kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan inovasi mengajar guru di MI Puti Bungsu Al-Muhajirin Denpasar. Sebagai pemimpin institusi pendidikan, kepala madrasah memiliki peran strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan kompetensi guru melalui penerapan empat dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional, yaitu pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi,auditrial dan membercheck. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala madrasah berperan signifikan dalam membangun budaya kolaboratif yang memberdayakan guru, memotivasi siswa, dan melibatkan wali murid, sehingga tercipta iklim madrasah yang kreatif, harmonis, dan berdaya saing. Selain itu, inovasi pembelajaran di madrasah berlangsung dinamis melalui penerapan metode beragam, pemanfaatan teknologi, dan evaluasi yang efektif, yang secara keseluruhan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

This study aims to analyze the level of digital readiness and the development of digital promotion strategies at Florina Bouquet MSME as an effort to enhance competitiveness in the digital era. The research background arises from the limited optimi\zation of Instagram features and digital marketing strategies, resulting in low product visibility in the digital market. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review. A scoring analysis was applied to evaluate three main components: digital readiness, digital marketing strategy and implementation, and their impact on competitiveness. The findings indicate that Florina Bouquet demonstrates a relatively high level of digital readiness in terms of infrastructure and basic platform utilization; however, weaknesses remain in strategic planning, content creation, feature optimization, and consistent monitoring. Despite these limitations, the uniqueness of the product and strong market potential contribute positively to competitiveness, especially in differentiation and brand perception. The results highlight the need for more structured, consistent, and data-driven digital promotion strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and expand market reach. This study provides practical implications and strategic recommendations for MSMEs to strengthen their digital marketing performance sustainably.

This research explores strategies for developing the Lewaja Natural Tourism Area in Enrekang Regency, which has considerable potential as a leading destination but has not yet been managed effectively. The study aims to examine the current conditions of the site, highlight its opportunities and constraints, and design strategies for sustainable development. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in conjunction with IFAS and EFAS to establish strategic priorities. The results indicate that Lewaja possesses advantages in terms of natural scenery and accessibility, while weaknesses are found in facility provision and managerial aspects. The proposed strategies derived from the SWOT framework emphasize infrastructure improvement, enhancement of supporting amenities, digital-based promotional efforts, community involvement in destination management, and stronger collaboration between governmental bodies and the private sector. Overall, the study concludes that the future development of Lewaja Peak Natural Tourism should align with the principles of sustainable tourism, aiming to increase its attractiveness, raise service standards, and deliver economic value to the local community.

The development of thematic teaching materials at the elementary school level requires a deep understanding of students’ learning needs to ensure that the presented material is relevant, contextual, and capable of improving learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the learning needs of elementary school students as a basis for developing effective thematic teaching materials. Literature related to learning needs, teaching material design, integrated thematic approaches, and the characteristics of students’ cognitive development were analyzed comprehensively. The results of the study indicate that students’ learning needs include contextual material, concrete visualizations, collaborative activities, and varied learning media. Challenges include limitations of teachers in conducting needs analysis, suboptimal utilization of technology, and the suitability of material to the local context. This article provides strategic recommendations for designing student-needs-based thematic teaching materials that are adaptive, engaging, and competency-oriented.

This study explores the development of digital and storynomic-based tourism in Kamasan Tourism Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali. Kamasan is historically known as the center of classical Balinese wayang painting and traditional metal crafts such as gold, silver, and brass. Using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and document studies, this research identifies the village’s cultural potential and formulates a sustainable tourism development model. The SWOT analysis reveals that Kamasan’s main strengths lie in its rich cultural heritage, community participation, and diverse local crafts, while weaknesses include limited digital promotion, lack of facilities, and low involvement of younger generations. Opportunities arise from the growing trend of cultural and educational tourism and strong government support for digitalization through the Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia (ADWI) program. The integration of storynomic tourism and digital media—such as e-brochures, promotional videos, and virtual tours can enhance destination competitiveness, strengthen local identity, and improve community welfare. This research emphasizes that combining cultural storytelling with digital innovation is a strategic approach to creating sustainable and engaging tourism experiences in Kamasan Village.

Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) is a pedagogical approach that links the learning material to students' everyday life, making the learning process more meaningful and easier to understand. The aim of this literature review is to identify the effectiveness of context-based teaching materials in enhancing students' conceptual understanding, motivation, and learning outcomes in elementary schools. Studies focusing on the development of teaching materials, interactive modules, contextual worksheets, and e-modules were analyzed in depth. The findings show that the contextual approach consistently enhances student engagement, conceptual understanding, and critical thinking skills. However, several challenges need to be addressed, such as limited resources, lack of teacher competence, and the scarcity of relevant local learning resources. This article provides strategic recommendations related to the development and implementation of more effective and sustainable context-based teaching materials, taking into account resource availability and the improvement of teacher competencies to ensure the success of contextual learning in elementary schools.

This study discusses the development of thematic teaching materials in elementary schools to improve the quality of learning in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results show that the thematic teaching materials developed with approaches such as Project Based Learning (PjBL), Problem Based Learning (PBL), and Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) can enhance students' critical thinking, creativity, and social responsibility skills. The integration of local wisdom values as well as the use of digital and contextual teaching materials make learning more engaging, interactive, and meaningful. The thematic teaching materials based on these innovative learning models can help students develop 21st-century skills. Thus, the development of thematic teaching materials based on innovative models is an effective strategy for creating quality learning in elementary schools that is relevant to curriculum demands and the needs of today's learners. The use of technology and contextual approaches enriches students' learning experiences, making them more relevant and beneficial in daily life.

. Eco-print is a technique for printing leaf and flower motifs on fabric by utilizing natural materials derived from the surrounding environment. This technique is not only environmentally friendly but also encourages artistic exploration and the sustainable use of natural resources in art education. The method applied in this activity is a project-based learning approach, in which students are actively and collaboratively involved throughout the entire process of artistic creation. The learning stages include the introduction of eco-print concepts, the collection and selection of natural materials, color experimentation, the motif printing process, and the presentation and reflection of the final artworks. The results indicate that students experience improvements in creativity, particularly in imaginative ability, willingness to experiment, problem-solving skills, and aesthetic sensitivity to form and color. In addition, this learning activity contributes to strengthening environmental awareness, care for nature, and the introduction of local wisdom through the use of natural materials. Therefore, the implementation of eco-print and natural dye art has proven to be an effective and innovative learning medium that supports the holistic development of students’ creativity, character, and environmental awareness.

The Merdeka Curriculum demands the development of teaching materials that are adaptive, contextual, and relevant to the demands of 21st-century learning. This article aims to examine the strategy for developing teaching materials based on the Merdeka Curriculum that can support the strengthening of 21st-century competencies, such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and digital literacy. The method used is a literature review of various studies related to the Merdeka Curriculum, teaching material development, and 21st-century learning. The findings show that effective teaching material development must consider the integration of local context, the use of digital technology, and project- and problem-based approaches. In addition, it is also important to conduct continuous reflection and evaluation in the teaching material development process. With the right strategy, teaching materials based on the Merdeka Curriculum can become a key tool in creating meaningful, flexible learning that aligns with the needs of 21st-century learners. Through the implementation of this strategy, it is hoped that a more effective learning process that aligns with the times can be created.

This study examines the role of KKN students in supporting the economic development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through bazaar activities in Selayang Village. The bazaar programs facilitated by KKN students proved effective in improving product marketing, expanding business networks, increasing public awareness of local products, and ultimately raising the income of MSME actors. In addition to their economic impact, the bazaars functioned as promotional platforms and spaces for social interaction that strengthened relationships between community members and local entrepreneurs. Despite facing internal challenges such as limited funding, inadequate human resources, and a lack of product innovation, the initiative demonstrated positive outcomes. Collaboration among KKN students, local government, and the community is considered essential to ensure the sustainability of such empowerment programs. Overall, the findings indicate that bazaar activities represent an effective strategy for rural economic empowerment, contributing to the long-term competitiveness and growth of MSMEs while fostering community participation and local economic resilience.

This study aims to analyze the comprehensive relationship between selection, placement, career development, and employee well-being within the perspective of organizational psychology. Human resources (HR) are the central driver of organizational success, yet many institutions, including Islamic educational institutions, still face challenges in professional HR management. This research employs a library research method with a descriptive-comparative analysis approach, reviewing relevant scientific literature and empirical reports. The findings indicate that these four aspects form an integrated unit; effective selection based on person-organization fit provides quality candidates, appropriate placement optimizes potential, structured career development maintains motivation, and holistic well-being ensures loyalty and productivity. The study concludes that organizational success is heavily dependent on the synergy of these four components managed through an organizational psychology approach, rather than being treated as separate administrative functions.

The high number of inmates in narcotics cases in Indonesia demands comprehensive coaching to support social reintegration. This study aims to describe the implementation of the job guidance program at the Class IIB Narcotics Prison in Purwokerto and its impact on the skill development of the inmates. Using an observational descriptive method, data was obtained through field observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies for ± 40 days. The results of the study show that job guidance activities such as catfish cultivation, handicrafts, agriculture, ecoprint, and gastronomy make a significant contribution to improving practical skills, confidence, and work readiness of the inmates. These programs not only equip the inmates with technical skills, but also foster an entrepreneurial spirit and minimize the risk of recidivism. With a structured training approach, job guidance activities at the Class IIB Narcotics Prison in Purwokerto have proven to be an effective strategy in the process of rehabilitation and empowerment of inmates.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Artificial Intelligence-Based Learning Media Development Program (P3MP-AI) in enhancing teachers’ technological and pedagogical competencies at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Malang. The program employed a descriptive approach using both quantitative and qualitative methods, including pre-test and post-test assessments, as well as direct observation of the training process. A total of 30 teachers from various disciplines actively participated in the program conducted on August 12, 2025. The evaluation results revealed an increase in the participants’ average scores from 100 to 130 out of a maximum of 150, indicating a significant improvement in their understanding of AI concepts and applications in education. Beyond competency enhancement, the training also fostered teachers’ confidence, creativity, and ability to integrate AI-based tools into interactive learning media. However, several challenges were identified, such as limited technological resources and time constraints in classroom implementation. Overall, this program has made a tangible contribution to strengthening teachers’ digital literacy and can serve as a replicable professional development model for other vocational schools seeking to advance AI-based educational transformation.

This study aims to analyze the influence of terminal users’ perceptions on business development opportunities at Mangkang Type A Terminal, Semarang City, managed by the Central Java Class I Transportation Management Agency (BPTD). As a major transportation hub, the terminal functions not only as a passenger transit point but also as a strategic economic area with potential for commercial facility development. However, the utilization of business opportunities at Mangkang Terminal remains suboptimal, necessitating an evidence-based analysis of the factors that shape these opportunities. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving terminal users, including passengers, public transport drivers, and terminal visitors. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression to examine the influence of user perceptions on business potential, which includes interest in facility usage, demand for additional services, and preferences for commercial space utilization. The findings indicate that perceptions related to comfort, safety, cleanliness, accessibility, and service quality significantly affect business development opportunities. Comfort and service quality emerge as the most dominant factors driving user interest in commercial facilities. These results emphasize that improving terminal service quality can serve as an effective strategy to expand business opportunities and enhance non-tax revenue.

The Merdeka Curriculum represents Indonesia’s national education reform aimed at transforming learning paradigms toward a more contextual, flexible, and student-centered approach aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile. One of its key priorities is fostering critical thinking competence from the elementary level. This article aims to critically analyze the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in developing students’ critical thinking skills in Indonesian elementary schools. Employing a conceptual and literature-based approach, this study examines educational policies, theories of critical thinking, and recent research findings (2020–2025). The analysis reveals that the Merdeka Curriculum holds strong potential to enhance critical thinking through differentiated learning, project-based learning, authentic assessment, and the Pancasila Student Profile projects. Nevertheless, its implementation still encounters challenges, particularly regarding teacher competence, infrastructure readiness, and non-reflective learning culture. Therefore, strengthening teacher capacity, reforming assessment systems, and cultivating critical thinking as a school-wide culture are essential to realizing the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum effectively at the elementary education level.

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efisiensi tiga algoritma sorting hybrid, yaitu TimSort, IntroSort, dan Merge-Insertion Sort, pada dataset skala menengah yang memiliki jumlah elemen antara 10.000 hingga 1.000.000. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis performa algoritma berdasarkan waktu eksekusi, konsumsi memori, dan stabilitas, dengan pengujian dilakukan pada berbagai jenis dataset, termasuk data acak, terurut, hampir terurut, dan data dengan banyak elemen duplikat. Pengujian dilakukan melalui simulasi komputasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dalam lingkungan terkontrol untuk memastikan hasil yang konsisten. Dataset sintetis dibuat untuk mencerminkan kasus dunia nyata, seperti pengolahan log sistem, pengurutan data pelanggan dalam aplikasi e-commerce, atau pengolahan data sensor dalam sistem Internet of Things (IoT). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa TimSort memiliki performa unggul pada dataset hampir terurut dengan waktu eksekusi rata-rata 0,12 detik untuk 1.000.000 elemen, sedangkan IntroSort lebih cepat pada dataset acak dengan waktu 0,09 detik dan konsumsi memori rendah sekitar 120 MB. Merge-Insertion Sort menonjol dalam hal stabilitas, tetapi memerlukan memori lebih besar, yaitu sekitar 180 MB untuk dataset yang sama. Analisis mendalam menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan algoritma yang optimal sangat bergantung pada karakteristik dataset dan kebutuhan aplikasi, seperti kecepatan untuk data acak atau stabilitas untuk pengurutan data berurutan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan TimSort untuk aplikasi yang memerlukan stabilitas tinggi, seperti pengolahan data transaksi keuangan, dan IntroSort untuk aplikasi yang mengutamakan kecepatan pada data acak, seperti analitik data real-time. Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menyarankan eksplorasi optimasi paralel atau implementasi algoritma pada perangkat dengan sumber daya terbatas guna meningkatkan skalabilitas dan efisiensi.

Employee retention is a crucial aspect in maintaining smooth operations and the quality of human resources within an organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support, career development, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work-life balance on production employee retention at PT. Lucky Textile Semarang. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 307 respondents, selected using the Slovin formula, from a population of 1,325 production employees. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS Statistics 27. The results indicate that organizational support has no effect on employee retention, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee retention, and work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee retention. These findings confirm that internal factors related to personal development, job satisfaction, and a healthy work culture are the most important factors in employee retention decisions. Therefore, companies need to prioritize career advancement strategies, improve working conditions, and strengthen organizational culture to maintain a competent workforce in the long term.

Persaingan industri distribusi yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki sistem manajemen persediaan yang efisien dan terintegrasi. PT. Nindy Glow Beauty Aesthetic, sebuah klinik kecantikan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk skincare di Sei Piring, saat ini masih menggunakan nota pembelian manual sebagai acuan informasi persediaan barang. Hal ini mengakibatkan data stok tidak akurat dan menghambat pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis metode Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam merencanakan kebutuhan stok berdasarkan data penjualan, permintaan, dan ketersediaan barang. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan, mengurangi kerugian akibat kelebihan atau kekurangan stok, serta mendukung proses distribusi produk skincare secara optimal. Abstract. This study analyzed the effectiveness and impact of extracurricular programs at SMP Nurul Huda in Bogor Regency, Indonesia, aiming to identify areas for improvement in fostering holistic student development.  The research employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews with eleven students and one teacher, supplemented by direct observation of extracurricular activities and document review.  Findings revealed that the effectiveness of the four extracurricular programs (scouting, pencak silat, flag raising team, and archery) was moderate, indicating significant room for improvement.  Interviews with students and teachers highlighted the need for enhanced performance in competitions, more structured evaluation methods, and increased oversight from school administration.  To optimize the programs' impact, the study recommends improvements in student performance, more robust evaluation systems, stronger administrative oversight, enhanced resources, and professional development for instructors.  These changes would better support the holistic development of students and contribute to a more effective extracurricular program.   Keywords: effectiveness , extracurricular activities, students   Abstrak. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas dan dampak program ekstrakurikuler di SMP Nurul Huda, Kabupaten Bogor, Indonesia, dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi area peningkatan untuk pengembangan holistik siswa.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dengan sebelas siswa dan satu guru, dilengkapi dengan observasi langsung kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan peninjauan dokumen.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas empat program ekstrakurikuler (pramuka, pencak silat, paskibra, dan panahan) berada pada tingkat sedang, yang mengindikasikan adanya ruang yang signifikan untuk perbaikan.  Wawancara dengan siswa dan guru menyoroti perlunya peningkatan prestasi dalam kompetisi, metode evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur, dan pengawasan yang lebih ketat dari pihak sekolah.  Untuk mengoptimalkan dampak program, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan prestasi siswa, sistem evaluasi yang lebih kuat, pengawasan administrasi yang lebih efektif, peningkatan sumber daya, dan pengembangan profesional bagi instruktur.  Perubahan-perubahan ini akan lebih mendukung pengembangan holistik siswa dan berkontribusi pada program ekstrakurikuler yang lebih efektif.   Kata kunci: efektivitas, ekstrakurikuler, siswa

The development of educational tourism villages is one of the sustainable tourism strategies that integrates learning activities, environmental conservation, and local community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the potential and development strategies of Belawa Village as an educational tourism village in Cirebon Regency. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with managers and community members, and literature review. The results indicate that Belawa Village has strong tourism potential, particularly in educational tourism based on the conservation of the Belawa softshell turtle (Amyda cartilaginea), nature-based tourism, and local cultural tourism. Educational activities such as outing classes, animal introduction programs, environmental education, and cultural arts training have been implemented and fulfill the elements of something to see and something to do in educational tourism. However, the development of this educational tourism village has not yet been optimal due to limitations in destination management, supporting facilities and infrastructure, promotion, and human resource capacity. Therefore, integrated development is required through the packaging of educational tourism attractions, improvement of human resource competencies, provision of supporting facilities, and collaboration among the government, community, academics, and tourism stakeholders. The development of Belawa Village as an educational tourism village has the potential to provide economic, social, and educational benefits while supporting environmental conservation and strengthening local cultural identity.
