Background: Nutritional problems that occur in early life have serious consequences. Underweight in children under five accounts for 4.7% of deaths or two million deaths from all deaths of children under five in the world. Mother's Milk Breast milk is the best food because it contains balanced and perfect nutrition for baby's growth and development. However, considering that when mothers are unable to breastfeed or can only breastfeed partially, there is a legitimate market for breast milk replacement products (PASI) for infants as an effort to fulfill infant nutrition. Methods: This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach using a cross sectional design. This study aims to determine the relationship between the provision of breast milk substitutes with the nutritional status of infants at the UPT Puskesmas Aek Natolu, Lumban Julu District, Toba Regency in 2021. The population in this study were all infants aged 6 months in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Aek Natolu as many as 32 babies. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling so that the number of samples was 32 infants. Data analysis was carried out by statistical tests using chi-square with a significance degree of = 0.05. Results: Most babies were not given PASI, as many as 22 people (68.7%) and a small portion were given PASI, namely 10 people (31.3%). Most of the reasons why babies were given PASI were recommended by family/friends as many as 5 people (50%), because 3 people did not get breast milk (30%) and a small part because the mother worked as much as 2 people (20%). Most of the baby's nutritional status is normal, as many as 25 people (78.1%.) and a small portion of the abnormal status is as many as 7 people (21.9%). The results of the chi square test obtained a p-value = 0.019, this value < 0.005, this means that there is a significant relationship between the provision of Breast Milk Substitutes (PASI) and the nutritional status of infants.

Background: Family Planning (KB) is a program to balance the needs and population. Contraceptives are tools used to regulate pregnancy distance and control birth. Total Fertality Rate (TFR) in 2018 has not reached the national target of 2.31 children per woman. Knowledge and attitude of the female age couple influences in the use of contraceptives. Goals: To find out the level of knowledge and attitude towards the use of Contraceptives. Methods: This research uses analytic descriptive method with cross-sectional design, Data was collected through interview using questionnaire on 100 respondents. The analysis was conducted in univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi-square test with a significance level of 90% to see the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. Result: the level of knowledge and attitude of respondents in a good category, chi-square test results show a significant relation (p = 0.001) between the level of knowledge to the use of contraceptives. The relationship of attitudes towards the use of contraceptives has a significant relation (p=0.000). Conclusion: there is a significant relation between the level of knowledge and attitude of female age couple towards the use of contraceptives.

Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh layanan fitur berbagi Ziswaf terhadap preferensi nasabah dalam menyalurkan donasi di BSI Kotawaringin Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 67 nasabah yang diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow dengan batas toleransi 10%. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana dengan menggunakan program SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel layanan fitur berbagi Ziswaf berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap preferensi nasabah dalam menyalurkan donasi. Artinya semakin baik layanan fitur berbagi Ziswaf ditingkatkan, maka akan meningkatkan preferensi nasabah dalam menyalurkan donasi pada BSI Kotawaringin Timur.

The aim of the study was to find out the description of the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes at RSIA Artha Mahinrus Medan in 2022.Background: One of the causes of high maternal morbidity and mortality is caused by premature rupture of membranes. Premature rupture of membranes is the rupture of the membranes before there are signs of labor and wait one hour before the start of labor. The incidence of premature rupture of membranes is close to 10% of all deliveries (Manuaba, 2013). Purpose: This study aims to describe or describe the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes. Methods: The type of research used was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach, the population in the study There were 87 mothers giving birth with a sample of 53 respondents. The sample technique used was accidental sampling, the analysis used was univariate analysis. Results: The study concluded that the high knowledge of birth mothers is strongly influenced by education and experience. Where from 68 respondents with higher education who have good knowledge as many as 18 respondents (72.0%). Experienced birth mothers who had good knowledge were 23 respondents (60.5%). Conclusion: Knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes during pregnancy is greatly supported by education and experience. Therefore it is suggested that all parties improve services, especially in providing information about the importance of preventing premature rupture of membranes.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit delay. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penelitian tahun 2018 – 2021 yang berjumlah sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018 – 2021. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS versi 24.0 for windows.             Hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh secara parsial (uji-t) menunjukan bahwa nilai t-hitung profitabilitas (X1) adalah sebesar –3,423 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,001. Maka t-hitung > t-tabel (–3,423 > 2,008) dan nilai signifikasi < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05). Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap audit delay. Nilai t-hitung solvabilitas (X2) adalah sebesar –3,875 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000. Maka t-hitung > t-tabel (–3,875 > 2,008) dan nilai signifikasi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap audit delay. Nilai t-hitung ukuran perusahaan (X3) adalah sebesar 1,372 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,176. Maka t-hitung < t-tabel (1,372 < 2,008) dan nilai signifikasi > 0,05 (0,176 > 0,05). Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit delay. Nilai F-hitung sebesar 8,755 dan F-tabel sebesar 2,786 atau F-hitung > F-tabel dengan nilai signifikasi yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan (uji-f) atau secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap audit delay.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis “Pengaruh Kompetensi, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Wimarion Semarang.” Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus. Sampel sebanyak 54 responden merupakan Karyawan Pada Hotel Wimarion Semarang. Berdasarka hasil penelitian, dihasilkan bahwa variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 2,250 > 1,675, dengan nilai sig. Sebesar 0,029 > 0,05 serta koefisien regresi (β1) bertanda positif sebesar 0,218 dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi yang dimiliki maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Jadi hipotesis terbukti. Variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 2,264 > 1,675, dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,011 < 0,05 serta koefisien regresi (β2) bertanda positif sebesar 0,280 dapat diartikan bahwa semakin memuaskan kompensasi yang diberikan maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Jadi hipotesis terbukti. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan nilai t hitung lebih besar t tabel yaitu 4,437 > 1,675, dengan nilai sig. Sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 serta koefisien regresi (β3) bertanda positif sebesar 0,471 dapat diartikan bahwa semakin baik lingkungan kerja non fisik karyawan maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Jadi hipotesis terbukti.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. BPR Mandri Artha Abadi di Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. BPR Mandri Artha Abadi di Semarang dengan berjumlah 136 orang. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota populasi dengan metode sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pengaruh variabel kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukan nilait hitung =2,953 > t tabel =1,657 dan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,004 < = 0,05 sehingga signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis (H1) bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan terbukti. Koefisien regresi variabel kompetensi atau β1 (beta) = 0,214 (positif) maka dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi, semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis pengaruh variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukan nilait hitung = 2,389> t tabel =1,657dan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,018 < = 0,05 sehingga signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis (H2) bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawanterbukti. Koefisien regresi variabel kepuasan kerja atau β2 (beta) = 0,215 (positif), maka dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja, semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukan nilait hitung = 5,229>t tabel =1,657 dan angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 <  = 0,05 sehingga signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis (H3) bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan terbukti. Koefisien regresi variabel komunikas atau β3 (beta) = 0,453 (positif), maka dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa semakin baik komitmen organisasi yang diberikan, semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, PT. BPR Mandri Artha Abadi di Semarang agar lebih memperhatikan kompetensi dari karyawannya, membuat kepuasan kerja yang baik dan meningkatkan komitmen organisasi agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan penting dalam memberikan pelayanan, karena tanpa sumber daya manusia suatu kegiatan tidak dapat berjalan dengan baik. Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat diperlukan berbagai aspek penting, seperti pelayanan prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja.  Tujuan  dari  penelitian ini  adalah  untuk  mengkaji  dan  menganalisis  pengaruh  pelayanan  prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama pada kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelayanan prima, profesionalisme dan budaya kerja pada kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto. Jadi dalam penelitian ini tidak menggunakan perlakuan terhadap variabel penelitian tetapi meneliti fakta-fakta yang telah terjadi dan telah dilakukan oleh subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pelayanan prima berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat, profesionalisme berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat, budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada peningkatan kepuasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Candisari Kota Semarang.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan sistem informasi pengolahan data absensi dan penggajian terhadap kinerja karyawan   PT   Pesona   Mutiara   Indonesia   Semarang.   Populasi   dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Pesona Mutiara Indonesia Semarang sebanyak 90 karyawan. Adapun sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling yaitu sebanyak 40 karyawan. Alat analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil  analisis  menunjukkan  bahwa Sistem  informasi  pengolahan data absensi berpangaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t table yaitu 4,381 > 1,686, dengan   nilai   signifikan   sebesar   0,000   <   0,05.    Sistem    penggajian berpangaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar t tabel yaitu 6,457 > 1,686, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Indonesia is one of the countries known for its abundant agricultural products, agricultural products in Indonesia are very diverse, ranging from horticultural crops, spices, fruits and plantation crops. These agricultural products are spread throughout Indonesia. Kepahiang is located in the highlands of Bukit Barisan which is one of the districts in Bengkulu Province. The area of ​​Kepahiang Regency reaches approximately 710,110 hectares or 710.11 square kilometers (Kepahiang Regency Statistics Center, 2021), geographically Kepahiang Regency is located in the highlands with a cool climate. The agricultural sector plays an important role in the economy of Kepahiang Regency because it is the main sector that provides the largest role in the formation of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a positive and significant influence of agribusiness management on the productivity of red-picked coffee farmers in Bandung Jaya Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. There are two variables in this study, namely the independent variable is agribusiness management and the dependent variable is farmer productivity. The research population was red-picked coffee farmers in the village of Bandung Jaya who were members of a black civet farmer group, totaling 12 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression questionnaires and tested the validity and reliability of the data. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are simple linear regression with the equation Y = 14.538 + 0.646 X and based on the validity test all statement items are said to be valid because (X) r count > r table (0.5760) and all statement items are said to be reliable because the value con'bach alpha > 0.60. Based on the calculations obtained, it is known that the agribusiness management variable has a significant positive effect on increasing the productivity of potato farmers and the results of the hypothesis can be accepted.

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimana pengaruh   koordinasi, pengawasan dan koordinasi dalam implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan di Desa  Kuwu,  Kecamatan  Kradenan,  Kabupaten  Grobogan.  Tujuan  penelitian Untuk  mengetahui sejauhmana Koordinasi.  Pengawasan dalam  Implementasi Program  Keluarga  Harapan  Tipe  penelitian  ini  adalah  explanatory  dengan sampel diambil secara   Random Sampling Tehnik pengolahan data meliputi editing, coding  dan tabulating    serta dalam menganalisa  data menggunakan analisa kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil  yang  diperoleh  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah:  perhitungan  uji  hipotesis variabel koordinasi dan implementasi PKH menggunakan perhitungan korelasi product moment dapat diketahui bahwa nilai rx1y=0,307 kurang dari nilai rtabel 0,316. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif antara pengaruh koordinasi terhadap keberhasilan implementasi PKH di Desa Kuwu Kecamatan Kradenan Kabupaten Grobogan. Perhitungan uji hipotesis variabel pengawasan  dan  keberhasilan  implementasi  PKH  menggunakan  perhitungan korelasi product moment dapat diketahui bahwa nilai rx2y=0,811 melebihi dari nilai rtabel 0,316. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengaruh pengawasan terhadap keberhasilan implentasi PKH di Desa Kuwu Kecamatan Kradenan Kabupaten Grobogan, Dari hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment diketahui bahwa nilai r(       )y=0,259 kurang dari nilai rtabel  =0,367  Dengan  demikian  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  tidak  ada  pengaruh antara koordinasi dan pengawasan terhadap keberhasilan implementasi PKH di Desa Kuwu Kecamatan Kradenan Kabupaten Grobogan.

Tujuan utama dari pelayanan publik seperti pelayanan PUDAM di Kabupaten Demak adalah memberikan pelayanan untuk kebutuhan umum masyarakat, yang dalam hal ini adalah kebutuhan air minum. Melalui metode penelitian eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menemukan bahwa kepercayaan, penangan masalah dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Konsep customer relationship, kepercayaan dan penanganan masalah memfokuskan pada pengembangan dan pemeliharaan hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dengan tujuan untuk memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka, dan mempertahankan loyalitas mereka. Ini melibatkan identifikasi, evaluasi, dan pengembangan hubungan dengan pelanggan potensial dan saat ini melalui interaksi personal, media digital, dan teknologi. Kontribusi dari konsep ini adalah peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan, peningkatan penjualan, dan peningkatan efisiensi bisnis, sehingga mempercepat proses pertumbuhan bisnis dan mengurangi biaya, peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan serta peningkatan informasi pelanggan dengan membantu perusahaan mengumpulkan, menyimpan, dan menganalisis informasi pelanggan untuk memahami dan memenuhi kebutuhan mereka.

Pembatasan gerakan masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan ekonomi tertekan sehingga masyarakat menahan belanjanya. Sektor UMKM mengalami dampak parah kemerosotan pendapatan dan omset. Ditemukan beberapa temuan sektor yang justru meraih keuntungan selama masa pandemi yakni sektor-sektor yang menerapkan pemasaran berbasis online menggunakan media sosial untuk tetap bisa berkomunikasi dengan masyarakat dan meningkatkan pemasaran kepada konsumen. Instagram menjadi salah satu pilihan platform media sosial yang banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia. Hal tersebut dipandang menjadi peluang baik bagi UKM Heyho Barbeque yang bergerak dalam penyedia jasa kuliner untuk menjalankan strategi pemasaran online menggunakan media sosial Instagram dengan menyajikan konten pemasaran yang kreatif dan menarik bagi calon pembeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari hubungan antara social media marketing content, brand awareness, yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dan niat beli konsumen di masa Covid-19. Metode non random sampling dengan kuota menggunakan kuesioner, jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 responden mendasarkan skala Likert 7 poin. PLS digunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa social media marketing content berhubungan positif dengan customer behaviour dan niat beli konsumen di masa pandemi COVID-19.

This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

Percussion music is one of the musical art materials in Surakarta State SLB. Teaching percussion music to Deaf children is difficult because they cannot hear and speak. This research develops a strategy and method of learning percussion music that is easily understood by Deaf children. The strategies used are: 1) Creating Percussion Notation that can be understood by Deaf children, 2) Creating sign language for the basic techniques of playing percussion, 3) Creating lip movements about the basic techniques of percussion playing, 4) Making a summary of the material with sentences that simple that can be understood by Deaf children, 5) Using Kahoot for learning evaluation.

This study aims to determine the effect of sales accounting information systems and internal control on the effectiveness of controlling accounts receivable at PT.Sentral Medika Indonesia Semarang. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sentral Medika Indonesia Semarang with a total of 60 employees, while the sample taken using purposive sampling method is a total of 53 employees who work in the accounting department, sales department, warehouse department, marketing department, manager and president director. . The data analysis tool in this study used multiple linear regression. The results show that the sales accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of controlling accounts receivable, it can be seen from the t-count value which is greater than the t-table value of 3.016> 1.679, and the significance value of 0.004 is smaller than 0.05, so the hypothesis one accepted. Internal control has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of receivables control, it can be seen from the t-count value which is greater than the t-table value, namely 4.242 > 1.679, and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so hypothesis two is accepted. This means that the higher the company's sales accounting information system and internal control applied in the company, the effectiveness of the internal control carried out by PT. Central Medika Indonesia Semarang will continue to increase.

In recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic spread to Indonesia, causing losses for most companies. However, pharmaceutical companies were able to survive the pandemic, The sector which will benefit the most from the pandemic is the pharmaceutical sector, as its sales have increased. As sales increase, stock prices, profits, dividends, and the value of the company all increase. Consequently, the goal of this research was to determine the impact of dividend policy, capital structure, and company size on the company value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2017-2021. This is a quantitative research design with a sampling technique which utilises the purposive sampling method to obtain 4 companies that meet the requirements as research samples.  Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data, with the independent variable dividend policy being measured with a measuring instrument (dividend payout ratio) DPR, Capital structure is measured using a DER (Debt to Equity Ratio) measuring instrument, company size is measured using a natural logarithm of total assets, and firm value is measured using a PBV (price to book value) measuring instrument. In the results of this research, dividend policy and company size were found to have no significant impact on company value, whereas the capital structure appears to have done.

Competence is an essential thing in the development and growth of an organization. The church is an organizational unit that requires pastoral competence. Pastoral competence needs to be developed in improving church performance. A pastor must be able to have the social capital to improve church performance. The population of this study was pastors throughout Indonesia. The sample in this study were pastors of the Pentecostal Church in Indonesia (GPdI) spread across several regions in Indonesia as many as 42 pastors. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with SEM-PLS. The results showed that the competence of the pastor affects social capital. It can be seen from the analysis test showing that the variable considered to be significant if the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05), thus hypothesis H1 is accepted. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between social capital and church performance. It can be shown by the results of the SEM-PLS analysis showing that the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05); thus, hypothesis H2 is accepted. The results showed that there was a relationship between social capital and church performance. The results showed that there was a relationship between social capital and performance. It shows that the P-value is smaller than the predetermined significant value (0.000 < 0.05). Thus the hypothesis H3 is accepted. The originality of this study is that the competence of a pastor affects social capital, using several new dimensions that previous researchers have not studied

This study aims to analyze the comparison of stock prices and volume at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk before and during covid-19 pandemic. Type of this research used is descriptive quantitative analysis. Data analysis techniques using Paired Simple T-Test with SPSS 25. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test on the stock price of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk can be concluded that the significance value is 0.733 (p > 0.05). So Hi is rejected, Ho is accepted, which means there is no significant difference to the stock price of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test on the stock volume of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk can be concluded that the significance value is 0.043 (p < 0.05). So, Hi is accepted, Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant difference in share volume.
