This study aims to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance at the Bima City BPKAS Office. The instrument used in this study was a Likert-scale questionnaire. The sample consisted of 40 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included observation, questionnaires, and literature review. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows. The results indicate that, partially and simultaneously, communication and organizational culture significantly influence employee performance at the Bima City BPKAD Office.

This study aims to examine the influence of competence, job placement, and work discipline on employee performance at the Samsat Office of Bima Regency. The research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 civil servants selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results show that competence, placement, and work discipline each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination indicates that 45.2% of the variance in performance is explained by the three variables. These findings suggest that improving employee competence through training, placing staff according to their skills, and consistently enforcing work discipline can enhance employee effectiveness and productivity. The study has important implications for human resource management in public institutions, particularly in improving service quality through better employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the impact of education and training, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at Bank BNI Main Branch Yogyakarta. A quantitative method using survey and multiple linear regression analysis was employed. A sample of 75 respondents was selected using Slovin's formula from a population of 238 employees. The results indicate that all three variables significantly affect employee performance. Education and training enhance employee skills, while motivation drives employees to commit more to their work. Fair and competitive compensation contributes to employee satisfaction and productivity. This study provides valuable insights for organizations in developing employee-related policies. However, the research is limited to a single branch and employs a quantitative approach, suggesting the need for further studies with a qualitative approach and a broader sample size for more comprehensive results.

This study aims to determine how much influence Service Excellent and Relationship Marketing have on Customer Satisfaction of PT Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah KC Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 5239 customers with incidental sampling method using the formula obtained a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods, primary data which is then processed using IBM SPSS 25. The T test results show that service excellent has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, relationship marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service excellent and relationship marketing have a joint effect on customer satisfaction. Proven by the coefficient of determination of 63.8% while the remaining 36.2% is influenced by other variables.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Management Information System (SIM) in supporting the decision-making process at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This study explores the integration, reliability and contribution of information systems used in managing property and land information and their impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of decisions. The research methodology includes surveys of system users, interviews with top-level managers, and documentation of analyzes related to the technological infrastructure implemented. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative methods to understand the adequacy of the system, its suitability to user needs, and its contribution to the decision-making process. The research results show that the implemented Management Information System has a number of advantages, including efficient data management, better information accessibility, and real-time data availability. However, challenges such as data security and the need for increased integration with other systems were identified as potential improvements. In the context of decision making, MIS is proven to play an important role in providing timely and accurate information for management in making strategic decisions regarding land ownership, document updates and property transfers. Recommendations are prepared based on research results to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Management Information System to support better decision making at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This research provides valuable insights for managers and developers of information systems in the context of the Land Agency, as well as a basis for improving the system to increase its decision-making role to a more strategic and responsive nature.

The state's contribution from taxes amounts to 85%, indicating the dominant role of taxes in significantly contributing to the state's finances. This research aims to examine the influence of the self-assessment system and tax audits on the Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue. The self-assessment system emphasizes the active role of taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations; however, the potential for taxpayer non-compliance may negatively impact tax revenue. Therefore, tax audits are essential to balance the implementation of the self-assessment system and ensure that the filing of Tax Returns (SPT) aligns with the conditions of the taxable objects. This study employs a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression and testing classical assumptions such as multicollinearity, autocorrelation, normality, and heteroskedasticity. Hypothesis testing is conducted using t-tests and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS 22. A sample of 36 respondents was selected based on specific criteria, and secondary data were obtained from the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office in the form of documents. The research findings indicate that simultaneously, the self-assessment system and tax audits do not significantly influence VAT revenue in the Mulyorejo Primary Tax Office during the period of 2020-2022. The implication is that while the active role of taxpayers and tax audits has potential impacts, their simultaneous implementation does not significantly contribute to the increased Value Added Tax revenue in the region.

This research aims to find out how much influence audit risk and work stress have on the motivation of auditors at the Padang City Public Accounting Firm. In this research, the population is all auditors in public accounting offices in Padang City. The population in this study was 92 people consisting of several employees who had different positions/groups in KAP Padang City. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling method. The regression analysis carried out was multiple linear regression analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (t test) showed: (a) The audit risk variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. (b) The work stress variable has a positive and significant effect on auditor motivation. Meanwhile, the simultaneous test of audit risk and work stress has a positive and significant influence on auditor motivation. Auditors may be motivated by the challenge of performing high-quality audits in the face of increased audit risk. These challenges can provide a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction for auditors who successfully navigate risks and complete high-quality audits. The stress faced in challenging work situations can motivate individuals to try harder and challenge themselves. When someone feels that they can overcome or cope with a difficult task, this can increase their motivation to succeed.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. The analysis of this research is whether the work environment and work facilities have an effecthas a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Representative Council OfficeRegional People of West Sumatra Province. The method that I use in this research isquantitative method with the help of the SPSS 22.0 program. This study uses analysismultiple linear regression. The population in this study were all House of Representatives employeesRegional People of West Sumatra Province, and Sample A total of 89 respondents. primary datausing the Questionnaire. This study shows that the work environment has a positive effectand significant to the performance of employees of the Regional Representatives Council of Sumatra ProvinceWest. tested and acceptable based on the t-count value of Variable X1 3.258 t-table 1.663 andsign value (0.002 < 0.005) The magnitude of the influence of the work environment (X1) on performanceemployees (Y) of 0.191 units. Work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance.tested and acceptable based on t-count (5.480) t-table (1.663) and sign (0.00) < 0.05.the magnitude of the influence of work facilities (X2) on performance (Y) is 0.445. which meanevery time there is a good work facility it will increase performance by 0.445 units. R² valueis 0.467 which indicates that the independent variable (X1,X2) explains the effectto the dependent variable namely Employee Performance of 0.467 or 46.7%. conclusion onIn this study, the work environment and work facilities have a positive and significant effecton the performance of employees at the Regional People's Representative Council office of Sumatra ProvinceWest.

Pembangunan pedesaan yang dikerjakan haruslah sinkron dengan masalah yang dihadapi, serta partisipasi masyarakatnya dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang di perlukan untuk merancang dan membangun perekonomian yang dimiliki, serta memanfaatkan potensi ekonomi yang ada sehingga bisa lebih meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Fenomena yang ada pada desa jatimulyo kecamatan dendang kabupaten tanjung jabung timur yaitu masih banyak program kerja desa yang masih belum terealisasi. Sama sepeti dengan Desa – desa yang lain, Proses Pengelolaan Dana Desa pada Kantor Desa Jati Mulyo terdiri dari 3 Tahap Yaitu Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Pelaporan/Pertanggungjawaban. Program desa yang masih belum terealisasi sebagaimana yang telah dijelaskan diatas, dikarenakan proses pegelolaan manajemen dana desa yang belum maksimal sehingga berdampak dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan desa. Manajemen Pengelolaan Dana Desa dari tahun 2018-2021 sudah menunjukan beberpa  peningkatan di banding dengan tahun sebelumnya akan tetapi masih saja ada program yang belum terealisai. Hal ini dibuktikan masih ada program pembangunan yang belum di laksanakan. Dalam proses pengelolaan Dana Desa pada kantor Desa Jati Mulyo terdir dari tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan/pertanggungjawaban. Tidak terealisasi nya program tersebut dikarenakan proses pengelolaan manajemen dana desa yang belum maksimal. Desa Jati Mulyo belum mencapai indicator diantaranya belum cukup baik akses masyarakat dalam kegiatan ekonomi, akses yang dimaksud ini adalah perkerasan jalan yang belum maksimal sehingga masyarakat masih kesulitan dalam mengeluarkan hasil bertani. Dalam tinjaun manajemen syariah terhadap pengelolaan Dana Desa sendiri bahwasannya pelaksanaan Dana Desa masih belum cukup memenuhi standar nilai-nilai dasar ekonomi islam, disini manajemen pengelolaan Dana Desa masih mengarah ke konvensional. Akan tetapi kalau dilihat dari sifat dari nilai syariah yang rabbani dimana pengawasan internal yang dilakukan dari hati nurani yang bergerak untuk menunjukkan ataupun mewujudkan sesuai tujuan, sudah dilakukan olehaparatur dan masyarakat dalam hal mengawasi pengelolaan Dana Desa baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Pendelegasian Wewenang Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Sibolga.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang ada pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi g secara serempak dan sisanya sebesar 21,4% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji t pada penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai Kelas III Sibolga dengan penyebaran kuesioner berjumlah 35 (Tiga puluh lima) responden. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,786 hal ini berarti bahwa yang terjadi pada variasi variabel terikat Efektivitas kerja 78,6 % ditentukan oleh variabel bebas Komunikasi dan Pendelegasian Wewenan t hitung Komunikasi sebesar 3.600, dan Pendelegasian wewenang sebesar  6.780 > t tabel 2.03693 maka hipotesis menyatakan  Komunikasi dan Pendelegasian wewenang  secara parsial atau individu berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas kerja pegawai  pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi Kelas III Sibolga dapat diterima. Sedangkan dari hasil uji F diketahui Nilai F hitung 58.941 > F tabel 3.29 dan signifikasi F hitung 0.000 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesis yang menyatakan Komunikasi dan Pendelegasian wewenang berpengaruh signifikan secara bersama atau simultan terhadap Efektivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Distrik Navigasi

This study aims to analyze the ease of making payments, ability to pay and compliance with making payment of the individual participant National Health Insurance (JKN-KIS) in the BPJS Kesehatan Magelang. This research, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute to BPJS Kesehatan regarding matters and ideas to form a strategy which can increase the collectability of JKN-KIS premium payment contributions, especially for the individual participant segment. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires given to 400 individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data that has been collected through distributing questionnaires, then testing the instrument. Where, the instrument test consists of validity and reliability tests. Researchers in this study took samples using purposive sampling technique, specifically for individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the average (mean). The results of the analysis show that the ease of making payments shows the dimensions mean high category in all dimensions, so it can be concluded that the participants are very easy to make contribution payments with the payment mechanisms and procedures and channels provided by BPJS Kesehatan. The results analysis of the ability to pay and the results analysis of compliance with making payments show the dimensions mean value of the low category in all dimensions. That it needs to receive special attention from BPJS Kesehatan so the ability and compliance in paying contributions will increase.

Keselamatan Pelayaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan menduduki posisi sentral dalam segala aspek di dunia pelayaran. Pengabaian atas Keselamatan Pelayaran cenderung akan mengakibatkan kerugian dari segi materi, medis, pencemaran lingkungan perairan dan kerugian jiwa. Namun melihat kasus kecelakaan kapal yang semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun dan korban jiwa yang semakin banyak, keselamatan pelayaran perlu mendapat perhatian yang ekstra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Dengan populasi Karyawan Operasional Kantor Syahbandar dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Tanjung Wangi dan Nahkoda diambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Non-Probability Sampling dengan jenis Quota Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen yaitu Sumber Daya Awak Kapal (X1), Alat Telekomunikasi (X2), dan Pemanduan (X3) yang diteliti terbukti secara individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi variabel dependen yaitu Keselamatan Pelayaran (Y). Dengan variabel Sumber Daya Awak Kapal (X1) memiliki pengaruh tertinggi dari pada variabel lain dalam mempengaruhi Keselamatan Pelayaran (Y). Pada uji koefisien determinasi (R Square) nilai Adjust R Square sebesar 0.619 artinya 61.9% peningkatan Keselamatan Pelayaran dipengaruhi oleh variable Sumber Daya Awak Kapal, Alat Telekomunikasi, dan Pemanduan. Sedangkan sisanya 38,1% dijelaskan oleh sebab – sebab yang lain di luar variabel yang diteliti.
