This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of the Wadiah Savings Product (Hanabung) at KSPPS Hanada Quwais Sembada using a SWOT approach to identify internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities, and threats influencing the institution’s marketing performance. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method supported by qualitative data obtained from interviews with five key informants. Data analysis was conducted using the IFE and EFE matrices to evaluate the weight, rating, and score of each strategic factor. The findings indicate that KSPPS Hanada’s major strengths include strong member loyalty, personalized services, and compliance with sharia principles. The main weaknesses are conventional promotional activities, limited marketing human resources, and insufficient digital innovation. Opportunities arise from increasing public awareness of Islamic finance, while threats come from digital financial service competition and low financial literacy levels. With an IFE score of 3.10 and an EFE score of 2.75, the institution is positioned within a growth strategy. The study highlights the need for more innovative and adaptive marketing strategies through digitalization, human resource development, and continuous financial literacy initiatives.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and incentive provision on employee performance in the production department of PT Wonojati Wijoyo. The study employed an associative quantitative approach, with 65 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire that passed validity and reliability tests. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 29, including classical assumption tests, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation and incentive provision have no significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 77.9%, indicating that the remaining 22.1% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. These findings highlight the importance of implementing human resource management policies that balance discipline, reward systems, and motivation programs to improve employee performance sustainably.

This study aims to analyze the effect of physical work environment, work motivation, and teamwork on employee performance at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving all 51 employees as the total sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire developed from the theories of Herzberg, Luthans, and Tuckman. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure instrument quality, while data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. Classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, were performed to verify the model’s adequacy. The results indicate that the physical work environment, work motivation, and teamwork have positive and significant effects on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Among these variables, work motivation exerts the strongest influence on performance improvement. Overall, the three independent variables explain 84.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 15.8% is explained by other factors not included in the model. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening employee motivation, improving workplace conditions, and fostering a collaborative work culture to enhance human resource management effectiveness in the financial service industry.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee productivity at the Semarak Dana Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative.  The problem of low discipline and performance of marketing staff is an important background, given the limited empirical studies on human resource factors in micro cooperatives in Indonesia.  This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique on 35 respondents.  The instrument, in the form of a questionnaire, consisted of 28 statement items measured on a 1–5 Likert scale, with validity and reliability tests showing good results (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). Multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS 26. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on productivity (β = 0.723, p < 0.05), as does organizational commitment (β = 0.555, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, these two variables contribute to an increase in employee productivity with a coefficient of determination of 77.8%.  These findings support the theories of Locke (1976) and Meyer & Allen (1991) and are in line with previous studies, although the context of micro cooperatives provides unique characteristics. The practical implications of this study encourage cooperatives to strengthen their reward systems, provide training, and improve work SOPs, particularly in marketing services. The limitations of this study lie in the small sample size and cross-sectional design. Future research is recommended to use a larger sample, a longitudinal approach, and include moderator variables such as work motivation or organizational culture.

Data were collected using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN) are a vital component in the operational activities of an organization. However, their performance management faces challenges in efficiency and standardization. This scientific paper examines the potential implementation of Google Sites as a platform for PPNPN performance management. The analysis focuses on the existing regulatory framework. The proposed model leverages the integration of Google Sites with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and other supporting applications provided by Google to digitize the performance management cycle, from planning, monitoring, and evaluation (based on indicators such as integrity, discipline, teamwork, communication, and service), to documentation and feedback. The main advantages of this platform include administrative efficiency, increased data transparency and accessibility, centralized data management, potential for consisten process, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness. Nevertheless, its implementation faces significant challenges related to the digital literacy gap among PPNPN with diverse roles, data security and privacy issues in the public sector, the need for robust change management, feature limitations compared to specialized HRIS systems, particularly in the Ministry of Finance where the research object's office is located, and the necessity for adequate supporting infrastructure. This research concludes that Google Sites offers a technically viable solution, but its success highly depends on the organizational and human resource readiness of both the HR managers and the PPNPN themselves.

"Insider" practices and "privileges" are often overlooked in human resource management (HRM) discourse, despite their significant impact on organizational justice, employee motivation, and overall performance. This article explores how informal connections and preferential treatment undermine meritocratic systems, distort perceptions of fairness, and reduce job satisfaction and employee commitment. Using a qualitative case study approach, the findings reveal that perceptions of injustice caused by informal practices—such as promotions based on personal ties, biased performance evaluations, and exclusive access to opportunities—can significantly weaken both intrinsic and extrinsic employee motivation. The study highlights the urgency of implementing transparent, accountable, and performance-based reward systems as strategic efforts to foster a fair and healthy organizational culture. Practically, organizations must develop HRM policies that are not only procedurally fair but also perceived as equitable to sustain long-term employee productivity and retention.
