This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Methods of collecting data by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires to respondents of employees of Yogya Mall Brebes through offline using a questionnaire. The population of Yogya Mall's fashion division employees is 40 employees. The data analysis method is using multiple regression analysis using spss 22. The results of the multiple regression test show that the partial t test of the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.680 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.02 the level is smaller of 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.943 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.00 the level is smaller than 0.05, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 1.690 > from 1.68830 with a significant level of 0.003 the level is smaller than 0.05, has a positive effect on employee performance at Yogya Mall Brebes. Then simultaneously (F) Fcount of 2.941 > Ftable 2.87 with a probability of 0.01 <0.05, then the hypothesis that all independent variables have a simultaneous effect can be accepted.

This study was made to determine whether the influence of the work environment and career path on employee loyalty KFC Pettarani Makassar. This study has 3 variables, namely, work environment (X1), career path (X2), employee loyalty (Y). The study used data collection techniques through questionnaires from all respondents, namely 38 people, because respondents were less than 100 then the entire population was a sample. The data analysis conducted in this study is multiple linear analysis to see whether the work environment and career path have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee loyalty at KFC Pettarani Makassar. From the results of multiple linear analysis, it can be explained by the equation Y = 1.114 + 0.342X1 + 0.449X2 with a constant value of 1.114, meaning that if the work environment (X1) and career path (X2) are zero, then the work environment and career path are 1114. The regression coefficient of the work environment and career path of 0.342 and 0.449 means that the work environment and career paths have increased, so employee loyalty has also increased. And the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 31,814 > 1,739 also a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the work environment and career path simultaneously (together) have an influence on employee loyalty.

Public service or community service is defined as the provision of services to people who have an interest. The Center for Conservation and Natural Resources is an agency that is engaged in the field of conservation and natural resources which is responsible for supervising the captive efforts and maintenance of protected plants and animals by individuals, companies and institutions. The community is the main source of information for this agency in terms of monitoring the use of natural resources in their environment, but it is the community themselves who rarely provide information because the community must report directly and it takes time and money to report. One alternative that can be done to provide good service is to build an information system application for communication media with the Work System Framework approach. Work System Framework is a system where humans or machines participate in running business processes using information, technology and resources, in conducting analysis and design modeling is carried out with the Unified modeling language.

Excessive anxiety can affect pregnancy and fetal growth. Irrational anxiety makes pregnant women uneasy and triggers stress. Babies born to stressed mothers tend to be hyperactive children and have difficulty controlling emotions(Maulana, 2016). To determine the level of anxiety of pregnant women and the factors that influence it in dealing with childbirth anxiety in the remote waters of Dabong Village, Kubu District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. The research methodology uses this research method using an analytical research method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were 31 pregnant women respondents. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate data analysis. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The research instrument consisted of a DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire for anxiety levels. Data were analyzed using Chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between two independent variables and the dependent variable, namely the level of anxiety and the factors that influence it (age, education, occupation, parity, level of knowledge). The results of the univariate data analysis showed that the anxiety level of many pregnant women experienced anxiety with a mild level of 12 pregnant women, 7 pregnant women, 6 pregnant women heavy. Bivariate data analysis with statistical test results obtained p value = 0.018 for age, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.043 for education, statistical test results obtained value for work p = 0.035, statistical test results obtained p value = 0.024 for parity and test results statistically obtained p value = 0.029 for the level of knowledge, on the anxiety of pregnant women, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth and the factors that influence it, The conclusion of the study is that pregnant women experience anxiety with levels of anxiety from mild to severe and there is an influence on the level of anxiety of pregnant women on anxiety in facing childbirth. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether compensation and work environment influence employee job satisfaction. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. The research population is employees of PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa has 679 employees and the determination technique uses accidental sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 87 respondents. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data can come from data that has been documented. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the multilevel regression analysis are Y = 7.831 + 0.323X1 + 0.408X2 + e which shows that compensation and the work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the test (t) or partial test show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 3.928 > t table 1.989 and work environment variables also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction where it can be seen that the calculated t value is 4.764 > t table 1,989. So 71.6% of the variation in the dependent variable, namely compensation and work environment in the model, can explain the variable job satisfaction at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa while the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other variables outside the model.
