Perawatan pesawat dilakukan secara rutin (scheduled maintenance) dan non-rutin (non-scheduled maintenance) berdasarkan interval waktu yang telah ditentukan. Ada berbagai sumber daya yang digunakan untuk sistem kelistrikan pesawat, termasuk generator mesin, unit daya tambahan (APU), daya eksternal, dan udara ram turbin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat bahaya dalam kondisi penerbangan saat terjadi gangguan pada sistem kelistrikan, mengevaluasi pengaruh performa pesawat terhadap keandalan sistem kelistrikan, serta menilai peran kemajuan teknologi pembangkit listrik terhadap keselamatan penerbangan. Penelitian dilakukan di Hanggar Batam Aero Teknik, Kecamatan Nongsa, Kota Batam, dengan menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegagalan sistem kelistrikan pada pesawat meliputi kegagalan pada sistem pembangkit dan distribusi. Terdapat komponen dalam sistem distribusi yang, jika rusak, dapat menyebabkan kegagalan kelistrikan yang signifikan. Sistem pembangkit listrik pada pesawat saling mendukung, sehingga perawatan komponen kelistrikan harus dilakukan tepat waktu dan sebaik mungkin.

This research is a Pre-experiment design with One Group pretest-postest design. The sampling technique is total sampling with 30 respondents. Data collection uses an observation sheet. Analyzed with Mc Stastistic test. Nemar statistical test. From the Results: Mc.Nemar statistical test shows that there is a significant effect between health education with demonstration methods on the skills of PMR students in first aid actions in syncope at Man Model Manado. (p)= 0.000: ? = 0.05. Conclusion: in this study there is an effect of Health Education with Demonstration Method on the Skills of PMR Students in First Aid Action on Syncope at Man Model Manado. This research is expected to be a reference for health and education installations in an effort to provide the influence of health education with demonstration methods on student skills in first aid actions in syncope.

In carrying out this research, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research type. This research uses a special method that aims to explain specific phenomena in depth and data collection techniques are carried out by observation or observation so that researchers immediately go into the field to obtain data that can really be trusted. The results of the study show that the role of leadership has a major influence in increasing employee discipline. Because the leader becomes the most dominant person and has authority, power in all efforts to create employee work discipline.

Wings Air is one of the airlines operating in Indonesia. Wings Air (PT Wings Abadi) is a domestic airline based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Wings Air has won the trust of air transportation users with its Low cost Carrier and can accompany transportation users to routes that are not covered by other airlines. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of paid baggage at Wings Air on the interest of passengers at H.Hasan Aroeboesman Ende Airport.
                This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and literature studies. The instrument used as a data collection tool was in the form of a questionnaire, for indirect interview and observation guidelines. Data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Hypothesis Testing, Simple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination.
                The results of this study indicate that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of the application of paid baggage by Wings Air on the interest of H.Hasan Aroesboeman Ende Airport passengers, as evidenced by hypothesis testing, it is known that the value of t count > t table, namely 12.999> 1.98422 with sig. 0.000 < 0.05 . The percentage based on the coefficient of determination test is known that R square is 0.633, this means that the influence of the application of paid baggage for Wings Air on the interest of passengers at H.Hasan Aroesboeman Ende Airport is 63.3%.

Pendidikan konservasi pada anak-anak sangat penting dilakukan sebagai upaya menanamkan rasa kepedulian terhadap hutan dan lingkungan. Program Taman Rimbawan Cilik merupakan bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang ditujukan untuk siswa sekolah dasar di sekitar UB Forest di Desa Ngenep Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan penulisan ini antara lain (1) menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan Taman Rimbawan Cilik, serta (2) menganalisis strategi pengembangan Taman Rimbawan Cilik untuk masa yang akan datang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ialah ceramah, diskusi, praktik dan permainan interaktif. Selanjutnya, evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre test dan post test. Data nilai diolah secara tabulasi untuk kemudian dilakukan analisis regresi. Sementara itu, analisis strategi pengembangan pendidikan konservasi dilakukan dengan melakukan studi literatur dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan Taman Rimbawan Cilik memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai hutan dan lingkungan bagi siswa SDN 4 Ngenep. Selanjutnya, strategi pengembangan untuk masa yang akan datang antara lain: (1) persiapan yang lebih terstruktur; (2) pelaksanaan pendidikan konservasi lebih mengutamakan pengenalan langsung dengan alam dan permainan interaktif; (3) kerja sama dengan mitra untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan luar ruangan secara lebih luas; (4) pelaksanaan evaluasi kegiatan dengan metode yang tidak terstruktur agar mengurangi bias penilaian.
 

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of Village Fund management in Maregam Village during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used in this research is to copy the village budget realization report file. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method using a secondary data analysis approach with nonparametric test equipment using the Wilcoxon Test. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of village financial management based on an average effectiveness ratio of 98.33% was included in the "Effective". Meanwhile, the efficiency level based on the average efficiency ratio is 88.19%, which is included in the "Enough Efficient" category.  

PT.Senteral Inti Gas is a company engaged in the field of gas distributors. Problem that occur in the company is: a decrease in employee work performance which is characterized by frequent errors in work, employee attendance rates began to decline and the emergence of procrastination work. The population in this study were all employees in the company of 67 people. The sample is taken by a saturated sampling technique in which all members of the population are used as samples. Thus the sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show that reward and punishment have an influence on the work performance of employees of PT.Senteral Inti Gas Medan. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the reward variable has a more dominant influence on the work performance of PT .enteral Inti Gas Medan employees compared to the punishment variable.
