The buffer zone of BJ. Habibie Grand Forest Park (Tahura) in Bihe Village, Asparaga District, plays a strategic role in balancing environmental conservation and community agricultural activities. However, the widespread practice of monoculture corn farming and land clearing through burning threatens ecosystem sustainability and accelerates environmental degradation. This study aims to analyze farmers’ perceptions of buffer zone management and to identify the challenges and potential for transitioning to sustainable agricultural systems. A descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach was used through field observations, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis. The findings indicate that most farmers possess basic awareness of the importance of conservation areas, but there are notable knowledge gaps regarding regulations and environmentally friendly practices. Although some farmers acknowledge the negative impacts of land burning and monoculture, economic limitations, inherited customs, and lack of technological support remain significant obstacles. Nevertheless, respondents expressed a high willingness to change their farming practices if provided with training and incentives. This study recommends a participatory strategy involving government bodies, conservation institutions, and academics to build farmers’ capacity and promote the adoption of sustainable agricultural technologies. A collaborative approach that considers the socio-economic realities of local communities is essential to ensure the long-term sustainability of the BJ. Habibie buffer zone without compromising farmers’ welfare.

Teacher certification is a government program that aims to improve the quality of education through professional recognition of teachers who have met certain competency standards. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through a literature review of various journals and relevantiliteratureisources. Theiresultsiof theianalysis show that a number of teachers experienced an increase in pedagogical competence, self-confidence, and teaching enthusiasm after obtaining certification. However, some others felt that the impact of certification had not been felt too much, especially due to the increasing administrative burden and the lack of further training. On the other hand, certification also provides benefits to teacher welfare through the provision of professional allowances, although there is still inequality in its distribution. The purpose of this research is to analyze Indonesian retail investors' perceptions of ESG implementation post the latest regulations, their experiences in detecting greenwashing, and the factors influencing these aspects. The research employed a qualitative approach using online data such as sustainability reports, news, surveys, and forums. The results indicate that retail investors' understanding of ESG varies, with a relatively low level of trust in corporate claims due to concerns about greenwashing. They rely on diverse information sources and use subjective ESG assessment criteria. Investors' experiences in identifying potential greenwashing are marked by the discovery of inconsistent information and suspicion towards specific indicators; however, actions taken vary and are often hindered by limitations. These perceptions and experiences are influenced by investor characteristics, the quality of information sources, regulatory effectiveness, corporate communication practices, and social and media influence. This research concludes the necessity for enhanced ESG literacy, reporting standardization, stricter oversight, and transparent communication to build trust and promote sustainable investment in Indonesia.

This study aims to assess how the development and tourism potential of Parepare City are perceived by the local community. Using a mixed-method approach (qualitative and quantitative), this research analyzes five main components (A5): Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary Services, Activities, and Accessibility, utilizing the Weighted Analysis technique (Likert Scale) to provide a structured evaluation. The findings indicate that public perceptions of tourism development vary. Artificial attractions received high ratings and are considered a key strength. Regarding amenities, the availability of places of worship was rated as the most adequate. However, in ancillary services, facilities such as clean water, electricity, and culinary services still require improvement. In terms of activities, events like festivals and recreational activities were deemed to be suboptimal in terms of implementation, management, and the involvement of local SMEs. Meanwhile, in the accessibility component, institutions such as Pokdarwis have not been effectively implemented. Therefore, a development strategy is needed that actively involves the community through training and empowerment, as well as continuous support from the government. Infrastructure improvement and regular evaluations are essential steps to enhance tourist interest in visiting Parepare City.

The subject of Aqidah Akhlaq in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) plays a central role in establishing the foundations of faith and commendable character from an early age. However, the transformation of values from the classroom into real-life habituation is often inconsistent, creating a gap between moral knowing and moral action. This study aims to describe the perceptions of 4th-grade MDT students regarding the application of Aqidah Akhlaq values in daily life, identify the influencing factors, and analyze implications for character formation. A qualitative descriptive approach supported by simple percentage data was employed. The subjects were 28 fourth-grade students of MDT Al Anwar, Grobogan Regency, selected through purposive sampling, with 5 students as in-depth interview informants, 1 teacher, and 1 parent as triangulation informants. Data were collected through eight sessions of participatory observation, a four-point Likert scale questionnaire, semi-structured interviews, and student habituation journal documentation. Analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014). Results showed that 85.7% of students perceived Aqidah Akhlaq values as a genuine life necessity, not merely examination material. The most consistent application was observed in respect toward teachers (89.3%) and disciplined ablution (78.6%), while independence in performing prayers at home and academic honesty remained fluctuating and dependent on external supervision. Key factors building positive perceptions were teacher exemplarity, structured daily habituation systems, and active family support, while digital media exposure served as the primary inhibiting factor. This study recommends a more structured synergy among the three pillars of education as the key to consistent and autonomous value internalization.

Digital transformation in the payment system in Indonesia is experiencing rapid development, especially with the presence of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which facilitates digital transactions in various sectors. One of the most popular digital wallet platforms and widely used by students is GoPay. This study aims to analyze the influence of the perception of benefits and ease of use of QRIS on GoPay usage decisions, with user satisfaction as an intervening or mediation variable. The research was conducted on students from private universities in Malang City using a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A total of 73 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square, method using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theoretical framework as a theoretical foundation. The results of the analysis show that the ease of use of QRIS significantly affects students' decisions to use GoPay. This is indicated by a t-statistical value that exceeds the significance threshold of 1.96. However, the perception of benefits has not been shown to have a significant influence on usage decisions. In addition, the results of the mediation test showed that user satisfaction played a significant role as a mediator in the relationship between ease of use and GoPay usage decisions. In contrast, user satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between benefit perception and usage decisions. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of developing a simple and intuitive user interface and user experience. Digital payment app developers are advised to focus on improving the usability aspect in order to encourage loyalty and repeat decisions from young users. This research makes an important contribution to the literature on the adoption of digital technology and the behavior of younger generation users in the era of digital transformation.
