The objection of this activity is for UMKM (Small Business Entity) in Kelurahan Lamaru. We are doing asistency for SME “Kelapa Jelly” owned by Bu Heni in Jalan Sosial Dalam RT 19. The Problem which should be solving were she didn’t have any financial report and lack of marketing strategy in social media at digital era.

This research was motivated by cases that occurred in students who behaved negatively and were lacking in religious matters. PAI teachers are central or central in developing students' religious knowledge and practices. Therefore, PAI teachers are required to implement special strategies to reduce and prevent students from carrying out negative behavior that can harm the school and the community environment. This research uses a qualitative research design. The methods used in this research for data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The next steps are data reduction, data presentation and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of research on the Teacher Strategy carried out by PAI in Increasing Student Religiosity at SMKN 6 Tangerang are as follows: First, understanding is provided by providing information to students regarding knowledge and the nature of good values from the material presented by educators. This process must be carried out continuously so that students can draw on the messages conveyed by educators. As an example of honesty, cultivation is usually carried out during learning activities by linking material and real life. Second, habituation is a strengthening stage of the previous stage, namely cultivation. The function of habituation is as a bonding tool between students' behavior and themselves, the aim of which is to provide deeper and broader understanding. Third, example is a supporting factor in improving students' religious character. An example will be accepted if it is set by someone close to you. Exemplary really prioritizes aspects of behavior in real action.

Postpartum blues or often also called Maternity Blues or Baby Blues is defined as a syndrome of mild side effects that often appears in the first week after delivery and peaks on the third to fifth day and attacks within 14 days after delivery. This study aims to determine the relationship between education level and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers. The type of research used is quantitative research using a cross sectional design. The statistical test used is the chi square test. The sample in this study consisted of 95 respondents. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a relationship between the level of maternal knowledge and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers (p value 0.002).

Unhealthy eating patterns can cause appendicitis and appendicitis can occur at any age, the way to overcome this is by carrying out surgery or an appendectomy. The consequences of this surgery can cause pain. One way to reduce pain is by using finger hold relaxation and hand massage techniques. The aim of this case study is to determine the reduction in pain scale in post-appendectomy patients after finger hold relaxation and hand massage therapy. The method used in this case study is case study design with a nursing care process approach. The subjects in this case study were 2 patients, obtained from inclusion and exclusion criteria, data collection using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The results of the case study show that the average pain level of the two patients after being given finger hold relaxation and hand massage therapy intervention for 2 days experienced a change from moderate pain to mild pain. The conclusion of this case study shows that there were changes that occurred after the finger hold relaxation therapy intervention and hand massage using therapeutic oil were given to the two patients and they experienced a decrease in the pain scale.    

This community engagement initiative aims to empower children in the prevention of anemia in PMB Fina Sembiring, Medan, in 2023. The approach involves collaboration between educational institutions, the community, and relevant stakeholders to design a child empowerment program. Concrete steps include nutritional education, the formation of children's education groups, and the development of tailored educational materials. Impact assessment is conducted to evaluate the program's effectiveness in enhancing children's knowledge of balanced nutrition, promoting dietary changes, and reducing the prevalence of anemia. The anticipated outcomes aim to contribute positively to children's health and provide a foundation for similar program planning in surrounding communities.

The Tax Services, Counseling and Consultation Office (KP2KP) is an agency unit belonging to the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) which is tasked with regulating tax matters. Tax itself is an obligation owed to the state, the amount of which depends on the individual or agency, which is coercive and is stated in statutory regulations. Where later the taxes paid to the state will be used by the state with the main aim of making people's lives prosperous. When reporting or paying taxes, taxpayers are required to come to the office or agency authorized to process taxation. One of the agencies authorized to process taxation is KP2KP or the Tax Services, Counseling and Consultation Office.      

Land and Building Tax (PBB) is a direct tax collected by the central government but the revenue is reflected for the benefit of the community in the area concerned with the location of the tax object. Considering the important role of the community in covering state financing, the influence of the Village Head's leadership is needed to be able to utilize the potential of Land and Building Tax in the area and motivate the apparatus and the community to be able to carry out their obligations in paying taxes. The existence of the majority of people who do not fulfill their obligation to pay PBB is automatically an obstacle in tax collection, but this is because people are less aware of paying taxes, or even do not know the function of paying taxes themselves.

This research aims to determine the design of bead products, procurement of materials for bead product production and the manufacturing process for bead product production at Lamudra.id. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The bead craft business is one of the micro businesses in the city of Padang. Seeing the obstacles faced by business actors and the desire to improve and develop the bead craft business, assistance is needed to achieve the desire to improve thebead craft business,namely by providing creativity and innovation training in making bead crafts so that business actors have the skills in making various kinds of bead products. Then another obstacle is that the tools are still simple, so procurement of tools is very necessary to speed up the process of making bead crafts and improve the quality produced. The impact of this service is expected to improve quality and innovation in bead craft products. So it is hoped that business actors will increase their income and become more independent.

Children with special needs are children who have physical, mental and social characteristics that are different from normal children. ADHD is a disorder in which you see symptoms of poor concentration, hyperactivity, and impulsivity, which can cause an imbalance in most life activities. Parents have control over many factors that can positively influence their child's symptoms. Adjusting life as a parent who has a child with ADHD so that the child can grow and develop optimally according to his or her potential. Online games are games that are liked by teenagers today and one of them is SMP N 1 Parigi students. To anticipate and minimize the bad impact that will occur for online students, it is necessary to have guidance from the school and especially from the parents of the students themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the guidance and counseling services in overcoming the problems of students who are addicted to online games, special services to overcome online game addiction. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data were collected by interview, observation, documentation and recording. The results showed that the positive and negative impacts of online game addiction on students' academic behavior patterns and student learning outcomes. To reduce online game addiction in students, guidance and counseling services used by teachers are group guidance services. That is by providing an understanding of the dangers of playing excessive online games, both in groups which BK is often done in class or individually through group guidance services.

The main raw material commonly used in making choux paste skin is wheat flour. The wheat flour used is high protein wheat flour. High protein wheat flour has a protein content of 14.45%, fiber 2.01%, and carbohydrates in the form of starch 78.36% (Industrial Research and Consultation Center, 2016). The amylose and amylopectin content in high protein wheat flour is 50.26% and 22.84% (Industrial Research and Consultation Center, 2016). Amylose plays a role in forming gel while amylopectin forms elastic properties. The formation of the dough framework can occur due to the gelatinization ability of starch when the dough is baked. To reduce dependence on the use of wheat flour in making choux paste skin, it can be overcome by increasing the use of local food ingredients, in accordance with Law Number 18 Article 1 Paragraph 16 of 2012 concerning Food of the Republic of Indonesia (UU No. 18/2012), "Food diversity is an effort increasing the availability and consumption of food that is diverse, nutritionally balanced and based on local resource potential."    

Adolescence is an important transition period in a person's life, where they experience significant physical, psychological and social changes. During this period, teenagers often face various pressures and challenges, including the problem that teenagers often face is loneliness. Prolonged loneliness can cause teenagers to feel isolated, hopeless, and have difficulty dealing with negative emotions. In this situation, teens may look for ways to ease the pain and achieve a temporary sense of relief. One response that may arise is self-harm behavior or self-injury. And to minimize the occurrence of self-harm, social support is very necessary. This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of how important social support is for self-harm behavior in teenagers who feel lonely. This research uses a qualitative approach and the method used is literature study. Meanwhile, the data collection technique in this research is a documentary study. The research results show that social support has an important role in self-harm behavior because social support can act as a protective factor in reducing the risk of self-harm behavior in lonely adolescents. The higher the level of social support received by adolescents, the lower the level of self-harm behavior they engage in.

Self-confidence is a very important indicator of success in a person's activities. However, what cannot be avoided is the level of self-confidence that each child has. Because their backgrounds are so different from other children, they are less likely to feel like they are in an orphanage. In general, the family must play an important role in the development of the child's personality, one of which is building the child's independence. However, not all children are lucky to have a complete family for life, due to loss of a family member, lack of money, financial problems, and so on. Based on interviews with adoptive mothers and adoptive fathers, it is known that it is very difficult to increase a child's self-confidence because the child's personality is not yet harmonious. Not all children are able to express their opinions and feel embarrassed or anxious during activities. Observations also show that children's self-confidence is still relatively low, but children in orphanages still feel anxious about expressing their opinions because they are afraid of answering incorrectly. Therefore, they often remain silent when asking questions because they are afraid of being laughed at by their friends. The aim of this research is to increase the self-confidence of children at the Muhammadiyah Koto Baru Orphanage, Solok Regency in expressing opinions and answering questions without feeling embarrassed or suspicious. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method.

This article discusses efforts to improve gross motor skills in young children in the RA SABILAL MUHTADIN school environment. This research focuses on the implementation of a special program designed to stimulate gross motor development through structured play activities. Research methods include observation, intervention, and evaluation of children's progress over a certain period of time. The results show that this approach was successful in significantly improving children's gross motor skills, making a positive contribution to their physical development in a formal education environment.    

Coal is one of the energy sources in the world. Coal is a very complex mixture of organic chemicals containing carbon, oxygen and hydrogen in a carbon chain. Sindang Marga Village is one of the villages in Bayung Lencir sub-district, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra province. Based on survey data, it is known that the number of people in the village is 1,700 people, including those who do not yet have identity cards. After the establishment of a mining company, it is hoped that it will be able to raise the level of socio-economic conditions for the people of Sindang Marga village, both those without families and those with families. If people's income increases, of course the level of community welfare will also improve. The aim of this research was to determine the economic and social impact on society of PT activities. Waletindo Setia Persada in Sindang Marga Village, Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is field research with a qualitative type of research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis, which consists of three activity streams, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the impact resulting from the activities of PT. Waletindo Setia Persada in Sindang Marga Village is a change in the livelihoods of the people of Sindang Marga Village from the agricultural sector to the mining sector, increasing micro businesses and minimizing unemployment. The existence of the Company also causes an increase in income and changes people's standard of living for the better. There are changes in behavior patterns in society, both positive and negative, such as income disparities, disruption of public roads, health problems and conflict.

The availability of medical record files accurately and quickly when needed is one indicator of quality patient service so that patients feel well served. Correct and valid reports depend on the process of obtaining the data, therefore a management system is needed that is able to monitor the data processing process quickly and in real time. Currently the system running at the Sumbersari Community Health Center is implemented manually. The manual medical record system takes quite a long time plus the risk of being vulnerable to loss, damage and requires a large space to store the documents. Using a website-based medical record system is the right solution to solve this problem.  So that all medical records personnel can quickly master the use of this system, assistance is needed in the form of socialization on the use of a website-based electronic medical records system

The purpose of this research is to determine how unfair supervision impacts employee loneliness with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable and organizational justice. This research involved employees of PT. TRANSPORINDO AGUNG SEJAHTERA SURABAYA (PT. TAS), a company that is growing rapidly. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect data, and the sample was one hundred workers. The data collected was analyzed through mediation analysis, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The research results show that unfair supervision has a positive and significant impact on worker peace of mind. Abusive supervision disrupts organizational fairness, whereas abusive supervision increases emotional exhaustion. Mediation analysis was used to analyze the data collected, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The results show that unfair supervision significantly increases employee peace of mind, whereas arbitrary supervision disrupts organizational justice. Emotional exhaustion causes employees to become silent.

This study aims to see how employee performance in encouraging companies to set targets and see what things affect the level of employee performance. The data collection method is done through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The sample taken was 112 people. Data processed using SmartPLS 3.0, analyzed by multiple regression. The results of this study state that Mutation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.000 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 3.624 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.362. Job promotion has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.000 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 4.613 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.467. Mutation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.009 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.640 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.262. Job promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.001 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 3.426 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.358. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk 0.010 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.586 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.269. Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of mutation on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk with a significant 0.044 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.018 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.098. Job Satisfaction can mediate the effect of job promotion on employee performance at PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk with a significant 0.025 (<0.5) with a T-statistic of 2.252 (>1.96). The Original Sample value is positive, which is 0.126. It is known that the R Square value for each construct, namely Job Satisfaction, is 0.614 with an Adjusted R Square of 0.607, which means 60.7%. So mutations and promotions have a contribution in explaining the job satisfaction variable. Based on the results on employee performance, there is an R Square of 0.664 with an Adjusted R Square of 0.654, which means 65.4%. So mutations and promotions have a contribution in explaining the employee performance variable.

Leadership in nursing is the application of influence and guidance aimed at all nursing staff to create trust and obedience so that there is a willingness to carry out tasks in order to achieve common goals effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine whether the influence of the influence of leadership style, discipline, and communication of the head of the room on the performance of nurses (in the 3rd class inpatient room of Putri Hijau Tk Ii Medan Hospital in 2022). The sampling method in this study was simple random sampling, the population in this study were all nurses of class 3 inpatient rooms at RSPH Medan in 2022 as many as 130 people. The sample used was 98 respondents. The data collection technique used is primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through documentation studies. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data processed with the SPSS version 29 program, the results in this study are t test and f test. The results obtained in this study show, 1) there is a significant effect of Leadership Style (X1) on nurse performance (Y), 2) there is a significant effect of Discipline (X2) on nurse performance (Y), 3) there is a significant effect of Communication (X3) on nurse performance (Y), 4) there is a simultaneous significant effect of Leadership Style (X1), Discipline (X2), and Communication (X3) on nurse performance (Y).
