This research investigates the effectiveness of gamification strategies in enhancing student engagement and motivation in science education. The study introduces gamified learning activities, such as point systems, leaderboards, and digital badges, into the science curriculum. Through a series of surveys and classroom observations, the research finds that gamification significantly increases student participation, interest, and overall achievement in science subjects. The paper discusses the benefits of incorporating game-based elements into science teaching and provides recommendations for educators looking to implement gamification in their classrooms.

This type of research is an experimental research involving two experimental groups. The sample in this study was class XII.  1 as experimental class 1 and class XII. 2 as experimental class 2. Data were collected using questionnaires, tests, and observation sheets. The data were then analyzed descriptively and two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with a post hoc test. The results of the study showed that (1) the average mathematics learning achievement of students using the Talk Stick cooperative learning model was 88.7 out of an ideal value of 100 with a very high category, (2) the average mathematics learning achievement of students using the Example Non-Example cooperative learning model was 87.6 out of an ideal value of 100 with a very high category, (3) there was a significant difference in mathematics learning achievement between students with high, medium, and low learning motivation with a significance of 0.001, and (4) there was no interaction between the cooperative learning model and motivation on mathematics learning achievement with a significance of 0.306.

Bioscrubber merupakan separator yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan konsentrasi hidrogen sulfida (H2S) pada biogas. Permasalahan yang mempengaruhi kinerja bioscrubber diantaranya yaitu jumlah oksigen berlebih (excess oxygen) dan suhu yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasi sehingga menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya kinerja bioscrubber dalam menurunkan konsentrasi hidrogen sulfida (H2S). Untuk meminimalisir permasalahan ini maka dilakukan analisa data terkait kebutuhan jumlah oksigen berlebih dan suhu operasi yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengumpulan data secara langsung yaitu dengan pengambilan data produksi biogas di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Biogas (PLTBg) Sei Mangkei yang kemudian dilakukan pengolahan data terkait kebutuhan excess oxygen dan suhu operasi pada proses separasi H2S. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa proses penurunan konsentrasi H2S menggunakan bioscrubber yang ada di PLTBg Sei Mangkei membutuhkan excess oxygen sebanyak 363,4% dari kebutuhan oksigen teoritis dan suhu operasi 38oC untuk dapat menurunkan konsentrasi H2S hingga 97,5%.

Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), the research analyzes existing literature to examine the role of these skills in shaping the future educational landscape. The findings suggest that both mathematical and English language skills are crucial for preparing students for the challenges of a technology-driven society. However, challenges such as gaps in educational resources and the digital divide persist. Opportunities arise from leveraging technology to enhance both subjects simultaneously, and project-based learning methods have shown promise. Furthermore, these skills are increasingly vital in the context of Society 5.0, where digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and technological advancement are central. This paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of integrating mathematical and English language skills to ensure that Generation Alpha is adequately prepared for future societal needs.

This study explores the effectiveness of inquirybased learning (IBL) in enhancing problemsolving skills among high school students in mathematics. The research is based on a case study conducted in a school where IBL methods were incorporated into the curriculum. The findings suggest that students engaged in inquirybased activities showed improved critical thinking and problemsolving abilities compared to traditional teaching methods. This study aims to (1) describe the characteristics of e-LKPD based on realistic mathematics education on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of vocational school students, (2) describe the feasibility of e-LKPD based on realistic mathematics education on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy of vocational school students in terms of validity,  practicality and effectiveness. This type of research is research and development (Research and Development) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were 34 students of class X TKP SMKN 2 Tarakan. In this research, One Group Pretest - Posttest Design was used. The research instruments used were validation sheets, practicality assessment sheets by teachers and students, learning implementation observation sheets, critical thinking ability tests and self-efficacy questionnaires. The results of the research show: (1) the e-LKPD developed contains characteristics found in the RME approach to the material of on system of linear equations with three variables oriented towards critical thinking skills and self-efficacy. The characteristics contained in RME-based e-LKPD include integrated learning, use of context, mathematization and construction processes and interactivity. (2) the RME-based e-LKPD developed meets the criteria for feasibility in terms of validity aspects with a percentage of feasibility according to material experts of 93.4% and media experts of 98.9% with the validation result criteria being very feasible; practicality with a very practical category based on the results of student and teacher responses; effectiveness based on critical thinking skills with classical completeness of students reaching 82.4%, the results of the T-test paired samples-test with a significance level of 5% obtained that there was an influence on students' critical thinking skills after treatment using RME-based e-LKPD, the N-Gain result was 0.73 with a high category, and the effectiveness of e-LKPD on self-efficacy with an increase in each self-efficacy indicator,  the N-Gain result was 0.3 in the moderate category, and the results of the Wilcoxon test on self-efficacy data with a significance level of 5%, it was obtained that there was an influence on students' self-efficacy after treatment using RME-based e-LKPD.

Trichoderma is known to have antagonistic abilities against pathogenic fungi. Trichoderma is easily found in soil ecosystems and plant roots. The method in this study is a survey method. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling or Judgmental sampling method, namely purposive sampling is a sampling method that selects objects (vines) that are considered attacked or have symptoms of pathogen attack. Trichoderma sp is also tolerant to stress and able to inactivate pathogenic microbial enzymes. In addition, Trichoderma sp. Able to produce enzymes that hydrolyze pathogenic cell walls which will inhibit the synthesis of pathogenic cell walls and increase their fungicidal activity, as a result of which pathogenic fungi experience a decrease in growth rate.

This research aims to examine the factors that influence the ability of class IX junior high school students in Kotamobagu City, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, to solve story problems, both theoretical and applied. A total of two hundred and four students in the 2023/2024 academic year were selected using a double-phased cluster sampling technique. The research instrument used in this research was theoretical and applied mathematics story test questions created by researchers. The data obtained were analyzed using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that solving theoretical and applied mathematics story problems shows the same tendency, which is influenced both directly by mathematical numerical and verbal abilities and indirectly by the ability to create mathematical models. From these results, teachers must strive to improve numerical and verbal mathematical abilities because these two abilities, directly or indirectly through the ability to create mathematical models together, can improve students' abilities in solving theoretical and applied word problems.
