This study analyzes the synergy between human resource development (HRD), work culture, and decision-making systems in enhancing productivity and organizational performance. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative literature review, with sources from peer-reviewed articles from 2021-2025 obtained through databases such as Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. The research findings indicate that HRD can improve employee competence by up to 28.7%, while work culture contributes 41.4-55% to motivation and collaboration within teams. Decision-making systems, such as AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and BI (Business Intelligence), play a role in optimizing operational efficiency by up to 65%. The synergy of these three elements forms a more adaptive organization to change. One example of the implementation of this synergy can be seen in PT X Jakarta, which experienced a 28% increase in output and employee satisfaction reached 85%. However, the main challenge faced is resistance to change, which can be overcome through effective communication. The practical implications of this study include recommendations for holistic organizational transformation, especially in Indonesia, to face the challenges of global disruption.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Jimbun Medika Inpatient Primary Clinic. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon observed in the field, where employee job satisfaction levels show frequent fluctuations. These fluctuations have the potential to impact not only individual productivity but also the overall quality of healthcare services provided to patients. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique as the primary data collection method. The population in this study includes employees of the Jimbun Medika Inpatient Primary Clinic, with data collected using structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical tools, including multiple linear regression analysis, to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research findings indicate that Servant Leadership (X1), when tested partially, does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, Work Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) each show a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, when analyzed simultaneously, all three independent variables—Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment—have a significant combined effect on job satisfaction levels among employees at the clinic. These findings suggest that to improve employee satisfaction and ultimately enhance service quality, the management of Jimbun Medika should prioritize improving motivation and providing a supportive work environment, while also re-evaluating leadership strategies to better align with employee needs and expectations.

This research was conducted with the primary objective of examining and determining the effect of occupational safety, occupational health, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) on employee performance at UD. Berkah Mandiri, located in Kediri Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of implementing OHS in the workplace as an effort to minimize the risk of accidents, improve employee well-being, and support overall company productivity. In today’s increasingly competitive industrial world, attention to occupational safety and health is a key factor that not only protects workers but also enhances organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of 56 employees, all of whom were taken as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument constructed based on indicators of occupational safety, occupational health, OHSMS, and employee performance. The data were then analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing both partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis revealed that occupational safety has a significant effect on employee performance, indicating that the better the implementation of safety standards, the higher the performance achieved. Similarly, occupational health was found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, suggesting that healthy working conditions contribute to higher motivation and work effectiveness. Furthermore, the OHSMS also significantly influenced employee performance, reflecting that proper policies, procedures, and supervision in OHS management create a safe and productive work environment. Collectively, the three variables—occupational safety, occupational health, and OHSMS—were proven to have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at UD. Berkah Mandiri. Thus, this study emphasizes that occupational safety, occupational health, and OHSMS are crucial factors that must receive serious attention in order to improve employee performance and support sustainable business continuity.

This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and job training on employee performance, with work motivation as an intervening variable, at the Pakan Rabaa Community Health Center in Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The background of this study is based on the importance of improving the quality of human resources through career development strategies and targeted job training programs, as well as the role of work motivation as a driving factor for employee performance. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 66 respondents who are employees of the Pakan Rabaa Community Health Center. The results of the study show several important findings. First, career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Second, job training has a positive but insignificant effect on work motivation. Third, career development has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Fourth, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Fifth, work motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Sixth, career development has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. Seventh, job training also had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. This finding indicates that although career development and job training have a positive relationship with performance, the effect is not always significant when mediated by work motivation. Other factors beyond work motivation may also influence employee performance at the Pakan Rabaa Community Health Center. This study recommends that management strengthen career development and job training programs relevant to employee needs, while identifying other motivational factors that can further enhance performance.

This study aims to analyze various factors that influence employee performance at Coffee Coftea Kendari. Specifically, this study examines (1) the influence of the work environment on employee performance, (2) the influence of work discipline on employee performance, (3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance, (4) the influence of work discipline on employee performance, (5) the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (6) the influence of the work environment on employee performance through work motivation, and (7) the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Coffee Coftea Kendari. This means that the better the work environment provided, the higher the employee performance. However, the work environment does not have a significant effect on work motivation. This shows that although a comfortable work environment can improve performance, work motivation factors are more influenced by other variables, such as work discipline. Work discipline has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. This shows that employees who have high work discipline tend to have a stronger motivation to work well, which in turn improves their performance. Work motivation was also found to have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, confirming that high motivation can encourage employees to improve their productivity and work quality. Furthermore, this study also found that work motivation only significantly mediated the effect of work discipline on employee performance, but did not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee performance. This means that although work motivation plays an important role in improving performance influenced by work discipline, motivation does not act as a mediator linking the work environment to employee performance.

This study aims to determine the relationship between conflict management, occupational safety and health (OHS), and work motivation towards increasing employee productivity at PT. Ratna Beton Giriwoyo. The background of this study is based on the importance of human resource management as a company's main asset in achieving optimal productivity targets, especially in the construction industry sector which has its own challenges in creating a safe and productive work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to all company employees as respondents. The data obtained are then analyzed statistically to determine the effect of each variable on employee work productivity. The results show that conflict management has a significant relationship with employee productivity. Properly managed conflict not only avoids a decline in performance but can also increase morale and cooperation between employees. In addition, the implementation of good occupational safety and health (OHS) contributes to a sense of security and comfort at work, thereby reducing workplace accidents and increasing employee focus and work efficiency. Work motivation has also been shown to have an important role in encouraging employees to achieve predetermined performance targets. These three variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee work productivity. These findings suggest that an integrated approach to conflict management, OSH implementation, and increased work motivation can be an effective strategy for improving company performance. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to the management of PT. Ratna Beton Giriwoyo in formulating human resource development policies, as well as serve as an academic reference for researchers and students interested in human resource management, particularly in the construction sector.

This study aims to determine the effect of Discipline and Motivation on Employee Performance at PLTU Pangkalan Susu Sejahtera. The research was conducted at PLTU Pangkalan Susu Sejahtera with a total of 48 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, so the sample size was 48 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicate that each question item produced from the questionnaire data is valid and reliable. The data quality tests, namely the normality test, show that the data is normally and significantly distributed. Furthermore, the multicollinearity test also indicates no multicollinearity, as the Tolerance value is >10 and the VIF value is <10. Meanwhile, the heteroscedasticity test shows that the data is not homogeneous, meaning it does not form a specific pattern and is evenly spread throughout the area. The results of the hypothesis test show that, based on the t-test, the variables that influence Employee Performance are Compensation Motivation and Discipline, both of which have an effect. The detailed t-test results are as follows: For variable X1, the t-count is 6.604, while the t-table is 2.014, so t-count (6.604) > t-table (2.014). This is also supported by a significant value of 0.003 (0.003 < 0.050), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which implies that Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance. For variable X2, the t-count is 4.452, while the t-table is 2.014, so t-count (4.452) > t-table (2.014). This is also supported by a significant value of 0.004 (0.004 < 0.05), meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which implies that Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test result shows that F-count is 11.021, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.20. This is further supported by a significance level of 0.003, which is smaller than α = 0.05, meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Discipline and Work Motivation (simultaneously) have an effect on Employee Performance. The R-square value is 62.2%, which means that the independent variables in this study contribute significantly, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

This research analyzes the satisfaction level of PERISAI agents regarding BPJS Ketenagakerjaan regulations at the Darmo Surabaya Branch Office. The PERISAI program, launched in 2018, represents a strategic innovation in the agency system to expand membership, particularly in the Non-Wage Recipient (BPU) sector. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving participatory observation over four months (September-December 2024), in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. Results indicate that the PERISAI policy transformation since May 2022, particularly the increase in contribution incentives from 7.5% to 15%, has positively impacted agent motivation. The reward system combining financial and non-financial incentives through gathering programs and point systems proves effective in building loyalty. Success in achieving BPU participant acquisition targets is influenced by agents' ability to develop personal approaches and build local community networks. The integration of digital platforms in acquisition processes and performance monitoring enhances operational efficiency. Capacity development programs through cross-generational communication training and social security fund management provide a strong foundation for PERISAI agents' task execution.
