Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

Muhammadiyah Television is a television media that has an Instagram account with the name @tvmuhammadiyah to educate audiences on Instagram. This research aims to find out the extent of the use of social media marketing on tvMu's Instagram, how to build customer engagement on tvMu's Instagram, inhibiting and supporting factors in building customer engagement. The theories used in this research are social media marketing theory from As'ad and Alhadid (2014) and customer engagement theory from Evans et al. (2021), where this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods accompanied by data collection techniques using observation and in-depth interviews as complementary evidence. The results of this research show that tvMu uses social media marketing strategies such as creating interesting content, changing the appearance of the feed, scheduling regular content upload hours, attracting young talent, but has obstacles such as minimal audience interaction on Instagram with limiting factors for tvMu in distributing content.

This article discusses the implementation of efficient pricing strategies within a marketing management framework to increase promotion of homemade spaghetti products, with a focus on the Dana Pasta case analysis. Pricing plays a crucial role in achieving success in marketing, especially in the food industry sector. By considering variables such as high quality raw materials and careful manufacturing processes, this research explores strategic approaches that can strengthen product reputation, increase competitiveness, and attract the attention of target customers. This article discusses the basic principles of pricing, evaluates a number of strategies that can be implemented in the context of homemade spaghetti, and provides practical suggestions for improving product marketing results. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of BMT Al-Islah Jambi City in empowering the MSME economy, the obstacles faced by BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City in carrying out its role in empowering the MSME economy and the efforts made by BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City in dealing with these obstacles. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the BMT and its customers. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of the study show that BMT Al-Ishlah plays a role in developing an entrepreneurial spirit for its customers. Factors that become obstacles faced are limited capital so that BMT has not been able to provide large-scale financing, lack of human resources, and financial literacy of MSMEs is still lacking because customers are only limited to recording business financial receipts and expenditures without supporting document storage. The solution provided by BMT is that we hold group meetings and continue sharing about the constraints of their business. And every week teaches making financial reports so that customers understand where money is coming in and out.

This research aims to determine strategies for maintaining customer value, satisfaction and loyalty towards Hannochs brand lamps carried out by several Hannochs distributors in Tembung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with Hannochs customers at one of the Hannochs distributor shops in Tembung. Data collection methods are participatory observation and interviews. The results of the research show that consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction with the quality of Hannochs lighting products are met with durability, product guarantees and various product variations so that consumer needs and desires are met, in several shops the service quality of Hannochs distributor shops also meets customer satisfaction with friendly service, respond quickly, and help resolve consumer problems in using the product.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and how much the premium and service quality have on customer satisfaction at pt. Bri life Jambi branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire of 48 respondents. It can be concluded that the variable premium and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results showed that the calculated t value for the premium variable (Xi) was 2.589 with a significance level of 0.013 because t calculated was greater than t table (2.589 <0.05), so it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which stated that there was premium significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction Bank BRI Life

At present there are many Islamic banks that have been established and developed in Indonesia, all Islamic banks compete with each other in making their products, as well as providing the best service to the community (customers) Many products have been operated by Islamic banks, among others: ijarah financing this product is shown to serve the community (customers). And one of the Islamic banking financing products opened to serve and facilitate the many Indonesian people who use ijarah financing. The problem formulation in this study is How is the ijaroh financing mechanism at KOSPPI, How is the suitability of ijaroh financing at KOSPPI with Islamic economic law? The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study there are two things that will be analyzed, namely the Ijarah financing procedure and sharia accounting standards. Data collection used in this research is literature study, namely by reading or taking information from scientific journals, books and also utilizing the internet as a source of information.  From the discussion above, the following conclusions can be drawn: that Islamic banking financing products based on lease contracts consist of pure leases and leases that end with the transfer of ownership rights or known as ijarah muntahiya bit tamlik. Ijarah vomia bit tamlik (IMBT) is basically a combination of leasing and buying and selling.

This research is motivated by several problems, namely the number of repeat orders from visitors is still low, there are visitors who complain about the place being noisy because the music is loud and close to the road, the parking space provided is very small and narrow, there are customer complaints that the indoor space is not cold. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of ambient conditions on repurchase intention. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with quantitative data. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population of this research is visitors who come to Northeast Coffee. The research sample consisted of 203 consumers with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data from this research were processed using SPSS 25.00. The results of this research show that ambient conditions are in the quite good category, namely 63.05%. And the repurchase intention variable is in the good category, namely 36.95%. The influence of ambient conditions (X) on repurchase intention (Y) with a score of 8.3% and 91.7% is influenced by other factors. Furthermore, the results of simple linear regression analysis obtained a calculated F value of 18.191 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is a company engaged in the distribution of food and beverages specifically from Garudafood products. Founded by Mr. Sudhamek as the owner of SNS in 1994, SNS's role is very decisive for the development of Garudafood. Because of its role, various kinds of Garudafood products can be obtained by consumers in remote areas throughout Indonesia. SNS already has a number of depots serving hundreds of thousands of customer outlets throughout Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy implemented based on the internal and external environment in increasing the sales volume of Garuda Brand products at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated data or data in the form of numbers based on the results of questionnaires from respondents which include opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Garuda Brand products at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that judging from the internal and external factor indicators, the position of the company PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is based on Growth Strategy, namely a strategy aimed at stabilizing the company or a strategy implemented without changing the direction of the marketing strategy. The strategies that can be used are: Market diversification strategy, namely a strategy that uses its strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities. The suggestions given are that the company should also try to improve its strengths to reduce the weaknesses it has so far so that the company's position can be raised and able to compete competitively. And by anticipating weaknesses so that they do not become threats, companies should be careful with the current situation, by understanding the market more seriously to try to rise through exploiting existing opportunities and minimizing the threats they face through new breakthroughs to find and enter market opportunities. existing ones, for example by marketing new products that are more acceptable to consumers in accordance with current consumer buying interests.

To build content marketing over a long period of term is a important factor to create the engagement with customers. This study has the purpose to unveil the effects of content marketing Instagram upon customer engagement at Khas Ombilin Hotel. This research employed a quantitative, descriptive, causal, and associative style, with a sample size of 204 respondents. To analyze the data in this study, we utilized the SPSS 23 software application. The study employed the variables of content marketing (X) and customer engagement (Y). According to the study, content marketing on Instagram had a significant impact on customer engagement at Khas Ombilin Hotel, accounting for 78% of the influence, as opposed to the remaining 22% attributed to other factors.

This study aims to reveal the effect of using mobile banking on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Jambi Branch. This thesis uses a quantitative approach using a simple partial regression statistical analysis method with a sample of 68 customers.  The results of the study show that there is a significant influence on the mobile banking usage variable (X) on customer decisions. with the tcount value on the mobile banking usage variable (X) amounting to 12,944 with a significance level of 0,000. Because the value of tcount is greater than ttable (12,944 > 2,387) and a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Then the mobile banking usage variable (X) partially has a significant influence on customer decisions in using Bank Syariah Indonesia Mobile Banking Jambi Branch.

Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia is a producer of Purify Terepthalic Acid (PTA) in Indonesia with an important role in meeting the primary needs of the Indonesian population by managing raw materials to produce purified terepthalic acid. Purified terepthalic acid is the main raw material for polyester fiber. The problem that occurs is the phenomenon of the bullwhip effect, namely the occurrence of fluctuations between orders and demand which results in a shortage of raw materials or low inventory which can cause production to stop. So the purpose of this study is to calculate the value of the bullwhip effect, determine the causes of the bullwhip effect, and determine solutions to reduce the bullwhip effect. This study begins by calculating the value of the bullwhip effect at the two echelons. The method used in this research is FMEA. The results of this study are the value of the bullwhip effect at echelon 1 (suppliers and PPIC) = 1.27 and echelon 2 (PPIC and distributors) = 0.93. This value indicates the occurrence of a bullwhip effect in echelon 1 while echelon 2 does not indicate the occurrence of a bullwhip effect. The dominant causes of the bullwhip effect are market competition, rising material prices, demand forecasting that is not close to accurate and the number of orders for raw materials in large quantities. The proposed improvement is to collaborate with suppliers and customers to get guaranteed orders and demand that are fixed and sustainable. Banking is one way to solve problems related to business finance. Banking is a place to provide financing to develop a business that is being worked on. According to the theory, Account Officers have an important impact on determining customers. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the analysis of the role of the Account Officer in overcoming problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank? and How is the performance analysis of the Account Officer in overcoming problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank? This study uses a qualitative research method with a type of field study research. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study mention the role of the account officer in analyzing and processing financing applications at the BSI KCP Ponorogo bank including managing accounts, managing products, managing financing and managing sales by approaching debtors and the need for review at any time. The performance of the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank account officer in preventing problematic financing at the BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank includes the financing application stage where the account officer gives time to prospective debtors to complete the requirements as a standard selection in financing, the financing proposal stage with reference to the selection of information obtained from existing social, the stage of providing financing facilities which shows that the account officer offers existing facilities based on the features of the selected prospective debtor, the financing stage which reviews the financing facilities by reviewing the financing facilities obtained by the prospective debtor or debtor. The efforts to resolve problematic financing at BSI KCP Gatot Subroto bank are financing restructuring which includes rescheduling.

Archives play an important role in supporting the administrative activities of an agency. Archives include all activities related to company documents. At the expedition agency PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo, the receipt document filing system is still lacking in structure. This receipt is only archived to the extent that it is entered in an order that is adjusted to the customer's name randomly and unstructured. This makes employees of PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo, especially the finance division, find it difficult to find receipts so that work management becomes less effective and efficient due to the long search time when receipts are needed. This service aims to improve the filing system at PT Tunas Antarnusa Muda Cargo Solo by using a combination of alphabetical filing, subject filing, and chronological filing methods. This method is applied in alphabetical order of the customer's name, the subject of grouping the customer's names and sorted by the time the receipt was made. In practice, this method aims to manage receipts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the filing system. In addition, structured archives can make it easier for agency employees to find the information needed quickly and simplify the work process

The following research aims to provide information about marketing strategies consisting of product, price, place, whether promotions have been implemented. Today's industrial business competition causes manufacturers to pay attention to quality, price, and variety in developing new products to meet consumer needs. This research reviews the literature on green marketing and proposes a new conceptual framework on customer loyalty. It uses four constructs of perceived risk, customer trust, and customer loyalty. In environmentally friendly electronic products in Surabaya City. This study uses quantitative methods to prove the hypothesis. Data were obtained from 100 consumers who buy and use environmentally friendly electronic products, especially cell phones, computers, and laptops using purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that risk perception and customer trust have a direct effect on customer loyalty

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on Grab customer satisfaction in an area. The population in this study are residents who live in the Pamulang sub-district, Tangerang Selatan city. users of GrabBike and GrabFood services in Pamulang sub-district, Tangerang Selatan city with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature studies as well as by browsing the internet. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that the price and service quality simultaneously affect Grab's customer satisfaction. Service quality does not partially affect Grab customer satisfaction Prices partially affect Grab customer satisfaction.

This research aims to analyze the influence of retail oil sales in customer relationships on the formation of brand equity and the impact of consumer loyalty in DKI JAKARTA. The population is all groups who use retail oil products in Jakarta, then the sample used was selected using a purposive random sampling quota method of up to 250 people. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using a set of scientific methods and procedures to design and collect data that describes the characteristics of objects, events or situations. This analysis aims to understand the influence of retail oil sales in Jakarta on customer relationships, the formation of brand equity, and the impact of consumer loyalty. The results of the analysis mean that on the customer relationship variable, the three indicator items are declared valid, but one indicator is declared invalid. Therefore, in the customer relationship variable, you can not use invalid indicators. The brand equity variable is declared valid on all four indicators. and the consumer loyalty variable is declared valid on all four indicators. In the reliability test, there are four variables that are declared reliable in the theory of Muniarti et al. and apart from that, testing with descriptive analysis and hypotheses. It is hoped that the results of this study will be able to provide advice and information to retail oil sellers so that they can reach a wider range of consumers and target them appropriately.

Terminal Kajen dengan tipe B melayani Angkutan Kota Dalam Provinsi (AKDP) dan Angkutan Pedesaan. Terminal ini terletak di Kecamatan Kajen yang menjadi Kawasan pusat kegiatan. Dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat permasalahan yaitu Sebagian besar fasilitas terminal Kajen yang sudah tersedia dalam kondisi tidak terawatt dan tidak terpakai membuat kinerja pelayanan dan fasilitas terminal tidak optimal. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi saat ini terminal Kajen dalam hal fasilitas maupun pelayanan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan minimal terminal penumpang menurut PM No.40 Tahun 2015. Untuk metode yang ditinjau adalah fasilitas dan kepuasan pengguna terminal menggunakan metode Customer satisfaction index (CSI). Hasil survey menyatakan bahwa ketersediaan fasilitas utama di terminal Kajen dengan presentase 57% sedangkan fasilitas utama yang tidak tersedia  sebesar 43% untuk fasilitas penunjang yang tersedia dengan presentase 17% kemudia fasilitas penunjang yang tidak tersedia sebesar 83%. Kemudian untuk hasil dari metode customer satisfaction index (CSI) tingkat kepuasan yang cukup puas dengan presentase 52,1%.
