This study aims to examine the practice of elopement (kawin lari) and its legal consequences from the perspective of Batak Angkola customary law, as well as its relation to Law Number 1 of 1974 on Marriage. The research was conducted in Sibangkua Village, Angkola Barat District, South Tapanuli Regency. The method used is an empirical legal approach, with data collected through observation and interviews with traditional leaders, religious figures, village officials, and individuals involved in elopement. The findings reveal that elopement frequently occurs in Batak Angkola society, mainly due to high dowry demands, disapproval of arranged partners, or violations of social and religious norms. The resolution process is carried out through customary stages such as mandokon ulang agoan, marsapa adat, and patibal sere. Although the national marriage law does not explicitly regulate elopement, it is recognized within Batak Angkola custom and has a structured resolution mechanism. Nevertheless, socially, elopement is often viewed negatively and may damage the family’s honor.

Putusan MK No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020 memberikan kepastian hukum terkait keberlakuan UU Cipta Kerja dengan keputusan inkonstitusional bersyarat selama dua tahun. Artinya, dalam jangka waktu dua tahun, pembentuk undang-undang diharapkan melakukan perbaikan terhadap UU Cipta Kerja. Jika tidak, UU tersebut akan secara otomatis tidak berlaku. Dengan menggunakan metode yuridis-normatif, penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai produk hukum yang lahir pasca Putusan MK No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, serta berbagai tantangan dalam proses tindak lanjutnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UU No. 13 Tahun 2022 dan UU No. 6 Tahun 2023, sebagai tindak lanjut dari Putusan MK No. 91/PUU-XVIII/2020, belum sepenuhnya memenuhi ekspektasi publik. UU No. 13 Tahun 2022 yang dihasilkan melalui proses legislasi cepat (fast track legislation), serta UU No. 6 Tahun 2023 yang merupakan perubahan atas UU Cipta Kerja, menimbulkan pertanyaan terkait dengan pemenuhan prinsip partisipasi publik yang bermakna, yang sebelumnya diidentifikasi sebagai masalah.

This study examines the influence of work-life balance and compensation on employee performance, focusing on 50 part-time student employees at Suweger Indonesia in Surabaya. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, targeting individuals balancing academic and work responsibilities. The analysis utilized the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and revealed that compensation significantly and positively influences employee performance, indicating that improved compensation boosts performance. Meanwhile, work-life balance shows a positive but statistically insignificant effect. These results highlight the dominant role of compensation in improving employee performance, complemented by the contribution of work-life balance.

URBN Kopi is one of the mobile coffee brands strategically located in front of the UPN Veteran Jatim campus, making it the main choice for students to enjoy coffee. This study identified three main factors that influence purchasing decisions, namely location, price, and product completeness. This study was conducted using an in-depth interview method with five informants consisting of active students at UPN “Veteran” Jatim. The findings of this study indicate that a strategic location in front of the campus is the main factor that facilitates student access to buy coffee, while affordable prices are an important consideration because they are in accordance with students' budgets. In addition, the completeness of the products offered by URBN Kopi also increases consumer interest in choosing this product. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the combination of a strategic location and affordable prices play an important role in purchasing decisions, which in turn has the potential to increase consumer loyalty and repurchase interest among students.

This study examines the influence of the school environment on students' speaking ethics at SMA Negeri 1 Gedeg Mojokerto, considering the importance of character education in schools as a place where students spend much of their time. Using a correlational method and quantitative research type, the researcher involved 193 eleventh-grade students from a population of 425 as respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with 38 statements that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, as well as correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and simple regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results showed that the school environment and students' speaking ethics were in the moderate category, with average scores of 65 and 73, respectively. There is a significant influence of the school environment on students' speaking ethics, as evidenced by the t-test result (8.364) being greater than the t-table (1.97), leading to the acceptance of Ha and the rejection of Ho. Simple linear regression analysis showed a regression coefficient of 29.881, with an R square of 0.268, indicating that the school environment positively affects speaking ethics by 26.8%, while 73.2% is influenced by other factors. This study supports the theory that the school environment influences students' speaking ethics.

PT KHI is a company operating in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. In production activities there are many factors that can hinder performance productivity. Worker productivity is a value that cannot be seen directly except through a calculation process, so the worker productivity value is calculated from the company PT KHI. This research was carried out in the Production department using the Time and Motion Study method with a Lean Manufacturing approach, namely waste or extravagance to increase labor productivity in the Production department area. This time it was carried out directly by means of field observation. So that primary data is obtained. The results were obtained in the form of recommendations for improvement, namely: adjusting the total headcount in the line F area from previously 7 headcounts to 6 headcounts and moving several tasks from the carton sealer operator to each operator in the packing area of ??line F, then classifying them into 3 headcounts for the packing section and 3 headcounts for the packing section. . It can be concluded from the results of this research that one type of waste is eliminated, namely adjusting the number of operators in the packing line F area so that before the improvements, labor productivity is 71.71% on line F and after labor productivity is 83.63%. By making improvements, cost savings of IDR 4,515,133 were obtained for 26 working days.
 

This study aims to determine the implementation and analyze the concept of fathering in parenting children during a pandemic at the Al Barkah Mekarsari Cimanggis Depok Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The research was conducted qualitatively with a literature study approach. The research sources are the Al-Qur'an (interpretation), books, and school documents. The fatherless phenomenon has a negative impact, namely the loss of a sense of security, children are more often absent from school, cognitively decreased, children, are more easily depressed, children, are more antisocial, and more often sick and psychologically depressed. Implementing the father's personality principles is a solution for fathers to be more effective in carrying out the father's role towards their children during the co-19 pandemic. The implementation of father's personality principles in parenting children during the Covid-19 pandemic is: (1) Setting an example. (2) Apply parenting and education with habits. (3) Give advice to children with love. (4) Always provide attention and a good environment, (5) Be wise with children. (6) A father must always pray to Allah for the good of his child.

This study aims to explain conflict management in improving the performance of teachers from the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research is in the form of qualitative with a library research approach, research sources of the Qur'an and books of interpretation of books, journals, theses, modules and articles related to the object of research.
The results showed: Strategy to manage conflict: First, Lose-Lose Strategy, by avoiding conflicts and problems that arise. Win-Lose Strategy, managing conflict through competition in the Second, competing in improving performance Third, Los-Win Strategy, by succumbing to accommodate the interests of others so as not to enlarge. Fourth, Win-Win Strategy, resolve conflicts by creating settlements through conventions or mutual agreements. Strategies in improving teacher performance, namely: increasing further education, implementing regulations on discipline, training, reward and punishment, improving welfare, developing motivation.
