																		This study aims to explore the extent to which promotion and service quality affect GrabFood customer satisfaction among Generation Z who live in Boja Village. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data is obtained from 100 respondents who are active users of GrabFood through the distribution of questionnaires. To test the proposed hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The findings of the study showed that promotion (with a regression coefficient of 0.45) and service quality (regression coefficient of 0.55) both had a positive and significant impact on the level of consumer satisfaction and the Rvalue of 2 was 0.6 that 60% of the consumer satisfaction variable could be explained by the variables of promotion and service quality, The validity of the regression model used was confirmed through a classical assumption test. These results highlight the importance of synergy between the implementation of effective promotional strategies and service quality improvement to create an optimal customer experience. The practical implications of this research can be used by GrabFood management in designing more efficient marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. In conclusion, the synergy between effective promotional strategies and improving service quality is the key to creating an optimal customer experience and increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of GrabFood users in the region

																		Corporate governance is crucial in enhancing competitiveness and attracting investment, particularly in emerging markets that face challenges such as complex regulatory environments and ownership structures. Shareholder activism has emerged as an essential mechanism for improving corporate accountability and performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of shareholder activism on corporate performance in emerging markets, considering corporate governance as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach is employed, utilizing panel data analysis from publicly listed companies in emerging markets over a period of 5 to 10 years. Corporate performance is measured using financial indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Tobin's Q, while shareholder activism is assessed based on the number of resolutions proposed in shareholder meetings. A panel regression model is applied to identify the relationships among the variables. The results indicate that shareholder activism has a significant positive impact on corporate performance, with a coefficient of 0.35 for ROA (p-value 0.001). Corporate governance acts as a moderator that strengthens this relationship, with an interaction coefficient of 0.10 (p-value 0.05). Overall, the regression model explains 78% of the variation in corporate performance (R-squared = 0.78). This study provides empirical evidence demonstrating that shareholder activism, supported by robust governance, can enhance corporate transparency and accountability in emerging markets. These findings are relevant for stakeholders aiming to promote better governance practices to sustainably enhance corporate competitiveness

																		Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra pengabdian remaja masjid antara lain: banyak remaja masjid tidak memahami perangkat lunak grafis atau prinsip desain grafis, dan desain acara masjid harus sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan kebutuhan komunitas. Remaja masjid mungkin memerlukan waktu untuk memahami dan menerapkan elemen desain yang tepat, serta mengatur waktu mereka antara kegiatan masjid, sekolah, dan aktivitas lain. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di masjid remaja di Kecamatan Gajah Mungkur, khususnya di masjid MTA Gajah Mungkur. Para remaja menerima pelatihan langsung dan mendapatkan pendampingan langsung secara bertahap.  Dalam waktu satu hari, kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sepuluh remaja dari masjid MTA Gajahmungkur, dan dipandu oleh lima pemateri atau dosen dari Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Komputer dan Stikes Telogorejo. Ada berbagai metode pembelajaran, seperti ceramah, praktik, dan tanya jawab, untuk melakukan kegiatan ini. Setelah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di MTA Kecamatan Gajahmungkur, yang terdiri dari ceramah dan pelatihan di bidang pelatihan bagi para peserta (remaja masjid), dapat disimpulkan bahwa para peserta mengikuti pelatihan keterampilan komputer grafis. Mereka memperhatikan materi pelatihan seperti desain grafis untuk pemberdayaan komunitas dan desain grafis untuk mendukung produktivitas.

																		This study aims to examine the influence of digital transformation and market orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs, with competitive advantage as an intermediary, in MSMEs in Semarang Regency.  The sample of this study consists of 70 MSMEs selected through purposive sampling, based on the following criteria: MSMEs that use digital marketing, have been operating for at least 2 years, and are willing to complete the questionnaire. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS software.
 The results of the study indicate that digital transformation and market orientation significantly enhance the competitive advantage of MSMEs. Additionally, digital transformation, market orientation, and competitive advantage have a positive and significant impact on the marketing performance of MSMEs. Competitive advantage is proven to mediate the influence of digital transformation and market orientation on the marketing performance of MSMEs.

																		Problems faced by mosque youth service partners include: Not all MSMEs have good access to stable internet. This can hinder their ability to manage their online store, update inventory, or interact with customers efficiently. Many MSMEs have limitations in terms of human resources, technical expertise and technological infrastructure. This makes it difficult for them to manage the e-commerce platform effectively. Packaging and labels must match the product itself, both in terms of size, shape and other physical characteristics. Finding practical and attractive packaging that also protects the product well can be a challenge. Good packaging design can sometimes involve additional costs, such as graphic designer fees or custom packaging production. For MSMEs with limited budgets, this can be an obstacle.
This service activity was carried out in the Gunungpati Village hall on Jalan Magersari Gunungpati, Gunungpati District, Semarang, which included lectures, training and direct mentoring and step-by-step direct assistance. This activity was carried out over 2 days and was attended by 17 participants from MSME actors in the Gunungpati Village area in Gunungpati District, Semarang City and guided by 7 presenters/lecturers from the University of Computer Science and Technology.
 Training activities along with assistance on product packaging labeling received a good response from partners and participants. Partners, in this case, the Gunungpati Village, appreciates this activity because it can help in developing the MSMEs of its fostered partners in increasing their knowledge and skills regarding labeling. Product labeling will be more perfect if it can be completed with halal legality and a production permit, so education needs to be carried out through training and mentoring regarding this matter, especially for MSMEs in business. Increased understanding of MSME business actors regarding the importance of packaging and label design on products sold, increased quality of product packaging through brands and labels printed on the packaging, and increased income from MSME business actors in Gunungpati Subdistrict.

 Based on the problems that occur in CV. Arris AC, the authors provide a solution that can overcome weaknesses by creating an Accounting Information System for Financial Management and Inventory Analysis using the inventory turnover ratio method which can be accessed via the web.
 In other words, this ratio describes how fast inventory rotates.

Dalam meningkatkan efiensi sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan sebagai analisis dalam pengambilan keputusan pihak tertentu tersebut kemudian dilakuakan pembangunan aplikasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi software Visual Basic 6.0 sebagai medianya dan Data Report  sebagai bentuk laporannya dan Acces sebagai databasenya dengan berbasis multi user yang dimana aplikasi ini dapat digunakan oleh lebih dari satu pengguna.
 Dengan adanya sistem informasi akuntansi keuangan dengan metode cash basis sebagai analisis pengelolaan keuangan sekolah berbasis multiuser ini dapat memperkecil masalah-masalah dalam pengelolaan keuangan pada SMA NU 05 Brangsong, sehingga untuk pendapatan yang diperoleh dan pengeluaran yang dikeluarkan terorganisir dengan baik sebagai analisis pengelolaan keuangan, serta didukung dengan metode Cash Basis yang merupakan semua pencatatan dicatat berupa nominal yang diterima atau pembayaran secara tunai

																		Proses presensi karyawan bagi sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting untuk dilakukan. Karena presensi atau kehadiran karyawan menjadi tolak ukur untuk menentukan tingkat kedisiplinan seorang karyawan di sebuah perusahaan. Jika preseni dilakukan secara manual, maka akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efektif. Di PT Tunas Sahabat Tani proses masih di lakukan secara manual, proses pencatatan presensi yang manual ini dapat memicu para karyawan untuk melakukan titip absen. Dari masalah tersebut maka peniulis membuat “Sistem Presensi Karyawan Otomatis Menggunakan Raspberry Dengan Sensor Fingerprint Dan Webcam”. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat membatu proses kegiatan presensi karyawan di PT. Tunas Sahabat Tani sehingga pencatatan presensi menjadi lebih sistematis dan lebih terpantau dari pada sebelumnya. Pada sistem ini penulis menggunakan hardware raspberry pi sebagai pengendalinya dan sensor fingerprint untuk mendaftarkan dan menscan karyawan yang sedang melakukan kegiatan presensi serta menggunakan webcam untuk memotret para karyawan yang sedang melakukan kegiatan presensi, selanjutnya data akan disimpan di database dan staff HRD dapat mengakses web untuk melakukan repaitulasi kehadiran karyawan. Sistem yang di bangun menggunakan perangkat lunak PHP dan MYSQL. Dengan rekap yang sudah terkomputerisasi sehingga pencatatan karyawan lebih sistematis dan lebih terpantau

																		Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kajian literatur review untukmendapatkan landasan teori yang bisamendukung pemecahan suatu permasalahan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi E-CRM dari kajian riset yang sudah ada dalam kaitannya pada peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kualitatif dengan literatur review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan -CRM sebagai kegiatan pemasaran, alat dan teknikyang disampaikan melalui internet yang meliputi email, www, chatroom, e-forum, dan lain-lain dengan tujuan untuk mencari,membangun dan meningkatkan istilah hubungan pelanggan untukmeningkatkan potensi individu mereka. Selain itu E-CRM jugamemanfaatkan e-teknologi lain yang meliputi mobiletelepon, panggilan pelanggan dan pusat kontak dan sistem responssuarasecara empiris menemukan bahwa tujuan akhir dari E-CRM adalahuntuk mendapatkan loyalitas konsumen, yang mengarah padapembelian berulang dan peningkatan profitabilitas. Elemen penting untuk memastikankeberhasilan perusahaan dalam E-CRM adalah layananpelanggan karena mereka menyatukan semua umpan balik daripelanggan dan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelangganmenggunakan layanan E-CRM. Dengan E-CRM, perusahaan dapat memastikan pemberian informasi yang jelas kepada pelanggan tentang layanan atauproduk mereka dan mampu menjadikan pelanggan agar merasa puas pada layanan yang diberikan perusahaan.

																		With so many cosmetic sales, the Grahamode Store is still constrained by 1) the location of stores that are far from urban areas, so that consumers have difficulty making purchases. At this time the sales system used by the Grahamode Shop is that the buyer must come directly to the Shop to make purchases and payments directly. 2) The price of competitive cosmetic products, even relatively cheaper opens up opportunities to compete with similar products in other stores, because the cosmetic products are directly purchased through distributors of each brand. 3) Administration of sales records is still centralized on the computer in the store, so monitoring product sales cannot be done online by the shop owner. 4) A system that is still MS.DOS-based for its operation. Promotions at the Grahamode Shop are also still conventional, namely by distributing brochures, even though it has gone well in Kendal City. The purpose of this study is to produce an information system that can facilitate the Grahamode Shop in conducting promotional activities, and facilitate the process of buying and selling cosmetics online. Data collection methods used are interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation studies for owners and customers of the Grahamode Store. While the software used is PHP and MySQL as the database. The results of this study produce e-commerce as a mobile web-based promotion and sales media that can help the process of buying and selling products at the Grahamode Shop, and can expand the range of promotions to outside Kendal City.
