Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 2) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar; 3) Untuk mengetahui Penanaman cinta tanah air melalui seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi Desa Klodran Kecamatan Colomadu Kabupaten Karanganyar. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Strategi penelitian ini menggunakan strategi studi kasus tunggal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini antara lain pemilik sanggar, pelatih sanggar, peserta tari, orang tua peserta tari. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknis data kegiatan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan penanaman karakter cinta tanah air seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi melalui kegiatan menari dengan percaya diri dihadapan banyak orang, berdoa sebelum memulai kegiatan tari, mempelajari nilai-nilai budaya; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi berupa latihan rutin yang diadakan setiap Sabtu pada pukul 16.00 dengan guru tari, materi tari yang sesuai, pelatihan dan evaluasi serta guru tari yang profesional. Kegiatan pembelajaran materi tari Anila Prahastha yang dipentaskan; 3) Penanaman cinta tanah air di Sanggar tari Ngandhong Cinawi melalui tari dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif dalam menanamkan rasa cinta tanah air pada peserta tari, penanaman cinta tanah air berhasil ditanamkan pada seni tari memerlukan penentuan parameter melalui kegiatan seni tari yang menumbuhkan sikap mandiri, menjadi percaya diri dan menjalin hubungan sesama peserta tari, serta peserta tari merasakan keterkaitannya dengan budaya dan seni tradisional Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to find out the life of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration in Kebakkramat; to find out the factors of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration in Kebakkramat; to find out the efforts made in supporting the implementation of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration in Kebakkramat. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study type. This research was conducted at Kebakkramat. The research subjects were sub-district head, PKUB Kebakkramat members and religious leaders. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is through interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data is to use source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique is through interactive descriptive analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that 1) the life of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration has been going well. Religious adherents have carried out their religious teachings well, they tolerate and respect each other; 2) the supporting factor in the realization of inter-religious harmony is the awareness possessed by adherents of religions to carry out their respective religious teachings and religious leaders emphasize each other about religious life in a harmonious community environment. The government fosters a life of religious diversity. The inhibiting factor for tolerance in religious life is spreading things that result in conflict, misunderstandings in inter-religious communication, and a lack of mutual respect in a pluralistic and heterogeneous society; 3) the efforts made in supporting the implementation of tolerance in religious life in the concept of national integration are by maintaining the integrity or diversity among religious adherents, trying to create peace, and avoiding inter-religious conflict.   Keywords: Tolerance, National Integration  

The purpose of this study was to increase student learning independence in Civics subjects by applying the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) learning model in class X IPS 3 SMA Negeri 8 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a research design using the Kemmis & Taggart spiral model. The research was carried out in 3 cycles where each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through 4 stages of activity, namely planning, implementing actions, observing (observation), and reflecting. The success criterion set in the research is 60%. The results showed that in cycle I the level of student learning independence increased from the initial condition of an average value of 23% to 49% but had not yet reached the established success criteria. Cycle I then made improvements to continue in cycle II. After the repairs were made, there was an increase in cycle II which increased by 9% to 58% but also did not reach the specified success criteria. Improvements were made again in cycle II to be continued in cycle III. The results of the research cycle III increased by 11% to 69%, which means that the action was declared successful because it had achieved the specified success criteria.Keywords: Independent Learning, CTL Learning Model

This article discusses the civil aspect in contract cases, which are used by many people in various business collaborations. This article uses a normative research method, and uses a statutory approach. The provisions limiting the authority to make this exoneration clause have not been explicitly regulated. The only provision is the UUPK, although it uses the term standard clause which turns out to be different in meaning from the exoneration clause. In this case the standard clause is defined as a clause made unilaterally by the business actor, but its contents may not lead to an exoneration clause. Meanwhile, the exoneration clause as explained earlier is a clause that contains an attempt to limit, or even completely eliminate, the responsibility that should be borne by one of the parties, in this case the business actor. Legal protection is to provide protection for human rights that are harmed by others and this protection is given to the community so that they can enjoy all the rights granted by law so that the achievement of business/economic development goals in Indonesia is achieved in accordance with the values ​​of justice of the Indonesian people.

The world of education, especially Civics learning, requires innovation and variation in the learning methods applied. The brain-based learning method is very interesting because optimizing brain work can be started in a simple way. Educators' knowledge of fundamental questions about "what is good for a child's brain?" is the essence of applying this learning method. This is research that uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The process of data analysis is done through reduction, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that the Brain-Based Learning Method with cybernetic learning theory is an innovative alternative in Civics subjects, so that learning is more efficient and fun. This learning method can be carried out in simple ways, such as paying attention to brain nutrition in students, paying attention to brain relaxation such as stretching or relaxing and listening to music, paying attention to plants and class aromas that can improve brain performance, paying attention to recess, and playing games in class.

Low student learning motivation causes low learning outcomes. Learning models that are less interactive and innovative are one of the reasons students have low learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the use of learning media with the mentimeter application in Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects at SMA Plus Merdeka Soreang on student motivation. The research sample was taken from 30 students of Merdeka Soreang Plus High School who took Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed changes in the increase in results and learning motivation between before and after treatment. The average learning outcomes increased from 46.87 to 70.62 with a percentage increase of 50.67%. In addition, an increase also occurred in indicators of student motivation during the learning process. The application of the meter application provides a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. One tries to work anywhere with no hindrances and can compete with their rivals in the competitive environment of today's globalized world. The emergence of disputes is one of the things that often occurs in circumstances like this. Disputes are ingrained in human life. Disputes in everyday life can arise between business partners, family, friends, husband and wife, and so on. A forum whose task is to resolve disputes can be used as a means of dispute resolution. Courts are the official place to settle disputes, while private institutions offer arbitration. Alternative Dispute Settlement (ADR), or Alternative Dispute Settlement (APS) in Indonesian, is the term used to describe out-of-court dispute resolution.

  Artikel ini dibuat dengan tujuan memperkuat kebudayaan bangsa Indonesia di era banyaknya masyarakat yang mengikuti trend atau budaya westernisasi. Perkembangan teknologi di era revolusi industri 4.0 menuju revolusi industri 5.0 yang semakin maju menyebabkan pertukaran informasi dan pertukaran budaya yang sangat cepat antar negara di dunia ini. Pertukaran budaya tersebut memiliki pengaruh negatif jika masyarakat tidak memilah dan tidak menyaring budaya asing terlebih dahulu seperti budaya westernisasi yang perlahan-lahan akan memudarkan dan merusak kebudayaan asli yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu cara menghindari budaya westernisasi tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan konsep wawasan nusantara agar dapat memperkuat dan mempertahankan kebudayaan yang ada di Indonesia. Wawasan nusantara merupakan suatu hal yang penting untuk dipahami oleh seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk membantu membentuk kepribadian seseorang. Penerapan dan penguatan karakter peserta  didik di era modern saat ini mempunyai tantangan sendiri terkhusus untuk para guru di Indonesia. Tantangan itu juga dihadapi oleh siswa itu sendiri di era perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat dan mudah  dijangkau. Di era modern ini sebagai bangsa yang kuar harus mempunyai prinsip dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Implementasi pendidikan karakter disekolah sangat membutuhkan kompetensi guru yang bisa bersaing diera modern ini. Di era modern saat ini penerapan dan pengembangan yang terjadi di sekitar siswa. Maka dari itu kreativitas dan inovasi antara keluarga atau orang tua dan guru dilakukan di dua arah yakni memosisikan diri menjadi pendengar yang bagi anak atau siswa saat di rumah atau disekolah. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah berupaya untuk menanamkan karakter yang tetap berpegang teguh terhadap kebudayaan dan adat istiadat yang ada di Indonesia tetapi tidak tertinggal dengan kemajuan di era modern seperti sekarang ini. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kombinasi yang terdiri atas empat komponen proses analisis yaitu, pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.   Kata kunci :  peran orang dan lingkungan modern karakter siswa atau peserta didik guru Indonesia.

  Pancasila contains five basic meanings that are interrelated with the nation's history, national ideology, ethics and various other aspects. Ethics is a system of values ​​or moral norms that serve as guidelines for a person or group of people to behave and act. The application of Pancasila in life can be said to be still not fully implemented. There are still various deviations from Pancasila values. Deviations that can still be seen clearly are forest fires. Various irresponsible human actions such as cutting down trees on a large scale and throwing cigarette butts carelessly are the causes of forest fires. The importance of forests for the survival of life is one of the important factors for the need for forest protection. Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. Regarding this matter, Pancasila is emphasizing in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a guide, source of law, and legal principles in drafting laws and regulations regarding the environment, especially forests. The level of tax compliance has been a concern of researchers and governments for decades. Various efforts have been made by the government in order to increase taxpayer compliance including the use of information and communication technology in service delivery (e-government) but have not yielded optimal results. Various studies and research related to taxpayer compliance and its relationship with e-government have also been carried out but are still focused on e-government services regardless of the level of readiness (e-readiness) of the government itself as a service provider (government e-readiness) or from the community side as service users (citizen e-readiness). Writing this article aims to build a new hypothesis with the variable level of readiness (e-readiness) as a variable that affects government services which will ultimately increase the level of taxpayer compliance. Previous research or relevant research is used to strengthen the theory and phenomenon of the relationship or influence between variables.

By using the Cash Basis method, companies do not need to make reserves for uncollected cash and can display actual cash position reports. A sales system that will make it easier to manage sales transactions and present sales reports quickly and validly. Web-based applications can be used to manage finances, business and services. Makes it easier to present sales reports both daily and monthly and can minimize errors when information is generated. Good management of information systems will increase efficiency and productivity in decision making by management

The research aimed to return on asset, current ratio, company size and assets structure on capital structure at property and real estate companies in indonesia stock exchange year of 2020-2022. The selected sample were 64 companies through purposive sampling. Souurces of data used secondary data with data collection through documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the return on asset has a positive and signification effect on capital structure. Current ratio has a negative and signification effect on capital structure. Company size does not have a signification effect on capital structure. Asset structure has a positive and signification effect on capital structure.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of understanding of the Tri-Nga and understanding of the Tri-N on the interest in entrepreneurship. This research methode is a snowball sampling survey with a quantitave approach. Data collection using a questionnaire. used in this study is multiple regression analysis Entrepreneurs have an important role in a country economy, this is because the presence and role of entrepreneurs greatly influences various aspects, especially aspects of life and society and economy. For this reason students are directed to take part in the entrepreneurship programs in order to foster entrepreneurial concentration. The results of this study indicatte that understanding of the Tri-Nga and unerstanding of the Tri-N affect the interest in entrepreneurship.

Tax avoidance is a strategy that aims to minimize corporate tax on pre-tax profit. This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of company size, profitability, independent commissioners, and institutional ownership on tax evasion during the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study are manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2021 period. By using purposive sampling technique, data were obtained from 74 companies so that 148 observations were obtained. This study shows the results that manufacturing sector companies listed on the IDX during the pandemic period, namely 2020-2021, several factors from financial performance and corporate governance influence the company's tax avoidance actions. The financial performance represented by the variable firm size and profitability shows a positive effect on tax evasion. In corporate governance, independent commissioners and institutional ownership have a negative effect on tax avoidance. 

Financial performance analysis plays a crucial role in assessing the overall health and effectiveness of a company. This research focuses on analyzing the financial performance of a retail distribution network company in Indonesia, utilizing quantitative descriptive methods. It employs financial ratio and common size analyses on primary data from financial statements to comprehend the company's financial position, profitability, liquidity, and solvency. Through a quantitative descriptive observational design, secondary data from literature and documents are collected. The analysis includes assessing liquidity via current and cash ratios, profitability through metrics like ROA, ROI, and ROE, as well as evaluating solvency using relevant ratios. The findings provide insights into the company's performance, revealing potential short-term issues due to decreasing current and cash ratios and fluctuations in profitability. These insights assist stakeholders in making informed decisions and formulating strategies, underscoring the significance of financial analysis in evaluating a company's health.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the compliance of motor vehicle tax payers is affected by taxpayer awareness, tax access, facilities, and service quality. The research used in this study is quantitative. Primary data were gathered for this study by the distribution of questionnaires in survey procedures. Incidental sampling is the sampling strategy applied. 100 motor vehicle taxpayers registered at the West Surabaya Samsat Office made up the study's sample. The WarpPLS 7.0 SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) Software was employed for the data analysis process in this investigation. The findings of this study demonstrated that tax access and changeable taxpayer awareness had a substantial impact on motor vehicle tax compliance. Service Quality and tax facilities and has no discernible impact on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

Kehidupan mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat secara terus menerus waktu demi waktu terlebih lagi dalam penampilan sehingga dianggap penting sebagai citra diri seseorang. Peningkatan penampilan dapat dimulai dari perawatan tubuh, yakni dengan menggunakan produk kesehatan kulit yang lazim dikenal dengan sebutan skin care dan body care yang marak digunakan oleh remaja sehingga minat beli pada product body care khususnya scarlett whitening meningkat. Minat beli dapat dipengaruhi oleh endorser selebriti pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut serta persepsi kualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara endorser selebriti, pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut, serta persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli dengan melibatkan 100 remaja sebagai responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda dengan hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara endorser selebriti dan persepsi kualitas terhadap minat beli serta tidak adanya hubungan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut terhadap minat beli.

ABSTRACT This research delves into theipinfluenceipof profitability, ipcompanyipsize, ipand iptax rates on the capitalipstructure of mining sectoripcompanies listedipon the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. The sample selection involved the purposive sampling method, yielding 112 samples for analysis. Theipfindingsiprevealithat profitability and firmisize significantly affectitheicapital structure,iwhile tax rates do not exhibit a significant impact. Data collection was performed quantitatively, and multipleislinearisregression analysis was employed for data processing. The financial reports used for analysis were obtained from theiIndonesiaiStockiExchange via the idx.co.id website and processed using SPSS  

Local Own Revenue is income earned by a region that is collected based on regional regulations in accordance with statutory regulations. the research data used is secondary data obtained from UPPD Kota Semarang II in 2018-2022. the study population is the taxpayer and retribution. The number of samples for 5 consecutive years, so that the total research data amounted to 240 data selected using the saturation sampling method. This study used multiple regression analysis and SPSS. the result obtained is that motor vehicle tax revenue has a positive effect. Surface water tax revenues have a significant negative effect, and regional wealth usage retribution receipts have no effect on regional own-source revenues in Central Java province.
