Racism and gender bias are two major barriers affecting the growth and business opportunities for entrepreneurs in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector in Indonesia. Despite the significant contribution of MSMEs to Indonesia’s economy, women entrepreneurs and those from minority ethnic groups often face challenges in accessing financing, business networks, and broader markets. This article examines the direct and indirect impacts of racial discrimination and gender bias on MSME entrepreneurs, while identifying strategies that can be implemented to create a more inclusive and equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem. Through a literature review and secondary data analysis, this study finds that women entrepreneurs in Indonesia access only 10% of the total loans given to MSMEs, while male entrepreneurs access over 70%. It is recommended that government policies strengthen support for women and minority entrepreneurs through more inclusive financing policies, as well as providing more open mentorship programs and business networks for marginalized groups. By reducing racial discrimination and gender bias, it is hoped that the MSME sector can grow more evenly and sustainably, thereby enhancing Indonesia’s economic competitiveness

Health is a basic right guaranteed by the Indonesian constitution, as stipulated in Article 28H of the 1945 Constitution and Article 34 paragraph (3), which states that the state is responsible for the provision of adequate health care facilities for all citizens. Nonetheless, challenges in the provision of health services in remote areas are still significant, especially related to the limitations of facilities, medical personnel, and service quality. The development of technology, particularly telemedicine, has opened up new opportunities in the delivery of health services, which can overcome geographical limitations and improve community access to medical services. The type of research in this study is normative juridical. The research results in this discussion are the protection of doctors and the regulation of telemedicine policies in Indonesia, by reviewing Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health regarding the implementation of telemedicine between health service facilities. Although telemedicine can expand access to health, the risks associated with remote diagnosis and treatment require special attention in terms of legal protection of health workers. Therefore, adaptive legal tools are needed to accommodate the growing development of health technology and provide legal protection for the parties involved in the implementation of online-based health services.

Patient satisfaction is one of the benchmarks for assessing a hospital's success in providing services. Quality targets in nutrition services based on hospital Minimum Service Standards include three indicators, namely timeliness of food distribution, food waste and the absence of errors in diet administration. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between minimum nutritional service standards and the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Sumberrejo, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is cross-sectional. The sample in this study was patients in classes 2 and 3 of the Shafa and Marwah inpatient rooms, totaling 135 patients. The data measured are the level of patient satisfaction, timeliness of food distribution, accuracy of diet and food waste. Bivariate analysis used the Spearman's Rank test. The results of data analysis showed that food distribution timeliness was 92.5%, diet accuracy was 98%, food waste was 15.1%, while patient satisfaction levels were very satisfied (52%), satisfied (44%), dissatisfied (2%) and very dissatisfied (1%). The results of the study showed that the timeliness of distribution of breakfast (p=0.864>0.05), afternoon (p=0.853>0.05), evening (p=0.864>0.05) and the level of satisfaction, while the accuracy of the diet and the level of satisfaction patients (p=0.112>0.05), for food waste and level of patient satisfaction (p=0.311>0.05). From this research it can be concluded that statistically there is no significant relationship between minimum service standards (timeliness of food distribution, accuracy of diet and food waste) and the level of patient satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given in this research are that hospital efforts are needed to maintain the quality of food services by paying more attention to the accuracy of diet for patients.

Task scheduling in cloud computing environments is a crucial aspect in optimizing resource allocation and improving system efficiency. This research aims to analyze trends in task scheduling algorithms in cloud computing using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach on various scientific publications published between 2018 and 2025. The results of the study show that Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), and Genetic Algorithm (GA) algorithms are the most commonly used methods in solving task scheduling problems. PSO stands out as an effective algorithm due to its ability to find global optimal solutions, handle non-linear and multimodal problems, and its efficiency in managing computational resources. Additionally, various studies have shown that optimization of scheduling algorithms can be achieved through a combination or modification of existing methods to improve system performance. This study provides in-depth insights into the development of scheduling algorithms in cloud computing and opens up opportunities for further research in developing more innovative and adaptive approaches.

Companies operating in the electricity accumulator industry sector, in the production process produce waste in the form of hazardous and toxic materials (B3). The management of B3 waste is carried out based on the provisions stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 6 of 2021 concerning Procedures and Requirements for Hazardous and Toxic Waste Management. Therefore, the waste generated requires special handling to prevent environmental pollution. Therefore, the waste generated requires special handling so as not to pollute the environment. Hazardous waste management in the electricity accumulator industry includes various stages, both for waste in the solid and liquid phases, namely identification, inventory, packaging, labeling and symbolization, storage, and transportation carried out by third parties. This research aims to assess the current condition of hazardous waste management in the electricity accumulator industry, evaluate it, and provide recommendations that are in line with applicable regulations. The research method used is a descriptive approach. In the inventory process, the electricity accumulator industry requires Temporary Storage Sites (TPS) to store B3 waste before transportation by third parties.

To deal with the environmental crisis, greening is an environmental conservation strategy. The concept of greening is needed because regional conditions are developing and the function of space is changing for development. Apart from playing an important role in preserving the environment, humans also have a responsibility to exploit environmental wealth for the ecosystem's survival. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method builds community commitment to reforestation efforts to preserve the environment. The result is that the climate becomes fresher, healthier, and cooler, nature becomes maintained and clean, and people learn more about greening through planting tree seedlings. Reviving natural aesthetics, using trees as air fresheners, and reducing flooding are the goals of this service initiative.
