Efficient resource allocation is a major challenge in various sectors, especially when faced with limitations in quantity, time, and cost. This study aims to examine the application of linear programming as an optimization method in solving assignment problems, where a number of resources must be optimally allocated to a number of specific tasks. Through a literature study approach, this study examines various relevant previous study results, especially in the Indonesian context. The results of the study indicate that linear programming is able to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and produce a more balanced task distribution. However, this model has limitations in dealing with non-linear conditions and data uncertainty, so integration with other methods such as fuzzy logic or genetic algorithms is needed. This study is expected to broaden the understanding of the benefits of linear programming and encourage its wider application in quantitative-based decision making.

This study uses a qualitative method to examine the influence of sustainable manufacturing systems on the competitiveness of industrial companies in Indonesia. In an increasingly competitive global market, implementing sustainability principles in manufacturing systems has become a vital strategy to enhance operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and strengthen a company’s image in the eyes of consumers and stakeholders. This research focuses on how industrial companies in Indonesia integrate economic, social, and environmental aspects into their production processes and how such integration contributes to long-term competitiveness. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with production managers, analysis of internal company documents, and direct observation of sustainable manufacturing practices. The findings reveal that companies consistently applying sustainable manufacturing systems are able to improve product quality, expand market share, and enhance customer loyalty. Additionally, they are more adaptive to environmental regulations and market trends demanding corporate social responsibility. Thus, sustainability becomes a strategic factor in enhancing industrial competitiveness in Indonesia.

Political leadership in Islam is closely related to the exemplary behavior of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, who was not only a messenger of revelation, but also a leader of the people in all aspects of life, including politics. The Hadith of Ummul Hadith, namely the hadith "Indeed all deeds depend on the intention ..." is an important foundation in forming leadership values ??that are oriented towards integrity and noble goals. This article aims to examine the concept of the Prophet's political leadership through an analysis of the values ??in the Hadith of Ummul Hadith and their correlation with the Prophet's leadership practices in the context of statehood. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach to the hadith literature and the history of prophecy. The results show that the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is based on the values ??of sincere intention (ikhlasiyyah), responsibility (mas'uliyyah), justice ('adalah), and exemplary (uswah hasanah) which can be used as guidelines in forming ethical political leadership that is oriented towards the welfare of the people.

This study aims to systematically examine the use of Math Mechanixs software as a medium for learning mathematics to improve students' computational skills. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), with data sources obtained from various scientific databases such as Google Scholar, Garuda, DOAJ, and ResearchGate. The study was conducted by filtering articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, then analyzed to find patterns and effectiveness of the use of the software. The results of the review indicate that Math Mechanixs, with its 2D/3D graphic visualization features, equation editor, and scientific calculator, has great potential in helping students understand mathematical concepts more efficiently and interactively. In addition to increasing the speed and accuracy of calculations, this software also encourages the development of students' algorithmic and logical thinking skills. However, more empirical research is needed to strengthen these findings in the context of Indonesian education. This study recommends the integration of Math Mechanixs in mathematics learning with the support of teacher training and adequate supporting facilities.
 
 

This research aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomics, capital and good corporate governance on the profitability of Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2020-2023 period, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with a population consisting of four sharia banks listed on the IDX, which were selected through a purposive sampling technique. The data source was obtained from the website www. idx. co. id, www. bps. go. id, and www. bi. go. id. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 software, with the significance level set at 0.05. Research findings show that overall, macroeconomics (X1), capital (X2), and GCG (X3) do not have a significant influence on bank profitability. Specifically, macroeconomics (X1) and GCG (X3) do not show a significant impact on profitability. On the other hand, the capital variable (X2) is proven to have a significant influence on profitability. For future research, it is recommended that the study period be expanded, considering that only one variable shows a significant effect. In addition, it is necessary to consider other factors that may also influence profitability beyond the variables analyzed in this study.

This study aims to test the viability and growth of mung bean (Vigna radiata) sprouts for 11 days. Mung beans were chosen as the object of research because of the ease of the germination process and high nutritional value. The methods used include preparing germination media with moistened opaque paper, as well as observing the parameters of normal, abnormal, and dead seeds. The results showed that in the first repetition, the number of normal sprouts reached 17 seeds with a germination power of 68%, while in the second repetition there were only 11 normal seeds. This study indicates that environmental conditions and proper treatment greatly affect seed viability. Thus, it is important to maintain optimal conditions to increase germination and plant growth results.

This training aims to increase entrepreneurial interest and ability to utilize social media among housewives in Jero Gunung Village, West Sakra District, East Lombok. In today's digital era, social media has become an effective tool for promoting products and services, as well as expanding market reach. However, many housewives still lack understanding on how to utilize it optimally. This training activity consisted of educational sessions on the basics of entrepreneurship, marketing strategies, and the use of social media as a business platform. In addition, this training also provides assistance in planning and managing small businesses that have the potential to increase family income and realize an independent economy. The results of the training showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, as well as their increased confidence to start a new business or develop an existing one. Thus, this training is expected to have a positive impact on the family economy and community welfare in Jero Gunung Village.

Work motivation is one of the key factors that contribute to improving teacher performance in education. This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in improving teacher performance at SMP Bina Siswa, Laud Dendang. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and school management. The results of the study indicate that good work motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, significantly affects teacher productivity and performance quality. Factors such as awards, recognition, a conducive work atmosphere, and support from school leaders have proven to be the main drivers in improving teacher work motivation. Thus, it is important for schools to continue to pay attention to the motivational needs of teachers in order to create a supportive work environment and improve the quality of education at the school.

This research evaluates the effectiveness of playback TV media in improving students' listening skills at SD 012 Kampung Panjang. Qualitative methods with classroom observations were used to collect data related to student interactions with this media. The research results show that rotating TV can increase students' motivation and involvement in listening learning. This media offers an interesting and realistic learning experience, even though there are obstacles. This research suggests the use of rotating TV and active interaction after listening as effective strategies in language learning.

Decubitus wounds are wounds caused by prolonged pressure on a prominent surface area of ??the bone. Nurses play an important role in preventing the incidence of decubitus, especially by carrying out an early assessment of the risk of decubitus, namely by using the Braden Scale. Objective: to determine the risk of decubitus injuries using the Braden Scale. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive research design. The sample in this study was 20 people using a non-probability accidental sampling. Inclusion criteria for this research were patients treated in hospital. Islam Malahayati Medan for more than 2 days of treatment, young elderly, middle elderly and old elderly patients. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 25 for Windows for descriptive statistics. Results: There were 7 people (35%) in the no risk category, 6 people (30%) in the mild risk category, 2 people (10%) in the moderate risk category and 4 people (20%) in the high risk category and 1 person (5%) severe risk category. Suggestion: Hospitals need to include the Braden Scale assessment format in the inpatient assessment format to detect the risk of decubitus injuries and carry out assessments on patients every day while the patient is hospitalized.
