This writing aims to determine the implementation of the use of Accurate online software at the Sukoharjo Regional Public Printing and Publishing Company (Perumda Percada). The main objective is to determine the positive impact of using Accurate online software on Perumda Percada. Perumda Percada as an entity operating in the printing industry, this company is faced with challenges in managing inventory, financial monitoring and efficient resource management. Information data is obtained from direct observation. The results show that the implementation or application of Accurate online has helped in recording finances at Perumda Percada. User-friendly, Accurate online makes it easier for employees to input and collaborate between departments. Apart from that, Accurate online software also helps management in monitoring the financial reports that have been produced.

Kurnia Ciptamoda Gemilang is an Indonesian retail company that was founded in 1998 and currently houses several brands, namely, Charles & Keith, Pedro, Pomelo, and EA7 Emporio Armani in more than 80 stores throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of Sales Associates and sales marketing strategies in selling Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya products. Sales Associates are placed in a position to analyze the operational running of retail activities, both related to Sales and Selling Products, as well as inventory and will also be given the opportunity to interact directly with customers as a Fashion Advisor to be able to provide product information, answer questions and provide suggestions to customers . This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with Sales Associates at the Charles & Keith store Tunjungan Plaza and also personal observations during their internship as a Sales Associate for Charles & Keith Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The research results show that the role of the Sales Associate is very crucial in providing a positive customer experience, understanding customer needs, providing accurate product information and also increasing customer transaction value. Apart from that, effective sales marketing strategies are also implemented to increase the level of product sales by using social media, one of which is Value Added Service (Chat Shop), which is a medium for communication, promotion and also online sales via WhatsApp between Sales Associates and customers.

This community service program focused on enhancing branding and digital marketing strategies for Salina Kitchen, a culinary business in Jakarta. The primary objectives were to optimize packaging sticker design and to boost engagement through the business's Instagram account. Conducted from September 23 to December 15, 2023, the program involved consumer surveys and SWOT analysis. Results indicated a significant improvement in customer satisfaction with packaging design and digital marketing performance. Effective use of hashtags on Instagram expanded the reach to non-followers. The program successfully identified key strategies in branding and digital marketing that can be implemented to enhance the performance of culinary businesses.

"The influence of brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening among Management Study Program students" Thesis of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. Supervised by Mrs. Hety Budiyanti and Mr. M. Ilham Wardhana Haeruddin.This research aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening. The variables studied are brand ambassador and social media marketing as independent variables and purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population in this study were active students of the Management Study Program at Makassar State University with a sample using purposive sampling of 100 people. This research is quantitative research which was tested using the multiple linear regression method via SPSS 23.The results of this research show that brand ambassadors partially have a positive effect of 0.115 but are not significant on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.229 > 0.05, social media marketing partially has a positive effect of 0.765 and is significant on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, brand ambassadors and TikTok social media marketing influence purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The cosmetic industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid development with the emergence of various local and global cosmetic brands. Therefore, every cosmetic company needs to have a strategy to capture the market. One of the strategies that can be used is foreign branding which involves giving brand names using foreign languages aimed at influencing brand image dimensions, consumer perceptions, and attitudes towards the products. This research aims to determine the influence of foreign branding on purchase intention mediated by perceived product quality of Luxcrime products. This study is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample used consists of 100 students majoring in Management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. Data collection was conducted through literature study and survey. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study indicate that foreign branding does not have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention of Luxcrime products, foreign branding has a positive and significant effect on perceived product quality of Luxcrime products, perceived product quality has a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention of Luxcrime products and perceived product quality mediates the relationship between foreign branding and purchase intention of Luxcrime products

The aim of this research is to explore the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) device technology in supporting everyday human life, especially in Luna Torasyngu's novel "Traveline Past." AI is implemented as an intelligent and flexible assistant/partner, serving not only as a mechanical tool but also as an adaptive partner that responds to user needs. Concrete examples include smartwatches, computers with complex authorization systems, sensors that read phenomena and function as weapons, databases encompassing information from the past, and the use of Nano Technology in the production of clothing that can change according to needs. The research findings provide a holistic overview of how AI technology and its related components can shape the lifestyle and interaction of humans with the environment in the future, prompting questions about the positive impact and ethical challenges associated with the integration of AI into daily life. The focus is on analyzing the role of AI-forming device technology in the novel, using a hermeneutic approach. The findings include the utilization of technologies such as 1) smartwatches, 2) computers, 3) sensors, 4) databases, and 5) Nano Technology.

The era of globalization has prompted countries, including Indonesia, to reconsider their defense capabilities in the face of increasingly complex threats. Indonesia's primary focus lies in the development of the maritime sector, given its strategic geographic position between the Pacific and Indian Oceans. Maritime security is crucial for smooth trade, considering that Indonesia is the world's second-largest producer of fish. The significant potential of marine resources requires attention to maritime security. Concurrently, globalization has altered the patterns and forms of threats, especially in international trade routes such as the Malacca Strait.This research employs the method of literature study to depict Indonesia's maritime conditions, infrastructure development, and the impact of globalization on maritime trade. The government's focus on enhancing logistical efficiency and infrastructure development aims to support industrial and trade growth. Sometimes umbilical cord infections occur because young mothers are unaware of the need to provide umbilical cord care to their babies after giving birth. The umbilical cord, a type of connective tissue, holds the placenta and foetus together. The umbilical cord functions as a source of life for the foetus while it is in the womb. Umbilical cord care is a procedure for handling the umbilical cord in a sterile, clean, and dry manner to avoid infection. The aim of the research is to find out how health education on umbilical cord care influences the behaviour of postpartum mothers in the work environment at the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency, in 2024. This research uses a pre-experimental research strategy. Total sampling was used as the sampling technique. We used the Wilcoxon test to analyze the data. The research findings showed a p-value of 0.001 when compared with the significance level (p-value <0.05), thus approving Ha. This shows that health education regarding correct umbilical cord management influences the behaviour of postpartum mothers in the operational area of the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency. Based on the research conclusions, postpartum mothers fall into the poor knowledge category, negative attitude category, action not implemented, poor pre-test and post-test behaviour category, and action not taken. behaviour is classified as very good, and the behaviour of postpartum mothers at the Kaiely Community Health Centre, Buru Regency, is influenced by health education about umbilical cord care.

Dust is solid particles caused by natural or mechanical forces such as processing, crushing, softening, rapid packing, blasting, etc. from organic or inorganic materials.Many solid particles are produced by various industries, one of which is the cement industry which has an impact on air pollution by dust. The aim of this research is to determine the description of total dust levels and lung function disorders in workers in the cement Packagingunit at PT.CementTonasa Gudang Arang, Ambon City. This type of research is analytical observation,using a cross sectional study design method that is each object is only observed once and measurements are carried out simultaneously. The research results were obtained from measuring dust levels at three points, namely the packing room.21.7, loading space 20.5 and loading and unloading space 17.4, which is already exceeding the threshold value. And the results of lung function examinations on workers showed that 10 workers had disorders in the mild restrictive category, 6 workers had mild obstructive disorders, and 2 combined and 14 workers had no disorders in the normal category. The results of this study showed that dust levels had exceededthreshold value, it is known that the highest dust content is in the packing room at 21.7 mg/Nm3 and the lowest is in the loading and unloading room at 17.4 mg/Nm3. The lung function capacity of the workforce shows that 10 workers have lung function disorders in the restrictive category, 6 workers have obstructive, 2 combined and 14 workers have no disorders (normal).

One of the supporting factors in preventing pneumonia in children under five is the behavior of mothers of toddlers . Forms of maternal behavior patterns that can be implemented in preventing pneumonia, especially at home, include : give exclusive breast milk for the first six months, give vaccines in baby new born on the first year of birth , keep the environment clean and get the child used to living a healthy life . The population of this study is all mothers who have children under five who are recorded in the register book in the work area of the Mekar Health Center, Kendari City in 2023. as much 1,226 respondents , sample in study This is as big as 92 respondents . The retrieval technique is carried out with random sampling technique or Cluster Random Sampling . Results study appointment that Behavior Mother about prevention of pneumonia in child toddler , respondent with own knowledge which is sufficient as much as 83.70 %, own positive attitude as much as 65.22%, own good actions amounted to 51.09%, own respondents had easy access to information with as many as 75.00 % And own 84.78% of respondents had easy access to health services , In the Work Area Public health center Blossom Subdistrict Head of Kendari City Year 2023.

Cognitive development in early childhood is a gradual process that requires active learning in the school environment. Teachers, as educational agents, play a crucial role in designing educative interactions and understanding the cognitive development of children. According to Jean Piaget's theory, cognitive development in children continues to evolve until it matches the thinking processes of adults. The Independent Kindergarten Education Foundation in Palembang accommodates children with diverse characteristics. To enhance children's focus and attention, the use of play media, especially picture number cards, is considered an effective learning strategy. This service aims to evaluate the impact of using picture number cards on the development of mathematical logic intelligence in children at the Independent Kindergarten. The service method involves planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting. The sample consists of 12 children, with 6 in the control group and 5 in the experimental group. The results show a significant improvement in children's logic and mathematics learning activities after the implementation of picture number cards. The average posttest scores indicate an improvement from the pretest, particularly in the experimental group. During the service, children are directly and actively involved, making picture number cards a playful tool that facilitates learning. This service contributes positively to the development of mathematical logic intelligence in Taman Kanak-Mandiri Palembang. The learning strategy using picture number cards can be an effective alternative in providing enjoyable educational services that support children's development

This research investigates legal aspects related to protection for fintech users in the context of online lending in Indonesia. The background includes the rapid development of the fintech industry and the increasing use of online lending, which has created a need to evaluate the effectiveness of existing legal protections. This research uses a combination approach of regulatory analysis, case studies, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The literature review involves the concept of fintech, related regulations, and legal protection challenges that users face. Research methods include in-depth analysis of applicable regulations, case studies of user experiences, and interviews with representatives of financial institutions and supervisory authorities. The results of this research provide a better understanding of the rights and obligations of fintech users in the online lending environment. Key challenges include legal uncertainty and unethical practices by some service providers. The research also suggests steps for improvement, including increased regulation, increased transparency, and user education. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive view of legal protection for online lending fintech users in Indonesia and provides a foundation for further improvements in industry regulations and practices.

Many madrasahs are in the spotlight of the community regarding the quality of human resources of educators and education personnel, especially in madrasahs, this is because in addition to the very large number, the quality of management of educators and education personnel so far has not been able to be on par with other general education. However, madrasah institutions need to carry out strategies, one of which is the implementation of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling educators and education personnel continuously. The focus of this research is Human Empowerment Management in Educators and Education Personnel applied in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, in this case includes: Recruitment planning personal approach and selection that is not relevant to educational background. Organizing with placements that are directly arranged by the Head of the Foundation and the Head of Madrasah. Physical and non-physical movements through training are carried out periodically and control with the application of good discipline and dismissal is carried out if violations of discipline repeatedly. This research uses qualitative research with a case study design. Data and documents were collected and collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies The purpose of this study is to compare human empowerment management among educators and education personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman. The comparison aspects include the comparison of management of Educator Recruitment Planning, Organizing educators and education personnel. The most important subjects in the study were the head of the madrassa, the teachers, the madrasah committees of the two schools. Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, has many similarities and differences in several aspects, therefore it is mandatory to improve the quality of the madrasah and is expected to be a treasure and input for the madrasah.

The background to this research is the low level of dance skills of students in class IV of Mugarsari Elementary School, Tasikmalaya City. This research aims to determine and analyze the planning, implementation and improvement of students' dance skills using the demonstration method. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the object of this research being 29 students. The PTK model used is the PTK research method according to Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of planning, action, observation and reflection in each cycle. The discussion of this research uses the demonstration method in the dance learning process by carrying out tests at the end of each cycle. Data collection techniques in this research are by means of observation, tests and documentation. The results of the research concluded that learning dance using the demonstration method was able to improve students' skills in learning dance. This increase before using the demonstration method (Pre-action) obtained an average score of 79.7% with a completeness percentage of 22.7% in the "less" category. After using the demonstration method in cycle I obtained an average score of 76.13 with a completeness percentage of 59. 09% "good" category. Then in cycle II obtained an average score of 83.63 with a percentage of 86.36% in the "good" category. So that the use of the demonstration method can improve students' skills in learning dance.

Community Service Empowerment Activities aim at business management, as well as developing investment and economic productivity and Village potential, as well as obtaining profits or net profits to increase the village's original income and develop the maximum benefits of the Village community's economic resources. Another aim is to develop the idea for powdered palm sugar products, namely to help improve the economy of the people of Sindangsari Village in entrepreneurship by utilizing existing natural resources, and provide opportunities for Sindangsari Village to be better known by the wider community for its superior products, as well as helping advance sugar MSMEs. sugar palm in Sindagsari Village. It focuses on fundamental questions regarding the nature, scope, and purpose of science. This approach provides deep philosophical insights, allowing for a better understanding of the epistimological and ontological foundations within each discipline. The purpose of this research is to uncover the conceptual and epistimological foundations of a scientific discipline. Through the philosophy of science approach, research findings can include a deep understanding of the philosophical aspects of a discipline. This can involve identifying and analyzing basic concepts, epistimological assumptions, as well as ontological considerations that form the scientific basis. The findings can illustrate how these concepts influence the formation of knowledge and practice in a field of research. These implications involve impact in understanding the epistimological and ontological underpinnings of a discipline of science. This has significant consequences for our understanding of the nature of scientific knowledge and the way research is conducted. This study aims to discuss qualitative research methods of literature study. The method used is library research, collecting data by finding sources and reconstructing from various sources such as books, journals, and existing researches.
