This research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The research data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 90 respondents who were consumers of Bike Republic Store Medan using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption tests, partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The results show that partially product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 2.989 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.987 and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. Brand image also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 4.195 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.987 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with an F-count value of 90.223 which is greater than the F-table value of 3.951 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, the coefficient of determination shows an R Square value of 0.670, which means that product quality and brand image are able to explain purchasing decisions by 67%, while the remaining 33% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Corporate Image and Service Quality through Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Semen Indonesia distributors in Gresik using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The study population consisted of 102 customers, all of whom were sampled. The results indicate that Corporate Image and Service Quality have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Both variables were also shown to have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty. However, unlike several previous research findings, Customer Satisfaction did not have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty. This finding indicates that in the context of the cement distribution business, customer loyalty is not formed solely from satisfaction, but is more influenced by other factors such as consistent service quality, a strong corporate image, competitive pricing, and long-term business relationships. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening image and improving service quality as key strategies for maintaining customer loyalty.

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of Brand Image, Service Quality, and  Price on Guest Loyalty in CV Betah Banget Corp, an entity in the accommodation industry that faces fierce competition in the digital era. The quantitative method was used with a multiple linear regression analysis approach to test the relationships between variables. The results of the partial test showed that Brand Image had a significant influence on Guest Loyalty (Count = 2.701 > Ttable = 1.659; sig = 0.008 < 0.05), confirming that positive perception of Brand Image is a key factor in building customer loyalty. Service quality showed a very significant influence (Thcal = 7,338 > Ttable = 1,659; sig = 0.000 < 0.05), strengthening the role of service as a key driver of guest retention amid increasing consumer expectations. In contrast, the  Price variable did not show a significant influence on Guest Loyalty (Thcal = 0.709 < Ttable = 1.659; sig = 0.480 > 0.05), indicating that the  Price aspect is not a major determinant in a customer's decision to remain loyal. These findings provide strategic implications for accommodation industry players to prioritize strengthening Brand Image and improving service quality in an effort to maintain customer loyalty.

The souvenir industry in Kediri has become increasingly competitive, driving business actors to strengthen their marketing strategies through brand image, service quality, and product variety. Rumah Madumongso, as one of the well-known local souvenir centers, faces challenges in maintaining consumer appeal amid the abundance of similar products available in the market. Therefore, a study is needed to examine the factors influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image, service quality, and product variety on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The study applied a quantitative approach with a survey method, collecting data from 130 respondents using questionnaires distributed through accidental sampling. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, employing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that brand image and product variety have a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. In contrast, service quality has a positive and significant influence, emphasizing the crucial role of service in encouraging consumers to make purchases. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, as indicated by an F-value of 56.740 with a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.575 indicates that 57.5% of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by brand image, service quality, and product variety, while the remaining 42.5% is influenced by other factors beyond this study. These findings highlight the need for more comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the competitiveness of local souvenir industries.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product variety, and bundling price on purchasing decisions among X consumers. The method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design, so as to be able to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are active consumers of X. To ensure data quality, a series of tests were conducted including validity, reliability, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The main analysis used multiple linear regression supported by t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicating that consumers' positive perceptions of X's reputation were able to encourage higher purchasing interest. Bundling price also proved to have a significant effect, because the strategy of combining package prices was considered to provide economic benefits and added value for consumers. In contrast, product variety did not have a significant effect, indicating that consumers place more emphasis on brand image and pricing strategies than simply menu diversity. However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables were still shown to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value of 0.594 indicates that the combination of the three variables can explain 59.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other external factors such as service quality, consumer trends, promotions, and customer experience. These findings reinforce the understanding that a strong brand image-based marketing strategy and the implementation of appropriate bundling prices can be key to increasing consumer appeal. For local coffee businesses like X, this study provides practical implications to focus more efforts on strengthening brand image, creating a consistent consumer experience, and optimizing pricing strategies.

This study investigates the influence of promotion, brand image, and location on purchasing decisions at 3Second Store Kediri. The research employs a quantitative approach using both primary and secondary data sources. The primary data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 309 respondents, while the secondary data were collected via interviews with store supervisors and direct observation at the research site. The variables under examination include promotion, brand image, and location as independent variables, and purchasing decision as the dependent variable. Data analysis involved both partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing to determine the strength and significance of each variable’s effect. The findings reveal that, partially, each of the three independent variables—promotion, brand image, and location—has a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. This indicates that improvement in any of these aspects will lead to a higher likelihood of customers making a purchase. Simultaneous testing also demonstrates that the three variables collectively exert a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. Among these, promotion emerges as the most dominant factor affecting purchasing decisions, as confirmed through the partial t-test results. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.581, which signifies that 58% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three examined variables, while the remaining 42% is attributed to other factors not covered in this study, such as product quality, customer service, and pricing strategies. These results suggest that marketing strategies focusing on well-planned promotional activities, maintaining a strong and positive brand image, and choosing a strategic store location can effectively increase customer purchasing decisions. The findings provide valuable insights for retail management, particularly for fashion retail brands like 3Second Store, in developing targeted strategies to optimize sales performance.
