As a store that provides various beauty products, this research aims to assist Toko Liv Beauty in determining a strategic location for opening a new branch using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The TOPSIS method was chosen for its ability to analyze alternatives based on positive and negative ideal solutions objectively. A case study was conducted at three potential locations in Binjai: Binjai City, Binjai South, and Binjai North, considering five main criteria: population density, ease of transportation access, number of competitors, rental costs, and building area. The analysis process involves normalizing the decision matrix, calculating weighted values, identifying ideal solutions, and determining alternative preferences. The analysis results show that the location with the highest preference is Binjai North (1), followed by Binjai South (0.5885) and Binjai City (0). The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted education, particularly in providing personalized learning and administrative efficiency. However, questions arise about whether the teacher's role remains relevant in this technological era. This study aims to examine the role of teachers in the context of AI development through a literature review method, analyzing previous research on AI integration in education. The findings reveal that while AI excels in data processing and adaptive learning, teachers maintain an irreplaceable role in building emotional connections, instilling moral values, and guiding students' character development. Teachers also act as mentors who provide motivation and facilitators who create interactive learning environments. These findings highlight the importance of collaboration between AI and teachers to create more inclusive and effective education. Therefore, AI should be seen not as a replacement but as a tool to enhance the teacher's role in fostering holistic student development.

This study aims to empirically test the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), which is proxied by the audit committee and managerial ownership, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), which is proxied by environmental, social, and governance performance, on company value represented by Price to Book Value (PBV). The data for this study were obtained from the financial statements of 324 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020-2023. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical methods, classical assumption tests, and normality tests with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that the ESG variable as a whole does not have a significant effect on company value. In contrast, the GCG variable was found to have a significant effect on company value. This finding indicates that the implementation of good governance through the existence of an audit committee and effective managerial ownership can increase company value. However, environmental, social, and governance performance as measured in the ESG framework has not shown a significant role in influencing company value. This research contributes to the development of literature on the relationship between GCG, ESG, and corporate value, and serves as a reference for corporate management and investors in making strategic decisions based on good governance.

For parents who have children, it is a great gift and trust from Allah SWT. Therefore, parents have a big responsibility to educate their children optimally. This study is based on concerns about the increasingly uncontrolled flow of information and that many children are falling into negative and anarchic things. As parents we have a very important task in implementing prenatal education as the first form of education for the younger generation. However, problems often arise when parents are less aware of the importance of prenatal education and are often ignored. There are even people who think that educating children begins after the child is born. This assumption is a big mistake because educating children from birth is a very important thing in the form of indirect stimuli or touches, both in physical and psychological form. Providing this kind of stimulation can be an education in itself for the fetus in the womb.

In Islamic law (Shari’ah), a wife who separates from her husband, whether due to divorce or the husband's death, is obligated to observe ‘iddah. This refers to a waiting period that a wife must undergo after the divorce or the death of her husband, during which she is prohibited from remarrying for a specified period. The duration of this waiting period has been established in the Qur'an and Hadith, with varying time frames. The fundamental purpose of observing ‘iddah, apart from its devotional aspect (ta‘abbudi), is to ensure the absence of pregnancy in the womb. Although modern technology can quickly confirm the absence of pregnancy, this does not annul the obligation of ‘iddah for the wife, as its purpose is not solely limited to this aspect.
