This research aims to explore and analyze the role of diversity and equality in modern organizations. The research method used is a qualitative approach, by conducting case studies of several different organizations in the private sector. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with senior managers, employees, and through analysis of internal company documents. The results show that diversity in terms of background, gender, and expertise can contribute significantly to innovation and creativity within organizations. Meanwhile, the implementation of equality in organizational policies and practices has a positive impact on employee satisfaction, loyalty, and work productivity. Analysis using VOSviewer showed that key concepts that emerged included inclusiveness, fairness, collaboration and respect for individual uniqueness. Nonetheless, challenges related to conflict management, organizational culture adaptation, and managing change remain a key focus in the implementation of diversity and equality in various organizational contexts. The findings provide a deeper understanding of how organizations can leverage diversity and equality as strategic resources to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth in an increasingly complex global marketplace.

Co-working spaces have gained popularity in recent years as a flexible and cost-effective solution for freelancers, startups, and small businesses looking for a collaborative work environment. This article examines the key success factors for a co-working space business model, drawing on insights from industry experts and research studies. By identifying these critical factors, co-working space operators can optimize their business model and enhance their chances of success in a competitive market. The development of the use of co-working space is now increasingly promising. Many of the startup companies and freelancers who use co-working space as a place for daily activities to work. Co-working space also helps to differentiate work and daily activities from these workers. However, the business model of co-working space is relatively vulnerable. This study aims to evaluate the factors that can increase the success of the co-working space business model, considering the importance of co-working space as the development of creativity. This study involved 116 users from two businesses that achieved success in managing the co-working space. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey and structurally analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the study identified that shared workspace management and supporting co-working space operations played an important role in determining the success of this business model. Membership management has no significant effect. Therefore, the management of co-working space can be focused on these two elements

The rapid advancement of artificial Intelligence in education and employment necessitates that universities generate graduates capable of adapting to the future of artificial Intelligence. Numerous studies have examined the adaptation and challenges of implementing AI among students. This study aims to identify the essential values and their incorporation into curricula to enhance students' preparedness for the contemporary workforce influenced by Artificial Intelligence. The study used a qualitative method, using literature studies and empirical studies. The study's findings indicate that students must possess seven skills to effectively compete with advancements in AI technology: problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity and innovation, communication, collaboration, digital data literacy, and ethical judgment. With these skills, students can control and collaborate with technology, making production performance more effective, efficient, and high quality. Acquiring skills to navigate the AI era can be achieved by incorporating Logic, Philosophy, English, Business Management, Research Methodology, Entrepreneurship, and Ethics courses.

With the decreasing popularity of typical Indonesian food, television must develop more creativity in Indonesian culinary feature programs, therefore the role of television media is needed which can present information about culinary with interesting concepts and also present a variety of dishes from various regions in Indonesia. The creator of the work created a culinary feature program that has a lot of information and is also a reference for unique and interesting places to eat or restaurants with the theme of typical Indonesian food as inspiration and is also suitable for generation Z to get to know and preserve the culinary riches of the archipelago. The creator created a culinary feature program "Rasa Nusantara" Edisi Warung MJS. In the work on this culinary feature program, the creator as Producer is tasked with overall responsibility for the implementation of this production relating to audio visuals and is involved in creating or packaging a program concept or idea chosen in Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. The general benefits include adding to the impressions of Indonesian culinary tourism and providing alternative entertainment for viewers of this program. The hope is that this culinary feature work will present information about Indonesian culinary locations in Jakarta, namely a feature show that has the unique characteristics of a place that is attractive to Generation Z and that the audience will also have the opportunity to enjoy this culinary program as entertainment.

Abstract ­- Indonesia can be said to be a place rich in culinary delights because there are various types of cuisine in each region, both in the form of heavy meals and snacks. The progress of increasingly modern times has more or less influenced the decline in the popularity of several typical Indonesian foods. Television must develop more creativity in Indonesian culinary feature programs. Therefore, a culinary feature program entitled "Rasa Nusantara" Warung MJS edition was created. This feature program will provide information about unique culinary locations in the archipelago with an exploration of the themes of these places which are characteristic. This program is not only informative, but has the impact of inviting the audience to learn more about the variety of typical Indonesian foods. In this program, the creator of the work acts as a script writer, where his duties involve the ability to develop an idea into a script, create a treatment, create a list of questions for interviewing sources, and compose the script. The general benefits include adding to Indonesian culinary tourism shows, as well as providing alternative entertainment for viewers of this program. The creator of the work hopes that with this culinary feature program the younger generation will participate in preserving Indonesia's culinary riches. Fine arts education in kindergarten (TK) has an important role in developing students' creativity and fine arts skills. This research aims to describe the creativity of students' fine arts skills in the Salak class at Kindergarten Pembina 1 Medan. The research method used is qualitative with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that students in the Salak class have different levels of creativity in fine arts skills. This can be seen from the diversity of their fine art works, both in terms of shape, color and techniques used. Factors that influence the creativity of students' fine arts skills include interest, talent and stimulus provided by the teacher. Teachers need to provide appropriate stimulus that is appropriate to the students' level of development so that they can develop their creativity and fine arts skills optimally.

Management of human resource (HR) diversity in organizations. HR diversity includes differences in race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation and cultural background. There are several challenges faced by organizations in managing HR diversity, including potential conflicts between employees, bias and discrimination, as well as difficulties in building cohesive teams. However, diversity also brings various opportunities, such as increased creativity and innovation, market expansion, and the ability to attract the best talent from various backgrounds. To maximize the benefits of HR diversity, organizations need to implement inclusive management strategies, such as diversity awareness training, anti-discrimination policies, and mentoring programs. In conclusion, effective HR diversity management not only helps organizations create a harmonious and productive work environment, but also provides a competitive advantage in an increasingly global and dynamic market.  

Social media is currently very popular with the millennial generation, where the current millennial generation is required to have very high creativity and can produce content. A good content is produced because of the existence of  personal branding and good public speaking from a creator. In the workshop students are given directions and techniques for how to build personal branding and public speaking in public, besides that students are taught how to make and produce a video to be recognized by many people. The community service activity was held at MAN 1 Pangkalpinang which was attended by 40 students. Students who were so excited when they received the material and were very active in asking questions.asked questions when the resource person gave the material.

The purpose of this study is to improve the children's creativity at the Salvation Army Orphanage by using casework procedures. One tactic to stress problem solutions through organized and systematic social interventions is the casework technique. Children who took part in the program shown gains in their ability to think creatively, express themselves, and solve problems. Youngsters who had a natural desire to work and greater self-confidence also benefited. This journal's goal is to foster the imaginations and inventiveness of the kids at the Salvation Army Orphanage through the application of casework techniques, which span the engagement, intake, contract, assessment, planning, intervention, monitoring, evaluation, and termination phases.

This research aims to explain the method of activities carried out in solving problems related to the development of MSMEs in the region. Through this activity method, it is hoped that empowerment and development of local potential can be achieved by improving the problems faced by MSME actors. Steps such as consultation with local authorities, direct approaches to MSME players, as well as providing education and assistance in the form of banners and stickers are expected to help improve marketing and branding of their products. Apart from that, by creating new business ideas such as making grass jelly iced milk, it is hoped that it can encourage innovation and creativity in local businesses. In the process, follow-up and monitoring of MSME actors as well as evaluation of work program results are carried out to ensure the success of implementing solutions and evaluating their effectiveness. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits in improving the economy and strengthening local potential in Medokan Semampir RW 03. By utilizing digitalization and community empowerment holistically, it is hoped that it can create a conducive environment for the development of MSMEs and improve the quality of life of local communities.

Entrepreneurship is the ability to perform creativity and innovation that creates a work of value that can be sold. The limited job market is a classic problem that has not yet been resolved due to the continuously increasing population and the scarcity of jobs, thus the unemployment rate in the country continues to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to provide knowledge about entrepreneurship from school. Students at SMK Al-Ishlah North Cikarang are Generation Z, class XII, who will face graduation and thus will determine the next step, whether to look for a job, continue to higher education or start a business. These students should not be confused about what to do after graduation. This Community Service activity takes the theme "Fostering Entrepreneurial Spirit among Students: Strategies and Challenges in Building Entrepreneurship in the World of Education". It is carried out by seminar method which besides material presentation also includes discussion and question and answer session with the speaker. This activity was attended by as many as 43 participants, all of whom were class XII. Based on a survey from participants, it can be known that 63% strongly agree that this seminar has added their insight into entrepreneurship.

The first stimulation of creativity in early childhood is so that children can express themselves creatively. Second, they can think creatively as an ability to resolve conflicts or solve problems. KB ONSIF which is still located in the village office of hamlet I, Onozitoli Sifafo village is a supporting factor for the large number of loose parts materials available, educators change the environmental conditions that are full of drinking bottles, paper and cardboard scattered around the building into educational play media for children. This conversion power can not only be used as a learning medium, but can also create cleanliness in the environment around the school. Loose parts are objects that are easily found in our environment, such as twigs, shells, used plastic packaging, plastic bottles, cardboard, metal, cloth, etc. These materials can be obtained by teachers and parents anywhere without spending money. The purpose of this study was to see the use of loose parts media in stimulating children. The research method used was descriptive qualitative by obtaining data from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The research results obtained through loose parts media learning activities are able to stimulate children's creativity, as evidenced by the results of children's work based on children's imagination without the help of teachers.

With a creative and interactive approach, this workshop teaches basic batik techniques through training and direct practice, and provides appreciation to participants through prizes. The evaluation results show that this activity has succeeded in increasing the creativity and skills of children, as well as strengthening the relationship between the foundation and the community. This workshop also has the potential to open up new business opportunities for foster children, increasing their economic independence in the future. This article presents details of the event implementation, the results achieved, and its impact on participants and the foundation.

This research aims to determine the application of the local history learning model in increasing student learning motivation. This research is classroom action research. The subjects in the research were 40 class XI IPS 3 students. The data collection technique used in this research uses observation, interviews and documentation. The steps taken in this research are starting with orientation before taking action, plan (planning), act (implementation of action), observe (observation) and reflect (reflection). ). The research results show that the application of the local history learning model can increase students' learning motivation. Meanwhile, in particular, it shows that the application of the environmental exploration model of history learning can increase student learning motivation, increase student activity and creativity in learning. This is proven from cycle to cycle, there is an increase in student activity, including actively asking questions, searching for and processing information, having the courage to express ideas, answering questions asked, developing and analyzing the historical events being studied, exploring learning experiences, applying learning experiences. , exchange ideas about the material with colleagues, be able to work together in groups, and make conclusions. Thus, the environmental exploration approach can be used as a suitable alternative in history learning to increase students' learning motivation both in the form of processes and in the form of products in the form of values.

Creativity is a human potential that does not come from outside the individual. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of documentation and extracting information about innovative methods and utilization of used goods. The results of this service activity are based on observations that have been made in Aman Damai Village Hamlet 3 Sirapit District, namely some of the results show positive because the manufacturing process does not take much time, in making bookshelves from cardboard children show enthusiasm for the directions delivered by the service team, positive reactions shown by children to interest in making bookshelves where almost all participants are able to make and decorate bookshelves well, children follow the mechanism of making products and are quite good at working with the team and children's creativity develops quite well. With used goods can increase income and can help the family economy.

This research aims to determine the teaching competence of Civic Education teachers in terms of their Mood Swing in teaching at Budisatrya Medan High School. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach, by collecting data through interviews with students and teachers, as well as observations in the school environment. The results of the research show that teachers at Budi Satrya High School Medan have quite fluctuating moods. Factors that influence teachers’ mood swings , both internal factors (health conditions, personal problems, and stress levels) and external factors (class conditions, support from the school, and work pressure), have a significant impact on decreasing motivation, creativity, and teacher performance in teaching during the learning process. Changes in a teacher’s mood are influenced by various factors, such as health conditions, personal problems, and dynamics in the classroom. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of knowledge of civic education teachers’ teaching competencies in terms of their mood swings in teaching at school

The aim of this thesis is to: Explain how the Merdeka Curriculum is applied to the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character at Darunnajah Vocational School, Banjarmangu; and Provide an explanation of the design for the development of the Independent Curriculum in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character at Darunnajah Vocational School, Banjarmangu.The author uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach and field research.  To collect data, this research uses observations, in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews), and documentation. On the other hand, the author uses data reduction methods, data visualization, conclusions, or verification in data analysis techniques which are carried out with the aim of facilitating understanding of problem phenomena that occur and providing solutions to problems.The results of the research show that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education Subjects at Darunnajah Banjarmangu Vocational School has been carried out well. This starts with PAI teachers preparing themselves to apply learning, namely creating learning tools and learning flows, from initial, core, and closing. Students then carry out the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) outside the classroom. At Darunnajah Banjarmangu Vocational School, the design for developing the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in PAI subjects is to take part in workshops, increase teacher creativity, and share to change the way of teaching to make it better.

This program aims to reduce the percentage of school dropouts in border islands. Through this program, researchers created an educational environment by involving students of the Study Program Student Association (HMPS). This program was held every Saturday in Wakarleli, Maluku Barat Daya, during October 2023 - November 2023 involving around 20 children in various age categories and around 5-10 students at each meeting. The method used in this activity is descriptive method. The activities supporting the program are educational games which are implemented at the beginning and at the end of the meeting, the introduction of letters and numbers, and counting activities. The results of evaluations and interviews show that this program can increase children's confidence levels, train their communication skills, patience, tolerance, and helping attitudes between children. In addition to the great benefits for the children, this program also provides huge benefits for the students and lecturers involved. For students, this program is considered to increase their creativity in making learning media. Where this skill is a much needed skill, especially for students of the Mathematics Education and PGSD Study Programs. In addition, for students of the Law Study Program, this activity can also foster sensitivity in society and improve their communication skills which are also needed in their future profession. In general, in this program students are trained to work together, socialize and build their confidence to be in public.
