The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is a country of law that guarantees justice and protection for its citizens. This protection is stated in the 1945 Constitution Article 28G paragraph (1), namely: "Everyone has the right to protection of themselves, their families, their honor, their dignity, and their property under their control, and has the right to a sense of security and protection from the threat of fear to do or not do something that is a basic human right". Fraudulent investment is an act of investment fraud, where the perpetrator asks for funds to be invested in a business that is in fact illegal and does not have a permit from the competent authority. This study aims to determine the form of legal protection for victims and to find out how to avoid fraudulent investment. The research method used is qualitative by using the type of literature study of journal analysis, or other media to become a literature reading that is arranged coherently and neatly. The purpose of this study is to determine the handling of b3 waste by the soft drink industry. The research method used is to compare the local situation with current regulations. The comparison is carried out using a guttman scale where if it is appropriate, a score of 1 is given and if it is not appropriate, a score of 0 is given. The source of B3 waste generated by the soft drink industry comes from maintenance activities, laboratories, offices, and transportation. The type of hazardous waste comes from category 1 general specific sources, namely expired chemicals from laboratories, while from non-specific sources in the form of hazardous contaminated waste, waste from laboratories containing hazardous substances, and used batteries. Then there are category 2 general specific sources in the form of used toner, while from non-specific sources in the form of electronic waste, used B3 packaging, used cloth, used lubricating oil, and residual ink. The characteristics of B3 waste produced include toxic, flammable, and corrosive. In the transportation of B3 waste, the Sidoarjo Regency Soft Drink Industry has collaborated with third parties. Based on the results of the analysis of B3 waste management in soft drink industry companies classified in the “good” category. However, there are still things that need to be improved in the management of B3 waste in the form of applying symbols and labels, packaging, and storage.

This study explores the potential utilization of phosphoric acid sludge and ZA II lime waste as raw materials for the production of SP-15 fertilizer, which is essential for enhancing agricultural productivity and addressing environmental issues related to waste disposal. The research aims to analyze the phosphorus content (P₂O₅), moisture levels, sulfur (S), and calcium oxide (CaO) in the raw materials and the final fertilizer product. Methods employed include sampling, gravimetric analysis, and spectrophotometry. The findings indicate that phosphoric acid sludge contains an average P₂O₅ content of 33.05%, making it a potential phosphorus source for fertilizer production. Additionally, ZA II lime demonstrates good hygroscopic properties. This research concludes that utilizing these two wastes can not only reduce reliance on chemical fertilizers but also provide economic benefits to farmers and support sustainable agriculture. The implications of this study highlight the need for further research to optimize waste processing techniques and enhance community awareness regarding waste management.

Increasing the capacity and sustainability of water resources are major challenges in reservoir management, especially in areas that are highly dependent on water resources for domestic, agricultural, and industrial needs. The Sier Reservoir, which plays a vital role in providing water to the surrounding area, has experienced a decline in capacity due to sedimentation, uncontrolled flow, and changes in rainfall patterns due to climate change This study aims to identify optimization efforts that can increase the capacity of the sier reservoir and ensure the sustainability of its water resource management. The methodology used in this study includes literature studies, field observations, surveys, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study indicate that technical measures such as sedimentation cleaning, infrastructure improvements, and the implementation of technology-based monitoring systems can increase reservoir capacity.

Plastic products are materials that we commonly encounter in everyday life, the use of goods made from plastic raw materials is increasing. Starting from products with simple shapes such as food and beverage packaging, household appliances, kitchen utensils, cosmetic containers, to automotive component products. The plastic injection molding process requires a variety of precise setting parameters, some of which concern heating temperature, amount of material used, cooling system, mold holding time, injection speed, and other parameters. These parameters are things that affect product quality and defects. Another reason for product defects is that the process parameter settings have not been standardized and the trial and error method is still used, so the results are not optimal. One of the defects that occurs in the oval tube cap product is a loose top cap defect (cannot close). This study aims to determine the effect of injection temperature and cooling time on loose top cap defects in oval tube cap products. This study uses quantitative research by conducting repeated experiments to collect data, this method is carried out by varying the injection temperature parameters, namely 210 ° C, 220 ° C, and 230 ° C with a cooling time of 8 seconds, 10 seconds, and 12 seconds. The results obtained from this study are that if the injection temperature used is lower, the level of defects that occur will be higher, while if the selection of a higher cooling time, the level of defects that occur will be lower. From this research, the correct parameters can be obtained at an injection temperature of 220 °C and a cooling time of 12 seconds.

Pancasila is the foundation of the Indonesian state, therefore Pancasila is very important in everyday life, and the existence of Pancasila can make the Indonesian nation have guiding principles for recognizing and resolving social, political, legal, cultural and other problems. The values that Pancasila has are good values. Therefore, the values of Pancasila for Indonesian people in their activities are very important, and must be instilled into the souls of every community in Indonesia. In this era of globalization, Pancasila values are starting to fade. This situation can be observed from the emergence of various kinds of problems arising from the non-application of the values of Pancasila, and if they are not immediately addressed, it is possible that the values of Pancasila or the meaning of Pancasila itself will disappear. This research aims to show how important it is to strengthen Pancasila values in the era of globalization, and the method used in this research is the interview method or what is usually called an interview.

Metabolic syndrome, encompassing hypertension, elevated blood glucose levels, high cholesterol, and increased waist circumference, is a significant risk factor for frailty in older adults. The FRAIL questionnaire is a screening tool that assesses five components of frailty, enabling early detection for appropriate intervention. This community service program was conducted using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method with 93 elderly participants. Health education and screening for metabolic syndrome and frailty were performed using the FRAIL questionnaire. Among the participants, 22.58% were categorized as "Non-Frail," 50.54% as "Pre-Frail," and 26.88% as "Frail." These findings indicate a high prevalence of frailty risk among the elderly population. The FRAIL questionnaire proved effective for early detection of frailty, facilitating preventive interventions such as physical activity, nutritional monitoring, comorbidity management, and psychosocial support. These measures have the potential to sustain long-term health in older adults. The application of the FRAIL questionnaire for the elderly provides significant benefits for managing frailty risk, with a sustainable approach that promotes the well-being of older adults.
