Abstrak:
Pengelolaan kinerja forklift di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang memiliki peran penting dalam keefektifan stripping barang impor Less Container Load (LCL). Tujuan penelitian (1) mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata availability ratio pada kinerja forklift dalam kegiatan stripping di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang, (2) mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata performance ratio pada kinerja forklift dalam kegiatan stripping di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang, (3) mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata quality ratio pada kinerja forklift dalam kegiatan stripping di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang, (4) mengetahui hasil perhitungan nilai rata-rata Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) di Gudang Terminal Peti Kemas Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) melalui tahapan-tahapan perhitungan (1) perhitungan data penurunan waktu forklift tahun 2023 (2) perhitungan nilai availability ratio (3) perhitungan nilai performance ratio, (4) perhitungan nilai quality ratio, (5) perhitungan nilai indeks Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Nilai rata-rata availability ratio adalah -0,1616666 %, dimana standar JIPM > 90 %, sehingga hasil menunjukkan ketersediaan forklift tahun 2023 rendah. Penyebabnya bulan Juni forklift mengalami kerusakan mpu board sehingga menjalani perbaikan selama 720 jam untuk waiting part modul fet fm dan board comp dan bulan Juli forklift mengalami kerusakan mesin forklift sehingga menjalani perbaikan selama 744 jam. Nilai rata-rata performance ratio adalah 106,7925 %, dimana standar JIPM > 95 %, sehingga hasil menunjukkan forklift memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam pengangkutan produk. Nilai rata-rata quality ratio adalah 100 %, dimana standar JIPM > 99 %, menunjukkan kualitas pengangkutan barang baik. Nilai indeks Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) adalah 9,99483 %, dimana standar JIPM > 85 %, menunjukkan produksi memiliki nilai yang rendah.

The smooth operation of the ship is inseparable from the support of auxiliary aircraft with good work and maintenance systems. The compressor as a producer of compressed air which will be used for the initial ignition of the main engine, and auxiliary engines as well as working air services in the engine section and the deck section. Thus, maintenance needs to be carried out so that the required air capacity can be fulfilled at any time. For the smooth operation of the machine, good maintenance management is needed so that its condition is maintained and when it is used there are no problems and it can work optimally. Many experts say that how important it is to make a good maintenance management. The method used in this research is the field research method supported by conducting interviews with several parties related to the research topic and supported by library research methods. To carry out maintenance and repairs to the air compressor on the main engine at KM Umsini, it is necessary to carry out maintenance and repair management which includes planning, organizing, implementing and finally controlling. The suggestion that the author can convey is that the ship's crew, especially the engineers, learn correctly the workings or functions of the air compressor on the main engine so that when the ship is operating it experiences problems that can be resolved properly.

Abstrak:
Traditional wooden motorboats are ships that are built traditionally based on the experience of the builder without a basic design process like modern ships. The sizes of traditional wooden ships are usually small and are mostly used as fishing vessels, passenger ships and inter-island cargo ships, especially in eastern Indonesia. Traditional wooden motor boats have become a means of local transportation to serve shipping needs in the regions and as a means of local transportation. Sailing certainly has various problems which can be caused by weather factors, the condition of shipping lanes, other ships, and things beyond human capabilities, which can cause shipping disruptions and even cause emergencies. Emergency means a situation outside normal conditions that occurs on board a ship which has a tendency to endanger human life, property, objects and the environment where the ship is located. One way to anticipate emergency events is to provide safety equipment. IMO (International Marine Organization) as a maritime world organization issued SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) which contains provisions regarding what safety equipment is on board ships such as Life Jackets, Ring Buoys and Fire Extinguisher. However, in fact, fulfilling the safety equipment requires independent costs from traditional motorboat owners so there is a priority in fulfilling the safety equipment. Based on the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process calculations in priority fulfillment of safety equipment with the final result of 36.6% Life Jacket, 30.8% Ring Buoy and 33.6% Fire Extinguisher. With these results, ship owners can determine their priorities in anticipating future emergencies

Abstrak:
This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

Abstrak:
Kebakaran merupakan salah satu resiko yang dapat terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja dalam setiap kegiatan pelayaran kapal laut. Kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh kebakaran kapal ini pun menimbulkan kerugian finansial yang cukup besar bahkan bisa sampai memakan korban jiwa yang tidak sedikit. Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja No. 186/KepMen/1999 tentang unit penanggulangan kebakaran di tempat kerja, pasal 2 ayat 1 dan 2 mewajibkan kepada pengurus dan pengusaha untuk mencegah, mengurangi dan memadamkan kebakaran dan wajib memiliki unit penanggulangan kebakaran dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab masing-masing. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut maka diperlukanlah suatu sistem penanggulangan kebakaran di atas kapal yang mencakup sarana proteksi kebakaran, sarana pemadam kebakaran dan manajemen kebakaran di atas kapal. Variabel sarana proteksi kebakaran, sarana pemadam kebakaran dan manajemen kebakaran di atas kapal digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap sistem pemadam kebakaran pada kapal secara keseluruhan. Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan software SPSS. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 42 orang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel sistem proteksi kebakaran, peralatan pemadam kebakaran dan manajemen kebakaran secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesesuaian sistem pemadam kebakaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 64,4%, sedangkan faktor-faktor lain diluar variable penelitian ini yang berpengaruh sebesar 35,6%.

Abstrak:
The community service program for planting mangrove trees at Tirang Beach, Semarang aims to increase public awareness of the importance of mangrove ecosystems and improve coastal environmental conditions. This program will be implemented through mangrove tree planting activities and counseling regarding the benefits of mangrove ecosystems for the environment. The method that will be used in this program is data collection through surveys to determine the level of public awareness regarding the importance of mangrove ecosystems and coastal environmental conditions. Furthermore, mangrove tree planting activities will be carried out together with the local community, involving experts in the environmental and fisheries fields. In addition, counseling will be carried out regarding the benefits of mangrove ecosystems for the environment, including as a place for various types of fish and wild animals to live, as well as protecting the coast from abrasion. Through this program, it is hoped that people will become more aware of the importance of preserving mangrove ecosystems and protecting the coastal environment. The expected results of this program are increasing public awareness of the importance of protecting the coastal environment and mangrove ecosystems, as well as increasing the number of mangrove trees on Tirang Beach. This program is also expected to be an example for other communities to preserve the environment and encourage the creation of a healthier and more sustainable environment.

Abstrak:
The hydrogen economy is a shift in the use of fossil energy to energy derived from hydrogen. Currently, Energy experts are trying to find fuel from new and renewable energy, especially in the transportation sector. This study seeks to determine the profile of energy consumption in the city of Semarang, especially in the transportation sector with simulation calculations in a certain year. By knowing the profile of energy consumption in the transportation sector in the city of Semarang, the output of this research is a planning study to build hydrogen economic infrastructure and make possible steps. At the end of this paper, it will be known how big the potential for hydrogen infrastructure development is so that later it can be a guide in determining the right policy in carrying out hydrogen infrastructure development in the city of Semarang.
The design capacity of hydrogen production at PT. SAMATOR is 1000 m3/hour.
Production breakdown per day : 550 m3/hour x 24hours = 13,200m3.
If the production is maximized for 360 days per year, the total hydrogen production in Semarang is 4,752,000m3.
In 2020, the demand for hydrogen in the city of Semarang = 1,955,780 m3. With this research data, it can be analyzed that hydrogen production in the city of Semarang can meet the needs of hydrogen for transportation in the city of Semarang.

Abstrak:
The Government's goal to make Indonesia an Maritime Country must be supported by all elements of society, especially is from the education sector. As one of the maritime education institutions to improve competent human resources in its field, it needs training and supporting facilities and infrastructure. One way to increase competence is to supply cadets with capabilities in the field of operation and maintenance of ship machining. Synchronous generator is one of the important components in ship machining. Therefore, the ability to operate and maintain generators is absolutely necessary for cadets in the world of work. Standard selection of generator in the Shipbuilding Laboratory follows Government standards through the Ministry of Transportation Regulations. To choose the best electricity generator, a special method is needed. The solution to this problem is the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) to determine synchronous generators that meet the quality standards and specifications of stakeholders.By implementing ANP, the synchronous generator is obtained according to quality standards with the specifications desired by stakeholders. In applying ANP, weighting is based on criteria, namely: durability, maintenance, spare parts, specifications and price. Then obtained an electric generator with appropriate quality standards and specifications.Results of data processing using the ANP method obtained electical generator alternative selection with each weight is adalah CUMMINS GFS-C30KW 41,6 %, HARTECH HT35Y 33,9 %, and CATERPILLAR C2.2 24,5 %.
