This study aims to explain and test hypotheses regarding the influence of customer experience and product variation on consumer purchase decisions at Mie Judes Sambi Kediri, with brand image as a mediating variable. This research uses an associative approach with a quantitative method. The sampling technique employed is purposive sampling, involving 100 respondents who are consumers of Mie Judes Sambi. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and literature studies. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), processed using SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2, which includes testing the outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that customer experience and product variation have a positive and significant effect on brand image and purchase decisions. Brand image also has a significant influence on purchase decisions. Furthermore, brand image is proven to significantly mediate the influence of customer experience and product variation on purchase decisions. These findings affirm that enhancing customer experience and providing product variations that align with consumer preferences play a crucial role in building a strong brand image, which ultimately impacts consumer purchase decisions at Mie Judes Sambi Kediri.

This research aims to determine the influence of green marketing and social media promotion on purchasing decisions in the city of Solo Raya. This research uses quantitative methods using primary data through distributing questionnaires online on the Instagram platform. The questionnaire was taken using a non-probability sampling technique with the number of samples used in the research being 100 respondents. This research uses data analysis using SmartPLS software. The results of this research show that the green marketing variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and the social media promotion variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit either simultaneously or partially. Questionnaires were distributed to 101 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicated that all questions were stated to be valid and reliable. The results of multiple correlation analysis stated that there were very strong relationships between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK, the result of the coefficient of determination can be explained by 70.8%. The multiple regression analysis F test (simultaneous) states that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT WISE. The results of the t (partial) test state that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch. The population in this study is the company PT. Surabaya Wiyung Branch Pawnshop. The research method is assisted by the Partial Least Square program which is used with SmartPLS 4.0 software. This type of research used is quantitative research. Data taken using a questionnaire. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative and insignificant effect, and job satisfaction has employee performance has a negative and insignificant effect,work environment has a negative and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch, and workload has a negative and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch.

Poverty is a complex and ongoing social problem that requires an integrated and sustainable approach. The problem of poverty impacts various aspects of people's lives, so it is important to overcome the problem of poverty. The aim of this research is to describe public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with the data used in the form of secondary data sourced from documents, Central Statistics Agency (BPS), research journals, articles and relevant sources. The data analysis technique is inductive based on the data obtained, then analyzed in relation to public policy strategies in overcoming poverty. The results of this research show that public policy strategies have been successful and effective in reducing poverty levels through the leadership policies of Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla including the Prosperous Family Savings Program (SKS), the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), the Healthy Indonesia Program, then during Joko's leadership period Widodo and Ma'ruf Amin with the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program.

The aim of this research is to determine the role of IB Makbul smart savings in increasing DPK, which is located at PT Bank Sumut Capem Syariah HM Joni. The research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is all employees at Bank Sumut CAPEM Syariah HM JONI Medan, totaling 13 people. The sampling technique in this research was to use a saturated sampling technique (total sampling). Based on the results of the Kendall's Tau B test above, the significant value is 0.114 > 0.05 which indicates that the relationship between the Smart Ib Makbul savings variable and the third party funds (DPK) variable is not significant or in other words there is no/sufficient relationship between the variables. The three interpretations in the Kendall's Tau-B correlation test above, a conclusion can be drawn that "the relationship between Smart Ib Makbul savings and third party funds (TPF) is not significant, sufficient, and in the same direction.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and after-sales service on purchasing decisions at U Winfly Malang electric bike. This study used a quantitative approach, totaling 60 consumers on U Winfly Malang electric bike  who were selected by total sampling and saturated sample techniques as research subjects. The statistical analysis used in this study is with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.9 computer program. The results showed that brand image had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, product quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, After sales service had no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions at U Winfly electric bicycles Malang

This study aims to determine the relationship of the User Generated Content and E-WOM variables to Purchase intention and Purchase Decision on Nyrtea's Instagram Followers. The sample of this study was 100 respondents who were Nyrtea Instagram followers, had respondents' criteria from the age of 17 and had made purchases through Instagram social media. Sampling techniques using the questionnaire distribution method through Google Forms. The analysis tool used in the form of SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that UGC has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Purchase intention, UGC has no positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, E-WOM has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision, Purchase intention is positive and has a positive effect significant to Purchase Decision.

This research aims to examine the influence of organizational climate and emotional intelligence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling, specifically Simple Random Sampling, with a sample size of 53 employees. Data collection was conducted through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms. The research method was assisted by the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique using Smart PLS software version 4.0.8.6. The hypothesis testing results indicate the following: There is a non-significant positive influence between organizational climate and employee performance. There is a non-significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between emotional intelligence and motivation. There is a significant positive influence between motivation and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between the organizational climate variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable. There is a significant positive influence between the emotional intelligence variable and employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable.

Untuk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian smartphone Vivo ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhinya seperti Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian smartphone Vivo pada mahasiswa Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Potensi Utama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel metode Slovin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan jumlah sampel 85 responden mahasiswa/I Prodi Manajemen Universitas Potensi utama. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Vivo. Dan melalui hasil pengujian, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi Adjusted R square yaitu sebesar 0,522 atau 52,2% yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keputusan Pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Promosi, sedangkan sisanya dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Fashion muslim pada beberapa dekade terakhir mendapat perhatian besar dan banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat mempengaruhi konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran fashion dan beberapa faktornya terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengujian model dan hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan 180 responden dengan populasi yang merupakan wanita berusia antara 18-55 tahun yang berdomisili di Indonesia yang beragama Islam dan dalam keseharian menggunakan pakaian muslim. Hipotesis penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber pengetahuan fashion muslim, gaya berpakaian dan keunikan fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim. Kesadaran fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim. Namun motivasi fashion muslim tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim.

This study aims to analyze the learning orientation on the performance of salespeople through smart work, and hard work owned by salespeople. High sales force performance is needed by the company so that sales success can be achieved. Learning orientation is one of the factors that have an influence on increasing salesperson performance, because with a learning orientation it can make a salesperson able to work smartly, have the ability to sell, so that the salesperson's performance will increase. The research method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the AMOS program. The results of the study prove that learning orientation, smart work and hard work have a positive influence on the performance of salespeople.
