninggahan. This research uses a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The key informants are class IV students and the supporting informants are PAI teachers and class teachers. Data analysis in this research involves data reduction, data display, and then conclusions. Based on the research results, it was found: (1) The implementation of students' speaking skills using the sociodrama method in PAI subjects at SDN 09 Paninggahan, Solok Regency has been implemented well. This shows that in sociodrama students are fluent in speaking, students are precise in choosing words, students are in sentence structure. sociodrama is categorized as very good, students' logic and reasoning are also very good, and students' communicativeness and eye contact. (2) Factors Inhibiting Students' Speaking Skills Using the Sociodrama Method in PAI Subjects at SD N 09 Paninggahan, Solok Regency include students experiencing concentration problems, fear of making mistakes, shame and lack of self-motivation, but the most dominant is that students feel afraid of doing mistakes due to nervousness.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of using the Universitas Islam Negeri Kiai Haji Achmad Siddiq Jember (UINKHAS) website on the ease of access to information for students. Using a quantitative approach with a causal comparative research type, data were collected through online questionnaires from 30 students of the Islamic Education Management (MPI) study program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. The analysis results showed that all items in the questionnaire were valid and reliable. Classical assumption tests indicated no issues of normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression indicated that the use of the UINKHAS website has a significant and positive effect on the ease of access to information, with a determination coefficient of 92.3%. These findings reinforce the importance of utilizing information technology to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information access in higher education.
