This study explores the principal’s leadership strategies and the role of organizational climate in improving teacher work discipline. Teacher discipline is a crucial element in ensuring instructional quality, professional accountability, and sustainable school performance. A qualitative case study approach was employed to obtain an in-depth understanding of leadership practices implemented in the natural setting of the school. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis involving the principal, vice principals, and teachers. The findings reveal that discipline improvement is shaped by exemplary leadership, dialogic communication, continuous coaching, and the application of humanistic regulations supported by moral and social rewards. Discipline is therefore constructed not merely through administrative control but through shared values and social interaction. This study contributes to educational leadership literature by providing contextual evidence of how leadership practices interact with organizational environments in shaping teacher behavior. Practically, the findings offer guidance for school leaders in designing participatory and sustainable discipline development strategies.

The SAKTI values are believed to create a conducive, harmonious, and motivating work environment, so that educators can work optimally in supporting the achievement of educational goals. This research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to all 32 teaching and educational staff as research respondents. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application to determine the extent of the influence of organizational culture on educational productivity. The results of the study show that the SAKTI organizational culture has a significant influence on educational productivity. This is indicated by the value of the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.650, which means that 65% of the variation in educational productivity can be explained by organizational culture. Meanwhile, the significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and the t-count of 10.211, which is greater than the t-table of 2.042, indicate that the null hypothesis (H₀) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) is accepted. These findings confirm that the higher the implementation of organizational culture with SAKTI values in madrasah, the higher the level of educational productivity achieved. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions need to continuously instill, internalize, and strengthen organizational culture based on SAKTI values in order to improve the quality of educators and encourage the creation of more effective, efficient, and competitive education.

Looking at the culture that occurs in the environment where we live, most early education is handled by a mother, although there are some fathers who also pay great attention to children's education, but this is still relatively rare and most of the time it is the mother who educates them starting from being able to eat, walk, talk, bathe and etc. Due to the understanding in society that a mother only stays at home without needing to work, the job of earning a living is the father's duty, but in everyday life there are many households where the father's work cannot meet daily needs so the mother must help.In the end, many mothers have outside jobs, mothers are still required to educate their children and earn a living. For mothers, this is an obligation that they must carry out, apart from education in daily life, mothers must also think about psychological and spiritual development, Islamic religion, so that their children have a path that is blessed by Allah SWT.The method that career mothers usually use in educating their children is putting them in TPQ, Islamic boarding school, continuous habituation, parents providing examples. The results obtained from these various efforts are that children get used to praying 5 times a day from childhood, get used to reading the Al-Qur'an, are polite to their parents, behave well towards neighbors, older people or friends and so on.
