Didik Bag Convection is a manufacturing business specializing in bag production. However, its production activities often encounter issues related to product quality, such as defects caused by employees' lack of understanding of new sewing machines, the absence of standard operating procedures (SOPs), and an unsupportive work environment. To address these issues, quality control measures are necessary, which can be analyzed using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify the root causes of defects in product quality and production processes. The quality control analysis techniques employed include Check Sheets, Pareto Diagrams, Control Charts (P-Charts), and Fishbone Diagrams (Cause-and-Effect Diagrams). The results of this study indicate that the quality control at Didik Bag Convection is within acceptable limits as it falls within normal control boundaries. The number of defective products remains within a reasonable threshold. Based on the Pareto Diagram, damaged stitching defects account for the highest proportion of defects, making up 43.28% of the total defects. Improvements to address stitching defects are needed, which can be achieved using the Fishbone Diagram by focusing on the factors of Man (human resources), Material (raw materials), Machine, Method, and Environmental indicators that influence product defects during production.

This research investigates the resilience of coastal communities in Desa Sukamulya, Kecamatan Paku Haji, in responding to the impacts of climate change. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 40 respondents, including fishermen and coastal business actors. Findings reveal significant challenges faced by these communities, such as extreme weather, shifting fishing seasons, and declining fish catches, which negatively affect their economic sustainability. While awareness of climate change exists, gaps remain between understanding and actual adaptation efforts due to limited resources and inadequate infrastructure. The high dependency on fishing as a primary income source increases vulnerability, compounded by low savings, limited job diversification, and weak participation in social and cooperative networks. This study recommends enhancing livelihood diversification, improving coastal infrastructure, strengthening community organizations, providing climate education, and rehabilitating coastal ecosystems like mangroves and coral reefs. These strategies aim to bolster the resilience of coastal communities, ensuring better adaptation to climate change and the sustainability of their livelihoods.

The research used is the library research method. The primary data sources in this study are hadiths about wearing sandals when praying, including the Sahih Bukhari Book, the Sahih Muslim Book, the Sunan Abu Daud Book, the Sunan Tirmidzi Book, the Musnad Ahmad bin Hambal, etc. The results of the studyHadith of wearing sandals when praying In this classification, the hadiths have the same wording and meaning, namely the statement of the Prophet praying using sandals. Hadith of not wearing sandals when praying In this classification of hadith, the Prophet took off his sandals during congregational prayers when the conquest of the city of Mecca and the actions of the Prophet were followed by his companions, and the reason the Prophet took off his sandals was because the Angel Gabriel told him that there was dirt on the Prophet's sandals. And it is explained in the sound of the hadith from another path, by rubbing the sandals on the ground in an effort to clean the sandals from dirt. And when taking off sandals it is advisable to prioritize the comfort of others. In terms of wording, the Prophet stated that he prayed with sandals and sometimes not. As for the prophet's editorial to differentiate (differentiate) between Muslims and Jews, the Prophet ordered to wear sandals when praying. In historical, sociological and anthropological context. The space and time when the Messenger of Allah performed or recited the hadith of wearing sandals when praying, in the early period of Islam there were not so many mosque buildings built and still had pedestals, so the Messenger of Allah gave concessions (rukhsah) on the face of this earth to create a mosque that could be used as a place of prayer. So it is possible to wear a khuf or na'lun when praying with the condition that it must be pure from the major and minor hadas. If we look at modern times, mosques have been built with ceramic or floor coverings.

Sexual harassment in academic settings often goes uncovered due to unequal power relations between perpetrators and victims. This phenomenon is of particular concern on Malang campuses, where victims feel intimidated and do not have a safe space to speak out. This research aims to explore how power relations contribute to the occurrence of sexual harassment and its impact on victims in the academic environment. A qualitative approach was used with a case study method at several universities in Malang. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with victims, witnesses, and campus administration, and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The results showed that harassers often utilize positions of authority, such as lecturers, seniors, or campus staff, to commit acts of harassment. Victims, who are mostly students, are reluctant to report cases for fear of negative impacts on their education and career. The findings also reveal that the lack of strict campus policies and victim-friendly reporting mechanisms exacerbate the situation. This research highlights the importance of reforming campus policies and engaging the academic community in creating a safer and more equitable environment. This research suggests that universities in Malang need to strengthen reporting systems, introduce sexual harassment prevention training, and improve the structure of more equal relationships between students and faculty.

Government bureaucracy must be managed based on the principles of good and professional governance. Bureaucracy must fully serve the interests of the people and work to provide excellent, transparent, accountable services, and be free from Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN) practices. This spirit is the basis for the implementation of government bureaucratic reform in Indonesia. Sub-districts as organizations that provide direct services also need to be supported by complete work facilities because these work facilities are supporting factors for the smooth running of tasks carried out, so that work can be done as expected. Changes in regional government laws clearly affect government organizations including Sub-districts The research method used in this study is a descriptive survey method. The research design uses a quantitative method. The aspects studied in this study include variables (X1) namely work facilities, variables (X2) length of service with variables (Y) namely performance. Data collection tools use observation and questionnaires. The conclusion is: 1. Work facilities tend to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work facilities have a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work facilities are high then ASN performance is very high, while the low indicator in the work facility variable is that the work process should be carried out effectively; 2. Work period tends to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work period has a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work period is high then ASN performance is very high, while the low indicator in the work period variable is that interns with a work period of 0-12 months need to improve the quality of their work; and 3. Work facilities and work period tend to be high and ASN performance is very high, so that work facilities and work period have a high influence on ASN performance, meaning that if work facilities and work period are high then ASN performance is very high thus the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Meanwhile, the low indicator in the ASN performance variable is that innovation should be carried out in various work programs.

This study examines the impact of the 12% VAT increase on state revenue and societal welfare in Indonesia. The research aims to analyze how the policy affects economic indicators such as inflation, purchasing power, and fiscal stability. A qualitative method with a systematic literature review approach was employed, utilizing data from scholarly articles, online news, and related journals. Findings indicate that the VAT increase contributes to a 0.8–1% rise in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and significantly affects secondary and tertiary goods, while essential goods remain exempt. The policy is expected to enhance state revenue, enabling greater fiscal space for social and infrastructure programs. However, it also raises concerns about reduced purchasing power, particularly among low-income groups. The study suggests implementing compensatory mechanisms and targeted subsidies to mitigate adverse effects. This research underscores the importance of balancing fiscal goals with social equity.
