Despite their 45% contribution to the global economy, international micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) face considerable obstacles in enhancing their global competitiveness because they lack the resources and access to efficient market analysis (OECD, 2025). In order to optimize cross-border MSME market analysis, this research attempts to construct a machine learning (ML) model coupled with a mixed-methods approach. A combination of quantitative (XGBoost and SEM-AMOS were used to analyze transaction data of 500 Indonesian export MSMEs 2020–2024) and qualitative (interviews with 15 MSME players) methods showed that the XGBoost model achieved 89% accuracy in predicting market trends, with key variables including exchange rate fluctuations (19%) and social media sentiment (28%). According to qualitative findings, the ML model does not identify cross-border regulatory constraints that 65% of MSMEs must deal with. These results validate market intelligence powered by AI as a strategic asset, extending the Resource-Based View paradigm. The significance of contextual adaptation and technological integration in the digital transformation of MSMEs is emphasized by this study.

The construction of a gazebo on the grounds of the Rectorate Building at Campus 1 of Gorontalo State University is an integral component of the Building Design Studio I course, which bridges theoretical knowledge and practical application for vocational students. This study aims to explore the process of student involvement in the design, implementation, and completion of the gazebo project, as well as to assess its alignment with the theory of simple building design and construction. The methods used for this project included on-site design evaluations, selection of local materials, distribution of group tasks, site analysis, creation of technical drawings, phased construction involving the lower, middle, and upper structures, and finishing. The results indicate that students effectively translated their technical drawings into a functional and aesthetically appealing structure. The gazebo was built using locally sourced materials, such as wood and bamboo, ensuring the structure met necessary strength standards while blending harmoniously with the campus environment. The activity highlighted the relevance of theoretical knowledge, with discussions emphasizing key concepts such as sustainability, accuracy in measurement, and effective team coordination. Furthermore, students' active participation in the project significantly enhanced their technical and managerial competencies, fostering a sense of responsibility toward the maintenance and development of campus facilities. The hands-on nature of the project also allowed students to gain real-world experience in construction practices, which directly contributes to their vocational training. This project serves as an effective example of project-based learning in vocational education, combining practical skills development with theoretical understanding. By engaging in this real-world application, students were able to strengthen their problem-solving abilities and gain insights into the complexities of construction projects, ultimately preparing them for professional careers in the field of architecture and building design

This study explores the vital role of families in shaping social values among children and adolescents within the increasingly dominant digital environment. Digital technology has transformed communication patterns and modes of cultural transmission, presenting new challenges for families in instilling core values while navigating technological influences. Using a qualitative case study approach, this research involved 15 Indonesian families from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Data collection methods included in-depth interviews, observations, and media diaries to understand the dynamics of value transmission in digital contexts. The findings reveal that family communication patterns—whether conversation-oriented, conformity-oriented, or laissez-faire—significantly influence children’s internalization of values. Effective strategies identified include parental digital co-learning, value-based guidance, and the promotion of critical media literacy. Major challenges include value conflicts between family teachings and digital culture, concerns over cultural preservation, and competition for children’s attention due to immersive technology.Nevertheless, the study also found that families can strategically leverage technology to reinforce values through careful media selection, engagement in meaningful digital activities, and fostering intergenerational connections. In conclusion, while families remain crucial socializing agents, the successful transmission of values requires thoughtful adaptation of traditional practices to meet the realities of the digital age.

Student discipline is a crucial aspect in the world of education that directly affects the effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to analyze the implications of punishment on student discipline using a behaviorist learning theory approach. In this theory, punishment functions as a consequence that reduces unwanted behavior, while positive reinforcement aims to encourage expected behavior. A case study of Mrs. Supriyani, a teacher accused of committing violence against students, is the focus of this study. The results of the study indicate that punishment given appropriately and consistently can build a deterrent effect and increase student discipline. However, excessive or unfair punishment tends to have negative impacts, such as emotional resistance and damaged teacher-student relationships. To achieve more effective discipline, a combination of educational punishment and positive reinforcement is needed so that students not only understand the bad consequences of violations but are also motivated to demonstrate good behavior. Prospects for further development of this research include the implementation of restorative justice methods in conflict resolution and strengthening the role of teachers as learning facilitators who educate without having to cause fear.

This service aims to identify factors that influence literacy and numeracy and evaluate the effectiveness of the literacy and numeracy improvement program in Nelela Village, SD N 173653. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with samples of students in grades 4, 5, and 6. Data were collected through literacy and numeracy tests, questionnaires, observations and interviews. The results of this service indicate that the average achievement of students in literacy and numeracy is still below the national standard, and the proportion of achieving the standard is still low. Factors such as limited resources, lack of teacher training and minimal parental support are cited as the main obstacles in improving literacy and numeracy skills. The literacy and numeracy improvement program implemented has succeeded in increasing the average student achievement, although there are still some obstacles that need to be overcome. The data shows that the average literacy and numeracy scores of students increased significantly after participating in this program. In addition, this service found that interactive learning methods and the use of educational technology have great potential to increase student interest and motivation. This service provides practical advice on improving literacy and numeracy in primary schools, including providing adequate learning resources, teacher training and development, using technology in learning and increasing parental involvement and support. By implementing these recommendations, it is hoped that the literacy and numeracy skills of students at SD N 173653 will improve significantly so that they are better prepared to face the next stage of education and academic challenges in everyday life.

This community service aims to improve the understanding of grade 4 students of SDN 173632 Parparean III, Porsea in learning nominal tens in English. There are still many elementary school students who have difficulty in recognizing, pronouncing, and writing tens in English correctly. This problem can hinder the development of their basic English skills, especially in terms of counting and daily conversation. To overcome these problems, this community service activity implements an innovative learning method that combines educational games, visual media, and interactive pronunciation techniques. The goal is to create a fun learning atmosphere and motivate students to actively participate in the learning process. The approach used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), with data collection through direct observation, short interviews with class teachers, and oral comprehension tests before and after the intervention. The results of the observation showed a significant increase in students' ability to understand and use tens in English after the method was applied. Thus, this learning method has proven effective and can be used as a reference or alternative strategy in teaching English at the elementary school level, especially for numbers and figures.
