Copyright is an exclusive right for creators or recipients of rights to announce or reproduce their creations or give permission for them without reducing restrictions according to applicable laws and regulations. Issues regarding intellectual property rights, one of which is copyright, in today's free trade are things that must be considered. Therefore, it is important to protect copyright for creators so that their ideas, creativity and works are not plagiarized by others. In this case, the legal protection for copyright that can be given is based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The method used in this study is normative with a qualitative approach and the sources used are Law Number 18 of 2014, books, journals and articles related to the problems studied.

A Building functional certificate, hereinafter referred to as SLF, is a certificate issued by the regional government except for special function buildings by the central government, to state the building's functional fitness as a condition for it to be utilized. Based on Minister of Health Regulation Number 40 of 2022 concerning technical requirements for hospital buildings, infrastructure and health equipment in article 1, the regulation of technical requirements for hospital buildings, infrastructure and health equipment aims to create functional hospital buildings, infrastructure and health equipment. Referring to the regulations above, hospital buildings must meet the requirements for safety, health, comfort, convenience, efficient use of resources, harmony and harmony with their environment, realizing orderly, effective and efficient hospital building management. This literature review was made to include journals published in Indonesian, journals published in the 2022-2023 period regarding certificates of functional fitness for hospital buildings, especially regarding the requirements for fulfilling certificates of functional fitness in hospitals. After going through screening, inclusion and exclusion criteria, 3 articles were analyzed. As a result, hospitals need to adjust permits and proper functioning of buildings in accordance with new regulations, then hospitals are expected to follow new regulatory updates in order to maintain the security and safety of patients, visitors and hospital employees from unexpected events.

Stroke patients are susceptible to respiratory problems and complications in the lungs, namely pneumonia, which most often occurs during stroke treatment. The aims of this study is to review the various literature on interventions that nurses can do to prevent and treat pneumonia in stroke patients. Search methods using electronic databases Science Direct, Scopus, Pubmed, and Google Scholar with a search range of 2017-2022. The inclusion criteria were research conducted on all stroke patients, both ischemic and hemorrhagic, the intervention given was a nursing action, and the outcome assessed was pneumonia. Five articles were reviewed and found several interventions used to prevent and reduce the incidence of pneumonia in stroke patients. Nursing actions that can be done are dysphagia screening and oral care. Conclusion: Dysphagia screening and and oral care can used to prevent and reduce the incidence of pneumonia in stroke patients.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) are all health behaviors carried out out of personal awareness so that the family and all its members are able to help themselves in the health sector and have an active role in community activities. The main goal of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness-raising process which is the beginning of the contribution of individuals in living a clean and healthy daily life. the average percentage of PHBS in Surabaya city households is 75.07%, this figure has reached the target of PHBS in East Java province households of 53%, however, there is still the lowest working area of ​​the health center, namely the Krembangan Selatan health center with a percentage of 48%. . This type of research is Literature Review or literature review. Literature review is what the author does by searching various sources related to a particular topic which can be obtained from various sources such as journals, archive books, articles, the internet, or other documents that are revered. the provision of knowledge through counseling and training with a combination of Leaflet media is very influential on changes in knowledge. there is a positive and significant effectiveness of animaker-based animated videos on clean and healthy living behavior. The results of this study indicate that the humanization pillar plays an important role in the concept of character education based on prophetic education. Therefore, character education based on prophetic education should be able to integrate the pillars of humanization in character development.

This research aims to find out how ecopedagogy is implemented in elementary school learning to increase environmental awareness and student involvement. This article was prepared using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. Searches were carried out using Google Schooler. In the initial stage of the journal search, 235 journal articles were obtained with a time limit, namely from 2014 to 2023. The procedure for searching and selecting articles in this study used preferred reporting items for systematic reviews & meta-analyses (PRISMA). Ecopedagogy discusses three main areas, namely technical ecoliteracy , critical ecoliteracy, and cultural ecoliteracy. The implementation of ecopedagogical integration in elementary school management which aims to instill environmental character values ​​from generation to generation can be carried out in several forms, namely integration in the curriculum and learning by including an understanding of ecology in the subjects or materials taught and the application of methods or media. Environmentally caring character education aims to instill values ​​and awareness of the environment in students. Case studies of the application of ecopedagogy in education show that it can be applied through digital media and multi-dominant learning to develop cognitive, psychomotor and environmental awareness. Barriers to implementing environmentally caring character education in schools include internal factors such as students' bad habits and lack of knowledge, as well as external factors such as inadequate learning support equipment and lack of cooperation between teachers and parents. Collaboration between teachers, students, parents, and the community is essential for successful implementation.

Collaborative learning is learning that involves students by forming small groups that work together to solve problems that aim to encourage students to play an active role and be able to think critically during learning. The characteristics of the collaborative learning model are considered to be able to train students' stimulus so that it can train and improve students' critical thinking skills. Collaborative learning is expected to be able to improve thinking skills and high thinking skills, especially critical thinking skills. Based on the results of the articles we have reviewed, it shows that collaborative learning that is applied can significantly provide benefits in improving thinking skills. However, there are some challenges that must be addressed such as time management of collaborative learning implementation and ensuring that all students get the same opportunity as other students.

Pragmatics is a field of linguistics that examines the relationship between speech acts between speakers and speech partners.  In the study of pragmatics, there are many forms of speech acts and one of them is illocutionary speech acts.  Illocutionary speech acts are further divided into several parts and one of them is expressive speech acts which researchers discuss in this study.  This research aims to describe various theories regarding expressive speech acts, classify various types of expressive speech acts contained in the Learning by Googling video collection, and explain the forms of various types of speech acts contained in the Learning by Googling video collection.  Researchers used two approaches, namely theoretical and methodological approaches.  The theoretical approach that researchers use in this research is pragmatic because the topic is pragmatic studies, while the methodological approach that researchers use is a qualitative descriptive approach.  The object of study used in this research is a collection of Learning by Googling videos on the Sepulang Sekolah YouTube channel.  Researchers in collecting or collecting data use free listening and note-taking techniques.  The data analysis technique is the matching technique.  The matching technique or method is a technique or method used to identify the impact of the speaker's speech on the speech partner.  Furthermore, in presenting the data the researcher used informal techniques.  This article contains the results of research regarding the study of expressive speech acts which are applied to the study objects that researchers use and in which there are several forms of expressive speech, including praising, blaming, and criticizing.  The benefit of this research is to provide knowledge about expressive speech acts that often occur in everyday life. It is hoped that readers will know and understand the science of expressive speech acts and can be a reference for writers of articles regarding expressive speech acts.

The aim of this research is to find out what media can improve the thinking abilities of slow learner ABK students. The method used in this research design is a literature review study. Literature study is a form of research used to collect data sources related to a topic found in the field. Data collection for literature studies was carried out using the Google Scholar search tool. The screening results matched the required data, there were 7 national journal articles based on the articles found and analyzed. The results of this research are the discovery of media that are suitable and can support the success of slow learner ABK students in improving their thinking abilities, namely bussy box media, stamp game media, and puzzles.

Gamification system-based learning is a learning method that uses game elements and game thinking in a non-game environment to improve student behavior and engagement in the learning process. The concept of gamification in learning minimizes lectures by teachers about the material, and emphasizes interactivity and student involvement in learning. This research uses the literature review method to comprehensively analyze articles published from 2020 to 2023, of course with several specifications determined and 4 articles selected. The results of this research state that the gamification method is very effective and appropriate for increasing student learning motivation, because in implementing gamification students are required to be active during the learning process and also present interactive material.

This journal research aims to investigate the role of asset and liability management strategies' role in increasing Islamic banks' profitability. In this research, the Literature Review method was used. Where this research contains at least almost 80% of national and international articles and journals and e-books published on various platform providing articles, journals, and e-books at national and international levels that discuss asset and liability management strategies for Sharia banks. Literature Review is a national and international literature search carried out using the Google Scholar database (Knopf, 2006; Sugiyono, 2017). In the context of a changing and complex economy, a deep understanding of how Islamic banks can manage their assets and liabilities is crucial. By focusing on sharia principles, this research will identify strategies that can help sharia banks achieve optimal levels of profitability, while still complying with sharia provisions.

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

The purpose of this study is to explore the challenges and strategies in dealing with curriculum change at the school level. We will analyze the various factors that can influence the acceptance and implementation of curriculum change. This research is motivated by the existence of curriculum change at the school level, which in its implementation is often faced with complex challenges. So it is necessary for schools to know, then analyze these challenges that are likely to arise. After that, it is necessary for schools and educators to create and carry out effective strategies to overcome these challenges. This research uses a literature study research method in which the data collected and analyzed are secondary data derived from research results such as books, articles, journals, internet sites, and others relevant to this research.  The conclusion in this study is that curriculum changes in schools bring many challenges for teachers and students. Challenges and strategies in dealing with curriculum changes in schools can be understood through the theoretical basis of change management and learning theory. Effective strategies are needed to overcome complex challenges in implementing curriculum change in schools.

This research aims to develop a curriculum modification model for children with specialneeds and determine the empirical validity of curriculum modification. Data collection wascarried out through observation. The data analysis method uses descriptive qualitative, which inthis method discusses the process of in-depth communication interaction between the researcherand the phenomenon to be discussed. In addition, it is very important to formulate hypotheses regarding the influence of each variable that will be used for further research on the topic of sustainability in the field of Human Resource Management. The method used in the process of writing this article is known as qualitative research, which includes library research, drawing from internet sources such as Google Scholar, relevant journals and articles, and the use of the Mendeley application for the compilation of bibliographic references. The following are the conclusions that can be drawn from this article: The performance of employees in the performance of this system is very positive and significant. 2) Employee punishment is better than facing employee performance. 3) the tax and legal system has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance.

Educational facilities are all equipment, materials and furniture that are directly used in the educational process at school.In inclusive schools, schools must provide pedagogues who know and understand the education of children with special needs, educational teaching aids for children with special needs, and special spaces needed for children with special needs. To date, the Department of Education has not issued guidelines regarding standard room facilities for inclusive schools, but only has standard room facilities for public schools such as: study rooms, furniture rooms, landscaping rooms, learning equipment, decoration and classrooms and soon.

High Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) is a way of thinking for students at a higher cognitive level. This research aims to prove whether the implementation of HOTS-based learning has an impact in improving students' critical thinking skills in mathematics learning in elementary schools. The research method used is a literature review using the Google Scholar and Semantik Scholar databases for the 2020-2023 period. The HOTS-based learning model focuses on developing analyzing, evaluating and creating which refers to students' abilities in critical thinking. Based on the 8 selected articles, it shows that the implementation of HOTS learning in mathematics subjects can be implemented through learning models such as Game Based Learning or Digital Game Based Learning, teacher skills in implementing learning and developing assessments need to be considered. The application of HOTS learning is considered effective and able to improve students' critical thinking skills.
