This research aims to analyze the influence of job placement, fringe benefits, and work facilities on the performance of employees at Jawa Pos Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and associative approach. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents who are employees of Jawa Pos Kediri. The data analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression, t-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, job placement, fringe benefits, and work facilities have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The R² value of 0.944 indicates that 94.4% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 5.6% is influenced by other factors. Therefore, this study emphasizes that appropriate job placement, adequate benefits, and sufficient work facilities are important factors in improving employee performance at Jawa Pos Kediri. Thus, the company management needs to pay more attention to these three aspects to create a productive and sustainable work environment.

This study aims to analyze the operational and marketing strategies of UMKM Bolu Kambu Daeng Rosi in enhancing the competitiveness of traditional food products in Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, through guided observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the enterprise's strengths lie in its culturallybased product differentiation and strong customer loyalty. However, the business still faces challenges in managerial aspects, digital promotion, and operational recording. SWOT analysis highlights the importance of strengthening production systems and applying simple marketing strategies to expand market reach. In addition, a daily profit and loss estimation shows a relatively high profit margin, though not yet supported by a documented financial system. The main recommendation is the need for gradual managerial transformation through simple financial record-keeping, basic visual promotion, and technology adaptation aligned with the owner's capacity. This research is expected to contribute to the development of local culinary-based MSMEs rooted in cultural heritage.

This study aims to analyze the quality control of white crystal sugar production at ABC Sugar Factory using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a case study design. The primary data consisted of production volume and defective product data during the 2024 production period, while supporting data were obtained through observation and interviews with the Quality Control department. The analytical tools applied included check sheets, histograms, Pareto diagrams, p control charts, and fishbone diagrams. The results show that from a total production of 190,745.89 tons, defective products amounted to 66.70 tons, representing 0.33 percent of total output. The identified defects consisted of wet sugar at 45 percent, brownish sugar color at 30 percent, and oversized sugar crystals at 25 percent. Defective products occurred only during the first to third production periods, while no defects were observed from the fourth to seventh periods. The p chart analysis indicates that the production process was statistically out of control in the early periods but became stable and controlled in the subsequent periods. From a managerial perspective, these findings provide practical guidance for improving manufacturing quality through enhanced process control, equipment maintenance, and workforce capability development.

This study aims to analyze traders’ perceptions and behaviors toward the implementation of sharia principles in Islamic banking products and services. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving traders at Parung Market selected through purposive sampling. Data were obtained through in depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using thematic analysis through coding, categorization, and pattern identification. The findings reveal that most traders hold positive perceptions of core Islamic banking values such as fairness, transparency, and the prohibition of usury. However, their understanding of sharia contracts varies and is not fully comprehensive. Despite these positive perceptions, actual behavior does not always align, as traders often prefer conventional banks for business transactions requiring speed, efficiency, and more reliable digital services. This indicates a clear gap between religious intentions and economic practices, commonly referred to as the intention behavior gap. The study concludes that improving Islamic financial literacy, strengthening digital service innovation, and enhancing service quality are essential to promoting wider adoption of Islamic banking products.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing members’ decisions to take murabahah financing at BMT Mentari Umat Wangon. The research employed a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. The population consisted of active members using murabahah financing, selected through purposive sampling. Independent variables included service quality, knowledge of Islamic products, trust, location, promotion, profit margin, and financing procedures, while the dependent variable was the members’ financing decision. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that service quality, Islamic product knowledge, trust, profit margin, and financing procedures significantly affect members’ decisions, whereas location and promotion have no significant effect. The most dominant factors are service quality and institutional trust. These findings support the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which emphasizes that attitudes, trust, and perceived control are key determinants of financial decision-making. The study implies that BMT should enhance service quality, strengthen financial literacy related to Islamic products, and develop digital-based service systems to improve efficiency and competitiveness.

This study aims to analyze and determine the optimal production capacity at Sekar Arum MSMEs to achieve maximum profit using the Linear Programming (LP) graphical approach. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used included primary data from interviews and observations, and secondary data from production and raw material records. The analysis was conducted by formulating a mathematical LP model consisting of an objective function and constraint functions based on the limited resources available to the enterprise. Data processing was carried out using POM-QM for Windows version 5 with the graphical method to identify the optimal solution point. The results indicate that the optimal production combination is 2 kilograms of red ginger and 3 kilograms of tamarind turmeric, yielding a maximum profit of Rp4,600,000 per production cycle. The implementation of Linear Programming proved effective in assisting MSME owners in making efficient production decisions, thereby enhancing profitability and the sustainable use of resources.

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, work discipline, and job commitment on employee productivity at DP3AP2KB Kota Kediri. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 45 employees, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity). The results indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant partial effect on employee productivity, while work discipline and job commitment show no significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect productivity with an Adjusted R² value of 0.846. These findings highlight that emotional intelligence is the dominant factor influencing productivity, whereas work discipline and job commitment function more as basic requirements already embedded within bureaucratic systems. The practical implication of this study suggests the need for soft skill development programs, emotional management training, and the improvement of employees’ interpersonal skills to enhance productivity in the public sector.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict, job stress, and compensation on employee performance at PT Nusa Gas Pratiwi. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 permanent employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results indicate that work-family conflict, job stress, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.900 implies that these three variables explain 90% of employee performance variation, while 10% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings reinforce the Job Demand-Resource and Role Enrichment theories, suggesting that job stress and role conflict can become positive driving forces when balanced with fair compensation and organizational support. Therefore, maintaining equilibrium between psychological and economic factors is essential to enhance employee productivity and loyalty.
